Four course meal with wine for two for $98 through Groupon. Great food and service for value. The Keg food is still a step above; however no complaints. The waiter doubled the singer in the reastaurant, and he was good. Vibe was modern log cabin decor, romantic lighting.
Awesome place! Very talented servers who double as singers. Not sure the name of our server but he took excellent care of us
Servers were nice but they randomly switched during the service which was weird. The app was okay but not the best especially for the price. The main course took forever to come out and it arrived at the table cold. Steaks had to be sent back because of how cold it was. For $40 a steak should not arrive cold especially when it took nearly 40 minutes to arrive. Overall for the price just do yourself a favour and walk down to the keg down the street.
Were told we needed a reservation, so we made one for 730pm . Showed up at 715 .stood at the back of a long line! Got to see Hostess at 745 . Then our table . Explain to me what was the point of requiring a reservation . Food was OK but children portion size in my opinion . This place is a "once in a lifetime opportunity" .lol. That's all I'm going is "once". Never going back
The prime rib dinner was fabulous. Melt on your mouth goodness. Service was quick and efficient.
Love the ambience. The food was delicious and the servers have Broadway talents. Beautiful singing servers. Highly recommended
Service
The food is nice and the service was excellent. Our waiter was a great singer and dealt with multiple requests gracefully. They have a groupon partnership with the hotel next door, so we got $30 off our meal of 2 entrees and 2 appetizers.

Great service, the servers were singing songs, which we found entertaining, the food was very good me and my family had plenty for the night, and was overall just an amazing place to go out to for dinner, I'd highly recommend it.
Amazing place. The food was delicious and the service was great. Slightly on the pricier side, but it was worth it.
This restaurant is in Canada, only a few moments over the Rainbow Bridge. As you can see, you’ll have an ideal view of the Huge Ferris wheel. I would recommend reservations, because about 10 minutes after arriving — a large tour group exploded on the scene. No problem though we had reservations and were comfortably seated when the group arrived. What makes this place a little extra special, is that some of the servers walk around and actually sing to the dining room while you’re eating. I had a Caesar salad that was so crisp and flavorful with creamy dressing. Very good choice! I also had a very tender slightly pink New York Strip, done just the way I like it. I can’t complain about the food at all, as I thoroughly enjoyed it. While the food was an A+ and the atmosphere cozy and entertaining, the server that we had was somewhat robotic. You know, the type that asks you a question and says, “great” before you even have an opportunity to answer? For that reason, I rate it a 4 out of 5 stars. Having said that, if it were possible for me to give 4 1/2 stars, I would’ve. My BFF and I had a great time.
Great food and friendly staff. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices are for a very good meal in a tourist area. Will definitely return.
The staff is amazing. The food is good altho my friend sent back the prime rib was a little to rare for his liking. He got a fresh plate. The singing staff are fantastic.
Very good meal with the package vouchers but paid an outrageous mandatory gratuity! Out of the 3 hours we were there we only heard the wait staff sing 2 songs, both by the same singer! We have been going there for about 5 years this is the first time, we were unimpressed.

The food was amazing! Our sever Maddy was adorable and super fun. Most of the singers were incredibly talented. My only constructive feedback is regarding the check in, wait and seating procedure. They definitely overbooked and they do not use buzzers so its chaos. But once seated we had a fabulous time.
We arrived at 7:52pm by 9:00 our appetizers came and we received a small portion compared to the table next to us. My friend ordered a Cesar salad with lobster and she got her Cesar salad before the lobster and before any of us got our food. There was a table that was sitting there for an hour and a half before they even got their appetizers, we got ours before they did. It took 20 minutes to get a sprite. The cesar drink didn’t even taste like there was vodka in it. They ran out of cups and gave us plastic cups but the tables next to us got glass. You go to eat with your family and friends and wait for longer than an hour and a half and you don’t even eat together, every meal arrived at separate times. We left at 10.15pm without eating because they didn’t bring the food and we paid $150 for just appetizers of four shrimps a two lobster cake small and small small plate of calamari, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is very nice but they are very disorganized and I was hugely disappointed by it.
Amazing food, great servers and excellent atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it.
This place was great. Great food, great entertainment, great service.
We purchased a groupon. We were seated promptly. The food was great!!! The kids menu is excellent! The only downside about this experience was the wine, my husband and I didn't enjoy it...
Everything and I do mean everything PERFECT staff courteous and personable food plated professionally taste absolutely superb my wife and I agree our new favorite restaurant. You try it once you will agree
This is my fourth time at Remmingtons and the food has been excellent every time. The service is excellent. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. Make a reservation to avoid disappointment. The cuts of meat are all triple A. I am very particular about my steak and Remmingtons always serves top quality meat. I highly recommend it!!!!
Food was good, service was great. Had the couple's special cant go wrong for the price. The singing wait staff added a surprise entertainment factor. Really enjoyed the time here.
The food was excellent. What a great place to eat. Loves it.
My birthday at Remington was awesome. Great food, great service, Cozy atmosphere! Thanks Eric for the birthday dessert. We were really full but that ice cream made my day even more special. ????
Main course was 4 star with 5 star flavor. The fact that they don't provide any bread to eat during the 45 minutes between salad/soup course and the meal is awful. Singer was great
Service
Amazing place! Must visit in The Falls. We drive 1.5 hrs to get there. Service is perfect....they just get it. Mattie served us again and we were so pleased. A “real” gal with a sense of humour. Food is outstanding! We thoroughly enjoy Remington’s every time. Treat your selves folks. Family friendly too.
Rude waiter. He should be fired.Never coming here again. I asked a question and he snapped at me and focused on my girlfriend instead. Jerkoff . Oh and vouchers are pretty well useless.
Amazing
For our 5 year anniversary, Remington's was by far the WORST part of our special day. My partner and I arrived at 8:05 pm for our dinner reservation set for 8:15 pm. After hearing a young couple ahead of us tell the hostess that they were almost an hour late for their 7:30 reservation and subsequently listening to the hostess tell them that they were super busy that night but could seat them at the bar to wait for a table, my partner and I were told by the hostess that the restaurant was running behind on reservations and that we would need to wait for five minutes to be seated. 15 minutes past our reservation into waiting I asked if we could sit at the bar to wait and the hostess said that was fine, we ended up sitting beside the young couple from before who was late for their reservations. At 9pm the couple was seated before us and I began to become irritated, luckily 15 minutes later at 9:15 (we were seated An HOUR AFTER OUR RESERVATION). Both my partner and I were happy to finally have been seated on our 5 year anniversary after an hour of waiting with prior reservations. We understood that the restaurant was extremely busy this night so we decided to let go of our irritation and enjoy our meal until our glasses arrived, both having visible lip stains surrounding the rim, my partner told me not to say anything as it made sense that they were so busy that they didn't have time to wash their glassware properly. I decided to let and not make the night any worse. However our waitress seemed oblivious to our presence and took another 20 minutes to come and ask us for our meal order... We did not receive our main course meal until 10:30 pm when our original reservation was at 8:15... I can go on about how terrible the service and experience at Remington's was but I do understand that the vast majority of reviews for the restaurant are positive and I have considered this night and our particular experience to be an anomaly. However, our experience was horrendous and we were even asked to "please move along" while finishing our meals around 11pm when the restaurant was beginning to close, I chose not to confront a manager on my horrendous treatment and experience knowing that the suppressed feelings about the experience would explode out and make our 5 year anniversary even worse. Please be warned that this restaurant may and already has ruined a very special night for a couple.
The Staff were excellent and professional. The Salmon and lobster were delicious. The potatoes were not up to the level though. The Lamb shank was served cold! Our Order was missing the calamari. There was some delays in taking the orders.
Excellent!!! Great food. Great service. I love it soo much sent my whole family here.
This was honestly one of the best meals I've ever eaten. We had the filet mignon special with the crab galette and lobster hollandaise. Every bit of the meal was perfectly prepared and delicious. The wait staff provided excellent service. I really can't recommend Remingtons enough!
Great atmosphere, amazing staff, loved the singing wait staff WOW..and the food was incredible..will definitely be returning.
Excellent meal. Great service. The singing wait staff are amazing. Definitely will return.
Service
Very expensive. Bad food! Very slow to get food out! We ordered bison prime rib med rare- it was charred way over cooked and it was more of a steak then prime rib. Also ordered AAA 16oz rib eye steak med rare- it was very thick, not seasoned, one half over cooked and the other 1/2 completely dried out. Service was average, no singing. No bread offered. Ambience was nice rustic theme. Way over priced. Comes with a side- Fries are shriveled up and soggy. Paid way too much money. Food was very disappointing. You can only fool a person once. We will not be back!
Food and experience was amazing, pricey but worth it. Had my wedding night dinner there. No complaints
Dinner
Waited 30min and steak was kinda fat which might not be everyone's taste
Super expensive. Bill was almost $90 after the $30 voucher. That's only 2 entries with water. Server wasn't great, wasn't cooked the way I ordered. Serving sizes are very accommodating though.
The restaurant is amazing and the food is fantastic. They are not however limiting seating during covid. We had a party of 8 right next to us.
Great service! They serve classic steaks executed to perfection! I only wish that they would have more steak options.
The food is good. Wait staff was excellent. It was very loud, not really the greatest spot to go if you are looking for a quiet date night. Overall, I would recommend it if you are going as a large group.
Wow! If you are looking for an incredible dining experience..this is it. Top notch service, unbelievable food, lovely atmosphere.

Great place and very friendly staff. We had to change our reservation a couple of times and they accommodated us right away. Food was awesome.
Dined there on 2-7-2015, wait staff was extremely rude, table was not set, we had to ask for silverware, we were given the wrong menus and when given the right ones, half of one was missing. We were never asked if we wanted refills on our beverages or dessert. Over priced, meat was average vegetables were warm at best, the music was extremely loud, you could not talk over it, and was crappy, so was the sound system. The only good thing I can say is the prime rib soup appetizer was crazy good. I expected more since its owned by the oakes hotel and was part of their package.
On June 16th, and my family and I found this restaurants as we were walking around Clifton Hill. We were seated and the service was amazing. Up until I got my food and I found a long blond hair melted into the cheese on my roasted garlic bread. I immediately told my server and lost my appetite. I was being very respectful and had a understanding mindset. I didn’t think they would charge me for my plate specifically because I only ate 1/4 of the dish before I found the hair, but unfortunately they did. They charged me full price for a dish with someone else’s hair intertwined in my food and I was very disappointed. I’ve found hair in my food at other restaurants before, but never got charged for it. Pretty disgusting.
We used Groupons ...excellent value and steak was very good. Great service!
Food was fantastic. Service was impeccable. highly recommend it
Service was quick, they have great protocols during Covid. A tad greasy on the calamaris. Kids menu was limited but okay.
Awesome dining experience. A mistake occurred with our order and the manager was quick to correct the situation. The server was prompt about situation and rectified it. The staff was great with our 2.5year old. Their couples menu was an excellent option. Will look forward to returning.
Steaks were great, though the Covid measures were less than what we expected and experienced at other restaurants in Ontario.
Service
Amazing! The steak was so juicy! A bit pricey but worth every penny. Bring your appetite!
This place was great. The food was amazing. I had the supreme stuff chicken and it was so good I had to thank the chef personally. Dessert was also very delicious. Overall the atmosphere was good, live entertainment with servers who can sing very well too. The food and service was so good even if It was an extra $50 I would pay it gladly. Thanks Valerie for the recommendations and good service. I will Definitely will go back every time I visit Niagara Falls.
Food was good, and service was great.Would go here again.
We ordered our food at 20:00. The server seems unexperienced. It took them forty minutes to prepare the food, even the appetizer. Later on, we asked for a refill of our drink. We had to ask again and again and again because the server would keep on forgetting. The steak my brother ordered was not accurate to order. It was completely rare although he ordered medium well. We had a awful and it seems as they are trying to target tourists as the prices are high and the food is mediocre. I hope they will improve the experience of the guests in the future.
Our experience was amazing! We saw the 4 course meal deal in Groupon. Gotta say it definitely worth it. For the appetizer I had shrimp cocktail. Which tasted excellent and it was perfectly plated. For second course I had the prime rib soup, it tasted okay but definitely needed to add generous amount of salt and peppers to enhance the flavour. For the main course I had prime rib. Which is this restaurant’s especially. Which was just perfect! For desert had the chocolate mousse with Gooseberry which was good too. All that for $45/person is a steal of the deal and I wouldn’t mind paying full price for that. Also service was excellent too.
for the price of the meals here i was very underwhelmed. my prime rib essentially had hardly any flavor. it was tender, but without flavor i was so disappointed. my drink i ordered (also pictured) fell flat on the taste as well. i put on our reservation we were celebrating an engagement, but our server didn’t even know, as did no one, so i didn’t see the point of why they asked while making the reservation. the best part of the experience was our server though! i wish i could remember her name because she was WONDERFUL!
I was skeptical at first, the food turned out great the atmosphere was perfect... considering it's the height of prime tourist season, I still enjoyed it. But what put this restaurant above all the rest, was the entertainment...our waitress and other staff took turns on the mic. I'm not talking amateurs they sang beautifully. Our waitresses ended the night singing for my parents 50th anniversary. CHEERS TO REMINGTON'S
Amazing restaurant, the atmosphere was great, staff was very friendly. The food is extremely good and worth every penny. Will definitely go back on my next visit.
Loved the food and entertainment with one of the servers who was singing while i was there really nice place to eat very neat and tidy and omg the food leaves uspeachless
Got a table fast which was nice. Friendly staff but food was hit and miss. Steaks were good. Crab cakes weren't great. Sprinkle cocktail was good. They charged $5 more to remove the potatoes and vegetables off the entree and replace with a tiny salad with no salad dressing. The seafood pasta wasn't good. Ordered things and the staff was obviously busy or something but they kept forgetting to bring us extra sides and drinks that we had ordered, so we felt like we had to keep asking for things. They didn't offer a local discount, given the location and the prices, you'd think they'd offer something to encourage locals to come during their slow season when the tourists are gone.
So glad we chose the Oakes Hotel as we had the pleasure of going to your lovely restaurant for dinner! Besides the tasteful prime rib we had Paul as our waiter! Such an amazing young man! Paul definitely loves his job! Thank you again!
This place is quite the hidden gem in my opinion. I opted to go to a cosy steakhouse that wasn't either the Kegs or Ruth's Chris and this place was although unassuming from the front, the interior was very lovely. We ordered the Ultimate Couples prix fixe menu for $69 which includes 2 appetizers of prime rib barley soup (we added Caesar salad extra $5), 2 mains of prime rib (which as shown was very delicious), 2 dessert each of tartufo ice cream and key lime pie + 1/2L of red wine was a very good deal to me. But the best part to top off the experience was that they had our waiters perform live singing! I'll be honest and say most of the other patrons were surprised our waiter sang Let this be our Prayer. Overall I can't fault anything of the restaurant and would recommend people to try it out. FYI they don't offer the prix fixe menu unless you ask for it and will not bring it up.
This restaurant astonished me and my wife entirely! Our waiter was a singer and a waiter second. He was an amazing! Beyond amazing infact. The food..... since it is a restaurant..... was fantastic... and would rival any Keg, miletones i have been too anywhere. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the falls! I will be back. And i will tell everyone about my experience.
We really enjoyed our visit here! Our waiter Danny was fantastic, such great energy. We did the offer from The Oakes hotel, and the food was fantastic.
Absolutely loved it. We both raved about their calamari app and prime rib...best ever had!! We will be back and highly recommend!!
This was a great experience with very good food. My girlfriends and my favorite restaurant in Niagara. Miss Kahla was an awesome waitress.
