I had a horrible experience tonight. I was at the Southgate location for over an hour and a half. Told a 10 minute wait and was seated with 10-15 minutes. When seated we ordered two drinks and an appetizer. It took 40 minutes to receive the drinks and appetizer then another 40 minutes for somone to come back and check on us. They didn't even ask if we wanted to order dinner. I wanted to have dinner for two and take a meal to my dad so three meals I was planning to order. I asked to speak yo the manager and was specifically told that Pam and Lauren the managers on duty were too busy with carry out orders to talk to us. I have never felt so unwanted and disrespected at a restaurant until today.

I wasn't expecting anything more than chain restaurant quality Italian food. I was very wrong. The quality of the ingredients and combination of seasoning was on point. The pasta was cooked correctly, the sauces where not over sweetened and had great flavors. Salad was fresh and crisp and the wait staff friendly and speedy. Don't forget to try the lightly breaded and slightly crispy mozzarella sticks for an appetizer ( the best I've ever had). The price was fair, and again, the service was great. I will be back for sure.

The food and service there was outstanding. Candace, our waitress, made sure that everything was to our liking. It was a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I had the New Shrimp Parmesan and my husband ordered the Chicken Trio. Both meals were made perfectly. We will dine there again for sure.

This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it! Ingredients tasted fresh and very authentic. Even the Caesar salad was delicious! The shrimp with our appetizer and my meal were plump and juicy!! Not the small ones you get at most places. With the bread, sides, appetizers, and entrée, we had to get to-go boxes. Our waitress, Jenn, was very attentive and kind. She really made our date even more amazing.

There are some places you just simply should not order carry out. We placed a rather expensive order the salads were open in the bag, the $23 lobster ravioli was a complete dissapointment. (Cold and little to no sauce) the calamari was hard as a rock. Never again will we order carry out service from here. Sad, because our dine in service has always been pleasant.

Very disappointing. Each of my chicken dishes were very salty. The upgrade to parmesean truffle fries were a mistake. No truffle flavor whatsoever. We had an hour wait. Not a problem. They texted us when it was out turn only to discover they did not have a table ready for us. Sent us to the bar to wait. After 40 minutes i went up to the host station to ask how much longer. After about 5 minutes they seated us. Then we waited another 15 minutes and no waitress. My husband went up to the host station again to ask when a waitress would be stopping by. The host said he totally forgot to send someone over. Probably never go back.

This was my first time ever visiting and my mistake by going on a Saturday night. Super busy, hardly any seating. Our waitress definitely tried her best so we tipped her well. The food was just meh. Wanted to have more, but since the dictator witch of our state has used the HHS to institute contact tracing and other freedom restricting policies I doubt I will see another restaurant until this ends, if it does. Honestly one of the best Italian places in this area by far. Verry pleasant atmosphere, awesome wait staff and some of the best cooks in this area. Great selection of wines and drinks, and I was quite pleasantly pleased on the cook on my steak at dinner. It was an awesome experience for sure. I highly recommend this place. Kudos to the people that help keep this place awesome.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and everything was so good! We got a complimentary dessert and our waitress even wrote on it ❤️ Hailey was our waitress and she was an absolute angel! I wish she was my best friend she was SO SWEET ❤️ Seriously, nicest waitress we ever had in the world. My husband and I were like omg we need to call her boss’s boss and tell them she needs a raise ???? we will def be back again!

Maybe it was because we went there on the 1-st of January, but the service and food were poor. The mussels were cold, the grilled chicken was ok but the pasta that came with it was cold too. The wait staff never came to take away dishes but just let them pile up on the table from start to finish, while they chatted amongst themselves about how they spent new year's eve and how they get their drug prescriptions.

