Our waiter was great!! We both liked our food, and the dessert was incredible. The place was a bit rowdy for us (considering there was only 4 tables of people. We had to half shout to hear eachother a couple times) and it did take quite a while for us to get a water and ice tea. Our appetizer was on the table before our drinks! Overall it was a pretty good meal.

Waitress forgot my order and assumed my wife and I were sharing a meal for some reason. A couple clarifying questions could have prevented the issue. Instead acted like it didn’t happen. Kitchen fixed the problem quickly so kudos to them. Food is always fabulous here, had a great experience last visit.

The service from the wait staff here is always great, with out a question. My complaint is the food, it doesn't seem like they are using the same ingredients and some of my favorite dishes taste cheap and lack flavour, particularly the burgers. The meat is very greasy and doesn't have a nice flavor if any. I order the Chipotle loco burger on my last vist and it was disappointing. The burger had a ancho Chipotle sauce and corn topping on it but I couldn't taste it at all, there was a little bit of a kick but it had no flavour besides that kick, Chipotle is supposed to be very flavourful not bland with a bit of spice. The corn topping was lacking in flavour to. Honestly the nicest part of the burger was the bun.

A friend and I went out on a Monday, we ordered our drinks and food very quickly and got them all in no time flat. But at the end of our stay our waitress turned for the worst as my friend had said she had a spc card without knowing that she had to mention it in advance. Then with us tipping still the waitress clearly discriminated me as a "cheap Dutch" about tipping, without knowing my cultural background. By the way I'm not Dutch...

I would like to reaffirm, this place does not even deserve to be in business. Pretty poor quality "human beings". Management here doesn't even deserve to be in business. Most of the staff is okay. Management has some pretty serious social anxiety and *other mental health issues they need to deal with. If it wasn't for a handy location, they would be toast. And they deserve it.

Went for lunch. Luckily we weren't in a hurry. Asked for a tea to start and didn't get it. Had to ask again. Only one milk in container and the rest were creamers. On the plus side, the teapot was a double size. Side salad is half the size it was last time I was here. Lunch was fine.

Fantastic meal with great people. Our waiter went above and beyond for a large group gathering. Treated our birthday folks very nicely. And was so humorous. We had an extremely lovely evening. Nice atmosphere, good music, hockey games and basketball for those who loved sports and wonderfully clean bathrooms. On street parking was readily available. Of course, I loved my meal.

My absolute favorite place. Live the vibe. Love the wings. Love tha half price apps after 900. Its all great. They changed there interior recently to make it feel much more vibrant and spacey. The food was okay found the ceasar salad to be overdressed Attention to detail for me is where you huge lost your stars At the beginning I ordered a milkshake with a glass of water I think the waitress got confused and gave my water to someone else which I understood considering the size of our table so I asked again maybe 15 mins later and waited another 15 mins for water I also asked for lots of sour cream with the crabby combo we ordered which was then askes if I wanted noth sour cream no salsa which I said yes. Food came sour cream and salsa All and all it was an enjoyable time celebrating a lovely womans birthday I'll be back but not because the service.

The place has a negative attitude as soon as you enter the restaurant. The wait staff is incredibly rude and almost sickening how terribly they treated my Puerto Rican friend. They wouldn’t serve him food or even get him a drink, and before he even ordered they demanded to see his ID, despite him not even ordering alcohol. And told him he was no longer aloud in for no reason, with in 15 minutes of entering the restaurant. The entire experience ruined my opinion of crabby joes as a franchise, and made me consider never dining at the establishment again.

We usually go a few times a month for our wing fix, but with COVID, we haven't been able to. Amazing customer service and best wings in town. After a bad experience with Skip the Dishes, we had the owners dad deliver right to our door. PLEASE do not order Crabbys through Skip the Dishes! Phone the restaurant direct, they deliver! Went there for lunch. We were seated right away, drink orders taken and then didn't see a waitress for about 20 minutes. Finally our order was taken and in the time it took to get our food, another table was seated, served, bill paid and had left. Food was really great but the service was just so slow. We were there for 2 hours and it was just the 2 of us. The place wasn't busy at all, maybe 4 tables. The waitresses were very nice though but I doubt we would return.

Typically very good. Went for wing night and food portions have decreased since November which is disappointing for the price. Sauce on wings has also decreased and the new French fries they use are not the best. Waiter took a long time to come and check up and did not clear our table as we finished our appetizer, someone else did it for him. Favorite place to eat in Woodstock, staff are always polite and friendly. Food is excellent, have never had a poor-quality meal. That being said, drinks are sometimes noticeably watered-down and flavorless and I've had a number of mixed cocktails ruined by watery soda. Restaurant also has a bad smell of sulfur and sewage on days where there is heavy rain or snow melt (server informed us this was due to a leak in the basement.) Awesome place for a night out, but I try to avoid it on those days and during the winter months due to the unappetizing odor.

