Not bad, but potential for greatness. I've had pizza like yours that allows for unlimited toppings. However, that's not always a great idea if your pizza crust is thin crust. It's just calling for all those amazing toppings to fall off and add weight. Hopefully, they can thicken the crust up. I'll be back for sure, though ????????

Ordered on line with a pick up time if 5:45pm from the Ritson Rd location. Finally got our order at 6:45pm. Uber and Skip orders where very delayed as well. Management needs to rethink their scheduling to have more than 1 person on shift for the dinner rush on a hockey playoff game night. I don't blame the young man 100% since he was clearly overwhelmed and was trying his best, but to not acknowledge people in order, unable to multi-task and prioritize are the key reasons for people just walking out. (I would have too had I not pre-paid for my order on line.) Oh and to make a greek salad with hot peppers, artichoke hearts, no olives and smokey ranch dressing is kind of over the top.

My first visit to Pizza Studio and overall quite disappointed. - I began by stating that I haven't been there before, that I'm vegan and asked which crusts are vegan - I was told all except the gluten free one. Given the later confusion about what the word vegan means, I am no longer sure if that information was reliable. - I then asked which sauces are vegan & was told all of them. I'm not sure how the make their Alfredo sauce but generally it's not vegan. I choose plain tomato sauce as it seemed the safest choice. - She then said "So, I guess you want vegan cheese?" Only to then discover that there was none. At which time, she suggested that I have Goat cheese! I did not take her up on this offer. - There were no suggestions from her or either of other two staff as to what other options might be appropriate or any suggestions as to the range of toppings available - as I was waiting for it to cook, I noticed the small print labels on the glass stating which toppings are which. - There were very limited amounts of toppings offered - 5 small spinach leaves for example and yes, I counted them. - No offer of any discount which I feel would have been appropriate given the fact that they were out of the only vegan cheese option. - The pizza was actually ok although not great considering the price. The veggies were fresh and the multigrain / flax crust was good. Not a good option for anyone who has specific dietary requirements!

The prices are $10 for a 7" pizza, or $11 for a 10" pizza (which is a small, 6 slice pizza). This isn't really a good price point for a single person, but a 10" pizza may serve two people (or one person that is hungry). The place is poorly managed, there were too many staff working for the number of customers and all of them were on their phones instead of doing work (such as cleaning up, which was needed). The manager who was working was rude and interrupted me during a conversation I was having with my girlfriend. The staff are under trained, for example not knowing their gluten free options even though the restaurant is really pushing that they have these options. I did not order anything gluten free, but the one other customer that came in during my visit did, and I overheard their order, as the one staff had to talk to their manager across the room to ask about it. The manager never even got out of her chair (where she was on her laptop, out of uniform) to address the questions. Examples of them pushing the gluten free options is a large sign out front that says "FREE PIZZA" in large print, with a small title of "gluten" above it. So dishonest. While it was nice to be able to get unlimited toppings and build the pizza subway-style, the staff were reluctant to add an adequate amount of anything and many requests to "add more" were needed. It's not a cheap pizza, please don't skimp on the pineapple if I ask for lots of it. I wasn't trying to ask for an unreasonable amount of any one ingredient either, although I did get a variety of them. Pizza Studio took over Panda Express which was here and hasn't changed the layout much. They simply painted over the panda red with blue, and added a pizza conveyor. This paint, especially on the benches/chairs, was doing a poor job at hiding the red that is coming through. It looked ghetto, not to mention that one of their benches was removed, and just the frame of it was left there. There is also a motorcycle hanging off one of the walls too, which is an interesting decor choice. For a newly-opened/renovated restaurant I expected a lot more. The quality of the food was good. The ingredients looked to be mostly fresh, and the dough was squished from its ball with a press and then stretched onto a pan when you order (sad that it isn't hand-tossed, but I guess this allows for more consistent sizing between orders). More dough should be used though, as the 10" pizza I purchased was extremely thin in the middle, and had basically no structure to it. Add all the grease (or maybe the sauce seeping through), and you get a really soggy crust underneath the ingredients. This would be less of a problem if there were plates to eat off of. Yes, there are NO PLATES! I can just imagine a mother and her two small children having to eat over the pizza box or pan, or throwing some napkins around so that there is something to rest the pizza on between bites. It's ridiculous that a restaurant doesn't have plates, I would note that they do have forks though. The edges of the crust were okay, and not soggy, that issue is contained to the interior of the pizza under the ingredients. The pizza did cook quickly, in about 3-5 minutes. I recommend against eating here, and instead going next door to Firehouse Subs, or one of the other many available restaurants in the plaza/area.

