The cordon bleu wasn't deep fried. The cheese was just splattered over everything to hide it. Meh it was just alright. Nothing really home cooked about it.

Im not one to normally complain but i bought a chicken ceaser salad from here because I heard the food was awesome. So thought what the heck I'll try it. well the salad was ok and the chicken was ok. I asked for extra dressing on it which it didn't have much dressing at all. It had 4 chicken strips a couple bacon bits and a couple bits of cheese. The container was only half full as well. This cost me $20.95 I was in shock I would have brought it back but I live 15 minutes out of town. If you want a salad spend $8 at the grocery store and get the same amount and same quality

Had the club sandwich for 2 for lunch. 1 soup each, salad fries and half a club sandwich for only $22.50. Great deal and tasted great!

Me and my boyfriend went there on 2 different occasions ordered the exact same thing and was 2 different amounts we had to pay. The food itself is good. But having trouble understanding why it is one price and then go there 4 days later and it is 9 dollars more. Doesn't make sense.

Attended this establishment today for lunch, we were greeted and seated at a booth with menu's. We were served water then waited a substantial amount of time for the waitress to come and take out order. We ordered the soup for two and sandwich combo. The soup came first and was extremely salty. We then began to wait and wait. Other customers entered the establishment and were served quickly and received their FULL meal before we did. We finally told the server the we needed to go and would have our meals to go. There is no reason why a sandwich with a side of salad and french fries should take longer than 30 minutes. Our salads were just lettuce with dressing. If you choose to attend this restaurant, be prepared to wait a long time as the staff values their regular customers over any other customer. I will not be attending this establishment anymore.

Came for lunch once restaurants could have dine in again. Excellent customer service, excellent homemade mushroom and barley soup and a chef's salad. The salad was huge, having the leftovers for dinner tonight. Thanks Picadilly, my friend and I had an awesome lunch for her birthday.

New ownership has transformed this generational landmark restaurant into a modern dining experience. We enjoyed what has to be the absolute biggest and most delicious tasting BBQ Ribs in Oxford county. The generous portions of chicken fingers and fries leaves no room for dessert. The prices are competitive with restaurants in community, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgable about the menu. I highly recommend this establishment for your next meal , and they will soon be licensed to serve alcohol.

Pleasant experience with a good tasting burger with friendly service. Only opportunity is around our duration. It wasn’t very busy however we waited a considerable amount of time before being served our meals. I would have appreciated it if our server checked in on us to let us know how things were moving to help set realistic expectations

TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE UNTIL THEY HIRE NEW WAITRESSES. suffer from a health condition and had to use their washroom before i ordered and i asked where the washroom was and i was told it was for customers only and handicapped patrons. I then walked out. Im not waiting to use the washroom until after i place an order. Ill mever step foot there again ajd will be sharing this review. Im legally disabled though i am not in a wheelchair and am very offended. I will be placing a complaint with the manager. I was unaware disabled people have to LOOK disabled.

Very rude owner, worst service I've ever had, the food was undercooked, the gravy was chunky. My son was 8 months, he made a small mess like kids do and the owner handed my oldest son (7) a broom to clean it up. She refused to give the bill until I cleaned it. I will never go there again. There were many flaws I noticed.

Went to the brunch buffet today. It was okay, extremely cheap food not a lot of taste. A lot of things were left uncovered like sauces, fruit , deserts. No sneeze guards. No covid tracking at all, and no enforcement of covid protocols. People at buffet without masks, breathing over the uncovered food. People without gloves touching all the utensils.... Not covid safe what so ever, which is unfortunate as the kitchen was doing their best. I wouldn't come until covid is over with as it's not very safe here. Also cost 2 of us $50 just for breakfast, and considering how cheap the food was, not really worth the price. Very disappointing.

Coffee tastes like dirt mixed with water. The waitresses were arguing very loud with the cooks. Menus looked like a 5 year old made them. Food was mediocre and it wasnt even hot.

Tremendous service. Fresh, yummy food (Caesar salad, turkey dinner, generous kids' portion, seniors meals all worth going back for). Lovely, clean atmosphere. Why go to a chain when you could go to a proper restaurant in the heart of Woodstock? We celebrated a birthday here and found everything we wanted and more. Will certainly be back when in the city. I wish I was able to rate this place lower but I am unable to due to the rating system. This has been the worse experience of my life. The food was alright but I ordered a special that included a dessert. It was not specified in the menu what the dessert was so I asked my waitress if I had a piece of pie coming with my meal and she said yes. I ordered the pie and noticed it on my bill for 4.25. I went to the counter and spoke with another woman who wasn't my waitress (some woman named pat). I asked her if the pie came with the meal and she began to speak very rudely to me. She told me it was my responsibility as a customer to know what came with the meal. I told her that to my understanding the pie did come with the meal and she told me it was jello or rice pudding. She said that it was unfair of me coming into her restaurant that has been there for 40 some odd years and demand free pie. I ate it so she doesn't understand why I'm causing such a huge commotion. She asked how I was paying and I told her that I shouldn't pay for something that was a miscommunication. They offered 2 dollars off the pie which I was still very upset about. In the end I paid for the meal but I will never go back. Not only was I berated in front of all the customers on their mistake but made me feel like I'm some sort of criminal who goes around demanding free pie. I'm also upset at the fact that people who came in before us got their food but I let that go. Worst customer service and horrible conflict resolution.
