The food was very expensive. It was 20$ for the buffet. The food on top of that was terrible. It was not fresh at all. Tasted atrocious. I didn't even finish it because it was so bad. I went home and had another dinner cus I was so grossed out. I would not recommend. I feel gross just from having the food. Please don't eat here.

The boys at Mark's delivered an absolutely gorgeous meal! This was my first time at Yellowknife, famous capital of Nunavut. I loved it, I can't wait to go back to Nunavut, such amazing cuisine.

I have been dinning at this restaurant for 27 years. Lately the food has not been at it's best, what happened it used to be so good? Last night I ordered chicken chow mein ,chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken balls. The chicken chow mein had very little geeens in it normally it's abundant with greens and the chicken fried rice was not fried at all it was sticky white rice with lots of soy sauce and a few chunks of chicken. What happened to the egg, and peas that usually goes in it and the sweet little green onions? Definitely not chicken fried rice. The chicken balls were the only fresh item and thank goodness it was still good. It might take a while before I order again, so sad.????

Awful. Waited for the waiters to come to our usual table and even asked for waiter but nothing, we've waited half hour and their was ONLY ONE TABLE TAKEN AND THAN us (2 people at the table!) we didn't wait any longer than half hour for services so we left...as we were leaving the waiter scuffed at us!!! I maybe aboriginal but I didn't take that lightly...my fiancé also didn't want to go back there again. My late moms once favorite place NEVER AGAIN!

Located in the basement of the Scotia Centre this nice sized Chinese restaurant offers lots to choose from in their Buffet. I really enjoyed how they were efficiently set up to ensure you can get in and out quickly during the work day lunch rush. Decently priced for being in Yellowknife. I found everything in the buffet was made hot and fresh. Highlights of the buffet were definitely the sautéed shrimp and the homemade pie for dessert. I definitely recommend coming here for any meal as the staff were friendly, prompt and courteous. This will now be my go to place whenever a craving for chinese food comes around.

Great Chinese food, friendly customer service (the delivery drivers are nice to my dogs which is a bonus) and never had an issue with the waiters/waitresses when going into the store (and in regards to review below. I am so disappointed. This used to be such a good restaurant. They had the best Chinese food in Yellowknife...once upon a time. $31.00 for a Cantonese chow mein and the most ridiculously small won ton soup ever. The container was the size of a lg gravy at KFC and was $11.00. $18.00 for the Chow Mein which had a pasty bland taste?? I wish I knew how to post a pic and I could show you. Ha ha ha. I showed the spoon so you could get a sense of the size

Besides buffet they also have a la carte menu that is pretty authentic Chinese (Cantonese) food. Staffs very friendly. The restaurant was at the basement level of a business building. The entrance to the building locked after business hours. Once locked, you have to go through a small standalone structure at the back of the business building.
