This place is perfection! Amazing staff, delicious food, and dog friendly. I was able to eat here with both vegan and non vegan family members and everyone loved their food. Their salad dressing is the best vegan dressing I’ve had. It should be bottled and sold in stores. Thank you for for offering a fully plant based menu. Non vegans do not be afraid to try it. It’s good for you, good for the planet, and most importantly it’s delicious!

We found this gem just after the pandemic started and after the lockdown was over. Wow! It is our go to place. We drive from south Langley to get our fill. There is literally nothing we don't love but the top go to's are the Basic B bowl, Return of the Mac (hubby's fave), Hangover soup, Influencer Bowl, Iced Queen and of course the smores cookies (actually all their sweet treats are fabulous). Above all the amazing food is the fantastic staff. Grounds and Greens has by far the friendliest staff who obviously enjoy their jobs and it shows. I'm so glad to see them always busy especially during these times. I wish I could give them 10 stars ????

One of my fave spots in all the Lower Mainland! I visit here weekly. Cute boutique vegan cafe. Food is delicious, original, and nutritious! I enjoy working while sipping on a latte. Bathroom is clean. Space feels open and bright. Walk to the beach. Has outdoor patio. And the staff are lovely. Say "hi" to the owners, Ben and Mannel. They're ????!

Outstanding food and drinks. I’ve been three times now and it only seems to get better. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they make incredible food that’s great for you and tastes even better. If you want a classic; the grilled cheese with a side Caesar salad is the perfect size for a quick bite that fills you up. The kombucha comes in a fancy glass, and the plating of food was awesome. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the tables are always sanitary and ready to go. They even have a super easy system using small round blocks on the tables that ensure you won’t sit where it hasn’t been sanitized! Highly recommended as a go-to spot if you’re in the area.

We went to this awesome little cafe today for the first time. It's so great to have a vegan option in White Rock. The service was great. The owners are awesome people. This is an unbelievable cafe! The atmosphere, the food, the staff! Highly highly highly recommend! Everything is vegan, but if I didn’t tell you, you probably wouldn’t even notice! They also serve alcohol and yummy, well priced lattes! I recommend the Naughty Noods Bowl and the Chic n Cheesy Toastie! I can’t even believe it’s vegan cheese! And they have a delicious vegan caesar salad!

Great little place in White Rock close to the water. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and above all, phenomenal food. It gets a bit busy on the weekend so you might have to wait a bit, but it's worth the wait. We'll definitely visit again.

We are always delighted to have our Weekend Brunch at Grounds & Greens ever since they opened. Food : They have a very delicious vegan menu that they add to with changing seasons. Most meals come with a portion of greens which is awesome! Service: The team at Grounds & Greens is very welcoming and warm. We are always greeted well with happy faces and asked for how our meal was before we leave. Cleanliness: Covid Protocols are in place. There is a sanitizer at the door, tables are wiped down after every guest and all the staff here wears a mask. A special shoutout to Ben for being so warm!

The food is pretty good, however it can be a bit inconsistent with the quality. The muffins can taste like baking powder/soda often and sometime ingredients aren’t as fresh. The service is hit and miss, but mostly miss. The owners seem nice enough but their staff is not very friendly and don’t seem happy to be serving. It’s a shame since there are so few restaurants that cater to the vegan diet. Natures fare has a lot of options for meals on the go that are vegan if you’re in a pinch.

Very impressed! I had the Brekkie Wrap with Creamy cauliflower soup of the day, and got chocolate for dessert. High end recipes and presentation in an entirely plant based restaurant. Come early- every table was full when I arrived at 5pm, and there were also several people ordering to go. Not cheap, but real, good food never is. Wasn't too pricy either!

My#classicbev latte, was absolutely the best I've tasted the presentation/delivery in my "Super mom" cup made me smile:) a pleasant surprise. My daughter #smoothbevs Matcha Vanilla delicious. The owners were very kind, the cafe attractive, sparkling clean with indoor and outdoor seating--so relax and enjoy! The thought and details give Grounds and Greens cafe top marks, very enjoyable experience. Love love love Grounds and Greens! My sister and I eat in or grab take out at least once a week. The food is so good that our non-vegan family members also look forward to eating here. The bowls are super nutritious and filling and don't make you feel bloated or sluggish after eating. The toasties are delicious. We also love their hot beverages and treats. The gluten free pear doughnut is a must! Basically, you can't go wrong with anything you eat here. The owners and staff are also super friendly and welcoming.

Everything we tried was delicious. I highly recommend this vegan cafe in white rock. It is a small space so folxs will mostly likely have to wait for a table but it is so worth it. The service staff was kind and attentive also. Highly recommend the drink “ice queen” and the chips and spinach and artichoke dip. Now I don’t have to go all the way to Vancouver for great Vegan options.

If I could give it more than five stars I would ! Absolutely amazing food - I am not personally a vegan but I love the food regardless and ambience is amazing. Great spot to eat, catchup with friends, grab a drink etc. Also the best cinnamon buns !!!

So glad we came across this place! Loved the decor and the food was all amazing!! All of the staff were awesome and the owner was very nice. They even split our meals for us so we could try more than one dish. We got the Influencer and the Mac n Cheeze...so delicious!! For being open less than a year and during a pandemic, they are quite busy and popular place. We will definitely be going back soon!

So I think we didn’t luck out by going on a super busy Sunday morning; the service was quite slow, I had to ask for oat milk 3 times for my coffee. But the food was absolutely delicious and worth returning for, and when an error was made with my order it was corrected very quickly! I’ll certainly return because I like to support local businesses and families and I’ll just try to do it on a less busy day! :)