Was STARVING after a 14h day of work. Looked for some pizza and came across this gem. Wanted a slice but the guy explained they dont do slices they do personal pizzas it was $5 for a decent amount of pizza. Made it right in front of me and put it in the creeper oven. Ready in 5min SOOO GOOD. (I got the Chorizo) And whoever the young gentleman who worked friday night, you were super! Very kind, polite, clean and very communicative. I wish I took a picture of my pizza but I will be going back and I recommend you go and enjoy yourself some hot gooey well priced pizza with great service! Highly recommended.

Been here a few times... actually brought numerous friends here and hooked them on this place. Pizza is always amazing but the service is declining rapidly. Last time we were here the soda machine only had diet drinks. Today the same sign was on the machine but the machine was actually not working at all. Only Diet Coke available in the bottle!!!! The girl behind the counter was obnoxious and slightly rude to my wife. $40+ for 3 pizzas and 1 bottle of Diet Coke you would think would come with better service. Going to have to rethink if coming here is worth the money.

First and last time coming to this place, the largest pizza box they have is a large and it has 6 slices and $13, we bought 3 of the boxes, then if you buy 2 large boxes of pizza u get a free 2L pop and we did, but the pop was 3 months expired! The girl working said she doesn't care if it is expired. Tables are very sticky

Ordered from Skip the dishes. I'm a bit of a pizza connoisseur and this was the worst pizza I've had ever. I ordered in advance and came cold. It was as if it was made and they didn't realize it was a advance order so it just sat in a box for 30 mins before it was picked up. I had ordered from places that were further and it always came warm. May be different if you eat in but take out I would stick to my go to pizza place in whitby Pizza Rock. They have a long ways to go to be the best pizza in town.

I have been here about 1 year. Staff has always been friendly. I came here with a friend who had no prior experience with this custom making pizza process. The staff member explained everything to him as of the store had just opened, no rush, just step by step. I found that to be very good customer service. Okay now down to the taste it can vary from the type of dough to the sauce you use. For maximum tastiness I go with the regular dough and chipolte tomato sauce. Then you get customize further with whatever toppings you want. I think there could be a tad extra cheese like 10-15gm and extra half min in the oven. Overall taste is about 4 to 4.5 /5. I recommend asking for a drizille of specialty sauces after cooking, they add more depth to the flavour.

Went yesterday for the second time since Pizza Studio opened in Oshawa, and it was amazing just like the first time! Unlimited toppings, you can eat there for under $20, and the best part is you can create your own masterpiece! The customer service was also lovely, the two young guys working were very personable. The only complaint I have is there needs to be a top option on the debit machine! All in all, great visit, food and staff!

Food here is always fantastic. You get fooled into thinking that it won't be filling, since it's such thin crust, but you couldn't be more wrong. Copious amounts of toppings, great service, tons of options. They have several different dough to choose from, as well as multiple bases for sauce, and both vegan and gluten free options. The salads are a decent portion size, and fresh. Just wish for a little more dressing next time. The place is always clean when we walk in. Desserts are either a Fillookie (filled chocolate cookie) or a brownie. Both are good. Not the best, but not bad by any stretch. I say go and try it out, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Seems overrated. There are lots of great high end pizza places in Oshawa. I suppose the unlimited toppings is a bonus but the actual flavor was just ok. Sauce is a bit heavy on the vinegar and the cheese needs more salt. Overall a but bland for the price.