My husband and I went there on March 19/14 because we wanted to hear the singing servers. The only way that was going to happen is if you ask for it. The server we asked said Oh hasn't he been out yet, so she went and got him. He did one song and it was great but that was it. I had prime rib and hubby had New York strip, the taste of salt was so heavy, just a terrible meal. Never again, now we will only go to Lucky's at Casino Niagara

Well, we were early @ 5.15 pm. They did not give us the early bird price of $18.99 for the prime rib that was advertised outside clearly bet 4.00 and 6.00 pm. They refused to honor our $30. Voucher that was given to us by the Oakes. So we paid $589.00 for a upgraded package and could not use all our FREE coupons that we given to us
Remingtons is the first place we eat at when we cross into Canada. Everything is delicious but the Prime rib is by far the best they have. It is so tender and tasty. You will not be disappointed.
Great Atmosphere and service, food was well below average for the price. but we got the Groupon 'deal's which is a scam because they up all the prices and then charge you tax on that BEWARE OF THE BIF TAX..... it's not a real tax so tell them to take it off of your bill. It's not a government implemented tax!!!
The staff were lovely but the experience and food was not great. It started out with our party of four being seated directly beside another occupied table. We were so close, we couldn't pull our chair out to get seated. The entire restaurant was empty and they could have spaced us apart a bit due to Covid. Ordering wine for our table was difficult because most of the items on the wine menu were not available. Maybe this was due to being off season. Our food arrived at significantly different times. Our friends received their food a good 5 minutes before my husband and myself. I ordered the Treasure of the Sea @ $57.00. The temperature of the food was tepid at best. The staff were very apologetic and took my plate away to have it remade. By the time the second plate arrived, everyone else was finished their meal. And the second plate of food was not hot either. I did not eat very much as it wasn't enjoyable. Honestly, I've had larger and tastier shrimp and scallops from Red Lobster. The scallops at Remingtons were smaller than a dime. And the shrimp were itty bitty with no flavour. Our friend ordered the Delmonico @ $49.00 and said it left an after taste in his mouth. The front room staff kindly tried to rectify my meal and in the end did not charge me but I can't say we will eat there again. It was definitely subpar for the price.
Personally it was mediocre. I wanted to sit down with my girl friend and enjoy a quite sitting until the waiter, and waitress started singing live with an extremely loud microphone, I'm not saying their voice was bad but personally I wanted to enjoy a quite place and enjoy time talking to my girl friend then yelling to each other because the live music was loud...
The staff that welcomed and seated us was friendly. Perfect hand over to Steve who took amazing care of our party of 5. There was a non drinker in our group and Steve and the bartender did such a spectacular job in creating non alcoholic cocktails. The food was amazing and tasteful. I'd definitely recommend Remingtons.
We came here two years ago, and were very impressed with the food and services. Unfortunately this time we were quite disappointed. The prime rib which is supposed to be their specialty, wasn't impressed. The veggies came with the entrée were nothing special either.
I had new year's eve dinner here with my girlfriend. The at that worked with me to have a waiter sang her favorite song at the end of dinner. At the end of it, I proposed while a waiter (Mike?) took the video. She said yes ????
For my wife's birthday weekend we gave this place a try. We had the $69 meal (sea bass and prime rib). Everything was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Thank you for making this a great meal. Will return again.
Delicious meal, great service!!! Will definitely return!!!
When visiting Niagara, this place is a must! There is parking in the rear and Remingtons will validate your parking for the first few hours. They have group-on specials with separate menus that are a fantastic deal. The food is awesome and the atmosphere is pleasant. Even though I was forewarned, I was not prepared for the singer servers! This is a nice touch.
Delightful experience. Wonderfully accommodating staff, tasty food served in fantastic portions, and genuinely friendly service from the server. Will be back.
Excellent food. Wonderful service. Eric was a great server and a wonderful singer! Not cheap but well worth it!
Service
Prime rib was very tender. Chop salad was excellent. The server Steve was attentive and efficient. I would definitely going back again.
Food was great, service was not. Very cozy atmosphere. Made it here with the four course Groupon deal which includes a prefix menu. Started with the crab cake, followed by the cesar salad, then the new york strip. Steak had great flavor and was cooked perfect. Our server was however less than attentive and we sat with empty water glasses for quite some time. Would recommend here if you get a deal on the food otherwise there are better/cheaper options in the area.
Professional waiters provide great service. As a bonus, almost all waiters actually sing (and it doesn't feel amateur)! This feature gives the place a touch. Interior features lots of wood, good lighting, antler shaped chandeliers and comfy chairs. I got an ultimate couple's dinner: - The seafood pasta was good while the bass fish was great. Lobster rolls as appetizers were decent and dessert was very delicious. Groupon 3-course dinner for two with 1/2 liter of wine has separate menu though, with fewer meal options. Despite that, you do have some choice and meals are not bad. Would recommend
Absolutely fantastic. Eric the singing waiter was out of this world. The prime rib is next to none. Would recommend Remington's any time.
Good food. Waiters are singing - that was awesome, except i wished they sang more often. When i was there, they sang once every 40 minutes or so...The food was brought quickly, which in some instances could be a good thing but in others....Didn't have that feel for wishing to stay longer and talk. It was more of a "nice place....eat your food and leave". :)
delicious food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. One of the waiters sings live every hour or so, beautiful voice.
Maddi was a great server, food was amazing!
Came here for my birthday dinner and it was amazing. Our prime rib dinner was delicious not to mention the bruschetta. Eric our server was incredible and his voice. Thanks again we will be back
The food and service was great. The singing wait staff was amazing. The price was great.
Warmly welcomed when we walked in. We had a reservation for 7pm but wasn't too busy. We asked about the couple special that was on menu online since wasn't on menu given to us. Our server Tina explained that was a different menu and brought it over. We had the red wine (not much of a wine drinker, was pretty dry).My husband got the prime rib with mashed potatoes. I had the stuffed chicken supreme with rice. Both of us were very pleased with our meals. To top it off dessert was included (tartufo).
Awesome food. Awesome service and the waiters/waitresses were amazing.
Amazing food omg
We chose to celebrate our recent engagement here. Had issues from the very start. Made reservations for 8:30. When we arrived, the hostess, had to buss and clean a very small and uncomfortable table for us. I decided to give the place the benefit of the doubt. Moving on to ordering the food, we Ordered the prime rib and stuffed chicken breast. While my fiancé did not have issues with here chicken, my prime rib was well undercooked. It was to be cooked Med-rare but arrived at the table more on the rare side. The potatoes and the steak were cold. I did mention this to the waitress, she took it back to the kitchen to be fixed, she returned and said it had been fixed. The meat was still lukewarm at best and potatoes still cold. It felt like they transferred the food to a warm plate and poured hot beef gravy over it. The prime rib itself did not have much flavor to the meat and only had a small portion of the cap with the seasoning/rub and spices on it. Our server Darlene was probably the worse server I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. A single example of he poor service that comes to mind is We literally had to ask for more water, as opposed to her being properly attentive and asking us if we would like more water or just bringing it. She was not very attentive or went out of her way to ensure we were having a quality dining experience. She also was not the most friendly or pleasant person. I would not recommend this restaurant to even my worst enemy and if it were the last option of food in the end of the world.
Nice ambiance but there were no singing server's like some reviewers are saying. I had the bison steak and it was well seasoned and cooked to my liking, but somehow the chef forgot to seasoned my wife's steak. She said it tasted bland. Not a lot of choices on the kids menu and my kids didn't like the pizza, but I tasted it and I liked it. A little expensive compared to other restaurants but isn'tt really that much better food wise.
Food was amazing. Service of waitress Val was excellent!!! So we had such a wonderful time!!!
Filet was perfectly prepared. Server was very friendly and had a beautiful voice. Restaurant was a bit dark but beautifully decorated

Food was great. I had the Salmon and honestly it was one of the best i’ve had. My hubby had the prime rib and he did say it was lacking flavour but the piece of stake he got was huge! For dessert we got the red velvet cake and let me tell you... We NEVER get dessert but we both devoured it. It was amazing. The ambience of the place is great. Loved the singing. Highlight was when a manager called us a cab to take us to our hotel. (Free of charge) The shuttle that was taking us back to The Oaks Hotel was full and we had to wait another 20 mins. He offered right away when he saw us waiting. We were not expecting that for sure!!
My partner and I came in and ordered from the couples menu, which is an amazing deal (2 apps, 2 entrees, 2 desserts, 1/2 litre of wine for 69$). The selection on the couples menu is small but everything was good! They didn't seem to skimp on us either, with the significantly reduced price. We had the crab cakes and lobster rolls, I lived them, I had the Ribeye. Everything about this dish was perfect. The mash, carrots (I don't even like carrots but I finished them), the cut//way better than The Keg. I think it was a decent 8 or 10oz too-I cant remember. Desserts were a surprise but we both loved it. At some point during the meal, one of the female employees started singing and walking through the restaurant and she had the most beautiful voice. Overall, very pleasant meal and delicious. We will definitely return.
Fantastic meal. The food is great. The service is wonderful, and they really make sure to take care of their guests. The singing waiters are very fun and amusing. Slightly gimmicky, but that's Niagara falls in a nutshell. I had a hotel package with the Falls View Inn and I couldn't be more satisfied. The atmosphere is country themed yet still classy and trendy with constantly changing menu items to keep the guests that keep coming back something new to try.
Great food!!! The staff are awesome the singing waiters was truly an experience that was unexpected. We used a groupon and received excellent service by Charlene I believe her name is. She was really so great!!! The food and portions were huge and filled us both up ! Everything was superb! I defiantly would go back again and eat there ! Everything was great! Definitely a place to visit in niagara.
Our go to when we are down in Niagara, have never had a bad experience here! Food is delicious and service is always top notch.
lovely environment, lovely waiter with a great voice
The food was very lacking in flavor, tempurature, and any sort of desire. Neither my husband or myself finished either of our plates out of poor quality. They atmosphere was GREAT decor wise (but the EMT crew coming in and blocking the door way for about 30 minutes during our dinner to help someone was a little unsettling). The server never brought everything we asked for, or were supposed to get without us having to ask someone else over and over again. We will not be returning.
I would highly recommend the Remington Steak House. Pictured was the chef's choice being a 6oz steak with a Lobster cake and source. The evening also included the dulcet tones of 'Dave' a waiter. If you are in Niagara or nearby and appreciate a good steak then give the place a try..
Amazing food, great drinks and attentive service! I highly recommend if you are looking for a great family meal.
This is our favorite place to dine in Niagara Falls. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of food provided at the New Year's Eve dinner. We will go back however not on a speciality night.
Been here twice now and both times got the chicken supreme. It is delicious! Right now they have a couples deal for $69! It includes an appetizer, main and dessert for both. We didn’t get that special menu when we sat down and had to ask for it. It works out to be a great price. Wait staff also sing as our server moved around the restaurant singing. He did a great job. Will be back here next time I come to Niagara Falls.
Our server Amber took care of us really well. Great ambiance and quality steak served. Talented servers who can sing. Definitely recommend.
Service
Very limited menu now as opposed to pre pandemic. Prices are a little steep, all considered.
Amazing place for steak and seafood!! The service was a bit slow and the side of fries for the lobster was an extremely small portion (as seen in photo). Cocktails tasted incredible! The chicken penne rostica didn’t taste that good, but was still manageable to eat. The servers sing too which is a unique touch! A bit pricy, costed $300 for 5 people, however you pay for the good quality!
We had a three course dinner here and we loved everything! The atmosphere, the service and the food was excellent. It was our first time and we definitely will come back. I enjoyed calamari, prime rib and chocolate dessert. The food had great flavor and the portions were big. Enthusiastic two thumbs up.
Great atmosphere and really good food. Had the short rib special and it was fantastic. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. Will definately be back.
Third time coming here. Have had their 3-course meal each time, and tried a different main course each time. All were great. Syd is a great attentive waitress!
Food we had was excellent. I had a swordfish steak with a pinnaple chutney, baked potatoes, and green beans! Was delicious!
Amazing food. Got the pork loin and the prime rib. The wine is really tasty. The waitress has a beautiful voice and the staff is really great and service is fast. Highly recommend. Groupon vouchers have a different menu so just tell them at the start of your visit and they will take car of you.
We came to Niagara Falls on vacation and this place was recommended by our hotel when we asked about a steakhouse. None of the brochures or coupon books I picked up mentioned Remingtons, so we checked it out. Soooooo glad I did! They have fantastic food. I got the New York strip w/peppercorn sauce, my husband ordered prime rib. And I didn't see this anywhere on their website, but the wait staff sings periodically and it's beautifully done. Great service, Sam was our waitress. I was so impressed, it was like having a great meal and a classy Broadway song here and there. If you enjoy good food and good singing voices, you should visit this place.
Incredible food and was completely blown away by the entertainment. The service was wonderful, very quick and friendly. Can't wait to return!
Another great meal at Remingtons. One of our favorite places to dine when in Niagara Falls.
Dinner
Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. Used a Groupon and got a great deal. I would recommend everyone go there at least once.
Service was superb. Singing staff was nice. Ate on a gourmet for 2 pass from the Oakes hotel and had a limited menu but were able to upgrade for a fee. Food was good.
Dinner
What a lovely place. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about food on the menu. Very good wines too. Such a warm and cozy atmosphere.
Service
Love the prime rib and amazing singing servers! Memorable experience...
Visiting first time to Niagara Falls. Went under recommendations from locals. Excellent choice. Food was delicious, staff very friendly, overall great dining experience. Sam, our waitress, was super nice and also an excellent singer.
Service and food were excellent! Striploin and prime rib were ordered rare and were exactly that! Not very often that happens! We had no problem parking in the back, and were seated right away (we did have a reservation though). We will definitely go back!
It was really a great experience. We enjoyed it to extreme!
Service
Excellent service and food. We purchased the 4 course dinner on Groupon and it was a fantastic experience. Definitely recommend
Revisited Remington's this weekend having been there over a year ago, I called ahead, as having been previously disappointed to ensure staff is still singing during covid and was assured there is singing on Fridays and Saturdays so made a reservation accordingly. Dined for over two hours with my daughters and only one song was sung at our request by our waiter. As there are many fine dining choices in the area I was eager to frequent an establishment with live music. Having been disappointed twice I will not be returning. Prime rib is Amazing! Food is delicious. Waiters and staff are excellent. Sadly only two songs were sung during dinner wished we could have heard the waiters sing more frequently
Good atmosphere, singing waiter, good surf & turf options, very busy place but we did not wait to long for our food, waiteress was friendly and professional. Would go again!
Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and we discovered this online. Food was delish but online menu/specials is not what's offered there. No singing servers, no dining package and no Tomahawk steaks. Restaurant was loud and too bright for a romantic restaurant. $200 for half liter of the house wine, 1 Cocktail, 2 steaks and a shared salad.... Super pricey. One and done for us. Thanks for the memories but never again!
My husband and I had dinner for our anniversary and ate from the couples menu. Very good food and great price.
Service was great, came in for a late dinner while up in Niagara. Fixed price couples menu was great value!
Very nice decor, the food arrived quickly and was very tasty. Waitress was very professional, pleasant and accommodating. The hostesses exchanged our table without hesitation. Live singing by hostess / waiter was an awesome addition. Price wise - identical to the keg.
Best birthday dinner ever!!
One of the best prime rib steak I have ever had. The server was excellent - she made sure we had everything we need and yet wasnt hoving over us the whole time.
Home of the singing server! During dinner hours, the hosting staff take turns walking about the restaurant floor; serenading tables and announcing special events. This is not karaoke, these entertainers have real talent. Early bird prime rib special from 4-6pm weekdays is a must for first timers. They cater to large groups and bus tours as well. Watched a group of 60 sit in the lower section of the restaurant. Service was sweeping and quick. As we were on our way out, observes each member of the touring party receive their own lobster, amazing! Legnthly wine list is a bonus.
Great food great atmosphere. Some of the wait staff actually sing over the sound system in the restaurant every 20 minutes or so. The only problem is that can be too loud at times.
Good food, kind of a strange faux-classy atmosphere? It's kind of like they're providing a find-dining experience to busloads of tourists who are not accustomed to real fine-dining experiences. And there's nothing wrong with that.
