Service was good, both of the girls that looked after our table were super friendly and attentive! The food was very good as well. Portion sizes were perfect; prices were fair for the food! Will definitely be back when our family is back in the area.

Sehaj was amazing, first time ever at an Indian restaurant. I highly recommend it. super good food and hospitality. Our server was sehaj and we were so satisfy with service and her nature was super cool not very common on an Indian restaurant.

The food was as delicious as the pictures on the side of the deck were pretty. Our servers were super considerate and attentive. They suggested dishes for my very picky eater and she LOVED them! We will definitely go back.

Order food through Skip the dishes. Food arrived earlier than showing on app. Reason for early arrival.. reheated and refried Paneer pakoras, missing condiments and sauces for appetizers, main dish missing the sauce. Cold dessert was warm.and broken pieces. Bad tasting food. Ended up throwing it all on compost.

Only selected items are worth trying! Starters are served after the main course, such a waiting time they give you. Rose Sweet Lassi is such a waste of money; likewise noodle burger which is $10- trust me, you can make a better one for yourself. Runs with very less servers, therefore no sign of cleanliness. Never use their restrooms, better go to a nearby one's. Take a Lemon Soda and sit at the patio. That's it! Don't order any item from the veg. main course, otherwise you'll regret going there.

Experience was not so great. First when we reached they said there is a waiting for 25-30min and they will call when table is ready. There was one table free but it was not offered We waited outside but did not see anyone coming in for the table. Slowly the patio also got free but when we enquired they said it is already reserved. After a wait for 20mins we checked again and got the same table that was empty all this while. Paneer pakora was good but both Amritsari kulcha and Chana was far below expected standard. The kulcha was over cooked from the back. Butter was applied in very less quantity. Not Likely to visit again

Food was good but nothing memorable. But what was really memorable was the incredibly long wait for service and food. So if you’re looking to sit there for 30 minutes waiting for your food, then this works but then again, the food wasn’t worth the wait.

Probably the best Indian food I have had in Canada. I didn't expect to find such an amazing food on a tourist spot like whiterock but it was amazing. Service is a bit slow but thr staff is super polite and hard working. Highly recommended!

Stunning flavours, colours, and even better taste! All for a phenomenal price. I've had many Indian platters and kulcha's but their's is by far the most delicious. Their salty lassi is so good, I am heading back there the day after visiting to pick some up. So many amazing items on the menu it's hard to choose one! Will most definitely be back for more. Thank you for the kind and fast service as well! Patio is beautiful, with a view of the water. A must visit if you love Indian food!

We had a great experience at this restaurant. View was lovely. We ordered chaat papdi and golgappe. The girl named Navdeep who served us was very lively. It was a busy evening and she was making golgappe. She saw us sitting there, waiting for food so she came to us and asked us about our order. After Within few minutes, she served us even though she was not a server. Thank you so much Navdeep for such a great experience .

It’s not the best but not the worst either. It does excel in mediocrity though. Mango shake is a watered down version of mango lassi with added sugar. Also, bring a book or other things for entertainment cause your food might come at least half an hour after you order. And get ready to smell the “freshness” of the washroom.

First time trying the food here, everything was extremely tasty & definitely recommend trying the coconut chicken curry and the chow mein. Location was great, and had a very clean interior, as well as a perfect patio outside to enjoy food on a sunny day in White rock :) Servers are also extremely kind and friendly, definitely come try the food, you won't regret it!

Amazing place, amazing people and great food! Went there almost 20 minutes before closing, still got best service and food! Really liked the ambience and customer service of guy ,and lady who served food was too friendly and polite. Loved the visit and will definitely visit again????

Hi I went there yesterday.i love that place. I love to go there everytime when's I go to pier. There is a one indian girl working. Her name is Navdeep. She is so good. I really like her way of talking and dealing with customers. I appreciate that. I really like India chat house not because of Indian food, because of their service too.i like that sweet girl too. Good job Navdeep. Keep it up ☺️☺️

It looked clean and the servers were friendly and attentive. The Naan was great. My husband really enjoyed his chicken curry. I ordered butter chicken asking for it to be very mild but I found it too spicy to eat. I asked for some plain yogurt to tone it down but it didn’t help. I decided just to take it home to my stepson who loves super spicy food. When he ate it, he was surprised that it was considered mild, so I’m not sure if the cook didn’t get the message to make it mild or if people who are used to spicy food don’t know how to cook I spicy. So if you like your Indian food flavourful but not super spicy, be aware.

