First time eating here. We ordered delivery. Had the Calamari and Chicken Souvlaki. Calamari was sooooooo greasy and very soggy. Chicken souvlaki was very bland. Not worth the price. Wouldn't go back.

A group of us ordered take out dinner from here (calamari appy, roast lamb, prawn soublaki, moussaka and lamb souvlaki) and all of us found the food bland with no flavor/seasoning at all. We were really disappointed in the quality of food considering we paid well over $120 for our dinner. The calamari was soggy by the time we got home, the prawns tasted like they were boiled, no searing or flavor whatsoever, the roast lamb was terribly bland and the lamb souvlaki was dry and flavorless. Our go-to Greek restaurant was closed this night so we tried Kiki's as an alternative... we were very disappointed with our meal and will not be back.

The customer service here is atrocious. When I called to make a reservation the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Then, when I went in for my reservation she claimed she didn't see it and then moved on to the guests who came after me. She seated them, came back and told me I should have followed her too. Generally, from my experience, you never seat two tables at the same time. Also, she then just told us where our table was, gave me a wine list, and turned to the next guest. When we arrived at our table, it was dirty and sticky and it took the server nearly 10 minutes to greet us. We ordered right away and then decided that we were so frustrated from our experience that we didn't want to stay so we got the food to go. It took more than half an hour for our food to come out. I honestly wish I had just walked out and gotten food elsewhere, but I digress. I will not be coming back here ever again

Dined here with my family because my Uncle was friends with the chef. He reserved for 12 but another family member decided to join. They had no problems with it and moved another table for us. Ordered on a Friday night. Dinner was hot , Greek salad was crispy and fresh. Chicken souvlaki was moist and tender . Pita bread was fresh. Garlic prawns were delicious. I would definitely order from Kiki’s again.

A lovely quaint place in Windsor square, Kikis serves up delicious plates with terrific service. The Souvlakis come highly recommended, as did the Sambuca Prawns. Recommended to make reservations for weekend dinners as it tends to get busy. Accessible entrance and seating. The restaurant is also open from both the street and the inner parking lot.

It's really hard to give this restaurant a positive review. We come here from time-to-time out of convenience for Greek food. The food is decent enough, when consistent, however, it's hardly every consistent. You can come two days back-to-back and order the same dish and have two completely different experiences. The service is also generally awful. Whenever I've been here, it's been relatively slow and even then the service is lacking. This restaurant isn't terrible, but it's far from great.

Hoping was just an off night or maybe a new cook. Dry, salty, overcooked small chunks of chicken souvlaki…my bad for not sending back;, bland rice, underflavoured roasted spuds, hard pita. The moussaka really tasty but the béchamel was a runny sauce, not a firm topping and very small serving for the price. Super nice server and we just felt bad and didn’t want to complain but not really inspired to return.

Got the tiniest moussaka I've ever seen from a restaurant tonight, with some undercooked rice, some undercooked potatoes, with the tiniest amount of tzatziki I've ever seen. Salad was good so I won't give 2 stars. But I'm feeling beyond ripped off after spending 55 bucks on 2 dishes.

Kiki's is a family run business that really prides itself on good service and great quality food, we have been ordering home delivery from them for many years and have never been disappointed, I promised them a Google review after an amazing "service" experience...... during a recent power outage we needed to order dinner, using my cell phone I called the restaurant and couldn't get through on their phone line so I sent them a quick email asking them to call me..... within 5 minutes they called back and asked how they could help, placed the order and dinner was at the door within half an hour. What I found out later was that the email was recieved by the Son while on vacation in Bali who called his Father in White Rock and passed on the message that we wanted to order. If that isn't the ultimate in dedication to your business and great customer service then I don't know what is. Just ordered again now which reminded me to do this.

Never thought I liked lamb until i came to Kikis, absolutely delicious. The sampler was also amazing and so filling, almost had no room more my main. Best Kalamari I've ever had! The most FANTASTIC family run Greek restaurant in the lower mainland! The Greek ribs and spanikopita(sp?) are WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!! service is excellent and friendly and so attentive. They have killer house made desserts so make sure you save room...the ekmek (not sure on spelling).. is like a cinnamon dream come to life. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back!!

One of the best Greek restaurants in South Surrey! The flavor in each of the items is unique. Food portions are also generous. We have been there twice now and the service has been on point. A family run business has its own taste and this restaurant does it extremely well. Don't forget to try their spanakopita and Ek mek!! I also tried their house lager, and it's quite good. Overall, if I wasn't moving away, this would've been my "go to" Greek restaurant.