Meal type
Absolutely amazing. Great service amazing food good choices. Would recommend any day. Order the ultimate or date night meals for couples. Choose the brushetta you won't be disappointed.
My wife and I had the early bird prime rib. Seated and served promptly. Nice presentation. A special treat was the strolling singing waiter!
Remington's is an upscale steakhouse. I ended up here after fleeing the Applebee's next door in horror. I was ready to pay their prices for proper food... ...and it was absolutely worth it. I had a fantastic meal here, served by possibly the best waiter I've ever seen. If you're wandering around Niagara Falls looking for a place to have dinner, spend a little extra to eat here. Not Applebee's. Oh no, don't eat there.
Service was fantastic. Dinner was delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
The food and atmosphere was great. However even tho we had a great server when our bill came and we asked about the BIF on the bill she gave us a quick response. We asked if that is the tourist tax and she said no and we have to pay it. We paid and never saw her again. The BIF is not a tax and we do not have to pay that.
Our server was Amazing ! Came in with a Groupon for a 4 course meal and was treated with great service .
Food was great our server Krystin was awesome. Definitely will return again. Thank you.
Our order was simple and yet took over half an hour to come and still came incorrect. The medium steak was rare, if not blue. The ceaser salad was extremely small considering the price of it and that it was supposed to be a full meal. The chicken added to it was dry. Garlic potatoes, carrots and beans on the side were all bland. The chefs lack drive and the pricing is ridiculous for the quality. You're better off going to Wendy's.
Hubby got a Groupon for dinner for 2 for $89. It was a 4-course meal. Separate appetizers, soup/salad, entree and dessert. The menu you get to choose from was well-rounded. The calamari was a little bland, but the shrimp were quite large! I loved my Cesar salad! Every piece of lettuce had dressing on it! Hubby had the NY strip steak and I had the pork loin. The pork was huge! My jaw dropped when I saw it! I almost started laughing because I wasn't expecting it to be such a large portion! Lots of flavor! You can tell that it had a homemade BBQ sauce drizzled on top. The spinach was crispy. The mashed potatoes were flavorful and I didn't need any gravy for it. We got 1 dessert for our 4 year old, who finished her entire plate of food. (That never happens at ANY restaurant!) Our server, Christine (Christina? Kristin?) was phenomenal! She was polite, cheerful, attentive and very kind! She engaged our daughter wonderfully and when asked how her meal was, she happily replied, "Perfect!" High praise from a very picky 4 year old! One of the best meals we had during our vacation and by far, the best server!
I was here 2 weeks ago for my sisters Stag and Doe. We had a great time and all the singers were great. I saw that James Gingello wrote that he didn't like the singers because he wants to eat in peace and quiet. Well James, then you shouldn't go to a restaurant with live music. As someone that has served and been a flight attendant, I don't understand people. If you don't like something then why do you go to places that have the things you don't like. PS - Tip your servers! They have to share with the cooks, hostess and in Niagara Falls, the owners and managers, so if you leave 15%, your server might see 7% of that total.
Went tonight, had the couples 3 course menu and it was delicious!!! I upgraded to a caesar salad with salmon-soooo good. My husband had some prime rib soup (amazing) and the prime rib...we left extremely full and happy! Also, the bruschetta is out of this world ???? lastly, but most importantly, the service-Kristen was our waitress and was fantastic! Hands down she is a massive part of why we will come back!!!
Visiting for the weekend and meeting friends for dinner. Made reservations just in case since it Saturday night , arrived few minutes early and was seated promptly in two minutes in a cozy corner of the restaurant Waitress was very polite, professional, attentive and personable Food was delicious, salad, chorizo stuffed mushrooms, prime rib and Delmonico steaks 3 out of the 4 of us ordered the Delmonico, all said it was very delicious...... Only negative was I ordered prime rib medium well but was more on the medium side but delicious nonetheless FYI- yes there was a waiter that was singing a few songs, good voice and overall great dinner with friends
Appetizers very good, service good. For the entrées, but the daily special Monkfish was on the flavourless side, and the prom ribs were good but not great. Given the other reviews I've read, I feel compelled to mention that in our hour and a half stay, I heard one song. It's also worth noting that despite using a $30 Groupon voucher, we ordered from the main menu, not a "second class" or otherwise different version as others have indicated.
The Prime rib was delicious. The service was awesome.
Had surf and turf with prime rib and lobster tail... 46 bucks. It was cooked well along with my girlfriends prime rib but, there was little flavor to the meat. I see most people seem to like that apparently but I have had better prime ribs from outback. First we sat at the bar......asked the bartender if we could eat at the bar . She replied of course. She was quite busy so we waited, after 10 minutes or so asked if we could please have a menu. She told us we have to get them from the hostess. Why not tell us that when we asked? Either way, I found the food average....it was 150 bucks for two to eat and have 2 beers each. I might go again.....if they promise to change the tunes on the singing waitees.
Went on a Groupon. Glad we didn't pay full price. Our server had bad breath. I would've liked a dinner roll, but they don't serve them. The wine selection was not impressive to us. Calamari was bland. It needed salt, and I rarely say that. Unless you're into the tackiness of having singing servers, find another place. They don't sing to you at your table; they walk around the restaurant singing, between serving tables. Also, the regular music was particularly loud that night. We requested to be moved, which was accommodated, but it didn't help with getting away from the loudness. I don't know about you, but when I go to a leisurely dinner at a steak house, I'm not likely to be keen on hearing the music over my dinner companions.
We visited Remingtons to celebrate my husband’s and my sister in laws’s birthday (they are a couple of days a part). I asked the waiter if they did anything special for birthdays and he said yes, they do singing and dessert. We eat our meal and get our bill and the did not do anything special for the birthdays. My husband and I enjoyed the tenderloin, but my sister in law did not like her meal at all and she couldn’t eat it. The brie appetizer was mediocre.
Fantastic steaks and wonderful service. GM Chris runs an amazing establishment. Our server Mike could be the next Canadian Idol--- A+++++ experience. See you again soon Dig It!!!
Fab steak house, lovely friendly staff and great service. Surprised by the staff who take turns entertaining the diners. It was a but like eating dinner at The Voice finale but it was goid craic and worth a visit.
The food was ok. I had the steak and Lobster. My wife had some pasta. The steak was cooked perfectly, but I was surprised they used what tasted like Montreal steak spice instead of a house rub or seasoning, The lobster was overdone. But that could have to do with my plate being as hot as the food. Maybe it sat under the heater waiting for my server to get it. The garlic mashed potatoes were quite disgusting. They tasted like they use pre cut and ready to serve garlic from a jar and tasted like the garlic was old. My wife's pasta had spinach in it. And it was not washed. It's a shame the cut corners the way they do. The servers are great with an excellent dining atmosphere. It's just tragic that the food is where they lost the additional 2 stars. Overall it was ok. But not $170 worth that's for sure.
The food was excellent! I went with my friend and we did the ultimate couple Offer that comes with 3 courses. It just kept getting better with each course. The crab cakes appetizers were delicious, the prime rib and seafood fettuccine was amazing and the pecan pie dessert was just out of this world! It was perfection! And there there was a waiter (Sam Hart) with the most buttery voice, that serenaded us at dinner. It was a wonderful evening!
Never again.....terrible service. Drinks took over 30 mins to arrive due to understaffing, at least 100 dirty glasses on tbe bar. No bread offered before dinner and poor food quality in general. Not even close to being worth the $$$.
First time in my life l paid $19.00 dollars for a glass of wine. No not a vintage just regular off thes shelf savignon blanc from New Zealand. Not even a Kim Crawford. Lost my business.
This is a great restaurant. It is definitely very pricey so it isn't for someone trying to find a cheap meal. However, the food and service is definitely worth it. Steak was cooked to perfection. There was not a single thing we ordered we could complain about. They also have waiters that walk around and sing while you enjoy your meal. I would recommend this place to steak lovers for sure!
Absolutely amazing! Our waiter was very attentive. The prime rib was so favorable, tender and delicious - mashed potatoes and green beans with carrots (cooked perfect and sweet). The prime rib soup was warm and satisfying. The shrimp cocktail was delicious. Ended with a chocolate ice cream dipped in a chocolate ganache with whipped cream and strawberry on top! Everything was amazing! Singing waiter was an added bonus to a great evening!
Delicious garlic bread appetizer, and very tender and scrumptious steak. Raspberry sours are the go to cocktail. Always come here at least once when visiting Niagara.

Dinner
was ok. tried this place last week. was so-so. meant for tourists, one time shot! service was short of being ok. meat cuts did not seem to be what they promised. my wife loves filet mignon and this place forgot the bacon. too bad! we will visit the Niagara area next week and probably get a steak again, elsewhere.
Delicious good, must have the prime rib and for those of you that don't mind a bit of heat, try the homemade horseradish sauce. While staying at the Oakes Hotel, we picked up an upgrade for 2 3-course meals, we just added on our kiddos dinner. Live singing by our waiter Eric, fantastic!!!
Singing wait staff!! That was so neat. The prices were a bit steep, but the food was great!
Servers who sing sounds a bit showy, but it was actually really fantastic. Loved the decor too. But to be truthful, the food was just okay, that's the only reason four stars and not 5.
The meal (New York steak) was delicious and our server was awesome ????
We ordered the prime rib dinner. It tasted like leftovers from the day before. We were then treated to listening to the manager scream at and berate one of the poor waitresses there. He brought the poor girl to tears right in front of a restaurant full of people. Do yourself a favor, eat somewhere else, ANYWHERE else. Managers who think it's okay to treat their staff members like that don't deserve the business.
Great service, amazing food. Wish they had one in Toronto cant wait to go back!
Remingtons is by far the best restaurant in Niagara.. This place gets it right everytime. I loved everything. Experience perfection everytime.
Kristen was amazing. This was the second time she has served us and she really leaves an impression. The prime rib is all that!! The horseradish is super hot but great! Truly a great spot to go when in the Falls.
Went here because it was right beside our hotel bit was so happy we did. Food was great and staff very friendly
Great service and great food. Maybe one of the best Prime Rib cuts I have ever had.
Food was great! Everything was properly cooked and delicious. Only problem is the singing. Its not bad or anything but the volume was too loud. When the singing started our conversation had to pause. Hard to have a romantic steak dinner when you have to yell over the music.
Aug 25, 2020 Anniversary dinner where it left me sick for two. All was good but something was cross contaminated and it left me sick two days. I am thinking it was the Cesar salad and my doctor thought same thing after I talked to him. I did leave restaurant email to double check in kitchen with no response so I thought to leave a review. Too bad, always looking for a local restaurant but should know better in tourist area
Excellent, excellent, excellent! The service was on point, the food was amazing, and we were even surprised with one of the waitresses performing an Adele song live! And she nailed it! The whole experience was excellent!
Beautiful Canadian setting with mouth watering crab cakes and bread slathered with cheese. This was followed by steak medium and grilled sword fish with potatoe mash and succulent beans. The ultimate treat of an ice cream cake for a birthday celebrated at Remingtons sealed the evening. Not to menton the wonderful service by Maddie, who exemplified customer service to the hilt. Great job!!
10/10 experience here last night! Found an amazing deal on Groupon for a 4 course dinner for 2 (including wine) for $97, so we decided to try this restaurant for the first time and were blown away! The quality of food and service here is what really makes this place stand out. Every item that came out was phenomenal and our server Kristen was very professional and prompt. We were also surprised with live singing from a few of the servers as well which was a nice touch. Extremely impressed with this restaurant will be coming all the way to Niagara (from Brampton) just for dinner here in the near future!
We had a package with the Oakes Overlooking the Falls hotel for New Years Eve. The place was busy, but not over crowded. The wait was reasonable considering every table was full. You need a reservation for weekend dinners and holidays. The service was great. The food was exceptional. If you are a steak lover (like myself) you need to go here. It was absolutely amazing. The only thing is the prices are very high. I wouldn't go without a package deal from a hotel that offers the 3 course meal. With Oakes we paid only $60 more then just the room itself for 2 people to enjoy a three course meal. Otherwise, your bill will come up to a couple of hundred dollars. I would definelty suggest it. A very classy place. Dim light setting.... perfect for romance. Enjoy!
We tried this restaurant for the first time, and sorry but probably won’t try it again. The prices don’t match the food quality. Abit over priced to be honest. Drinks were flat. We were disappointed in the lack of menu options. It would be nice if the steak was accompanied with various veggies such mushrooms, peppers for example instead of just boring/bland green peas. The customer service was very good I must say.
Meal type
Wonderful meal looking forward to getting inside for the ambiance and experience of Remingtons.
Dinner
Had dinner here last night on a date. About 20 minutes in, the table near us had a medical emergency. I am medical staff, so I assisted this family. I was on the floor helping while the staff went about regular restaurant operations. 15-20 minutes later the ambulance arrived. I sat to console the distraught family. Once they left I agreed to finally receive what I had ordered. My sides were piping hot, my meat cold. I was approached by multiple patrons in the area that had witnessed the events. They stated they thought my meal should be complimentary due to my efforts......something easy enough for management to look after. I was never approached by management at all. And my bill arrived in full price! I don't expect much in this world, but I do believe in helping each other out. Disappointing. And the bathrooms were filthy for a very expensive restaurant.
Amazing meal. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Steak was delicious and cooked to perfection.
An incredible meal and an amazing atmosphere. The staff was awesome, checking in at just the right times, the singing was well executed and they even went the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience for a very special night. Thank you, Remington's, for a night to remember. We will see you again!
Excellent steak! Excellent service and entertainment! Highly recommended. Will definitely comeback.
Dine in
Fantastic food, great wine list, great service.
Amazing food amazing service all together amazing. I would highly recommend for a date night
A nice atmosphere, singing wait staff and good food. A fairly traditional steak house
Great service, delicious food. Disappointed that the menu was scaled way back due to Covid. Really wanted to try the escargot. Would go again.
Good value had the voucher from oakes and with upgrades bill came out to $60 for 2. Even without the voucher the dinner is a good value compared to the surrounding restaurants.
When here for the early bird special which was a perfect prime rib for a really good price!! I would definitely go again
A must visit restraunt. We went on New Year's eve with 3 courses menu. Delicious food - seafood and steaks. We ordered bison steak and prime ribs - both were top of the line. Fried calamari and lobster bisque were great too! Highly recommend this place. Great dining atmosphere. Also singing servers - which was very unexpected and cool at the same time. Bravo!
A restaurant I never knew was there and now can't wait to go back. From the outside the restaurant looked too pricey for my needs, but a great sign out front advertising a nice special got my wife and I to venture in. My wife being herself immediately requested that we be seated at a table that was in a section that wasn't ready to be waited upon as yet; she wanted a window seat. The hostess obliged, and the waitress that was in the back, who was not yet ready to start her shift, came out early and served us with nothing but a delightful, helpful attitude. The live music was a little off putting at times, but good food and good service trumps all. And the food was excellent. One of the best meals we ever had. The food presentation alone brought such a smile to my wife's face I had to snap a pic. If you're going to try a something a little pricier than fast food in Niagara, let it be the Remington!
Been here twice will return soon. Great service and meals. I'm only not giving more than five stars because that's not an option.
Service
Dinner
They are super courteous and exceptionally polite. I made a reservation for Christmas and under estimated the number of guests. They were able to accommodate my additional guests without any fuss. Their singing waiter is always a joy to listen to. I think this place will be part of my Christmas tradition from now on.
This was a solid meal that met expectations. I had the 4 course menu, all of which was well presented. I chose the shrimp cocktail, caesar salad (very garlicky), prime rib with mashed potatoes and veggies, and tartufo. It came with a glass of easy drinking red wine. Service was pleasant with the usual jokes (just enough to feel comfortable but not so much that it becomes obtrusive) and the music (piped in and also the waiters who sang) was well known songs that were pleasingly executed. The decor was nice enough to impress your date or in laws but not over the top (nobody's taking Instagram pix here) except for the washroom which is a bit grim. Parking is free and located behind the restaurant in the covered parking structure. This was not a WOW spectacular kind of experience but it was pleasant and comfortable, like coming home and slipping on your house slippers. I would return.