So it's basically the subway style of making a pizza. The staff are really nice and patient. My pizza was amazing and the cheese (Omg the cheese!) Did that sticky thing. Like from teenage mutant ninja turtles. I got the fire cracker crust and jalapeños, not that spicy but it's still tasty. Only thing I would suggest is just have a list of the sauces and stuff where i can see it. It's just annoying for other waiting people when one keeps asking what is this?

Went here today for dinner while waiting for some work to get done on my car. The service and food were absolutely fantastic. The staff were so very friendly and nice. I overheard later that they are relatively new - you would never know it! They seemed well trained and didn’t skip a beat while providing fantastic service. The pizza was delicious (The Beast) and the ingredients were so fresh. The price seemed very fair especially if you want lots of toppings! Would definitely recommend to someone to try!

Most likely this will be my first and last time visiting The pizza studio, mediocre food for a expensive price, just learned now online that it was unlimited toppings, was not told this at restaurant. Can see this establishment going out of buisness quite soon. If you want to spend over 30$ on mediocre pizza your better option would be to go next door to fion MacCools for much better service and quality of food for a reasonable price. Pizza studio should turn there heat on as well. I understand your trying to save money but this is not fair to your customers. Cheers

They also have one of those Coca-Cola freestyle machines where you can have whatever type of fountain drink you desire. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed.

Really good pizza whether sharing with another person or eating yourself. And THERE'S DAIRY FREE CHEESE! There is only two other pizza chains I know of that offer this, and neither of them appeal to me due to how much it costs to get the toppings I want. Grabbed a take out menu for my boyfriend's parents to check out because it's so good. Different options for dough and sauce, before you even get to choose toppings. I'll also address the negative comments made by a recent poster: 1) they're 'overstaffed' - this is a weird time of year for food and retail places, hard to say how many people you need at a time. But the amount they usually have, 3 people, is good. 2) the motorcycle - it's a nice addition to the place, adds a focal point 3) phones - I have never seen any staff use phones while working behind the counter

The pizza is amazing. You get to pick everything from the dough and sauce to a huge selection of toppings. The ingredients are all fresh and it tastes delicious. The prices for the pizza are reasonable however if you are staying there the drinks are expensive, felt like I was buying drinks at a movie theatre.

My daughter has celiac disease and ordered the gluten free pizza. She confirmed with the server that the pizza they brought out was indeed GF and was told it was. She ate it and was sick all night. She has no issue with GF pizza from other pizza places. Maybe just a mix up so just a heads up to others that are sensitive to gluten.

Well, I’m usually smart when trusting my gut but as soon as I seen the conveyor belt oven I should have ran, 16 dollars for 6 slices that have quality toppings. for sure, if they stayed on the overly soft bendy pizza I’d be a lot more happy. But they simply slide off. I get the fancy name and high tech cooking setup but dominoes makes a more solid slice then this guys. Would appreciate a non in person refund or a redemption pizza done right by the owner

On my last visit I got a personal size pizza and now apparently they no longer offer it. The pizza is good but sorry not worth almost $16 for a Pepperoni. Also as of August 1st they are no longer accepting cash, is that even allowed?? I don't believe so.

We tried as per the reviews from customers. We bought pizza’s for my daughter’s birthday. This place sells best pizza in Oshawa. Their dough are not at all chewy if you want to eat next day. I thought large pizza is small but it is perfect to serve 2 people. Their taste is amazing and the restaurant was really clean.

Visited this restaurant for the first time on a busy Friday evening and I was impressed by the vibe of this place!! I've been to quite a lot of pizza stores but haven't seen such a massive selection of toppings elsewhere. Your pizza journey starts with selecting one of their crusts, followed by sauces and is further loaded with cheese and quality toppings in generous quantities. Staff was patient throughout the process and took special care to prevent cross-contamination(I'm gluten allergic). The pizza was delicious and definitely worth the price I paid. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic pizza or an experience different from regular big chain pizza stores.

Tasty pizza for a very reasonable price. On the ball, and polite service. Would, however, warn persons with gluten sensitivity to keep an eye on cross-contamination. The servers are considerate about using gloves and separate pans, but spoon used to “rub” sauce on regular crusts, are inserted back into sauce container and used for gluten free crusts. So far, no problems for me, but sensitivity levels are personal.