I’ve never made a google review, nor any review before, but my experience here was so cringe that it was worth speaking about. So tonight my friend and I came for dinner, I ordered flatbread and she ordered nachos. We had just finished dinner, pushed our plates aside and waited patiently for someone to come clean up/ bring us containers. A few moments later, which at the time we assumed was the manager, asked us if we were finished. We said yes, we will take this to go... he looks at my friends plate of nachos, throws my napkin on it and ONLY takes her plate away. We both were dumbfounded by this. He comes back and we say politely to him that we actually wanted to take those to go as well, he hen proceeds to call her nachos “CHIPS”...friggen chips, I’m sorry but if you’re referring to your nachos as chips then why are you charging $15 for just chips?!? he doesn’t say much after this, I had to tell the poor server I was unhappy with his customer service. He comes back to offer $5 the for “the chips” and “apologizes”... the level of insincerity only added to the bad experience... Over all.. food was good & our server was a total sweet heart but we decided to get our bill and leave right after this strange and unpleasant event... It’s unfortunate, I enjoy crabby joes, the atmosphere, the food, and the service is usually satisfactory.. but I will not be back to this location due to ownership!

I typically have no problems going here, there are a couple of the waiting staff that take their craft seriously. Food is more or less typical bar fare but I've personally never been disappointed. Half price apps after 9pm win every time with a pint. Recently renovated dining area is quite nice too.

Not impressed with my experience here at all. Went for lunch around 1:30, wasn’t very busy at all. Waitress was more concerned about her bar customers than our table. Asked for an appetizer to start, waited 40 minutes for only our main meal to come out; completely skipping out on our appetizer. Overheard the waitress complain to the kitchen about us no longer wanting our “appetizer” which she kept referring to us as a “side” to make us feel dumb.

Recently has been renovated. More class to it for sure. Awesome for game night, biggest TV in a Woodstock bar and eatry. One waiter there, he is awesome as hell! I would recommend it to anyone! Menu is the same, so nothing different.

We were there for dinner/apps after golf. The waitress was snippy and rude with our group when we asked questions about what was included/provided with our package. We are back tonight after our round. Hopefully service will be better. Food was good

Been here a few times, want to go back soon. I love the set up, family friendly, nice staff and great food. I took my family back last night. The service was excellent, the food was great, portions are bigger Than we thought, my kids were very pleased with the kids menu. My son ordered a lemon slice on the side of his cheese burger meal and was so happy to receive it. My 4 year old had a meltdown before our food arrived and it was ignored by other diners and staff which was a big plus for me since anywhere else people would complain or staff would try to overstep my parenting just to stop him. We had a great family dinner that made our day much better after attending a funeral for a family member. We will definitely be Returning in the future.

We often go for the wings fingers and fries deal. Normally pretty good service. The fries have changed, I don't like them as much. Today in particular, the loaded fried were over done. My toddler somehow ordered a beer while we were play in a color matching game on the tablet provided at the table. We didn't see her order it but it showed up at the table, when the server arrived with the unexpected drink we explained we hadn't intended to order it and were told "well I can't put it back in the keg". So we sent it back with her and ended up having to pay for it anyway. Lesson learned I guess. Probably won't be back.

Man, where do I start, the food was ok, well sized, price was manageable- and for a busy night the wait time for food wasn’t bad, what I’m Unhappy about it that I waited for 30+ minutes after I paid for a take out container to leave. I paid nearly 20$ for my main meal, that I hardly ate (because of the delicious appetizer was very filling), so I wanted to take it home and finish the rest of the generous portion. I paid at 9:03 pm and I got a take out container at 9:37 after asking three other servers for the container. They were super busy and I can respect that, but our table would have been cleared and you could have stab other people in the amount of time we waited for takeaway containers.

The renovations look great. I like the larger booths in the bar. I like how it's open and the tv's, wow!!! Great place to watch the game. The only thing I didn't like was the Wi-Fi had a password and a weird one at that. Who has a password on their public Wi-Fi?!

They were well organized and the our waitress seemed fairly new, but was nice and efficient. When it came to our bill, I was not pleased. We were told $5 beers, they charge more, kids meals were 6.99, charged 7.99 for one and charged 2.99 per drink. I know its not alot, but it adds up and was very disappointed.

Crabbys wing night has become an institution. The wings are great, the strips and good and the prices are decent. The updated look is nice and modern, the menu has some new favs and the staff is awesome and take good care of you. One word of warning...The Ghost Pepper Wings are no joke! Super hot.

Second time there, gave it another chance after poor outing the first time. food was average. Expensive for portion size, but tasty I ended up getting fast food after to fill up.. Overall slow service - recommendations for server if you're having a bad day. Write it down, your memory is terrible.

Had reservations for Valentine's Day. It was very busy and happening place. Great meal, prepared fast. Had a play to go to afterward and made it on time to the play. Great place to go for a snack or for a meal. And you can't beat the half priced apps after 9! Will go there again!