One of the best steak houses in the Niagara Fall area. Best of all, there is one waiter that sings pretty good, amazing. Good food, great service. Don't miss the early bird Prime Rib special for only 18.
Food tastes crazy good. Way better than Brasa in terms of taste and quality. Also super friendly! Done deal.
I had had wedding dinner in the private room and it was perfect! Staff were amazing and the food was great. I felt very comfortable there even with new guidelines due to covid. Thanks for taking care of everything on my special day!
My wife gave this place a 5 star rating and deservingly so. We were there for her birthday and to celebrate my retirement Eric sang us an incredible happy birthday and retirement song. We are going back in July for my birthday song and a great meal.
Food is really good, awesome service from the host to the servers, would definitely go back when I visit Niagara again.
We bought a Groupon that had expired but it was still honoured for the full amount. This was our first time visiting Remingtons and we were impressed. The Groupon menu was nice. 2 glasses of wine, 3 shared appetizers, 2 entrees and 2 desserts tea or coffee. The food was delicious, wonderfully prepared and the service outstanding. The music (80's) was so nostalgic. We had a great evening celebrating a milestone birthday.
One of the few places where food is impeccable and delectable. Special mention for the exceptionally talented singing staff whose service is wonderful too.
I had the best prime rib dinner ever!! So tender and juicy, really didn't have to use a knife to cut it. Very friendly waitress and great atmosphere too. I will definitely go back.
Excellent food and great service with beautiful smile.
Even with reservations (2) did not get seated after an HR. wait we left.we went back the next night and we're there when they opened,no reservation, we were glad we went back the meal was excellent, if in Niagara falls again we would return for a meal again.
My son anne I came here because our hotel offered a special deal. 69 dollars for a 3 course meal. However, every Decent item was for extra. Food quality was very low, does not taste good. In addition, they featured "singing" waiters. The waiters sing terribly, and, no one complains because they are drunk. DO NOT COME.
Food was excellent and flavorful! Portions and prices were great. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy and romantic for a nice night out. Similar vibes as The Keg, only 5x better! Would definitely recommend and will for sure return!
One of the best prime rib steak I have ever had. The server was excellent - she made sure we had everything we need and yet wasnt hoving over us the whole time.
The food was good but the service lacked a lot. Server focused on his large group and got everything wrong at our table.
A three course meal to this restaurant was included with our hotel stay. The food here was great. I recommend the prime rib. The wait staff is very friendly and efficient. It was also a nice treat when the server actually started singing. I would recommend trying this place.
Good food and friendly service
Used a promotion for the couples package and you are given a "2nd class" menu to choose from ( goes the same for a groupon, so do not go with a coupon or try and save a few dollars) our bill was still $129. with 2 glasses of wine and a beer. Although it was VERY busy there, the table that was seated beside us, after us, received water, we did not. It took for ever (over 10 min after seated) for our waiter to ask us for a drink order. Of course table beside us got theirs before us with a different waitress who was very attentive to our neighbors. My steak was a thin rib-eye. Not a great cut, was cooked to med. rare, quite chewy and grisly. Baked potato was barely warm and came without any butter, had to ask for some and it didn't melt on potato. Didn't hear form waiter until we were done eating. I have been here at least 3 times before this and never had a problem. This was unacceptable.
Awesome food and ambiance. Go here it’s worth the price even if you go there one time do to it being a little pricey. P
Great food, the price is a bit higher comparing to same dishes in other areas, but I am totally understand, since the restaurant is in hot tourism spot. Love their steak, it was perfect cooked. You can have discount if you live in the hotel partner of them, I did not.
We went to Remington for dinner last week with family friends. The dinner was very delicious and the service was super good. We were also impressed by the chocolate ice cream desert, the right level of sweet. We will definitely go back.
Unprofessional..I made reservations for dinner before a show at the shaw festival..I received a phone call at 9:30 the night before my reservation informing me that they over booked and were not able to accommodate me..then 20 minutes later I got another call from a different employee telling me that the time I had scheduled my reservation would not give me sufficient time to get to the show..so which one is it? Did you over book or did you think I wouldn't make the show in time? Ended up not giving them my business there are plenty of other places in the area
Very nice place for a fancy dinner date!! My boyfriend and I went here, and we were shocked at how amazing the food was. The decor of this place is lovely too, it's clean, lots of woodwork (exposed beams, wooden polished tables, fancy dining chairs, lovely decor thats also simple, etc) it caught my eye :) The food is wonderful. We began with garlic bread. When it came out it was this cute little poof (looked like a muffin) that was cut into 4 large divisions, and filled with melted cheese, butter, fresh green herbs. OH MY GOSH. This was the BEST GARLIC BREAD I'VE EVER HAD. It's so crunch, and light, and yet melts in your mouth. TRY IT!!! For mains, I got a vegetarian pasta, which was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend got the special of the day, Blue marlin fillet with pineapple glaze. We were both shocked when we saw his plate, they don't give you just one large fish fillette, but 2! 2 WHOLE fish fillettes! My portion of pasta was perfect. It filled me up, there were fresh veggies, and fried onion, in a beautiful sauce. YUMMY! The food is pricey, but the quality is incredible. The server was also so kind and helpful. He kept an eye on us, and made sure he refilled our waters (offering sparking or ice water) and would come back and make sure we enjoyed our food thus far. The only thing I was NOT a fan of, was the singing staff. At first we thought there was a proposal going on, because a staff member began singing a love song and walked around the various customers tables who were there. He finished the song, everyone clapped a bit and went back to enjoy their meals. We were confused, until server number 2 began singing, then we realized it's something they do here. It's a creative, unique addition and I think they only did it twice in the span of a few hours, so it's not over done whatsoever. I would like to give a shout out to the gentleman who served my bf and I. He's middle aged, he's a fan of the TML hockey team, and served us on July 6th during our trip there for our date. He is tall, medium build, short hairstyle, and very polite. He is such a kind server, he's great to talk with and appreciates taking care of his customers. I really hope he gets credit for all his work! Thank you Remmingtons for a delightful, great, first time experience :)
Pricey menu, server do not bother asking for hotel voucher. Generally guest diner are from hotel and part of room package. Paid premium for 4 where you get same menu or food with likes of Kelsey and or any steak house joint. It's not worth the visit or voucher credits of 30 cdn dollars. Expensive place you will be spending more out of your hotel stay.
Remingtons was Fantastic we had Christmas day dinner The food was Outstanding just like as if i was having a home cooked meal Eric our Singing waiter had an Awesome!! Voice the atmosphere there was fantastic!! they sing during dinner which is Great the place is clean parking you have to pay for the batrooms are very clean and the price of the meal was right on target with all the other Steakhouses i highly recommend this to be on your list of restraunts You Must Eat Here!! Awesome place
Been here twice food is medeocre at best. Prime rib taste funny veggies are old. Gravy is bland. Wouldn't recommend even with free dining coupons. Better go anywhere else. Waiter complained about how many tables he was forced to work and finally I overheard the manager yelling at his staff over some silly coupons. Are you kidding. This guy is a total male body part. Award winning my a**. Remmingtons restaurant I give you the golden balls award. Please post it on your wall.
Best steak I've had in a long time. Service is very good, the staff is very attentive. The singing is also a nice touch.
Meh. We were told by 2 different people “better & cheaper than the Keg”.....I disagree! Steak was ok, but no salad, no bread ???? I was not full when I left. Also, I ordered a Pina Colada but they did not have a blender. Next time I will go back to the Keg where I always enjoy my meal & come out feeling like I had a great dinner.
Amazing steak with an excellent desert! I highly recommend it!
Amazing prime rib. Food was great. Service was amazing. Servers sing through out the night which is great for the atmosphere.
Service
We visited Remingtons last night! Wow by far the best restaurant and service in Niagara! We had the most fabulous dinner and dessert! Our dinner cooked to perfection, hats off to the chef, staff & manager. Perfection at its best! Thank you kindly ????
I had a meal card from a package deal, but honestly the prices were great, service was great, food was great and the singing servers are quite good also. Had a great time.
Went for the early bird special, prime rib. Delicious! Even got serenaded by Sam; nice job on the Kacey Ballerina song 'Rainbow'.
Dine in
Awesome place for dinner with great cocktails and perfectly cooked steaks. The waiters even sing and they do a wonderful job!
We had such a wonderful meal ! Smooth from beginning to end. Great COVID standards, food was outstanding and our server Sidney was fantastic!! We used the Groupon deal and it was awesome! 4 course meal with wine for under $100!! We will definitely be back on our next visit! Well done Remington’s!
Good food. Fun environment. Waitress singing was fantastic
I WOULD GO HERE AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT. Amazing service, incredible food, and overall a great first night out after Lockdown. It is on a busy street, so you will get people ramming their engines. Just a little heads up! Thank you so much to the staff! You guys did extraordinary! ❤????
I was skeptical at first, the food turned out great the atmosphere was perfect... considering it's the height of prime tourist season, I still enjoyed it. But what put this restaurant above all the rest, was the entertainment...our waitress …
Excellent service and food at a very reasonable price. The location is a little off the beaten path but it was a great dining experience.
I found it a little pricey. The service was adequate, buy nothing special. The food was good. Not a place I would visit again.
Very friendly staff. Very good experience with great food. Stuffed chicken for me and vegetarian pasta for her. The singing server was neat too. Will be back.
This place is absolutely wonderful! We just finished dinner and couldn’t be happier. We were pretty uncertain about coming up from Mississauga during the pandemic, but all that was erased as soon as we were greeted at the front door. The took our contact information and seated us immediately. We were served by Eric and he is what customer service is all about, very polite, attentive and laughed at all my corny jokes. The food was phenomenal and on par with the likes of the Keg in my opinion. Cheers to the cooks and servers working through this tough time so people can have some sort of normalcy back in our lives. I am certain we will be back and look forward to seeing Eric and staff again soon!!! With our stomachs and hearts filled, Ben and Renée from Mississauga
Fantastic food and service .. great prices on drinks which was pretty awesome because they were right beside my hotel, the food here definitely hit the spot after I hit my bong all in all it was a 5star experience
We enjoyed the food the steak was tender juicy and delicious. The pasta tasted awesome and the crab was great
I had to change our reservation multiple times on the day of our dinner because our friends were running late. The hostess was super accommodating and kind about the whole situation and the wait staff were also wonderful. The food was great (we got ribs and penne) and the portions were large so overall I think it was reasonably priced.
I would rather rate 0 star if that’s possible. The restaurant accepted our reservation at Opentable but refuses to offer us the spot when we arrived. The lady at the front kept telling me that she would serve others first because they arrived earlier. My question is if you accept our reservation, that means you have a spot for us at that time and then why we need to wait for another 30min? Is that some sort of discrimination towards Asian people???
The fillet mignon was great my friend said his prime rib was more like a pot roast. Decent wine list. From the outside patio you could catch a bit of the fireworks from the falls. Drink prices ridiculously high, their obviously trying to hit the tourist. The ambience is amazing inside. They advertised singing waiters however mine didn't sing, apparently one waiter did that night and he was serving other tables. My server was still amazing though her name was Keisha.
Our visit to Remingtons was very enjoyable. The prime rib was second to none and being in the music industry the singing server was a very talented musician . Thanks Rick and great job.
Absolutely wonderful; the moment you walk in your world is transformed. Delicious foods with a wide variety but reformed menu. Tortufo chef special of the day was mind-blowing. Third time dining with them should tell you something.
Service was great food was outstanding. Had a 5 course meal and both the quality and quantity were amazing.
Really great staff followed by super delicious food! Everything is made in house, the steak was cooked to perfection. Would definitely go back when in Niagara!
Visited the restaurant on a Friday evening and was able to have dinner on the patio. Had a chance to people watch while enjoying some of the great menu selections. (baked brie appetizer, a different kind of Caesars salad, amazing steak and a couple of glasses of wine) Good food and friendly service!
This is a beautiful restaurant. We were greeted in a few seconds of walking in the door. The food came quickly and prepared exactly as i like. The waiters all have amazing singing voices. They all take their turns walking around the restaurant and sing. It was fabulous. I would definitely go back again.
Always great experience including customer service. Delicious food.
We went because there was a voucher from our hotel for $69. Our waitress was excellent and the food was really good with good sized portions, (we expected small portions and were instead given a plate sized piece of prime rib each.) We paid only for drinks and the one menu upgraded that we purchased. The only reason it wasn’t five star is that the menu was pre chosen for us and you had to pay for a lot of upgrades. I understand the dinner portion being limited with the coupon, however the appetizer portion was very small, only salad or one soup choice even though they had other soups that would have cost the same off the normal menu (French onion) we would’ve had to pay $4 to upgrade.
Best prime rib in a long time
Great atmosphere and friendly staff but the food was too salty for me. I ordered the seafood pasta and couldn't even finish half of it. Their fried brie was delicious though!
Not worth the price. Food was not great, but also not terrible, just tasted like everything was prepared ahead of time then microwaved. The steak was just okay. The lamb was good but not great, and all the sides tasted not fresh, even the vegetables. Very disappointed. For the menu pricing they need to have fresh and tasty ingredients. The mashed potatoes were clearly not fresh and we did not eat them. I dont like leaving bad reviews unless the place was extremely bad, and to be honest the place was very clean, and the service was decent. The issue is with the food and the pricing. But realistically if all the meals were 10 dollars instead of 49 on average it still would have been not worth it. I hope they revamp the menu with fresh ingredients and hire good chefs to deliver to the expectation the price give you.
I had a bad experience in this restaurant. I got put I a room, with no one in there other my family and I. Wait super long for my food. As if they really didn't want us there
Service
Very good food....and awesome service from the staff!
This was my first time back in about 2 years and it was still a great experience! The food was quick and tasty. The service was polite and attentive as well. I would say it was upsetting that they no longer do the live music as that was quite the touch which made them stand out in the crowd! I can attest that the food and service is great but don’t come here expecting the Keg standard! It is a great place to have dinner and the food is good don’t get me wrong! I will say, if you’re debating to give this place a try, go for it you won’t be disappointed! My two complaints would be to raise the level of the music as it was SO quite and we were practically whispering while talking, and to update and clean your washrooms. If you’re going for a “higher class” restaurant the washrooms could use some serious renovations.
First time here, we had six of us and the service was fast and friendly, the food was excellent and over all a great experience, will definitely go again.
Me and my husband came here for dinner. It was our first night out alone without the kids since covid started. I initially asked for the chicken supreme but the waitress said it would be 25 minutes, so I got the seafood fettucine instead. I told her we were on a tight schedule. She was great and had everything out pretty quickly. The triple chocolate cake we had for dessert was one of the best chocolate cakes I've ever had!
The staff, food, atmosphere, and entertainment were phenomenal! My wife and I will be making this a mandatory restaurant for all our future visits to Niagara Falls!
From appetizer to dessert you will not be disappointed. I ate there our 2 nights in a row and the only thing I could complain about is that there was nothing special about the baked potato it was cooked perfectly And was awesome but it didn't meet the uniqueness and flavor of the rest of their meals. 1st question I always ask before I get dessert is does it come from a Box? The answer here is definitely no I have tried the pecan pie and the cheesecake and they are amazing. The entertainment was Unexpected but amazing. I ate there on the 12th and the 13th of November and I will be there on Friday this week for my 3rd time.
we had an amazing meal here last night . The service was spot on and you felt relaxed the minute you walked in the door . The food was cooked to perfection . Its refreshing to find a place that still cares about service & quality . If you leave this place still hungry it will be your own fault
We got the four course dinner and our reservation was for 8:15. We finished the first two courses by 9pm and had to wait 45 min for our main. They closed at 10, so they made us rush through our meal and take our dessert to go. It was absolutely ridiculous, especially for the price you are paying.
Used to like this place long ago. Their prices are through the roof. I can't believe the mark up on steaks and/ or a fatty chunk of roast beef. Found the food to be over salted and other issues. Now to the point now that we go to the Falls and choose other restaurants ....even if included in the package. P.s. hate that visitors tax it's like saying 'thank you for visiting Niagara Falls please let me gouge more money from you.'
