Stayed at the Prestige Hotel which has the Bourbon Street Grill attached and we took a chance on it! We were extremely please with out dishes. The Jambalaya was delicious as well as the Lobster Mac & Cheese! The specially cocktails were awesome and they delivered with the French Quarters theme!

The dinner was great, I had Loiusianna Ribs, not a fan of the bread served... please update your baker/supplier and not a big fan of the lavender butter. Beignets were very poorly executed and the sauces served with them were not desirable.

Had dinner out on the patio here this evening. It wasn't the warmest night out but they had heaters and the walls sheltered from the wind so we were super cozy!! We had blankets but didn't even need them. The food & service were truly fantastic! And we felt very covid safe the whole time. If you're looking for a night out this place is great and I highly recommend it!

I grew up in the dirty south and I'm telling you the food is spot on. Amazing Catfish; beautiful presentation; and courteous, friendly staff. It's not the cheapest but the prices are totally fair for what you get. If you are the type to b*tch and moan over an extra couple dollars there is a Denny's down the road for ya.

I went to eat my breakfast. They charge you 3$ for a discusting coffee and 4$ for minute maid orange juice. Below average service. The eggs were ok, but the potatoes were like cardboard. 15$ per person for a bad breakfast.

This place is a Vernon’s well kept secret. The restaurant is very nice, staff professional and friendly. We had delicious omelettes, made on the spot by very knowledgeable young chef (thank you, young man!) and a yummy cheesecake for dessert. On the top of it we really enjoyed a nice chat with our hostess, Morgan. Great service, great experience overall!

First we started with the calamari and it was delish! We were offered some hot out of the oven bread with whipped butter. It was so sweet and we were told it has a milk crust - so good OMG! I had the lobster mac and cheese - another stunning dish from the chef - wow! My wife had the Jambalya and it was excellent. A great Saturday night out!

We went for breakfast on Saturday morning ... hardly any other customers in there. Service was quick and the food was fantastic. Best eggs benny florentine I've ever had ... fresh flavorful tomato, spinach cooked just right, crispy English muffin and soft egg, finished off with delectable hollandaise. I'd definitely go again

Went for the first time this morning to the brunch buffet. The food was good and the service was excellent! The breakfast portion of the buffet is lacking in variety a bit, but everything was delicious and cooked perfectly! The ladies on the floor serving were all great, friendly and attentive. There was always someone nearby to refill drinks and whisk plates away, which was super impressive given that the place was packed 15 minutes after opening.

Our server Charlene was the best and our Dinner was amazing! (We had Drunken Mussels, the Calamari and the Chicken and Waffles) It was a beautiful night on the deck and we will definitely be back. Oh yeah, and the Mojitos were wonderful too.

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I'm not one to ever complain at a restaurant and have only walked out of one restaurant, this happened to be the second one I've walked out of. We had to remind the waitress three times that we were waiting for our order to be taken, our drinks were empty, waiting for food. Instead of admitting they forgot about us and explaining it was a mistake, we got short excuses that they were "swamped" as there was four waitress in our small section. Two hours later we got served cold food. At that point enough was enough.

When you're the only Brunch buffet on a Sunday morning in town, it would be easy to cheap out on variety or quality, but this buffet does neither! I already love this place for a pub night out, but they do up a breakfast buffet RIGHT! With a huge variety of options, from yogurt with fixings, to an omelette bar, to an assortment of breakfast staples such as pancakes, eggs Benedict, sausage, ham and bacon, and other hot luncheon foods in chaffing dishes, this brunch buffet did not disappoint! (Well, truth be told, I was a tiny bit disappointed with the eggs Benedict, but only because I didn't love the recipe they use for their hollandaise) The desserts are succulent, if you've managed to save room, and the value for your $20 (for adults) can't be overstated!

Awesome food! The prime rib was one of the best I've had in a long time. The lobster cob salad was delicious. Their menu is not your typical pub food, which is refreshing. I'll be trying more. They have live music on Thursdays. Very nice lounge atmosphere.

I came down to attend and speak at the funeral of my 28 year old sister (cancer) and the bartender, Anna, had closed early right before I checked into my hotel room. She offered room service and so I quickly checked in and called from my room, asking to come have a drink at the bar. She reopened just for me and then stayed open an hour after regular closing. I spent over $100 in less than an hour while practising talking about my sister without crying so I could get through the speech the following day. She kept the liquor flowing and was a great listener.

We had the charcuterie board as a late afternoon treat and it was lovely, artistically laid out, nice mix of cheese and meat and some extras like dates and honey. The server managed to be both friendly and efficient. We felt appreciated and valued even though we came in at the awkward lull between lunch and dinner.

I just came from Sparkling Hills, one of my favourite resorts, so I wasn't expecting such a dynamic surprise of how good the food & service is at Bourbon Street Grill. Honestly, I'm still dreaming about the Sunday brunch. It surpassed Sparkling Hills by a long shot. The selection was amazing; poached salmon & chicken breast; culinary omelettes, quinoa & green salads; selection of sausages, scrambled + eggs Benny; the pastries were mouth watering. Dinner menu? Check out the photos, they look as good as the food tastes. Ps. Great & friendly management & staff. Can't wait to go back!!

I have been coming here for years! The atmosphere is very nice with the big booths and the staff are always friendly. The food is amazing, I was there on Friday for a friends' birthday and we both had the Prime Rib. They even brought my friend out a complementary dessert with a birthday candle. I recommend the Bourbon Street Bar and Grill, it has never let me down and the selection is very good. I'll be back soon!

Food and service was great. I ate here a few times while recently staying at the Prestige Hotel. The hotel offers a great "go green" incentive; If you forgo house keeping, they'll give you $10 off coupons for the Bourbon which can be redeemed for meals over $15. I ended up with 3 coupons so saved quite a bit while eating there. The first night I had their spare ribs with mushroom risotto. The ribs were melt in your mouth and the risotto was excellent. Second visit I had the Big Easy Burger and fries which was really tasty. Last visit I shared the garlic butter mushrooms, Alfredo flatbread with veggies, curried mussels and Louisiana prawns. Everything was delicious. The bartender also made me the best whiskey sours I've had. Only thing we didn't really like was the beef carpaccio. It was just cut too thick so tasted more like sandwich meat. All in all I thought everything was great. If I'm ever in Vernon again, I'll for sure be back.