Wasn't overly impressed by our dinner. Lobster ravioli was fishy,about 7 ravioli. Sauce was runny, shod have been thicker. Not worth 20.0p dollars. The best part of my meal was the ceasar salad and the fresh baked bread and I've oil dip. My wife's soup chicken something was very bland. My wife is a world class chef. Restaurant parking lot clean. They are under staffed and cooks standing around. Not world class meals,for the price they're charging. May try a different location. Tried to restore the link you sent won't load

They used to be one of my favorite Italian restaurants! I was disappointed in the food this visit to Carrabba's. The quality of food has become very commercial. My lasagna tasted like it was from my grocers freezer! The parmesan isn't freshly grated anymore but spooned from a bowl by the server. My Cream Brulee tasted like vanilla pudding with too much torched sugar on top. My husbands pasta was soggy and the Cannoli filling was gritty. Nothing was bad, it just wasn't very good! Hopefully this was an isolated incident!...Or they will return to there old ways! ????

I don’t write reviews too often but I agree with what others have said. While the food was good, I have received friendlier service at a burger joint. Two male servers and the male host would rather fool around acting like they’re at McDonald’s play place. The only thing they were missing was the ball pit. Joseph W. definitely didn’t seem too happy to be serving Friday night, he was very monotone rather than enthusiastic. It sorta ruined my appetite after three bites of my entree, so I asked for boxes, paid my bill, and left. I still tipped 18% regardless. It’s sad because this location used to have outstanding service years ago. There was one exception, and that is the bartender who was very nice. But i’m going to stick to ordering curbside pickup instead.

Rating a 3.0 out of 5 Service was great, manager and staff was friendly but the food was nothing to return for. The quality was there on something’s but flavor was not, the mussels appetizer most were cracked and tasted very fishy and not in a good way. Shrimp scampi appetizer was basically unseasoned shrimp soaked in a overwhelmingly lemon tasting cream sauce and was disgusting, bread that accompanied it was not tasteful and was tearing up the roof of my mouth. My entree was Fettucine Carraba and did not have enough sauce, the sauce that was there taste like Ragu sauce and the only thing that was good in my meal was the grilled chicken. But again I’m not spending $120 to eat grilled chicken and throw the rest away when I got home so here’s another place I won’t be returning. Lobster Ravioli the lobster in it was bad quality, and it had tomatoes in it which we asked to have removed. And they gave me garlic mashed potatoes not a baked potato

Our server, BRIAN G, was out of this world! I was the first to arrive of our party of 10 and small chatted with Brian while the other ladies trickled in. He was so kind and genuinely happy to be waiting on us. Brian made sure we had extra bread, full drinks, and full bellies. I knew from the moment he greeted me at the door that he would be an exceptional server and he did not disappoint. Brian should be recognized for not only his abilities as a server, but most importantly his warm personality and friendly demeanor. He is truly a good person and Carrabba's in Southgate should be so fortunate to have him as part of their staff!!

We went to Carrabbas to celebrate a special occasion. We hadn’t been to the restaurant in awhile, so we were excited to go. I ordered the Shrimp and Scallop Pasta with Alfredo sauce. Something I’ve ordered in the past and been very pleased with. Today, I get my meal and I am confused. I have four shrimp and four scallops. Nothing underneath, in the pasta. The manager just happened to deliver the meal so I immediately asked her was the amount correct. She said yes. Not only that, the Alfredo sauce was so thin, it tasted like milk. I’m very frustrated that, in this new era, restaurants have chosen to alter the quality and quantity of their food, but have failed to adjust the price. Why am I paying $20 for half the seafood and water thin Alfredo. It’s not worth it.

Very busy tonight...as soon as my girlfriend and I went in we where greeted with a very friendly host despite all of the noise and people moving about, our wait they said would be an hour so my better half and I stood next to the bar which was so crowded we couldn't get near it. A waitress out of no where started talking to us and then ask if we wanted a drink while waiting, come to find out She was just passing by to help another table. 10 mins into standing that same waitress came back and found a small table that the staff was using and cleaned it for us and gave us menus. This was my first time at this restaurant and overall experience was outstanding. The food was delicious and cook right with lots of flavors and our waitress (Candice) was top notch, very respectful and addressed the lady at the table before me....Thank you all so much..yes we will be back!