It's to bad that I have to give a star , I would wish that I wouldn't have to. Because they deserve a 0 star we waited too long for our food. And the service wasn't great at all. My litter1 was starving and all i got from the waitress was" your food is being cook fresh" as the other customers were being served before us my family and i were put in at the very back dinning room alone , waited for about an hour for our food Never going back
We did not have a good experience. We paid extra for a lobster tail that was raw. Then when we brought this up they took the whole plate and made my significant other eat off of my plate until the bill came. Asked to talk to manager Chris and all he had to say was sorry and after waiting for over an hour for food he only was going to give us a beef tenderloin to go. They took the plate before he could even eat the beans or mashed potatoes. Such a poor experience. Unfortunately we felt really bad that our lovely waitress didn't get a tip because of this experience and it dis not seem that the manager would correct this.
Hands down the best bang for your buck steakhouse meal I've found in years. Delicious food. Amazing service from Eric. Fantastic ambience. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience and would bring anyone I could for another visit. For the same price that you could check out a few hokey tourist attractions you can have a meal that will leave you full, fulfilled and ready to take on the evening. Can't recommend highly enough.
Have been several times. Great food and great service. As an added bonus the vocals are amazing.
Had a groupon for a 4 course meal. Fried brie was just that, fried brie in strawberry jam with 2 tostitos. Crab cake was a texture ive never experienced before thrown on top of a cream. Their "famous prime rib soup" was beyond salty. Not worth it.
Amazing meal. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Steak was delicious and cooked to perfection.
Amazing steaks and service!
Cozy environment. Excellent and delicious steak.
My boyfriend and I visited tonight for dinner and used a groupon that offered a house wine, 3 apps, 1 entree each, and 1 dessert. We’ve dined here before and sadly miss the live singing/entertainment as it was a lively experience! I assume it’s due to Covid restrictions as to why they stopped doing it. The restaurant had some charm to it with the dim lighting and friendly and polite service, however in some ways could use modern renovations in the washrooms and taped up signs against the wall for hand hygiene. Overall the restaurant felt a little quiet without much music or customers. The food was a bit on the smaller side and could have been more generous however, was delicious and fair for the price of the groupon! Overall would recommend and return in the future!
Dinner
The service was amazing! And the food was perfect And the singing servers were impeccable!! I strongly recommend this as a place to check out
There is good reason why this restaurant is award winning.. their rib eye steak was perfection and so was their fresh Atlantic salmon. there whole 4 course offering was amazing ???? At par with Keg if not above !
very nice. crab cakes were excellent as were the steaks. prime rib was very juicy and had good flavor and was actually medium rare! the singing wait staff are outstanding.
Good food and nice service, with $$$ price.
What a great place to dine it's a nice setting and the food is amazing especially the prime rib. And the waiters singing makes it a cool dining experience
Stayed at the Hilton Hotel which is a 20 minute walk to Remingtons. The menu is straight to the point and not huge. Its a steakhouse, so having prime rib, different steaks, and a pasta dish is really all this place needs. Very smart on the menu size. Remingtons isn't very big, which was perfect in my opinion. Casual yet fancy. Perfect size building for a steakhouse like this. The food was better than the Keg, very similar mashed potatos but better in my opinion. Our server was friendly and quick to make decisions for water re fills, check on how our food was, and the cheque at the end. The prime rib was amazing, my girlfriend had the fillet minion and wow was it ever tender. Would definetely go back. I reccomend the crab cakes for starters. Prices are a little high, but for the right reason. Its worth it. Portions are not bad at all either.
This was our first trip to Remington's. It won't be the last. Such an amazing experience. We started our meal with Remingron's escargot. Not your standard restaurant serving of escargot. The thyme cream sauce they came in was divine! He had the 8oz. prime rib with 4oz lobster tail. The best prime rib he's ever had out at a restaurant and served rare the way he likes it. I was skeptical about ordering the 8oz lobster tail because I have been disappointed so many times before. I ordered it and I couldn't have been more pleased. It was sweet and perfect cooked. The baked potato was perfectly cooked as well. And then there was the service....impeccable from start to finish. We loved the singing servers. Thanks so much for a lovely experience.
Yummy prime rib dinner with friends. Enjoyed the wine. Service great.
I travel a lot, from southern California to Nova Scotia, Everett Washington to Miami Florida. In all my travels I've yet to enjoy a steak as delicious as this. The service, drinks, and environment are 5 star. Must do. I think James from the bad review below must have been a rude person lol. Trust me, I only review if it's horrible or magnificent. This is my 4th review. I speak honestly or I don't speak at all in regards to reviews.
Meal type
Service was great, the prime rib was cooked perfectly, the bathroom's could use a little more attention though
We had a wonderful time! The food was perfect, service was lovely. Only suggestion would be bread , warm sourdough etc. Would have been nice with our dinner. Couples Special was an amazing value! Excellent Prime Rib!
The food is good with a wide selection. They are willing to make adjustments for dietary accommodations. The sliding scale for required gratuity on large parties is confusing and unnecessary. We had several people with the same order who were charged different amounts for the gratuity ranging from 18-21%. The percentage should be established at the start of the meal.
I had a horrible experience, I have never felt so discriminated. Off to a corner with noone but my family. We where in there for an hour or so. And one else was seated there. Its too bad that i cant post the video i took.
Great value, great food, awesome wait staff, highly recommended, had the couples $69 special
Amazing cuisine. Sensational service. The wait staff sing songs walking throughout the restaurant with a wireless microphone. An all around great fine dining experience!
A truly unique experience when your server picks up a microphone as sings to the crowd. Expect great food and pleasant service when you arrive. Casual atmosphere with food that fills you up for the evening.
Literally one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life, bad service, bad food, bad everything, do not seat outside, price super overrated to the quality of the food or the service. I would give it 0 stars but google don’t have the option
The food was as good as I remember from past visits. The restaurant is diligent with sanitation, and spaces guests appropriately for social distancing. Eric was a friendly and attentive server. Excellent service. I recommend finding the Groupon- it’s a really good value.
Pay attention to all the other recent reviews. This was amongst the worst steaks I've even had in my life. It's cheap, low quality meat that was caked in pepper and super spicy. The steak wasn't juicy at all. It's a mediocre steakhouse that charges high end steakhouse prices. Not worth it and will not return. Service was ok and singing was cool. But not worth $169 for two people.
Very generous and delicious meal through our Groupon experience. Our server, Domenic, was friendly and professional while having to take care of several walk-in tables in a short time.
Attended this restaurant last night. Service was slow. We didn't get enough cutlery until we asked our waiter. There was no complimentary bread with the meal. Caesar salad was presented with a knife so you could cut the lettuce yourself. Prices were average for a steakhouse. Food was tasty and the portion of crab legs was very large. The singing servers was nice. The taste of the mains and the singing saved this from a one star rating. I would go somewhere else in Niagara Falls.
I hated to give this restaurant one star because the food was very very good but they played music every 20 minutes or so and when it first came on I actually jumped from my seat I thought my head and ears are going to explode I have never heard music so loud in a restaurant I had to go outside to get away from it and the staff was absolutely no help would not turn down the sound not even a little bit the manager was unresponsive it was such a shame because the restaurant itself was very good and the music would have been very good also if it had just been not so very loud I'm saying it was exceptionally loud not just too loud but more like rock music and the waiters and waitresses that sang were very good I would have liked to have listened to them as it was I had to put my hands over my ears the singers would have been excellent if they had been allowed to sing at a normal sound level it would have made a delightful evening
Courteous and talented staff, descent set menu, my barley soup was bit salty, the mashed served with my salmon needs a little work... overall experience was good.
One of the best hotel rooms in Niagara.
Great food, incredible service and a downright good time. Sorry to our server for tipping so low, I didn't realize until after I had only give a small tip because we purchase the meal with a voucher so the bill was very low! If I could tip you now I would
Good food, good service. Also a great deal if you stay at the Oakes Hotel with with one of their packages (Casino or Romance package), which will give you a discount on your meal.
Amazing food and amazing service. Singing servers were very good! Good atmosphere all around. Would most definitely go back!
Fantastic food. Elegant. Super nice staff.
Wow what an amazing restaurant and to think that we were going to go to TGI Friday's instead. GLAD WE DIDN'T ! The atmosphere in Remingtons is above standard with a big dash of classiness. Some pretty cool sculptures throughout the Restaurant add to the atmosphere. The food was amazing and our server Samantha Heart was not just this she was a singer as well! She sang a couple of songs on her own and with the other server Eric who was a great singer as well. That made this place so unique and different from all the rest. We had a great dinner experience and we will be back for sure. I give this restarant an honest 5.0 I highly recommend this place to any who are in the Niagara Area. Two thumbs up !!!
An outstanding food quality and service. One of the best stakehouses in Niagara Falls. Worth every cent
Food and service was fantastic. The best crab cakes I've ever had in my life. Pricing was amazing. It's hard to find decent food in Niagara Falls but this place is a gem. We felt they took all precautions possible for Covid-19 and were more than comfortable enjoying our meal.
My wife and thoroughly enjoy dining at Remingtons. The atmosphere is relaxing, the steaks are superb, wine selection is limited but good quality, homemade horseradish is Amazing, cream brûlée is spot on, price reflects the service/quality you receive and they have their servers do a live performance to top it off. It is one of our must haves for a date when we visit.
We had bought the coupon deal when we checked into our hotel, went to go eat without a reservation no big deal asked if we could sit at the bar until our reservation time came ( 1 hour and 15 minutes)and we were told no that it was full from tourists drivers eating at bar. We could clearly see that there was openings at bar but instead we had to wait outside during a rain and hail storm. Talked with driver who dropped us off and who also dropped off the majority of tourists just before us and he clearly was not eating there. We waited outside for 45 minutes came in and was finally able to sit at bar. Still had 1/2 before or reservation. Watched others come in who did not have a reservation and was seated immediately. When hostess finally came to us she asked if we still wanted a table I said yes but why did they get seated before us when they didn't have reservations. No reply just your reservation was for 7:45 right. I understand being busy but being lied to is un called for. Talked with a group we walked in with and staying at same hotel, they were early for their reservation and was able to go to the bar and they told us there was plenty of room for the two of us. They also stated a table for 4 to 5 sat empty the whole time they were there. Bartender she was great and our waiter was good only reason I gave a 3 star was because of them. Food was good just can not get past the lies.
Food was great and the service was amazing. I obviously wasn't paying attention to the advertising for it, and was completely surprised when our waiter started walking through the restaurant while singing into a microphone! His voice was outstanding! So were the voices of the other Waiters who sang! Our son had a total melt down as soon as you walked into the restaurant, and our waiter help us calm him down. And what toddler doesn't love singing! When He saw our waiter singing, he was totally captivated! It is more of a fine dining establishment, but it is perfect for families. I definitely recommend Remington's!
My wife and I tried Remingtons of Niagara for the first time last evening using a dining for 2 Groupon. The experience was great from the server SAM who explained what food options we had including the bottle of wine and dessert. The evening was very enjoyable, food was wonderful. We will certainly come back with or without a Groupon
10/10! Amazing food, nice ambiance and great customer service thanks to Krystin! Will definitely go back!
Very nice place , great staff, some provide entertainment as singing waiters, good menu, a great couples deal.. appetizer, wine, main and dessert for a very reasonable price....worth going
Used a Groupon so price was good. Service was great. They have servers sing which is interesting. Location is good, right near Clifton Hill. Food tasted good, however steak was redder than I'm used to. I'd recommend ordering medium if you're used to medium rare. Decor/atmosphere was ok.
The manager or owner is extremely rude. We sat down and the waitress took our drink orders. As we were looking at the menu, nothing seemed that great. From what I remember there was barely any salads besides typical such as caesar. Yes it is a steakhouse, but even my parents who are big meat eaters thought the menu was different. So we paid for our drinks/gave a tip to the waitress and left. As we were walking out, the manager or owner came and was yelling at us and giving us an attitude saying something like "why do you think our restaurant is bad, its not bad..." it was worse than that I just can't remember but she basically blaming us in a rude way.
Our server was Amazing ! Came in with a Groupon for a 4 course meal and was treated with great service .
Loved the experience. Very busy Saturday night Groupon- table of 8. Timely service & delicious food. Our server cranked out an awesome song! Would come back!
This place was awesome. The staff was friendly and pricing was appropriate. My Filet Mignon was amazing, cooked med rare to perfection with great seasoning. Would most def. go again. If I had to mention a negative then the garlic mashed could have been creamier and the singing staff was neither here nor there for me. But we would highly recommend!
The food is excellent, free parking is available and there are singing staff for entertainment. We purchased through Groupon and it is an excellent deal for a 4 course meal. I would definitely return even without the discount. The house wine was also very good.
We had the Ultimate Couples Menu Special. The serving sizes were good and it has a nice atmosphere.
Food and experience was excellent would go back again
I can't say how incredible my evening was and Eric our server was amazing. He sang my favorite song Tennessee Whiskey. 5 stars
Service was quick, they have great protocols during Covid. A tad greasy on the calamaris. Kids menu was limited but okay.
The filet mignon and lobster tail were delicious. Beware to only use your credit card or Canadian money. After the waitress was given half the bill in US dollars and the remainder in Canadian, she did not inform us that the restaurant keeps the difference until we asked. We were told that the restaurant has the authority to "keep" the exchange rate. Needless to say, we pulled out the credit card so that we were charged only what the bill stated.
Amazing food well worth the price nice and quiet restaurant
Much better than the first time we were there. Enjoyed our food (crab cake, baked brie, prime rib; strip steak was a bit dry but well seasoned). Waiter was good.
This is genuinely the first time I enjoyed a rib steak at a restaurant and not home made. Juicy without being soggy and just the right balance between salt and meat. Slightly pricey but worth it.
Not a great experience. We had an 8:15 reservation, and were seated ten minutes late. It was then another twenty minutes before our drink order was taken, and twenty minutes after that when the drinks arrived. The service was slow to non-existent. We were a party of 8 and there were no less than a dozen times that someone from the table stood up to go to the bar or to find a server to ask for something. Several of those times we just needed water. The food was good except for two of the group who had their steaks cooked wrong and cold vegetables. We assume those meals had sat waiting for the rest. The waiter showed up with complimentary desserts which was kind and well intentioned but unwanted. We didn’t want dessert, we wanted to leave. It was then at least fifteen more minutes before he produced the bills to which an 18% gratuity had been added. We understand that this is normal for large parties however in this instance the waiter barely deserved a tip at all. We were there until 11:00pm. We had plans for the rest of the evening that were delayed by the ridiculous amount of time that we were stuck at the restaurant. This a special weekend for our group, a getaway from our children and spouses that we rarely get, so it was disappointing to have this poor experience in the middle of it. We hope to hear back from the restaurant as we would be more than happy to give them the chance to rectify the situation and alter our opinion of their establishment.
Food is expensive so make sure to have a coupon from ur hotel or Groupon . Overall the quality of food is not bad but you can find better and cheaper. Not happy with our waitress also.....
My friend and I were there on Thursday night. We were the first table to be sat when the doors opened. Our waitress was very friendly and sweet. However the food was no where near our expectations for the prices. Firstly they served escargot with crackers that tasted old. Our Caesar salad never came and for the show stopper I had a dark long hair in my mashed potatoes. Also my tiny 8oz steak was mostly fatty and gristly. The waitress took $16 off the bill. After that I expected a desert or something. Nothing was offered. We left hungry. Oh and our bill was over $100 before tip. We didn't order any alcohol. It's a rip off, instead check out the Sandstone, we should have just gone back there! Let this review be proof for you, let's see if the restaurant cares enough to respond here!