The pizza here is sooo delicious! I also find the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. I have dietary restrictions, but I take responsibility for what I put in my body- I read the ingredients and ask questions. The people that work here are students, not dieticians- so perhaps give them a bit of a break.

Good selection on toppings, especially for the price. Firecracker crust was awesome, very little spice. Only issue is all the chicken on my pizza was over cooked and dried, to the point it was chewy and I picked every single piece of chicken off. They do have a coke freestyle machine which is a perk.

Pizza was good, has SEVRELY gone downhill. Will never return for a couple of reasons. The last time I was there(roughly 2 months ago) I ordered 3 pizzas and a salad. The pizza toppings were so sparse I thought they might be coming out of the employee's pay. The salad was ALL brown Romaine Lettuce. Not fresh at all. The second reason I WILL NEVER return as a customer is that when I contacted the management about the above visit I was offered a FULL refund. As of now, 2 month or more later, I still have not received my refund. POORLY run restaurant.

The pizza was ok, but the portion sizes are poor. It comes in the cutest tiny box. I tried to split a pizza with my 3 and 6 year old. I only had one piece then had to make past for the kids because they were still hungry. For $12 I expect a bit more. This is not fancy wood-fired pizza, just small thin pizza thrown down a conveyor cooker .

I’ve changed my review. I still agree with the below comment however the last couple times I went in I’ve seen this poor girl running rapid because she is by herself DURING A DINNER RUSH this is absolutely unacceptable. Upper management needs to have more staff after 4pm!period! She had two full tables of people and a store to clean and prep. Though she was friendly and approachable I could see she was stressed and worried about making sure she had enough time to get things done. I didn’t even want to order because I understand the position she was put in. Get more staff. Or maybe upper management could be less lazy. Very disappointed. Great staff will keep it going. Terrible management will drive it in to the ground. Came twice. Both times the assistant manager served us. She's was so nice! Best pizza ever! We came back for the good food AND the awesome service and will return!

I love Pizza Studio! The staff are so friendly and make great recommendations. The pizza was delicious and I felt great after. The ingredients were fresh, the restaurant was clean and the BBQ chicken pizza was the best. Perfect portions. I even tried the cookie after and it was to die for. Highly reccomend!

The pizza is really good. I got there at 7:15, when my order said it was done and the pizza was already out. When I got home, about a 5 minute drive, the pizza was stone cold. Nothing a microwave can't fix but still a little disappointing. I'll be sure to arrive there 5-10 mintues early next time.

My husband and I thought we would try something new. We got 2 pizza's and a side salad. My pizza was not coming off the tray, the employee repeatedly hit the pan on the counter, causing all of my toppings to go flying. After 10 mins he got it off the try and wanted to serve it to me. I looked at him and said, I think I should have it remade as there's no toppings left. He was very pleasent and his coworker remade it. I also got a side Garden salad, that had brown romaine and old cucumber on it. Yes, they have an abundance of toppings, however I'm not sure ill ever go back for soggy pizza and undercooked dough

I have been in this location a few times before and was not so satisfied with the way the pizza was made sometimes it was soggy and some times just way to much toppings I was in last week and then again today cuz even tho it wasent so satisfying it was still good this one employee keeps making the most amazing pizza it was very delicious almost best iv had like ever toppings perfection pizza 100% she was very helpful telling me about how things are made and choices and selection I like that she was very well nolagibale about the menu and she had great customer service I would recommend any one to come in and have one made by herself truly thanks for the best pizza I ever tasted in a really long time she was wearing a different shirt then the other staff so I asked her her position and she said day time manager and that her name was Cassandra so if u happen to go there go during the day and have a pizza delishous!!!! This place is horrible do not I repeat do not waste your hard earned money on this place The food was terrible got a wedges poutine it was not fully cooked some of the edges were still frozen We got a big pizza the dough was first off not cooked we had to put it in the oven once we got home that did not fix the problem it just burned the pizza. Had to throw it out The girls making it were fighting the entire time we were there and i just tried to call 3 times and no answer. AVOID
