Good food but one lady there (I believe she had a French name) really needs to work on her customer service. She was a little short with my brother in law when he went to pay. She served desert that was clearly just of the freezer (aka still had ice chunks on it, I believe it was a butter tart, its been a week since I've been).

Lorraine's restaurant in Sturgeon Falls is the best breakfast restaurant in the area. Price is responsible they were the only restaurant that stayed open Through thePandemic so they get my full support

I’ve eaten at Lorraines twice since I moved here, the first time was amazing! We had burgers and fries! Sooo good! But this time I got the eggs Benedict to eat at work. I asked previously when I first ate there what kind of sauce they use for the Benedict and they told me the brand was The one that I liked. But it’s not the same… not only that but there are eggs shells in the eggs! Kind of disappointing:(

Service is very slow. When we got there, there was 10 ppl, we waited 10 min before a server came. Then we waited another 15 min before the owner came to take our order, then 20 min to get our food. Not going there in a long while. We should of went to MacDonald.

We too our meals to go on but still received excellent service from the staff and the food was excellent tasting and still hot enough to eat once we got home. Would certainly recommend this place to others and we'll definitely go there again. Keep it up Lorraine's!

Good food, great service.. only complaint I have is the Silver wear is cheep from doller store, as a restaurant owner myself, please upgraded your Silver wear, also staff did not take information for contact tracing. Other then that I would recommend eating here

Loved it! Clean, good food, wheelchair accessible and baby changing station in the sanitary bathrooms. Food was good portion sizes properly cooked and very reasonably priced. Behind the Crazy Cash so you have to go behind, but lots of parking even for a super duty truck like ours, and easy access. Your go to diner!

I moved to ON from PEI 20 yrs ago. This became my favorite restaurant, it had that 'down home' feel. Staff knew you by name, it's cozy, friendly, good food, good prices.

WOW. I went there with my mom, we ordered out. My mom ordered chicken fingers and fries with gravy which she loved. I ordered garlic loaf with cheese and Chicken Tetrazini. OMG, I usually order this at East Side Mario's. This was much better than the big box restaurant. Every bite was awesome. I highly recommend this place to anyone in Sturgeon Falls. Thanks for a fantastic eating experiment. I will definitely come back.

Very friendly and fast service. Food is always amazing. I had a nice hot Hamburg with Fry's as a Poutine Style and there was corn with it. The Hamburg beef is very juicy and took up the entire 2 slices of bread. Also they're dark beef gravy is very thick and taste awesome. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who loves having a large plate which reminds you of a home-cooked meal. I always end up taking almost half of my leftovers home to eat later.

I will never returned to this restaurant... the food was cold , the food not that good and the service even worse! The treatment they gave was of a dying business ! If you have personal issues with some of the" businesses" costumers don't bring it to work it's extremely unprofessional ladies !!!!

Driving through sturgeon falls and stopped in here for lunch today. I have to say it was quite good. The menu options are very home style and the woman serving us was very welcoming and friendly. Next time I'm in Sturgeon I'll definitely be back!
