Went to dinner for my boyfriends brother and his girlfriends birthday on Sunday December 12 2021. Everything was great they sat us quickly the server was attentive until my boyfriend was eating his salad, he felt a crunch and knew it was a “bug” he immediately spit it out and got sick turns out that bug was a cockroach. My boyfriends step dad went to go get the manager she asked where the “bug” was we pointed to it on the table she picked it up with her fingers threw it back into the salad bowl and asked if my boyfriend would like another salad. I said absolutely not he’s in the bath throwing up she just said “sorry” and walked away. As my boyfriend was coming out of the bathroom the kitchen manager I believe who it was came out and continues to apologize and what not which was very nice considering the actually manager didn’t care. He offered us if we wanted to take our food home to go or if we wanted a gift certificate but we declined at that point everyone was ready to leave. My boyfriend ended up in the er because he couldn’t stop puking. No one cared no one asked for his number no one cared to amen it better other than the kitchen manager who came out and tried to make things right. Other than that it was blown off

This location has definitely gone downhill. Every time I order curbside, I'm always waiting on my food and when I do get it, it's always cold as if it were sitting around for hours. 3 stars because dine in is only one step above curbside.

Always packed for dinner hours but the wait wasn't long at all this Tue night. Service was good as usual and not overbearing. It was my cousins b-day dinner so they brought her a large desert for free. Mom thought her shrimp & chicken pasta was too spicy, but the rest of us didn't think so. Crowds were pretty much gone by 8pm. Prices seem higher than The Longhorn & other places.

Tables and staff prepared for covid distancing. Our server did an excellent job. Food was prepared and served perfectly. However, my ribeye was laced with fat and tendons. It was prepared perfectly it was just the cut of meat that was lacking, for the price. The spring chicken was very good. The bloomin onion was the best I've had. And the salad and sweet potatoes were very good too.

I hadn't been to outback in 6 years, there are much better places to choose from in my area. My wife wanted to try the peppercorn rib, and it was delicious. I simply ordered a 6oz sirloin cooked medium. My steak had a faint pink line, and was very dry. My baked potatoes had hard spots through it as if it was microwaved instead of boiled a sufficient amount of time like most restaurants do. The table across from me ordered ten minutes after me and revived their food 5 minutes before me. My appetizers and salads were long consumed before the main dish arrived. Only 25% of the seating was utilized, and yet when I asked for silverware and a napkin, I was given a plastic set used for carry out orders. My waiter assured me they were wrapping up freshly washed silverware and linens, but by the time my over-cooked steak arrived, I had to flag down a different waitress to bring me some proper utensils. It makes sense now that is been 6 years since my last visit to Outback Steakhouse. Their prices are 25% higher then my favorite steakhouse in the area, and Outback can't properly cook a 6 oz sirloin. I only gave 3 stars because my wife and son's plate were acceptably cooked. Had I been alone, it would have been a1 star review. You can find better value and better quality at other local restaurants in the area.

We usually go to Texas road house. We switched it up for dinner and came here. Bad idea. We will definitely return to road house. This place was gross. I ordered my steak "medium." It was SO rare I couldn't even eat it. My husband ordered his steak Well done it was more along the lines of medium. Also, his loaded fries had a long hair in them and he got cold asparagus. Which was absolutely disgusting. Our waitress was really nice when she greeted us but extremely busy so not very attentive. Never offered refills on our drinks. For 2 meals our bill was 69.xx. Which wasn't too bad. The waitress watched my husband put a 100.00 bill in the bill holder and then said, "You guys have a good night. Oh, by the way did you need change?" Which seemed a little rude. But, maybe I just felt that way because I didn't even eat my steak... and he didn't eat his fries or asparagus. Not to mention that was the most she talked to us since she seated us. It just seemed the service and quality of food should have been better for a 30.00 meal.

