Order last night from them and the food come not correct I had diarrhoea the next day also they presented the food in a bad manner and he came not what I ordered which I’ll order just two toppings of salad but I got it all the salons in there and messy and water is leaking out of the bag and the humus was all over the place messy very very very messy

I was skeptical about the place because there's a lot of negative reviews on here about management, food quality etc but look at this giant mammoth of a plate for 14$! That's literally a mountain of chicken! (Yes its not just a ceiling with a rice foundation) The veggies were fresh, sauces were awesome and their Garlic sauce in particular was exquisite and authentic. I also learned that they're open till 4/5am! How can you go wrong with this place? Well worth the money considering everything closed when I walked into this place. 5/5!

I've never actually been to this place in person, I just order from here on uber eats if I'm having a late night grub craving. The food is always fresh and hot which is surprising since I'm ordering at like 2 am. When I'm home and it's really late this is pretty much the only place I order from. Edit: I have now been here in person, place is clean and customer service is good.

I have always liked (good falafel & shawarma) And i have been going to Pita Ikram at Vaughan and Oakwood for years. The experience and service has always been top notch. Ingredients are fresh and the ratio of meat to vegetables is perfect everytime ????

We were expecting traditional GREEK souvalki but we received shawarma meat instead (dark meat not chicken breast. The meat was dry and crispy, we barely got any tatziki sauce and the rice was mushy. My friends threw their pitas in the garbage. Overall extremely disappointed and I would not recommend ordering from here.

This place is bomb. I always get the combos with a drink n dessert. Their chicken n fries are bomb, especially when loaded up with sauces. Their salads are great. The prices are decent too! The chicken shawarma wraps are my personal jam. I feel the vine leaves could use more flavour.

This used to be a great neighborhood spot for shawarma. Since the new owner took over, They are cutting costs every where and it not only shows on the food but also how the restaurant looks. I ordered 2 shawarma wraps and they didn’t even warm them up, It was filled with spinach and hardly any sauce. Couldn’t even eat half of it. This place has definitely gone down in terms of quality and service. Save your money and order somewhere else.

Two weeks ago I tried this place while randomly in the area, totally on a whim. I ordered my go to; the chicken shawarma. Normally I'm never truly wowed by a shawarma, it's always just something that tastes passable and gets you full quickly and efficiently. That said, the chicken shawarma at Pita Ikram was a borderline revelatory experience! Deeeeliciousness! I was convinced that this chicken shawarma was the best chicken shawarma I've ever had in the city. After craving to go back for a while now, I ordered the chicken shawarma again last night, and I can definitely say that I stand by my word. It was the best chicken shawarma I've had in the city. In fact, it tasted even better than I had remembered it. I think I've put my finger on what it is that makes it so good, and narrowed it down to the following; the ingredients are actually super fresh and good quality. Next, the chicken is grilled so it's really crispy yet so juicy! Also they don't use cheap iceberg lettuce like most places, but instead offer the fancier mixed variety lettuce. And finally, the real secret, they use amazing tzatziki! Of course all the usual sauces are offered as well, but in combination with a little tzatkiki, that shawarma just sings! This place honestly unlocked the full potential of a chicken shawarma and I'm humbled by it. ????????????

Yesterday I ordered from here via UberEats, and I honestly hated my meal. I ordered the Falafel Wrap for myself, and the Falafel Salad Bowl for my mom. The falafel wrap had the sauce on only one side, falafel balls tasted fishy and were super small, and for toppings, it was mostly lettuce and mint. I would not recommend this at all. My mom couldn't even finish her falafel salad bowl because it was so bland and kinda gross. Wished I had looked at the ratings before ordering from here. Not the greatest, and there are definitely better options to choose from than this restaurant. Wouldn't recommend.

Pretty solid for a late night bite. For $15 the Mediterranean platter was a massive portion, and decently healthy as well. Ingredients are okay. Edit: I had a shawarma here recently and it was up there with the worst ones of my life.

I love Pita Ikram. I religiously order the chicken on fries and WOW! I am never disappointed. I see the same staff usually and they have fantastic customer service. They work so hard and do a tremendous job. Will keep coming back.

They prioritise app orders over you even if you got there first which I think is wrong. I get it but it's why I haven't been back since. I went in on a whim for a quick bite on my way home and ended up waiting more than 20 minutes for fries. Which I didn't even ended up eating. It wasn't bad I just haven't had much appetite lately and in a moment I had a rare desire to eat but within the 20 minutes of waiting my appetite went away again so I ended up tossing it away.