I ordered from them through Skip the Dishes, and the driver never showed up. Kikis took it on themselves to fix it - they remade the hot parts of my meal, called me to get my address, and drove it here themselves. Very happy with their service (and not skip the dishes so much)

This place disappoints me more and more every time I’m here. It used to be so good back in the day the food is not the best. I work as a skip driver part time and this place is so rude to the drivers every single time I’m here it’s never ready, I’m ignored, and not only that but the elder lady that works there I’ve heard her talk to her own staff extremely rudely. They’ve not only lost me as a customer but I avoid them for deliveries now too. Get it together guys. Also I typed this while waiting for the food that was supposed to be ready ten minutes ago.

Decent menu. The restaurant was busy but nowhere close to full. Server was quick to get drinks and take orders but food took 40 minutes to arrive. I had Con Vongole which has choice of three sauces and I took the Alfredo. Prawns were good as was tbe pasta but the Alfredo was weak. Creamy, yes. Flavor, no. Just pasty and bland that did not pick up any flavor of what was in it that could help it. Adding Asiago, Parmesan, Romano or any hard Italian cheese for some flavor would be a help. Craft beer selection limited to three beers from Fernie Brewing and all are weak. Some Granville Island or Steamworks choices with some IPA's are needed.

This was the worst meal i have had in a long, long time. First, i ordered a pizza which i was told was a medium size, but in person was no larger than a child size pizza, and the owner actually argued with me about the size of the pizza!! It was also excessively greasy, and ultimately it ended up in the garbage. Second of all, my wife ordered the chicken souvlaki which she told me was no better than when she orders from the local fast food place (Opa). We were extremely disappointed with not only the food, but also the lack of customer service given to us at this restaurant. We will NOT BE RETURNING to this restaurant.

Best greek restaurant i have ever tried so far! They have the best food, very good chef and fast delivery on their own, which made me happy everytime i order because it is still warm when it gets to my house.. I've tried skip the dishes and doordash, but i was so disappointed because it was late and made the food cold. So i suggest, if you want to order for delivery, just call the restaurant directly. Their employees are very nice people, especially the guy who do the delivery! I should say, it is an Exceptional service! Happy customer here!

Called to place a takeout order at 5:00PM on a Tuesday night. Got as far as placing my order with the staff member who picked up the phone, and when I mentioned I had a coupon they put me on hold for5 minutes then hung up on me. I called back, and the phone rang until it disconnected. When I called a third time the same staff member picked up only to tell me they no longer accept coupons. The coupon clearly has their address on it, yet they have arbitrarily decided to not honour them anymore. Fair enough there are plenty of other better tasting Greek options in White Rock to choose from.

Have you been? If not go! You honestly don't need an excuse and that's something I made the mistake of for over a year! I finally made it into Kikis and was blown away by their menu, service and gorgeous Handpainted murals that enrobe the restaurant. The prices are very good, especially considering the amount of food you get. It has the charming Greek atmosphere that I'm used to, literally feels like home! The night I was there one of the owners was in and she was absolutely lovely and made the end of our meal perfect with her warm hospitality. Even though it was busy they provided everyone with the utmost customer service you'd expect in White Rock ♥️

Kiki's reminds me of going to your favourite aunt's house for dinner. The decor may be the same as it was a dozen years ago, but the warmth of the surroundings, the people, and good food are the draw, and never fails to deliver. After a long absence, I returned today and had a wonderful spanakopita meal, my guest had the chicken souvlaki, and both were delicious. The service was quick, friendly and efficient, the food hot and tasty . We will be back!

Great food- tastes authentic. Calamari tasted fresh and tasted great. Chicken was good too. One of the better Greek restaurants I've tried so far. Prices are fair too. We went at 5pm Friday and it was not busy but by 6pm it started to fill up quickly. Staff was friendly too. Highly recommend.

Ordered Chicken Slovakia , it was below average for the price I paid. The pita was dry and hard, the chicken was ok ,the potatoes were flavourless but the rice was good and flavourful. Over all I do not recommend this restaurant. I will not be ordering from here again