The service was horrendous and when confronted about the service that was given there was a sense of apprehensiveness there in wanting to help with the situation from the manager of all people when she stepped and begin to assist my wife and I saw her dangling wrist jewelry make contact all into my wife's food and she was expecting my wife to continue on as though it didn't happen and if that wasn't enough it happened more than once and she complained about it not happening and the whole table watching her had to become Stern with letting her know that left and her right bracelet at two different times contaminated my wife's food oh would you like me to go and remaking the meal and bring it out to you no I wouldn't why would I want you to do that where I can't see you preparing it for me you've already messed up you and the two waitresses from before and then you being the third person and you're going to tell us that your jewelry did not touch the food the other patrons who were sitting there looking and clearly seeing what has taken place couldn't believe that the manager of all people was trying to raise a argument with a customer about what did and didn't happen the dinners where $30 a piece close to a $200 meal and the service was as though though I went somewhere with a meal being being $2.50 very dissatisfied very dissatisfied indeed!!! And making a call to court you never know who people know the word of God says be careful how you entertain strangers for they just maybe angels!!!

I'm a frequent guest here, I love the outback. I have never had an issue with my food or my service. My favorite server is Thomas, he was efficient, extremely knowledgeable of the menu and never let our drinks run dry. He was constantly smiling and he never let us see him sweat. My steak was cooked to perfection and my sides came out just as hot as the steak. I will be recommending Thomas and The Outback to all my friends and family

Everything was amazing! Clean restaurant, wonderful server (I cannot remember her name, but she used to own a German restaurant on Michigan Ave), and amazing food! I ordered the grilled chicken, and I was expecting to be an adequate, but boring dinner. Yet their grilled chicken was tastier and juicer than most of the steaks I've had! We had a carry out order. They told us 25 min and we waited over a hour in the hot sun. We all ordered burgers and asked for the spicy pickles to be kept off the burgers. But they put them on the burgers anyway which made the burgers not eatable for us. So after over a hour wait and then not even able to eat the food..i will not ever be back. I will eat at texas road house thank you That was $75 wasted for nothing more then a waste of time and sun burn.

And the bread.... of course I could fill up on that! They ran out of their normal butter, but gave us their honeybutter, which was a pretty good substitute.

Was there New year's Eve. Even waiting the staff treated us right! Offered samples, socialized. House staff all hustled to clean tables quickly and make sure we all got served as fast as possible. Clean neat uniforms. Food was delicious and looked beautiful. Thanks for making our night great!

Went to dinner with a Friend and we ordered appetizers dinner and lemonades. The gnats were taking over the place! Her lemonade had a gnat in it and our appetizer was overcooked. Her steak was undercooked, my ribs were cold when they came out and they had that nasty chemical taste to them. The manager came around and asked about our meal and as we were telling him what was going on he seemed to have an attitude, basically said OK and walked off. When we received our bill he had taken $9 off. The waitress we had was great I don't remember her name unfortunately and she was very apologetic and stated that our table was the 4th one that night that had issues. I took my basically whole meal home thinking it would be better once I reheated it. The loaded potatoes and the broccoli have that nasty chemical flavor and the ribs seem like they would never get warm. Really bad experience all around and I won't be back to Outback and most definitely not that particular location.

Service was not stellar but was ok. To be honest I think outback has gone completely downhill. Thankfully half our bill was paid by a gift card. Bloomin onion and the bread was the best part of the meal. The shrimp that came with my meal was cooked so hard with a sub par seasoning that the tails didn't even come off without removing a ton of meat. Then the seasoning was so strong it completely ruined the taste. I honestly couldn't finish a salad. The staff was great though really pushing through the times with all the rules, regulations, and such. But the food was awful.

This was by far one of the worst restaurant visits iv ever had. Our server was extremely rude and consistently complained about helping her tables saying she was worked to hard. I had to ask for things more then once regularly and some things I asked for I never received. Our food took nearly an hour to come to our table and when it got there Our steaks were not cooked the way we wanted them. I will not step foot in this location again and would give my experience zero stars if possible.

The only reason I am giving this a three is for the delivery driver. My steak was over cooked even for well down. They didn't send condiments. We asked for extra bread they sent only one when we asked for two more. Willing to also pay for the bread. Then they asked do you want your money back. Or delivered it I said bring that was before I took a bite of my steak. Discovered it was over cookes.