The restaurant has a great view, clean and spacious. The girl (Navdeep) attending us, was so polite and cheerful. It was Tuesday but a busy evening, she was energetic and welcoming with smiley face. I really appreciate her work. We gonna come back again.

Delicious aloo tikki- perfectly crispy made by Jasmine. Best in metroVancouver. Noodle burger was something I tried for the first time and it reminded me of Indian street food. Kulcha and chats were also good. Our server Navdeep was super friendly. Pav bhaji needs some improvement.

The food is absolutely delicious, but they had limited servers so, we had to wait longer. The street view from the patio is very nice so, try to grab a seat on the patio.

Always a great experience. One I wanna share is when we went close to closing time and they ran out of Gulab Jamun dessert and we understood the fact that we were only 15 mins away from close. None the less, they managed to grab some Gulab Jamuns somehow and presented it with hot with Ice Cream and it tasted awesome. The point here is the SERVICE. They went and got the dessert without us even being disappointed or pushy about it. Love going there and will continue to do so.

This place is really good and they have that indian taste that every indian crave for. Their kulchas were really good. We visited this place on rakhi and they were quite busy at that time, they had shortage of staff that day but still they allowed us to dine in. Thanks for the great service especially Manav and Navdeep. Manav, being the owner, was really patient.

Dirty highchair. Wouldn't cut through the grease even with 3 to 4 passes of cleaning. On top of that it was super wobbly and probably not safe for a baby to sit. My husband and I had to take turns to hold the baby so the other could eat. Dirty dishes forks and glass. Had to ask for replacements!

Friendly and Quick Service, Tasty food. Outdoor dining is Cool. Good Chaat after long. Pav Bhaji and Tikki Chat is what we had. Tikki was quite hard on the crust not sure if that's normal.

Order a Kadhai Paneer and get a curry that taste like Baingan bharta, that’s right. This is what happened yesterday at this restaurant. When I requested to check this with Chef about taste of curry, the person serving simply said everything is Ok without tasting curry and simply refused to acknowledge the problem with curry. I have been to so many restaurants but seriously never experienced such a weird taste. Other curry like Butter chicken was ok. I didn’t expected any rebate, coupons but just requested again to check with Chef if the curry was Kadhai paneer or Baingan Bharta but simply got negative response. Some people don’t know customer service and never take responsibility and acknowledge problem. Points: Bad Food: -2 Very Bad customer service: -2 Failed to acknowledge problem: -1

We order dahi bhalla and channa bhature there. These were the worst ever dahi bhalla We ever had in our lives like instead of melting in the mouth, those were so hard and chewy. And channa bhature were just average. Must say, the girl at front desk was amazing and was professional with her work.

Starting with food, It was cold, we returned it so no comments on the taste. Coming to the time, they were serving other people (both server's friends) with 3-4 time consuming dishes even though they came at the same time as of us but for us a simple pre-made dish took 25-30 minutes to serve and that too was cold. When I complaint about it One of the servers took it away with very cold reaction without listening to rest of the conversation and said she will get new one. This review is based on the biased reactions we got. To The Restaurant - I suggest you guys to either serve properly or just serve friends or family and stop taking customers. Then you guys will have need to worry about valuing customer's time. Terrible.

Excellent find on a mid November walk on the pier in White Rock. We had the Manchurian chow mien and the samosas with different sauces and yogurt.....delicious! More than enough for two and we took a doggie bag home. I would highly recommend this restaurant, a welcome variety for nosh in South Surrey!

Every single item we ordered tasted yummy. Samosa with cholle is awesome, Amritsari Naan is very good, paneer bhatura was yummiest, their tea is also very very tasty, it has that essence desi kind of essence, fish pakoda was also good. So I would give 5 stars for it. Kindly make the place little pleasant by putting some good fragrances in diffuser or anyhow, keep your washrooms always neat n clean because if thinking of this restaurant business for long term thn you need to maintain some standard, otherwise people will not prefer you over others. I am an Indian and I really dont wana see any negative review for you guys, you kindly improve whoever had some or the other complaints with you. Try to handle them nicely, politely, educate your servers about hospitality and service. They should be welcoming and should be able to explain the menu in detail and also listen to the customer when they are ordering, dont get confused instead ask again. All the best.

I brought my mother in-law to try this place as well and it has become one of her favorite places to eat. This is our new spot whenever we come to white rock I highly recommend

One of the worst food ever i have eaten. Today Aug 15, 2021 we ordered food - fries, chaat and pakoras - all of this items are so bad i can’t even explain it. Food is very hard like white rock , so difficult to eat. I would say not to eat here specially indian families please don’t eat here. Zero stars from me.