Took my family here for dinner tonight after reading the reviews online. I wanted to try Prime, Mortons and Ruths Chris but all of these corporate steak houses received mixed reviews while Remingtons of Niagara received mostly good reviews. I checked the pricing and Remingtons seemed the most reasonable so we walked over and feasted on some amazing prime rib. I had the 16oz portion and it was perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth tender and well seasoned. The jus that comes with the prime rib is awesome but it's more like a demi then a jus. Ask for an extra side, it's that good. The mashed potatoes were really good, not heavy, just perfect. My son's fries were super tasty, and the best fries I've had in Niagara. The Caesar salad dressing was balanced and tasted home made but the Romain was not picked through and there were some leaves that were brown and wilted. The chimichurri shrimp were forgetful, I would strongly advise against ordering them. The other reviews are correct in stating that crab cakes use imitation crab, I ordered them as the waitress assured me that they use real crab but it was definitely imitation crab. They were tasty mind you but imitation crab should be banned from high end restaurants. The seasoning on the lobster tail was unnecessary as it overwhelmed what was a great rock lobster tail. The creme brulee was ok, nothing special. Some patrons said the garlic bread was out of this world but it's boxed frozen pull apart bread warmed up with seasoning and cheese, a 6/10 at best.
Been here many times and have always had a delicious dinner. Went last night and had a 16 ounce prime rib and it tasted and looked like a big rib eye steak. It was so good. The service is just like you would find at the keg or any other fine restaurant. Plus they have servers that walk around singing which is really nice. Spent 113.00 on two main dinners and four beers. Well worth the money. Don't cheap out and buy the 69.00 dinner for two offered at many Niagara hotels because you are only buying one of their lower end dinners. If your real hungry this is not for you. We left very happy. Enjoy.
Great first time experience. Their classic Prime Rib Dinner was exactly what I had expected from this classic old school steak house restaurant. It was incredibly delicious and cooked to perfection. Great server and friendly staff!
The food was great. I had great time with my bf there.
Excellent service! Excellent food. Dined on Sunday will be back.
We walked in at Remingtons of Niagara for our date night, ambiance is nice, music is great (our time music which is surprising), hostess is friendly. Menu is limited probably because it's covid. So we ordered calamari with a good kick of spice in the sauce,Treasure of the Sea - yummy and very good except for the lobster (it was a little bit dry and overcooked). The Lamb of Shank is awesome. Overall, our evening went well. It's a nice place for a date night or special occasion.
Such an amazing place. We dined on the Groupon offer (so much food!) But, if you come here with a taste for lobster, definitely ask for James. His masterful breakdown was incredibly entertaining. I felt rude staring at that table, but it was just so darn impressive! Would come back here again for sure. Absolutely beautiful place, delicious food, friendly staff. A well earned 5 stars!!
Remingtons was actually one of the best restaurants I have eaten everything was well seasoned and the steak was nice and tender great place to eat !!!!!!
Beef tenderloin was good. The sides were alright but could probably be a bit better for $48. My friends enjoyed their prime rib. Our servers were great!
We went here on a Monday at 4:30 so they weren't busy at all. We used a Groupon and had a 4 course dinner for 2 with house wine. It was nice, comfortable, quiet etc. The server was great and so was the food. I opted for the garlic bread, prime rib soup, prime rib with baked potato along with carrots and green beans. The desert was great too. It was some kind of ice cream with chocolate, syrup, whipped cream and a strawberry slice. There was plenty of free parking and it is located right near everything.
Great service and amazing food. Got it through a Groupon and the value was incredible. Comparable to the keg, probably better.
Remingtons is amazing I fulljoy my experience
Prime Rib dinner was excellent, well cooked and sides were well seasoned. Singing waiters every 15-ish minutes was a unique touch. Meal was free with deal from The Oakes hotel. Considering this was a free meal we were afraid it would be subpar, it was not, was very pleasantly surprised by quality.
Found it very touristy, thr taste is just average but they hace the singing waitress who take turn to sing.
Ive been to Remingstons twice now and will definitely being going back!!!! The first time I brought my mother and we sat outside on the patio which was beautiful !! The second time I sat inside with a friend all times that service was amazing and the food was delicious the first time I got the stuff chicken highly recommend I always find amazing deals for this restaurant on Groupon and I actually have one saved up for my next trip excited to see the singing waiters and waitresses again looking forward to next time Remington's
We loved it. I had the roast beef. Perfectly cooked and portion was substantial. Our appetizers were delicious too. Highly recommend a visit. We had a groupon voucher....high five to groupon it was a great deal and I would do it again.
The food was excellent. What a great place to eat. Loves it.
I have been here twice. I've dined with and without vouchers and I loved the atmosphere and the food was good and great portions. The wait staff is great and attentive. Each time I had a great experience.
A fun experience seeing the wait staff sing, many hotels offer a discount or coupon. Reservation recommended. Food was tasty but limited choices for vegetarians.
Came here on new year's eve. Amazing choices for dinner. Good price. The special point of the evening was servers singing on the mic during dinner. Absolutely will suggest and come here again.
All the food there was amazing. stuffed chicken, meat soup and the ribs were perfectly cooked and delicious. But special thanks goes to Kristine. She was an amazing server, kind and helpful. Definately our go to place in Niagara.
Food was delicious, however the people with coupons/groupons were all sat in one section and I do believe the portions were slightly reduced on the appetizers. Service was good and would return.
Excellent food (had prime rib soup & prime rib) & wine, great service & great atmosphere, unique with the singing servers & setting, would definitely visit again
Good restaurant. I liked the interior design. Freindly staff, reasonable speed. I took Salmon dish and it was very good. There is parking lot for the restaurant behind it with a sign.
I expected a bit more out of this place. I did not like the singer's. I like to eat my meal in peace and quiet. Waitress took forever every step of the way. Was there over 2 hours for absolutely no reason. They were not even busy. She also forgot to come back with my refill for my drink so I had to finish the meal without one. The steak was super tough and fatty. Will not return here unfortunately.
Amazing food. A couple of waiters/waitresses started singing and it was extremely pleasant. Great place to take a significant other or family.
They accommodated a group of 16 of us at the last minute. Food and service was fantastic. Everyone had a great meal and it’s a beautiful restaurant.
Prime rib was very good and mashed potatoes were awesome. Quiet on a Sunday evening at 7pm.
Avoid the appetizers. Nasty. Escargot was raunchy and the calamari was coated in cornflakes. The steak was great but the singing servers hurt my ears.
Our food was amazing. Service was great and the singing servers really topped it off. Mentioned my boyfriends birthday and at the end when I reminded them that they had forgotten they went above and beyond to make it special. We will Definitely be back!
Excellent customer service, excellent waiter, excellent ambiance. My husband celebrated his 60th birthday. Our waiter sang happy birthday to him in his operatic voice. He held his note long enough for me to get my camera and my husband blow out the candle on his dessert. I took longer than usual because it was an unexpected surprise. Eric made the night more special by doing this. He also sang Unchained Melody. He has a fantastic voice and personality. We look forward to our next visit.
We purchased the groupon meal for a great price, no complaints there. The service was our biggest issue. We were served our initial glasses of wine, and wanted a few more drinks with our meal, but we were unable to order again. No water or anything else to drink the entire meal! My steak was ordered medium and it was completely blue... Possibly walked through a warm room then served. After my wife had finished her meal and I had only the steak left, the waiter returned (approximately 25 mins later) and I hesitantly returned the steak and it was returned back rare at best. We waited another 20 minutes for our bill and 15 minutes for the debit machine. Our waiter wouldn't take away our used dishes, but attempted to take away our half finished calamari! The food was okay, but not a place we will be returning to. The free parking was a bonus!
Great steaks and loved the fireplace
I do believe that this was the best meal I have had! We started with a lovely white zinfandel. Delicious ???? Then ordered fried Brie, which was very interesting, I have never had it done that way and it was very nice. The main event was the prime rib! Now, to be clear, I usually present a challenge to most chefs, as I prefer my steak well done. I was also worried, as I am spoiled with Alberta beef on my plate regularly, being from there, that the beef out here might be lacking. I almost changed my mind from steak to something else. My boyfriend encouraged me to order the prime rib, so I did. No regrets....The chef delivered perfection! It was juicy, moist, and tender! The horseradish that accompanied it definitely satisfied the Ukrainian in me - HOT!! Go hot or go home, we like to say haha! The sweet potatoe fries were absolutely mouthwatering! Not sure how they achieved a lovely sweet yet savory flavour, but WOW! The vegetable was carrots which rounded out the meal, leaving us completely stuffed and satisfied. I only wish Remingtons was also in Alberta! Thank you for a delicious dinner!
Our 1st time here and this was part of out hotel package from Oaks. The shuttle came every 20 minutes and took us there. The driver was a very personable Lady and she was a hoot and I am sure she had her share of passengers that you write a book about.A lovely person. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and almost unqiue in its western motif. The waiter (Mike) was friendly and did careful job of taking our order and pacing his return (he was busy). The escargot starter,(don't order) salad is passable, mixed drinks over priced and tasteless, the beer, well it was draft,so ??? (order the bottle) the garlic bread was passable, small portions. The prime rib soap,it was excellent. The singers,?? heard only one women and the rest ??.it was was not agreeable. The food was a hit and miss at our table and the two out of three prime rib dinners were warm and other was luke-warm. But, they were very well cooked and flavoured. The horse radish was "excellent" The chicken dinner was warm and it tasted well seaoned.Mike did come and check in to see if we needed anything and so did the manager. There was a small mix up with the bill and that was handled by the manager with no problem. I think we got a fair deal for our dollar, we will try it again in the future. For a resturant to be topnotch it has to be consistent very time and at all levels. There are other places that offer this at the same price and are consistent. We went to other places and our reviews are posted.
The singing waiters were cool, but this is a steakhouse... me and my wife ordered a steak and asked for it to be done medium well. They both came out rare. If you are going to charge $37.00 for a steak it should be cooked right. After I expressed my concern the waiter took it back to have them re cook it. Instead of just giving me a new one, they just reheated mine and sent it back out so now it was like rubber. Plus the vegetables we not fully cooked. Well if you want to cut corners and not do the right thing for your customers you lose customers and you get one star reviews.
This place has great ambience and a romantic mood to it. Loved the live singing by the waiter. I ordered the prime rib and it was amazing. Staff were very polite. Drinks were pretty good also!
Found this spot through groupon and it's COMPLETELY worth it! Our server, Kisha, made is absolutely worth while! She was very thorough and sincere with her service, recommendations, and conversation. Her service is comparable to that of Japanese workers, which is hard to compete with! The food was great! My only issue was that it's a bit dark in the restaurant. Otherwise, great dining! Good location! Check it out on Groupon!
We went for our anniversay dinner. Our dinners were okay. Both of our filets were disappointingly undercooked. There were groups of loud drunk people that really killed the atmosphere. When i went to the womens bathroom there were a lot of bugs around the sinks and in the stalls. There was a cup full of urine on the toilet paper dispenser!!! It was really disgusting. Really a disappointment for whats described as a nicer restaurant. The service towards the end was also disappointing.
My family and I decided to have dinner here on our first night in Niagara. We are not big fans of tourist traps and we didn’t know what we were getting into when we got here. We walked into Remington’s without a reservation and the lovely hostess greeted us and sat us quickly. Shane was our server and he answered all of our questions with a genuine smile and was so sweet to our 5 year old. My husband had the bison that was cooked perfectly and I had the mussels, which were also wonderful. Our son had a Caesar salad and loved it (it has bacon in it!). I had the house Cabernet and it was one of the best blends I’ve ever had. We were surprised to hear live singing in the beginning of our meal and even more surprised when we saw that it was one of the wait staff! It turns out that most of the employees have a talent for singing and regaled us with their beautiful voices. Honestly it was very enjoyable. We were beyond thrilled to find a nice unpretentious steakhouse in the middle of the tourist trap! Highly recommend!
Came down to Niagara for Valentines with my wife and daughter. Got a Groupon and Remingtons was amazing. My steak was cooked perfectly and my wife's salmon was beautifully seared. My daughter enjoyed the mashed potatoes and enjoyed it with her A1 sauce... LOL Our server was amazing and does he have a voice on him; it was so soothing to hear the servers sing to all the patrons, and my daughter clapped so much as she enjoyed it too.
Amazing food and atmosphere. The wait staff can really sing. Highly recommend it!
Very good food. I highly recommend the prime rib and the dessert. Everything we had was very good. Salad was great. And the jumbo shrimp was also very good. The service was very attentive and we enjoyed everything we ate.
$$$ price, but honestly worth it. My friend and I ordered the shrimp cocktail and the fried brie for appetizers. The shrimp cocktail was good, the fried brie was amazing! I ordered the 8 oz prime rib with mash, absolutely delicious. Temperature was perfect, the mash was seasoned beautifully. My friend ordered the ribeye, and when the menu said "generous marbling" they were not joking. Our waitress Jaime was incredible as well! Really great atmosphere. I will be returning, I want to try that salmon.
Excellent service. Food was amazing. Price was very fair. We had been to other steak houses in the area that were totally over priced and not as half as good. We had a discount voucher from our hotel and even with that it was still less than half than what our bill was for the same party of four. This is our new go to place. I doubt we will ever go back to the other steak house again after our better experience at Remington’s. The quality of food, the ambiance of the restaurant, the service and the pricing. 5 star quality. Highly recommend

I have never before rated any establishment 5-Star. But we loved this place!! Incredible food specializing in Prime Rib cooked to your perfection. Everything from cocktails to dessert are perfect!! And the fun bonus... professional singing waiters!! Thank you Eric Charters for a most wonderful evening! This restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
My husband had his birthday dinner here and it was amazing. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. I requested the staff provide my husband with a birthday desert and sing happy birthday to him as a surprise and they did. The food was A+++ and the decor of the restaurant is cozy and comfortable. My husband said this was his new favorite restaurant. I recommend to everyone.
We had a delicious meal. Our hostess, server and the owner took great care of us. We ordered the prime rib and the lamb shank and enjoyed every bite!
We were celebrating a birthday. Very welcoming, ambiance was relaxed and classy. Good was amazing, our waiter Eric was extremely nice, patient and make excellent recommendations. He was knowledgeable about the restaurant and the menu. Dessert was absolutely delicious, we had the chocolate tartufo and the creme brule. Wait time was not long at all, very accommodating and welcoming once we entered the restaurant.
Meal type
Service was great and the gentleman singing was nice but the food is nothing extraordinary. My boyfriend and I got the Ultimate Couple's Special which was 2 apps, 2 mains, 2 desserts and 1/2 litre of house wine for $69. The value was great but again, it was the price that drew us in and we probably wouldn't go back for the mains.
We used a Groupon coupon last week at Remingtons we both had the four course special. Salad, fried brie, Prime Rib and dessert all of it was excellent and the service was very good. We make every effort to support local business during these strange times.
Excellent food and service there. We had a large group of 20+ people and the food still came within a reasonable waiting time. For the size of the food, I wasn't disappointed with the amount of money I paid. Food was also really good. Definitely will return in the future!
Had an excellent meal with deal through the Oakes hotel with our group of six last night. Our server Kristen was excellent. Definitely would go again.
Some of my favorite parts of the meal haven't been the steaks themselves (they're amazing in their own right), but rather the salad, the appetizers, and the deserts.
We were greeted immediately upon entering by a very polite and friendly hostess. We were then served by a friendly and knowledgeable waitress who made sure our every ask was taken care of. We had the ultimate couples dinner which consisted of 3 courses. We had the crab cakes appetizers which were excellent for mains I had a med rare 10 0z new york strip cooked to perfection with an excellent fully loaded baked potato, my friend had seafood pasta which looked and smelled amazing and tasted just as good. For dessert we had creme brulée that was superb. Along with a couple of bottles of wine suggested by our server made for a fantastic experience. I wish I could give them a higher rating. My only negative was that it advertised a $30 coupon to be used on our next visit but we never got one. Regardless I will definitely be back.
Food was OK expected better since it was a little pricey. The waitress looked overwhelmed for how empty the restaurant was. I would recommend this place to avoid the crowds of people. The hoist that seated us was very polite and she did a setting during our meal, she had a good voice.