Not great. It wasn't busy when we went the hostess didn't greet us she was talking to another worker. A waitress came up and asked how many . No welcome or hello. We ordered our food and I finally got mine the stake was burnt and not cooked the way I asked. I sent it back waited another 20 mins or so . They brought out a new one it was perfect then two minutes later I got a side dish then my other side dish never made it to the table ????????‍♀️. By the time I got to eat my family was already done so they sat and waited for me. People would like to eat with their friends and family that's why they go together smh and I didn't get anything off my bill . If I worked there I would have offered something. I will never order food from here again. This is the well done (which I guess means black and burnt in some spots) steak this restaurant felt was good to give to a customer. My son tried to eat it and said it was tough and had no flavor. I hadn't had food from outback in years because the food was mediocre. Apparently they've downgraded from mediocre to outright bad.

We sat at the end of the bar closest to the wall, I watched the waitresses and bartender use the same mixing spoon for multiple drinks. Another waitress used the SAME SPOON TO MIX A CHILD CHOCOLATE MILK! Once the waitress realized I was watching she looked at me and said… oh were you saying something and all I could do was shake my head at her in disbelief she did that. She enlightened the other waitresses about our slight encounter so they all decided to look at me as she was drawing more attention to the situation by clearly saying something if they all turn to look at me at the same time and we were the only ones at the end of the bar. Unbelievable. Just imagine if that drink was going to your child.

I was a bit disappointed with our experience. I'll say first, the bloomin onion and The steaks were good. The service was pretty bad. The waitress never refilled any of our drinks. She didn't take our dinner order until we were done with our appetizer. They were busy, I get that. But I saw other servers going back and forth constantly. We had to ask her to take our salad and appetizer dishes when she brought out our entrees. My shrimp and my son's shrimp were overcooked and I found a hair in my salad. Overall, just wasn't worth the time or money. Very disappointing.

I was very disappointed this time. I ordered shrimp on the barbie. When it finally arrived, the shrimp was dried out and way over cooked. It was like chewing rubber. It will be a long time before I go back there again. The computer crashed and all good orders had to be hand written and we had to wait quite a while. The other ladies food was fine, they ordered steak and baked potato. My soup and veggies were good. And that was my Sunday lunch. They compensate for my lunch though which was good.

While visiting i ordered the 8oz Outback Steak. The steak was perfectly cooked to the medium i wanted. As well the mashed potatoes were fantastic along with the mac and cheese that I was actually worried would be to salty or to seasoned for my liking. But in all it was great. I just picked up my food get home 25 minutes later only to find out my 25 dollar steak i ordered WELL DONE was NOT well done I see why this place has bad reviews do yourself a favor and get a new cook that knows what well done is! Will not be returning here to have my money wasted!

I had to send my steak back 2x before I finally said I don't want it. The sautéed mushrooms were not really sautéed but rather sitting in a sauce that didn't taste good. The side salad was good as well as the Bloomin Onion appetizer. Other than that, it was not a good experience. I won't be back.

I did the car side pickup tonight. I was so impressed with not only my order but the two people working the car line. I called to speak to the manager to give a compliment to them both. We had a great experience at this Outback. Came here to celebrate with the family. We were told a wait time and it was just that. It was crowded since it was also homecoming. The waitress was excellent, refilled drinks every time one of us ran out, asked before refilling the kids, and offered water as well. The food was great except one of our steaks was over cooked. Asked for medium rare and got medium to medium well but we had a large group. Overall, great service, great atmosphere and would come back.

My husband and I had the best time tonight. Mercedes was our waitress and she was excellent! The food was great too. We ordered the 4 course meal special and everything was perfect tonight. We don't get out that much so when we do it's such a blessing to have great food and service. It is a absolute must for me to talk about Mercedes tonight. I waitressed for many years and I know it can be tough but this waitress absolutely deserves kudos major kudos. She was so friendly and fun and full of smiles! It was great.. she made our night a wonderful experience. I haven't been to Outback in a very long time because Logan's has been our Steakhouse of choice but after tonight Mercedes won a new customer for you. We will be asking for her section. Our server Skye was amazing!! His interaction with myself and my fiancé was friendly and inviting. He came to our table frequently but not to where we felt bothered in anyway. Even the times he came to the table our conversations were filled with laughter. He would be perfect to consider to move up to management. The manager Andrea came to our table and we just had to brag we had the best server in the restaurant! She was kind and knowledgeable of the current dishes. This establishment was a great dinning experience and we will be back over and over again.