It was great before they changed their prices. I use to always get the a plate, it was a great price. I understand that we experience an average of 2% per annum, but raising the price by 2$ (which is over 20%) is NOT due to inflation. Even if they incurred new expenses somehow, that shouldn’t impact the menu that drastically. I feel like it was a cheeky way to get me as their regular customer. That is not the reason why I changed the rating. They implemented a new system where you have to put in your order on a computer. At first I didn’t think anything of it, but I seen a few flaws: - customers didn’t know about the system, so the line ups were unorganized as the transitional method of purchasing shawarma would be right from the glass. - They put fries instead of rice, luckily I asked for my money before they added anything else. I cannot eat French fries, they would have incurred a loss because of this system. - The system also takes more time... shuffling through the menu rather than the customers seeing what they offer and what they want in their shawarma. Honest rating of 2/5 because of this inconvenience.

Honestly, I just ordered off UberEATS and these guys had the audacity to sprinkle like two pieces of chicken on some cold fries. I ordered once before and paid like $20 and same thing happened it was very bad portion size and they advertised stuffed vine leaves but only put one. I’m just shocked at what they sent me lol. It was between them and Osmows and I made the wrong choice. One thing I will give them is that the food is really good it’s just like unbelievably bad presentation and I get the feeling they just don’t care about their customers.

ordered chicken dinner plate and says there the salad will be lettuce so I ordered it. unfortunately, didn’t get a lettuce salad. even tatziki sauce was not enough! Chicken was so dry, no taste at all. you can’t even taste salt on it, I was so hungry and this food will be delivered to your door! such a waste of money!! won’t be ordering here again, NEVER!!

Hmmm...where do I start. We ordered 2 chicken plates (with fries) and 1 beef plate straight from the Google listing. It said the order would be ready at 5:15 pm. When I got there around 5ish, she said no, it won't be ready for another 23 minutes. Ok, that's fine, maybe there's some disconnect between the Google system and the restaurant, I can be patient. Right after me, another guy came in and had the same experience and had to wait, even though the app said it should be ready. The environment looked like a dump; I didn't smell any food cooking so for a second I thought I was in the wrong place. There was one lady working hard behind the counter with multiple orders and a gentlemen who would come and go as he pleased but was not helping her. They were not very friendly and looked like they hated life. Lastly, they had no hustle! Finally, she said my order was ready, and I could tell by the amount of food in the bags it was not mine, even though I had previously shown her my order. So another 10-15 minutes of waiting and my order was ready at 6pm, I showed her my order on my phone again and she confirmed it was correct - 2 chicken (with fries) and 1 beef. When I get home, I open up all 3 containers - 1 chicken, 1 beef and 1 plate was just fries. So they totally skimped me on a chicken plate! My order was $60!!! Ugh! I wasn't about to drive back out there and wait another hour. Honestly, the chicken was good, but the beef was just thin, frozen strips, like the kind you buy in the frozen section at Walmart. I'll never go there again - long wait times, poor customer service, got my order wrong and way overpriced. I really wanted to support a local business but next time I want shawarma I'm going to Osmos.

Whoever made my shawarma platter on Wed, Dec 15 between 8 and 9 pm , thank-you! It was perfect, the rice was not dry (moist and perfectly seasoned), the salad was fresh and a good portion of shawarma chicken topped with hummus and garlic was neatly and sensibly packed. Thank-you! So underrated this place is ! I will come back for more ????

This used to be such a nice place. There were so many deals and you got a good amount of food for your money now the customer service is slow, food is overpriced and not even tasty. Don’t get me started with the portion size. Hopefully the owners make it how it was before

The worst food I have ever had. I got a shawarma warp and it was awful. It was greasy and tasteless. The wrap was made from left over food from god knows when. My first and last time at this place. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place is decent as fast food, meat quality is good and dishes are fresh and not oily. Some thing I think is that meat could use some flavour, tastes sort of bland which is ok if there was sufficient sauce, but strangely my dish was missing some sauces while my partner's was drowning in sauce. They forgot some parts of the order as well (e.g., missing a pita, missing some sauces, wrong drink) which is disappointing but we did order through takeout and I can't say if perhaps this would be different if in person. Lastly, I would say the presentation is quite messy, my wrap was split down the middle and ingredients were spilling out, and my partner's plate had ingredients spilling over into each other. Overall was still ok to eat but lacking in flavour and care of preparation.

I went in today for the first time and the gentleman who prepared my food went to great efforts to make sure that what he prepared was gluten free. I was quite appreciative. The bowl I had was really good and I didn't experience any cross contamination. I was happy.