Average place for the price. Better options out there. Also, the place charges an extra BIF tax....which is annoying as other restaurants don't in the area. To make matters worst, they charge GST on top of this. A tax on a tax!!! Really???
Always a great place for food with terrific service and atmosphere. This has become a must stop when we are going to be in the area.
If i could give 0 stars i would for sure. First than all if you want a good service do NOT go to this place. The food is not good, the prices are wayyyy too high for the quality of the food. The server was rude. I asked for a cocktail when I got there and he brought it after he brought the food which was bad taste (because he had forgotten about it ),and people next to my table had the same problem. When I was going to pay the machine didn't work because it didn't have WiFi so I had to go inside the restaurant to pay for it. ITS BADDDD, DO NOT GO THERE
Best steak I've ever had! Great service and lovely atmosphere. Perfect date night!
Excellent service! Amazing staff and the food was Devine! I ate most of my veggies before the pic lol
Paul was a very professional and efficient server with an amazing voice. Food was amazing! Great food! Great service! Great entertainment! Highly recommended!
Pros - the wait staff are actually not bad singers - staff are generally politely attentive and not pushy Cons - the food; it is not bad, more that it is tasteless and uninspiring, the food certainly does not live up to the hype - we had the beef cheeks (the "special" of the day) and the seafood pasta - the beef cheeks were slow cooked to over tenderness and had no flavour (it looked like meat, pulled apart like meat, but had the mouth feel of fat) - the garlic mashed potatoes were not mashed but rather pureed to the point where they resembled wallpaper glue from 40 years ago (and yes I know what that looks like as I helped hang wallpaper during my summer work as a young adult) we left them stuck to the plate - the root vegetables were the best part of the meal - the pasta was cooked fine, but the seafood was generally overcooked. The mussels and the one lone shrimp were cooked OK, the baby scallops and the baby shrimp were cooked to the point of being rubbery - the wine was fine, but then they did not make it, however they could use some lessons in presentation (why would you serve a white wine in a big fat goblet and a red wine in a much smaller one) - cannot say anything about desert as we decided to cut our losses, pay the bill and run Conclusion - even with a discount voucher from your hotel Remington's is not worth it, unless you like singing wait staff
Amazing dinner.. Prime rib was amazing. The staff sings every 15 or so minutes. Everything was excellent
Birthday celebration. My husband Dave loved it. Portion was just the right amount and cooked to perfection. Definitely will be going back.
The food was very good and the service was great. The waiter we had was super nice and friendly.
The food was excellent and the service was great. Our server was very polite, checked on us frequently and made the experience wonderful. The prices are fair and the portions were exactly right. 10/10. Will be returning.
Great dinner. Great service. Had a 4 course meal. App was fried brie and calamari. Love the fried brie, like an adult mozzarella stick and the sauce with it was good. Simple salad with balsamic was fresh and tasty. The prime rib with mash potatoes and veggies was great. Service was great. I believe her name was Christine. Very friendly and although she was busy, she kept up and did a great job. Very impressed.
We visited Remingtons for thr first time yesterday to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we walked in the staff were very polite and well spoken. We were seated right away. We order 2 apps (fried brie and the calamari). Both were good however I dont think I'd offer the cheese again, I would have much rathered slices of fresh bread rather then crackers. Also the calamari were tasty however they were super tiny and tasted mostly like the batter they were covered in ( would like bigger rings) We both ordered the 12 prime rib, I have a side if fries and my husband had mashed potatoes. It was sooooooo delicious! Also we were even free birthday icecream which was very nice. Our server was very kind and often checked up on us. We would for sure be visiting again!
Decent food. Not worth the cost. Paid $69. For a "dinner voucher" from our hotel... menu is very small, must pay "upgrades" to have a decent meal. Expect to pay $150 to $200 for dinner for 2.
A tremendously good experience from start to finish. My meat was excellent, rare, juicy, generous. Potatoes were cooked to perfection, not too hard, not too soft. Heavenly amount of sauce. The place itself is very clean, old-style ranch decorated, with a fire chimney in the center of it. People are in their 40s and 50s, so you're sure to be surrounded with adults. Prices are a bit high but the service is all up to it. Our waitress was a doll, she smiled all the time. This is a highly recommended place whenever you are in Niagara, and I will definitely be going back to it on my future visit.
The food was presented well, but the service was poor. Our server was hardly around and our food took a very long time to arrive. We ordered appetizers and meals all at once. Appetizers took more than 20 minutes to get out to our table. The plates were very hot which would tell me that they were under a heat lamp for a long time waiting to be delivered to our table. We ordered the mussels and a fried brie app. Both of these were very enjoyable. The sauce for the mussels was delicious and the brie was really good paired with the jalapeno jelly. I ordered a steak and lobster dinner. It arrived poorly cooked and dry. I ordered it med-rare and it arrived rare. Cutting into the steak didn't release any juice and the steak visibly lacked moisture. The lobster was delicious and the remaining for was good - but underwhelming for the price point that you pay. A friend of mine also ordered the steak and said his wasn't cooked well either. In my opinion, for a $50 steak, it's a disappointment. I returned my steak and they charged me for a lobster tail dinner - fair but disappointing. I was looking forward to the juicy steaks advertised in hotels nearby and I've had $25 steaks that were much better. The ambiance is great and the singing waiters are great - very talented singers.
Great food interesting atmosphere an overall wonderful evening
Still a great Prime Rib done to perfection!!! Service was spectacular!!! Even in COVID times this place is large enough to still accommodate to the needs of a great dining experience...????????❤
Came here in the summer, was really blown away by the entire night. The singing servers were a great surprise and not too loud where I was still able to have a quiet romantic dinner with my boyfriend. Food is great, would love to return!
Great service, great atmosphere, excellent food.
Fantastic food & service. Valarie was a Gem..outstanding service with a smile.
Wasn't impressed with the prime rib. It was a little chewy and not much flavour. The apps and rest of the meal was excellent and very good service.
We were promised a great three course gourmet meal. There is nothing gourmet about a plain lettuce and tomato salad and nothing gourmet about prime rib barley soup with no meat. There was a fairly good piece of prime rib but it was served with raw carrots and tough green beans as well as a tiny over cooked baked potato. The gourmet dessert was nothing more than a scoop of soft chocolat ice cream with a slightly withered strawberry on top of some cool whip. When we arrived there were breadplates on the table, when I asked for bread the waitperson said we don't serve bread, the question begs "why put breadplates on the table"? Lastly, we sat through the entire meal and were never asked if we needed anything, no ice tea or water refills. Very disappointing.
The crab cake used imitation crab meat that was rubbery. We tried Poutine for the first time and it has to be an acquired taste. I wouldn't recommend.
Steak and vegies was cold when brought to our table. No singing. Great service though

Visited today to celebrate my wife’s birthday, used a groupon which included a 4-course meal and 2 6oz glasses of wine. We had the garlic bread and jumbo shrimp for appetizer, both were delicious! Beef soup and salad after, again, delicious. Then we finally had the prime rib and ribeye for the entree. I was very impressed by the quality of the meal. All the courses came right after another with enough time to enjoy each course. Finally we had the pleasure of having Sydney as our server. She was very professional, very attentive and provided us with top notch service. Sydney brought out our dessert, lava cake and cheese cake, with an amazing happy birthday song. We were more in shock than anything, we didn’t expect such a great voice. Overall, I would rate this experience as a 5/5, my wife had a great time, loved every course and enjoyed the entire experience. We usually go to the Keg, but I think that this will be our new “place”.
Very good food.
My wife and I tried this place because we got a prime rib dinner for two voucher from the hotel we stayed at. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Our …
We had a wonderful night out there.the prime rib was fabulous.
Phenomenal food and customer service. I order a seafood pasta and my mom ordered lamb. Everything was cooked to perfection. Quite pricey but well worth it
The food was so good ❤ and the prices are decent for what they are serving. The one and only complaint is that my appetizer which was stuffed mushrooms, only had 2 mushrooms. I feel like 3 is a more balanced number given the size of the mushrooms, but it tasted wonderful, and the rest of the meals were well portioned. Definately going there again when in Niagara Falls.
This restaurant is owned by the owner of the Lakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls. We had a voucher for the restaurant, and the hotel provides free shuttle service. I had the bison, and my wife had prime rib. She enjoyed her meal. I was caught off guard by the singing waiter, although, as my wife pointed out, it was advertised on the hotel elevator doors. Service was good, but our waitress admitted that she can't sing. On the return trip the driver have us a quick tour of a small part of the city.
Beautiful atmosphere, great entertainment if only we were able to experience it first hand. As we had our 4 year old, we were ushered into a cold looking pale back room behind curtains. By the hostess who assured us that this was nit the kids room, i beg to differ. This is wrong. We paid full price for our meals and were penalized for having a childwith us. To top it off our order took an hour to arrive. My well behaved son pleaded, "im hungry can i have bread with butter", tables in main restaurant had this, why couldn't the "the childrens room". We almost walked out at 40 minutes waiting, had it not been for the very polite waitress Amy. She made up for what her employer lacked. Empathy!... She apologised profusely for the wait. The food was delicious but i must say it would have been a greater experience had we had the view of the whole restaurant instead of pale yellow walls and a brick wall for a window. We were disappoint and will not return apon our next Niagara trip.
Food was very good they have a nice selection of wines. The server was super friendly. Food took a little long to come as it was a bust night but the flavor of the food when received made up for it.
Staff is very friendly and the waiters walk the restaurant singing on the microphone every few minutes, which is pretty cool. The food was very good, i had the salmon and portion was also good.
Nice and quiet. My food was served quickly and tasted great.
great place to check out while in thr falls. Servers were nice, and great singers. Prices are fair compared to other restaurants in the area
Food was great, atmosphere excellent, service great. Was disappointed we didn't get a singing server as advertised on the brochures.
By far the worst meal I have had in my life. Mussels were cold and the sauce tasted like a canned sauce. Had the seafood pasta- it tasted like KD with some fish flavouring and frozen seafood. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib medium well- they brought out a massive end piece that was well done and grey in colour. We asked for a new piece-which they brought and it was better. I couldn’t even eat my pasta and it was evident I did not like it- the waiter brought the bill and then asked if we liked the meal and I was honest about my experience, and all he said was “I’ll let the kitchen know. The pasta does look darker than it usually does”. Would never return.
Best ever prime rib. Great service!
We loved our experience at Remington's. Firstly, service is something I highly value and Eric was absolutely exceptional. He was able to suggest the correct kind of steak for me (I was about to order the fatty chewy kind by accident), was very knowledgeable about the menu and so personable. The food was gorgeous - both presentation wise and to taste! We got the steak soup, chicken penne pasta and the steak. For dessert the chocolate lava cake was a perfect ending. Large portion so I was OK with the expensive prices, worth it for a lovely date night out. Bill came to $100 + tip. COVID protocols were on point, they are very careful in every aspect. Would definitely come again when we are back in Niagra :)
The food came extremely late. It tasted ok but ended up with upset stomach and threw up. Apparently someone else did too.
The food, ohhhh the food! We bought a Groupon and it was a four course meal. I made a point of trying all of the options as each person I went with got something different and all of it was delectable! The calamari was my favourite, a close second to the brie. The Caesar salad dressing was one of the best I've ever had. The prime rib was so tender it melted in my mouth! There's a reason that's what their known for! Our server was a peppy and polite. She was quick with out food and ready to top up our drinks. She was so friendly and extremely likeable and not over bearing. Highly recommend!
Came here for my fiancé’s birthday and it was the best experience and food we have had. The waitress and manager were very kind and knew how to deliver great customer service. I highly recommend this place.
Good food and the servers sing when not busy to keep u entertained
Delicious. Great service. Amazing drinks. It's pricey but it is amazing.
First time here but definitely not the last, perfect food, perfect steak, perfect service.
I will start with the service, more specifically, our server, Krystin. This young woman offered the finest service that i believe I may ever have had in a restaurant. She was polite, knowledgeable, fast, yet not pushy, professional and overall so pleasant that we had to centre her out to her manager, Domenic. Now the prime rib is definitely the way to go here. 12oz of delicious, tender beef with you choice of potato and a veg. We had a TravelZoo coupon for a 4-course meal with wine, so it was prix-fixe and well worth it. The restaurant was clean and followed all of the COVID-19 protocols for inside dining. Normally they have a roaming waiter who breaks out into sing, (sounds hokey, but it isn't) LOL. But due to COVID, this is on hold. They assured us that it will return as soon as possible. Our visit was all around fantastic and we highly recommend this place if you're in Niagara Falls.
Very professional, food as delicious
AMAZING food, and even entertainment as the servers sing! We went here after getting vouchers on groupon, it was so much better then expected!
Live music, great stake and a good selection of Niagara region wine.
Something of an institution in Niagara Falls, Remingtons does not disappoint. A traditional steakhouse, the menu is fairly limited and not the cheapest, but the quality is there. The service is friendly and prompt, and the servers sing - on key!
Excellent Steaks, Prime Rib & Seafood. We go there for our anniversary every year. They have a singer that sings periodically, threw out the evening, Definitely a classy establishment. Waitress was very attentive we had the date night couple special for $ 69. A good deal. Pricey on the draft beer
We went there last monday night for the early bird prime rib special. It was absolutely perfect. Best prime rib I've ever had. We had some appetizers and salads to start and they were great as well. We had a 1 year old in our group and they were very accommodating. Our server was a delight. She had such a nice personality and our experience was so smooth! The singing was a fun little twist as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
We went there for my friend birthday. We ordered tenderloins and my husband ordered medium rare, I ordered medium my friend ordered medium well but all we got are all medium rare ( it’s more like Rare). We wanted to ask about this but our waitress was missing so long time. A hostess stoped by us to tell us that the waitress got big group so she had been busy... we were ignored so long time,When the cake was coming to our table, they sang for my friend very lushly. We should’ve gone to Keg.
Memorable experience. The service from our waiter Paul ,the speed of service, the food QUALITY all above 5 star. More like 10 !!! A promise of NO DISAPPOINTMENT
Ordered the steak and it was about 50% fat and had no flavour at all. Dessert as part of the package was regular ice cream. Overall awful and bland food.
Steak wasn’t bad, not chewy or dry. Could be better with side options since the steaks start from $31 to $39 for the ones I’ve ordered.
Good food, good service, good atmosphere. But that's just it, good. I was advertised that they were special because they sing! But not a peep from any staff... On valentine's day, of all days, is the day you should be living up to your reputation! I could have made the same steak and sang to my wife for a way nicer and cheaper valentines experience than what I got here. Highly disappointed, thanks.
Great food and atmosphere!!!! Had some gluten free options as I have celiac disease.... would go back again
Exceptional food, great environment, good service. Ate indoors due to weather. Four visits and will definitely be returning.
Ok, The Spouse and I attended 21 Aug 12, using the Oakes Hotel package deal. I have read the other comments below and have to say that there were no bad experiences here, the Food was Excellent. Everything cooked perfectly and the service was exemplary. The staff was attentive and our Server "Robin" has the voice of an angel, (her singing is spellbinding)... & indeed both singers were awesome and their songs did not interfere with the meal at all. My Spouse's Pasta was tasty and done well, with my Sirloin nicely prepared and served with awesome sides, also prepared well. The whole experience, including the Oakes Hotel has been of an outstanding nature with the only detraction being the Heat of Late August and that's a matter for the weatherman not the hotel or restaurant.
Great food and great pricing for Niagara Falls. Very good value. Had prime rib. Very impressed with preparation. Highly recommend this restaurant.
One lobster tail was overcooked, one was great. Prime rib was really delicious. Very expensive restaurant and in tourist area of niagara falls. $30 voucher when staying at the oakes hotel. Service was good
Great food and great service. We had the couple's package for $69 on a Friday including 3 courses and a half litre of wine. The quality of the food cannot be best for the price we paid. Great place to go for a romantic dinner.
