I went to guston North specifically for the fig pizza which I suppose is now called Calabrese. I've had it before and it was mouth watering, sweet and just the right amount of cheese. I was disappointed with this location's version. The fig spread tasted more like habanero gold than fig and the bitter arugula and bitterness of the peppers detracted from the previous flavor memory. The arugula leaves are also displeasing because they are so long and do not separate when bitten. It's not the pizza that I remember.

The food was good and the vibe was cozy. The pizza was crispy enough and the sauce on top was on point ✨I just think the portion is not enough for how much it costs. You should def reserve a table if you’re planning to go on the weekend. Nice place overall for date nights.

Salad was delicious Ingredients for fresh. Pizza pizza was bit small for my standard but was very delicious. I found the mint pesto also very interesting but all around very very good experience. They have a beautiful patio patio that you can sit at as well but it was very windy that day next time I will for sure sit at the patio! Ask them to give you their chili oil it's fabulous.

Ordered the famous New Orleans Muffuletta sandwich from Gusto and left greatly disappointed. The original New Orleans sandwich is giant and stuffed with plenty of meat and ingredients. The sandwich that Gusto put on my plate was not even as big as the salad that neighbored it. For $18 I was quite appalled. I will not be going back.

Truly fantastic pizza. They have some unique combinations of toppings, and I really enjoyed the two I tried - the De Niro and the Moderni. It's a pricey place for both food and drinks, but everything was delicious. The outdoor patio really made the experience though! I sat outside in early December when it was snowing and -10°C, but the wind was blowing from the east so we didn't feel it, and the overhead heaters kept us warm. The patio is open to the north, west, and south, so if the winter wind was coming from one of those directions it might not have been quite as cozy. I'd still recommend giving the patio a try in all seasons though.

The Margherita pizza was pretty good. Nice crispy, chewy, and soft crust. Sauce was sweet and the mozzarella was good. Nice texture in the sauce too. Portion was a tad bit small for the price for my liking, but is definitely a shareable portion between two people. Come here if you’re looking for a nice, simple night out!

Was there last night. The food was sensational, the cocktails exceptional, and the service was perfect. They lost a star for ambiance… my table felt like it was going to fall over there’s no heaters on the patio and they didn’t even turn on half of the patio lights… Oh and as a recommendation to the Managment; change the flooring transition into the restaurant before you catch a lawsuit. I watched a lady wipe out while leaving and I almost twisted an ankle walking in…

Could use some signage on Hargrave (outside) to find it easier. The staff were excellent. Very cheerful and accommodating. The pizza was a huge hit with our group but a few more wing choices would have been appreciated. We would definitly recommend it.

First time dining at Gusto North. Very impressed with the employees, so friendly and understanding in making our dining experience exactly as we like. Simple menu, we started with the calamari which was tasty, nice presentation. The Margherita and 887 pizzas were delicious. Love the pizza crust! Drinks were good too. Food arrives very quickly. It’s a very stylish decor, nice vibe. Two things that I didn’t like - tables are very close together and with COVID, we are accustomed to more distance in restaurants; also, we didn’t like that the water glasses were filled and sitting prior to our arrival. I understand being efficient, however I don’t like any drinks which are unattended. Our server was completely understanding when I pointed this out and fresh glasses and water arrived immediately. Overall, a very lovely evening out with my husband!

Service was great and staff were friendly and accommodating. The food looked wonderful and full of flavour. Ordered the uh, spaghetti dish with the mint pesto sauce and lamb meatballs - and it was so much better than I thought it would be. It was cold and windy out though so I never got to experience dining on the patio but the interior is nice.

Great location and vibe. Food was delicious. Scallops and the Picatta were excellent. Presentation was on point. Polpetinni della Nonna (spaghetti with meatballs) were absolutely perfect. Pasta was exactly al dente and the meatballs were flavorful and dense without being too heavy. Definitely a worthwhile visit.

I was doing skip the dishes and I went there to pick a order there was one more skip guy nd he forget his mask in car and i ask for a mask for other guy from Front young lady in formal dress (not in black dress) but she was very rude with me because my nationality or i ask for extra mask for other guy. But i was just help like you guys you’re customers. After that I already told her my skip order number and order was ready from 5-7 minutes but she didn’t give me i was waiting over there for no reason. Then an other lady came in black dress and ask me my order number then she gave me Rightway which was already ready for 5-7 minutes on her desk. However, I didn’t try u r food yet,I hope it will be good I will try soon in good formal dress so, then may b no one will judge me.

Pizza crust the way it should be! A slight crunch, flavourful and tangy yeastyness.....yum! Excellent arancini and light, fresh salad. The Rose cocktail was not too sweet and refreshing. Decor is simple and refined and the patio is a fantastic addition to the core. My only complaint would be how hard it is to find the place. Signage is almost non-existent and we had to ask two people where to go. But that's a small problem that didn't affect the enjoyment of our meal.

I had the fioritura pizza with vegan cheese, mushrooms & zucchini. The taste was bland for the price of $21 & ingredients seemed unseasoned. The pizza was not sliced; disappointed that it did not live up to expectations.

I wish I could give zero star!!! I never recommend this restaurant! First of all, they made us wear masks for entering the restaurant although there is no provincial order on that! Second, they didn’t give us an indoor table as some of us haven’t received our vaccinations records yet, even though there is no rules on providing those! Third, there was an insect trapped in the ice in my drink!!!!! Things got even worse when it started to rain and the staff started to protect the patio furniture and cushions before managing the customers’ seats!!! When I asked them to change our table due to the rain, the person in charge asked us rudely to wait in the rain till they figure something out while she was taking care of cushions!!! This was our first and last time there! Everything was just too disappointing!