Most of the food was great but being we drove 30 min to get our food then 30 minutes home we were disappointed in missing all toppings for our baked potato, missing topping we paid extra for on our steak, missing all toppings we paid extra for on our fries ( cheese, bacon) and missing toppings for blooming chicken. Had we received the items we paid for I'm sure the meal would have been perfect because everything was tasty from the 6 meals we ordered but missing this many items was sloppy ( feel bad at myself for tipping bagger as much as we did when bagger didn't do their job properly to insure ticket matched what was bagged)

Great cut of filet mignon. Great service! Great drinks waliby darned & black cherry barcadi cocktail! The only thing missing is seasoning on the steak. Please offer choices of seasonings for the steak to be rubbed in before you cook. I'm very used to BBQing for my family on weekends.

Had a party of 7, we called ahead to make a reservation and was told we did not need one. When we got there we had to wait for a table. Three hostesses taking names and party numbers and no waiters or waitresses so we sat there and waited for a table in spite of calling and being told we did not need a reservation. Everyone was very nice just not very smart. They wanted to put us in two booths, yes we go out to eat so we can sit apart in a restaurant that was not busy. Manager needs to be out front managing.

My fiance and I enjoyed the good food, and especially our waitress Hanna ( hope I got her name right), she was exceptionally nice, without fishing for a tip, whoever hired this girl, kudos to you. Thanks for everything Hanna, we had a good night out because of this beautiful young lady. Dec 23, 2021 Did take out, didn't know that I had to call our order in, since the waitress came out and gave me a menu,she asked us to park, and we sat and waited at least 15 min for her to come back, she didn't. My husband went In and spoke with the Manager Donovan, he was so nice he took or orders right away,and we were happy with him and our food, as always Outback is the place for good food and great service, Donovan is gonna go far with the company.

This place is a risk to public health!!! My family ate here with well over a $100 bill. My steak was over cooked and burned, my wife's and daughters chicken sandwiches were both slopped together and looked like some fast food joint made them. And worst of all my son ordered ribs and then had a seafood allergy so bad we had to rush him to the hospital. Contacted the store and the manager said they would get back with us and never did! Mind you we never ordered anything seafood related!! WORST STORE AROUND! Go spend your hard earned money on a business that cares about its customers and the service they provide! Update: The manager made contact with me and said they would try to resolve the issue and never did anything to resolve it.

I haven't been here in a long time. I'm not a fan, but my husband wanted to go. The restaurant itself looks beautiful, the service was good but I didn't really like any of my food. The Mac and cheese bites taste so weird none of us liked them, but they did take them off the bill. They over seasoned and over cooked (it was dry) the shrimp to my taste, I like the sauce that came with it.. The chicken tenders aren't really crispy. My husband steak was pretty rare, he didn't mind but I know its not how he ordered it.. It is pretty expensive for the food to be so mediocre.

I was a little disappointed today. I am a long time lover of Outback! However they switched to bagged lettuce and it was wilted and brown when I ordered my salad, my daughters was the same way. I also ordered the potato soup and it had a very strong taste of onions. The manager did come to the table which was very nice to apologize. It's not her fault the company made a bad decision switch to wilted lettuce.

I know carryout is difficult when dealing with foods like steak, chicken, and appetizers. But my drive is only 10 minuets away and the food was super cold. Steak had no fallout l flavor. And everything was soggy. I get it, but it sucks. Also, no signs or directions for where you need to pick up at, just a long line to hop in and wait. I waiting about 30 minutes, 2 minuets after my order was ready. Take it as you will I guess.

This was my first time ordering out from this restaurant, and it exceeded my expectations. It's rare when I order out that every item is prepared/present. Everything from silverware to great consumer service with a smile was provided. The only thing I would add is the text to notify when food is ready is a bit alot off. We came to the door way earlier than the suggested time, and our food was already there, waiting on the counter . When left from getting our food about 7mins driving we got a text about our food being ready. Other than that fantastic meal a couple items were luke warm only because the guesstimated text time. Please try this place.