Paula made sure to keep our glasses of water always full. It was excellent but the pizza was difficult to digest so to avoid before going to bed in my case. The interior decor is very good. We have 2 photos to share with you. There was a small outdoor terrace but not occupied when we were there. Total of 31.40 with a tax of only 5% which puts a balm on the budget to compare Quebec with a 15% tax! We gave Paula a 15% tip. We recommend this restaurant. Reviewed August 22, 2017 in Surrey, BC. Just so-so! Was craving calamari...ordered 2 orders and was fairly disappointed by the quantity. $28 for 2 appetizers is steep to begin with, but the order was small. Found it a tad undercooked as well. Breading very light, which is nice, but no tentacles only the body ( though the body is supposed to better I love the tentacles). Was at home with the kids craving greek food and decided to try this place. We just moved to the area and aren't familiar with local restaurants yet. We ordered lamb souvlaki, roast lamb and calamari. I wish I could say better, but this was one of the worst greek takeout experience I've had. The lamb souvlaki itself was good and dtender although quite bland. The roast lamb was decent except about a third of it was a huge thick layer of fat. Calamari was way over breaded and sopping in grease, and the Greek salad was strictly the veggies, tiny bit of feta and some oil. Zero vinegar or seasoning/dressing...it was honestly terrible amd it's hard to mess up a Greek salad. Plain rice and potatoes, no lemon or dill flavors at all. We paid $73 plus tip $82 and I wish I'd saved my.money for elsewhere. I'm sorry and disappointed to have to give this review but I don't know how they stay in business with this low quality food. Won't ever patronize that place again.

Fantastic experience. The staff was courteous, friendly and always there when needed. Never had to wait. Food came out fast and was very very good. The chicken and lamb souvlaki was spectacular and I loved the lemon greek style potatoes. Our appy's , calamari and the corinthian prawns were a 10 out of 10 and a must of you like seafood. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Kiki's for a good night out.

We both went with kalamari, always a safe go to in a Greek restaurant, not in this case. There was one other table occupied, and they had finished eating. Our food was out incredibly quick, no small wonder, it was barely warm, obviously pre cooked and kept in a warmer and not heated up to serving temperature when it came out. It was very bland, VERY BLAND! The hottest thing was the bread. Serving size was okay, except for the potatoes, 2 little quarter pieces. Even the salad was pretty awful, like it was made with a cheap vegetable oil not a good olive oil, they don't care enough to send out hot food freshly and properly prepared they won't be seeing any more of my business. We have told a dozen people around White Rock already, no telling how many they will tell. This place will close before the New Year of 2020 and deservedly so.

Went in for my sisters birthday and man were we ever disappointed. We were seated at 630 and then left dor 30 mins before anyone asked us for something to drink or take or order. I would have understood if it was busy, but it was not. After placing our order we proceeded to wait well over an hour before any server even came back to refill our waters. We were a party of 7 that did not order anything crazy, just regular greek food like souvlaki combos. After waiting another 30 mins I asked the server if our food would be out anytime soon (as we had already been waiting over and hour and half) and all she told me she didn't know. She didn't come back after that. What kind of business treats their customers like this. I could also hear quite a few other customers complaining about the food quality and taste. I also asked the table beside us how their food was and they told me "not worth it". After waiting 1 hour and 45 mins AFTER placing our order we decided to leave the restaurant. As we left the staff did not even apologize for the terrible service. I would never recommend this so called restaurant to anyone unless you just want to sit around for a few hours and sip on water.

Kiki’s use to be a common dine out place for my family and I and it was always great food. Today was my first time getting food from there in a while. The pasta was flavourless and dry, the garlic bread was stale and the Greek salad was just feta cheese on vegetables.... flavourless and horrible food.

Im really picky when it comes to dining out or take out. We have done this place twice now in the past few months and both experiences have been more than pleasant. Really good food and priced very well. The only negative was the take out delivered was a little longer than expected but the food made up for this small inconvenience. Kikis quickly became the location of choice for our weekly girls night. The food is outstanding - I have a hard time deciding between the moussaka and the lasagna. Portion sizes are very generous - I always have to bring home lunch for the next day (which is helpful after a few too many glasses of wine on a Tuesday night). My girlfriends drive from Vancouver - despite the plethora of other options- because of the truly wonderful experiences that we have shared here. The service staff makes you feel like family, they greet us by name, know our favourite table, and just how we like our drinks. As a long time veteran of the service industry I wholeheartedly encourage you to visit this wonderful family Owned restaurant if you are in search of somewhere to dine tonight. You will not be disappointed by the food, service, or atmosphere. Thank you Kikis team!

Its fine. It took a long time for someone to come and take our order. Once they finally did the food arrived fairly quickly. I had the kalamari and she had the spanokapita. Both were fine. If the service was more attentive it would be a 3.5 or 4.

I just picked up chicken souvlaki and baby back ribs and the tiramusu like dessert. All were delicious, hot, and of good quality. Could have used a little more tsatsiki for the chicken. The staff were friendly and very covid safe!! I loved that aspect as it is increasingly difficult to find restaurants that are following the rules for safety. I will definitely order and pick up again.

Worst Greek food we've ever had. There's absolutely no flavour and I've never had greek salad without tomatoes. On top of this I could have paid less than half the price and gotten double the amount of much better food from any mall food court in bc. This kikis is horrible.