Honestly. Do not come here unless you want to spend an arm and a leg for food that won't fill you up. I used to come here all the time when there was a different owner. The food used to be good and inexpensive, now it's like 13 dollars for 2 scoops of chicken and some rice. Don't even get me started on the people they have working there. Would not recommend my worst enemy to go here

Ordered their Falafel plate through Uber Eats tonight. I've got to say it was the worst Falafel I have ever eaten. Awkward shape, weird taste and excessive salt. The brown rice was a joke! I will highly recommend owners to order from other places like Laziza or College Falafel and taste what a good falafel tastes like. Maybe this is just a late night Shawarma place. Vegetarians - pls look elsewhere.

FOR YOIR OWN SAFETY. BEWARE. Absolute scam. 100% the worst chicken shawarma plate i ever had. Ordered it from doordash and nothing about this was chicken shawarma. It was clearly leftover chinese food and i had no idea where it came from. Scary Rice was mushy, chicken was gross and 100 leftover chinese food, and on top of that, everything was ICE COLD. Like actually freezing. I was shocked that a company would be willing to scam customers this way. Me and my girlfriend were immediately sick to our stomachs. Please be aware and responsible. Stop making customers sick for profit. And most importantly: DELIVER WHAT YOU ADVERTISE. TORONTO HAS NO PLACE FOR SCAMMERS

TASTE THE REAL SHAWARMA!! I have tried lots of different places like Osmow's but this is one is really tasty!! We tried chicken shawarma which is the popular one and quite big and the beef plate with salad. Both of them were served quick and they were delicious. Staff was friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

Honestly the worst place i have ever ordered from. If i could give it zero stars i would. This place has hotten my order wrong 5 times. I decided to give it one last chance but was disappointed once again! I couldnt even call them to complain because no one answered. I odered beef on fries and got chicken on rice, honestly it makes no sense to me how they can get it so wrong so consistently. Please do not order from this place its a waste of money and the delivery time is too long anyway.

I mean it's alright late food. Good portions, usually. The problem is consistency. Decent enough overall, albeit the rice and chicken is too greasy, sometimes, again consistency. It takes away from the "healthier" option. Rice has been mushy because of it on a few occasions. Wish I could give more stars because I have enjoyed aspects of my food there, however my meals shouldn't look, feel or taste different if I'm ordering the same items. Great that it is open late, but if there is another place open I'd really have to weigh out the options. Keep at it, I will visit again, but it may take a little longer since experiences have varied.

Garbage, was a regular before the change in ownership/management. Chicken is now regularly under cooked and service is even worse. Common sense dictates that the cashier takes multiple orders for the server to prepare, but it's been halted to a snails pace since the introduction of uber eats/foodora/skip the dishes. I was recently refused service because the priority to online customers is upheld and valued much more so than customers who come to the store and are ignored for upwards of 20 minutes. Strongly advise from giving patronage, unless you're okay with being unacknowledged like you're invisible.

I order from Pita Ikram fairly regularly with Skip The Dishes and I love it! Good portions for the price and the food always tastes great. The one time my order wasn't perfect they made sure to fix it. They went above and beyond to make it right. Great food and great customer service.

Halal shawarma place. Alot of options and a lot of different kinds of choices to pick from such as salads to shawarmas. Ordered a starter($11.99)Chicken Shawarma plate which comes with salad and A choice of Rice(white Or Brown). Perfect for one person. The shawarma was creamy and juicy just the way I like it. All in all tasty shawarma. Could improve more on the rice and the chicken by Adding a little hinge of salt, pepper or some spice.

This place used to be my favorite spot where I would go out of my way to order food from here. It would have gotten five stars from me a few months ago. Now I may only eat from here if I am in the area. I have noticed that since there is a new manager, the place has really gone downhill. The food is not always tasty and consistent as before. The biggest rip off right now is the ridiculous price difference between a platter ($19.99) and the plate ($13.99). There is not much of a size difference between the two above mentioned dishes when you measure it. The starter ($11.99). This place can't justify the $6 difference between the plate and the platter dishes. I can no longer recommend this place to people anymore. The food is not worth the money anymore and I do like to support small businesses. This place lost so much credibility and I don't know if they will be able to recover. I am extremely disappointed with this place.

Awesome customer service yet again today. I was at the restaurant Saturday night and the server was having an issue with their internet connection. Called the manager on Monday after checking my bank statement and saw that I was double-charged. Adam offered an immediate refund or credit, and an apology. I chose the credit, after all where else would I go for my chicken shawarma platter, these guys are the best in town!

This place used to be so good, I ate here pretty regularly up until about 6-8 months ago when quality went down significantly. The portions were always a bit all over the place depending on who made your food. I could deal with that- however, the last few times I got a plate it was absolutely drenched in sauce, like i’m a fan of sauce but it was inedible. There was the most pathetic amount of meat and the whole thing tasted like straight vinegar. I don’t know what happened to this place, new management maybe but I would not recommend. I have seen them do some sketchy stuff with raw chicken next to cooked chicken as well. Avoid.