Meal type
Krysten out server was amazing! The food was incredible. Pricing was totally acceptable for the totally delish meal we had. We will 100% be back here! Thank you for an incredible experience ❤️
Great service and food
So you can smell how amazing this place is going to be upon walking within a block of the restaurant. DelicDeli prime rib. Tried the draft beer it was nice and light. Kristen and team were great. Highly recommend. Left very satisfied for a night on the town.
We stayed in Niagara Falls for one night on December 6th and decided on Remingtons for dinner based on the online reviews. When we got there, the decor was beautiful! The fireplace was going and the decorations were wonderful, especially since it was set up for Christmas time. We were seated right away and had time to look through the menu. At this time, there were probably only about 3 other tables being served so it was quite a slow night. Our waiter was very friendly, but for how slow it was, he did not check up on us very often. I sat with an empty water glass for quite a while and when we were seated, my place setting didn’t have a knife (I grabbed one from another table). Our appetizer was delicious; we got the garlic bread with basil. I could have ordered two of those! The bread took a very long time to come out, and the waiter did apologize for the wait on that. The main reason I only gave 2 stars is because I ordered the steak (filet mignon) medium well. The menu even had a description of the different cooks of meat. I usually order my steak medium, but I changed it up this time and ordered medium well. When my meal came out, the steak was in the shape of a starfish (it’s the best description I can think of; it was a very odd shaped steak) and just by looking at it, could could see that it was burnt to the crisp. It was completely burnt to a crisp on the outside and when I cut into the steak, there was absolutely no pink anywhere to be found. The meat was so tough and dry, it was not pleasant to eat. I honestly couldn’t believe that a steak cooked that poorly made it from the chef, to the waiter, all the way to my table. I could honestly say this was the worst cooked steak I think I’ve ever eaten. My date’s meal (stuffed chicken) had no complaints and my sides were fine, but I would avoid ordering steak from this menu.
We visited Remingtons for thr first time yesterday to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we walked in the staff were very polite and well spoken. We were seated right away. We order 2 apps (fried brie and the calamari). Both …
I was craving for steak and really want that juicy medium rare and juice cones out. Unfortunately I did not get that 1- it was close to fully cook, 2- salty. Then I received my new steak, it wasn't what I pictured. I felt they gave cold frozen steak on purpose. The waitress was nice no issue, and friendly. I think the cook should know what does medium rare looks like and don't serve cold frozen steak. I am paying $35 for a steak and I expect it to be at that price and God. Then my husband's steak was too salty. The green salad, green beans, and mashed potatos were good.
The best dining experience we've ever had! The food...the service and staff, beautifully decorated, they even had a man with a mic who walked here and there singing. He sang 3 times while we were there. There was no rushing us to leave and we were there for atleast an hour (probably longer) enjoying this amazing meal and atmosphere. Our waitress was phenomenal! Totally recommend dinner here! The price is a bit above what we'd normally spend but it was absolutely worth it!
a seafood place that only have fried calamari, salmon and a small lobster tail to add to an apetiezer. There prices do not reflect in their dishes. their salad is around $12 for some greens, 2 wedges of tomato and a slice of onion. the fried calamari were good, the rest, sub par
Food was decent and reasonable priced for Niagara Falls. They forgot to give us bread but wasn't a big deal. I would probably return again.
That place is a joke... Over priced below the average meals. There is no live music at all. The server takes the mic sing a song between the table service. Our jaws dropped. Should I laugh or leave? The only best thing is our server Krystin, that's why I give 2 stars.
Dinner
Great food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend the prime rib. We had a medium rare and end cut orders. Both served to perfection
Had a Groupon deal so tried it. Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere ok except for a very loud table next to us. But the food was underwhelming. To say the least. I had the ribeye steak and it was awful. Very low quality cut of meat. I would say the worst ribeye I've ever had by a lot.
Great place smooth atmosphere, my lady enjoyed her salmon, my only complaint is there were no vegetarian options as a main entrée, pasta and sauce just doesn't cut it now a day's. All and all its a great place to dine in.
Good food. Staff friendly. Quiet atmosphere. Upscale. Great for quiet dinner.
I heard great things about Remingtons and was excited, but left a bit underwhelmed. For starters, I had the crab cakes...would not recommend. If you are a fan of artificial crab meat instead of lump crab meat, by all means, add it to your tab. I was not a fan and thankfully it was removed from my tab. Eric, my server did his best to change the appetizer experience and that’s all one can ask for. The salmon was not bad at all though. Remingtons wouldn’t be my first choice when I’m in Niagara again, but is also not my last.
Casual place, but calamari was way too salty, we could not finish the plate. The beef, lobster tail and baked potato lack of seasoning. Pricy for the quality.
Celebrated our Anniversary here and once again received Outstanding food and Service . Chris and his team are amazing . Our waitress Kristen did an excellent job not only with her service but in granting us the time to enjoy the atmosphere and the night . The New York strip was cooked to perfection and my Ribs were the full size of my plate. Our starters and dessert were as equally as good. Thank you once again for a great night
Good meal. We did the $69 meal deal. Food was really enjoyable and well cooked. There are upgrades you can buy for better meals, we did. Staff were great. Some of the staff sing about every 30 minutes which was great, they were really good. We had a great time.
Our favorite restaurant! Atmosphere and staff are excellent and food always exceeds our expectations.
Delicious food, very nice staffs and each 30 minutes one of them was singing. One of the best restaurant in Niagara
Absolutely fantastic experience. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. We went for my mother's birthday and our entire family had such a wonderful time there. My sister got the crab cake appetizers which was delicious, the calamari and salads were fantastic. I got the stuffed chicken and it was so moist and paired fantastically with a creamy mushroom sauce. There was live music by the waiters, who all can sing apparently. Honestly, an outstanding dining experience.
This place was suggested to us through a package we received from our hotel, Oakes Hotel. The hotel made reservations for us before we checked in. There is a free shuttle between the hotel and the restaurant, unfortunately we did not ride on the shuttle as it was understandably full. We chose to drive there and there was free parking for hotel guests. We were seated immediately and our server gave us the gourmet menu which pretty much had pre-selected for us the items to choose for dinner. I opted for the steak. It was not the best steak, it was dry and lost its succulent taste.
Great service. Great food. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. He also had an amazing singing voice. Would recommend this place to anyone ????.
Another FANTASTIC evening at Remington's of Niagara! Dinner and service were, once again spectacular. From the friendly greeting by Chris, the manager to our terrific server, Valerie. The singers were great with their holiday songs. My steak was prepared and cooked to mouth watering perfection. My wife couldn't stop raving about the Rustic Chicken Penne...try it with a glass...or more... of the Peller Estate Chardonnay. Simply AMAZING! All their staff are friendly and look like they are enjoying taking care of the patrons. Especially one of their newest servers ( didn't get his name but he looks like a character from the movie The Godfather ????) what a nice person with a wonderful sense of humour. Chris, our compliments on leading a wonderful staff. Much appreciate the specially prepared desserts. BRAVO! See you soon!
Exceeded expectations. Wonderful food, wonderful service. We will be returning.
Being in Niagara for a conference, we choose to have dinner here because we heard the food was delicious. It's true! Their prime rib is amazing ???? Other selections also looked delicious. The singing waiter was enjoyable, we also had a serenade which is a nice touch. Desserts and specialty coffees allowed us to stay and enjoy ourselves, we were not rushed out the door, thank you!
Food was great....Dessert was great ... Service was great
Great food and great service by Kristin. The singing was very good also
Dinner
Nice staff, good food, big portion
Absolutely fantastic. Steve our waiter both times we went was awesome. Very entertaining and accommodating. The steak and prime rib were too die for. Much better then the Keg. The garlic cheese bread was fantastic as well. The bread is basically 1 large "sourdough" bun cut into quarters with 2 cheeses covering 3 sides of each piece. Delicious. Would highly recommend. The only negative is that it is really busy. But with Covid-19 right now you have to make a reservation which eliminates wait times.
Just had a great meal at Remington, the food was very good but the entire meal was made even better by our server Kristen. She was by far one of the best servers we have experienced anywhere. Highly recommend the peach/poppy seed dressing for the salad. Yummy, with a hint of ginger. The roast beef came medium rare as asked, it was not only tender but very tasty. How many times have you had roast beef that is tender but tasteless, not here. Veggies cooked to perfection as well. This is not our first visit to the restaurant and it most definitely will not be the last.
Dinner
Amazingly delicious food. Very efficient service and friendly staff. Can't wait to return.
We were here for new years and it was a spectacular meal. Everything from the amouse bouche to the appetizers to the main and dessert were amazing. I got the salad, which had beets, radish etc. It was different from the typical "market salads" and was substantial. My partner got the almond crusted goat cheese. DELICIOUS! for the mains we both got the filet mignon and were not disappointed. One of the best filet I've had. Also, our server was one of the kindest, most hospitable person. She went out of her way to make the night special. She offered to delay dinner, to make sure we had time between courses, decanted the wine without asking and overall was such a kind person. Great experience! Would definitely return
Get all the sandwiches. Got the pork belly Banh-mi. Get it spicy ot mild. Going back tomorrow for the pho.
Me and my boyfriend had dinner there last night and it was very mediocre. We asked for medium rare and medium steaks and they were both well done. We paid $17 for defrosted shrimp straight from the bag you get at the grocery store and the mashed potatoes were very dry (how do you screw up mashed potatoes). Our bill ended up being $118 for a very disappointing meal... do not recommend!
Meal type
Just left there we witnessed 3 tables plus our table return their prime rib for being over cooked when we got the bill they credited only half the meal when the whole plate went nearly untouched... the server was amazing this was beyond her control... management never came to any of the tables to apologize but did make a comment to a hostess about dirty tables on the patio... at that point should have been the least of his worries when the kitchen was obviously in major need of help to send out a quality meal...
The prime rib was fantastic I'll go there again when visiting Niagara Falls
I had a fantastic experience night with my wife we had a great dinner on the server was also in the food was great the service was including the singing waiters I highly recommend this for any couple that just wants a nice quiet romantic dinner
WOW! We went to Remingtons because we received a $30 voucher with our hotel room at The Oakes. It isn't much for 2 people, but better than nothing. You can not use the voucher if you decide to get the $80 Ultimate Dining for 2 special for so we chose to order a la carte. We were not disappointed at all! Maggie was our server and she was wonderful. We tried 3 appetizers; crab cakes, garlic bread with cheese and the jumbo shrimp. I chose the prime rib (medium) and my partner chose the Atlantic Salmon for our entrées. After trying my prime rib and realizing how tender it was, my partner wanted to save his salmon for lunch and ordered a prime rib dinner for himself lol. Compliments to the chef!!
I was here before and their steaks were always great, like 7 or 8 out of 10. But tonight that same prime rib was 10 out of 10, like, the best one I had in my life. Medium rare perfection, super soft, juicy, easy to cut and buttery delicious. Highly recommended. Most places at Niagara are seriously overpriced but here they are very fair considering the atmosphere, service and the quality of the food. Waiters do sing any they do it well. You can expect the New York style singing-waiters evergreen-classics kind of music. All in all, a great place which I visit every time I go to Niagara Falls.
Prime rib dinner was so tasty. Singing wait staff was unexpected and fun. The atmosphere is also very cozy - we visited in the winter.
Dine in
The foods were delicious. Nice services. A waiter sung a few songs every once a while. Warm and welcoming dining environment. We came here almost every time we stayed in Niagara Fall.
Awesome experience. Love how they have all different deals depending on ig you are at a hotel or just local and going for date night . We decided to try the date night menu it was amazing. Starter was a garden salad so fresh with delicious balsamic dressing boyfriend had the soup also delicious. Next we upgraded added brushetta bread and it also was delicious best brushetta i ever had. Next was the star of the night prime rib it was melt in your mouth tender juicy and full of flavor i choose a baked potato to go with mine and was perfect as well boyfriend had garlic mashed also perfect. I also enjoyed the house wine that went with the meal. Lastly we had dessert i upgraded got the white chocolate mousse cake it was perfect and delicious, boyfriend had the ice cream that went with his and was pleased This was best meal i ever had and very good value with upgrades, tip, taxes we paid just over 100 dollars for the whole meal for 2 .Only things i would complain about is brushetta bread only has 3 pieces when your sharing it that doesnt work and the way that its done i would loose stuff off the bread and ruin it if i had to cut one piece in half so i would suggest they do 4 pieces. Also some fresh bread or rolls would of been nice to go with my prime rib something to soal up those delicious juices of the meat. Love the singing wait staff as well . Thanks remmingtons for the amazing experience
Excellent service and food. The entertainment was a bonus. Eric, our waiter sang "The Dance" by Garth Brooks. I actually thought i was listening to a recording of Garth Brooks singing until he walked up to our table. Extremely talented and gifted young man.
BAD customer service, GREAT food. Had reservations this past saturday but took 25 minutes to get seated. Waitress was nice but made errors on our bill 4 times...., steak was great.
Great food..priced high but the service was fantastic. They have signing waiters. Lol.
Really a nice place food excellent waiter ana waitress were top notch ate there twice hostess was really hot and really nice person
We had dinner there the staff we great the entertainment was great .And the food was really good. I love that they sing and there voies were great .
There was so much about this place that was great, but the best feature had to be the customer service. Our waitress was an absolute angel and made our visit perfect. Even the hostess was super friendly. The food was all cooked to perfection and the drinks were great as well. They have a great wine menu too. We opted for the couples menu and it honestly was a great value for the price. The crab cakes were delicious and both our steaks were perfect. The dessert was also super tasty and the whipped cream was super light. Absolutely no complaints and we hope to visit again!
The food here was enticing. The hotel I was staying at (The Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls) recommended it, and it had advertisements for it in the elevators. To top it all, the hotel offered a shuttle to and from the restaurant! To start, the first thing on the menu was ordered: the garlic bread cluster. It was a pleasant appetizer to start with. The garlic used tasted fresh, and it was savory. Both the stuffed chicken supreme and the chicken penne rustica were the main dishes ordered. The stuffed chicken supreme was cooked to perfection. It was so juicy and my favorite part was the stuffed marinated artichoke in it. I had the chance to try a bite of the chicken penne rustica; that one bite tantalized my taste buds. There was a collection of flavor from the fried mushrooms, baby spinach, garlic, the riesling goat's cheese cream, and more. This will be my next dish I order if I come here for dinner again. The service here was exceptional. I was really pleased with the sense of urgency the server had. She was respectful, and she was knowledgeable about the menu. This restaurant offs something different that I had not experienced before. There were singing servers. It was a nice touch for live entertainment and it made for an unforgettable experience.
Had an excellent meal here on a Thursday night. Our meal was covered as part of package through our hotel. It included an appetizer, entree, and dessert. We had cocktails pre-dinner which were very good. Got the Prime Rib soup for an appetizer which was awesome. I would return to this location just for the soup. The entree was good. The dessert was and delicious ice cream chocolate raspberry dish.
Waiter had an excellent voice but he was a much better singer than a waiter. The food was overpriced and sub-par. Would not reccomend.
My wife and I got a Groupon for $98 for 4 courses for 2. Everything was absolutely delicious ! Our server Kristen was also very polite. We will come again even without the Groupon next time. 10/10 recommended!
Dinner came with out Hotel Package. Our expectations were low and blown away with the service experience. We went after 8p and the place was mostly empty. They offered us a seat by the fireplace! Amazing service by Sydney, who also sang for us :) Thank You!
Absolutely well worth the dollars spent. Molly is the best server, awesome job. We had the prime rib which is perfect and the New York which I have never tasted better. Beet salad was exceptional. Bruschetta is beyond, don’t miss it!
My wife and I tried this place because we got a prime rib dinner for two voucher from the hotel we stayed at. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Our server was attentive without being overbearing or hovering. I would recommend getting a reservation ahead of time.
Very good food, including the prime rib. Service is efficient. The singing by the servers (about 1 song every 15-20 minutes) is a completely unnecessary gimmick, though, and didn't appear to be adding to anyone's dining experience.
