You will be able to see the feddbacks of real people who purchase the services and products of Top Of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant (Restaurant) in the area of Vancouver (Canada).
At this moment this firm has a score of 4.1 stars over 5 and this score has been based on 127 reviews.
As you can read, the average score it has is positive, and it's based on a high number of reviews, so we can say that the evaluation is very accurate. If there are many people who bothered to leave their feddback when they are happy, it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to give opinions when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Restaurant belongs to the category of Continental restaurant.
Excellent food and service. A little pricey, but you get great service and outstanding views in a 360 view of the city. The staff let's you take your time and enjoy.
Took my sister here once for dinner when she visit. View is superb. Food is fine. We’ll definitely come back one of these days with the rest of folks ????
excellent place very good service although the food is not the best but it is good it is worth dollar for dollar to pay the experience for it is a little expensive but it is really worth it I do not know will regret there I proposed to my fiancee on February 14 and it was a phenomenal experience of the best of my life highly recommended
The quality of food is so bad this time around the stuffed salmon was so bad it tasted like hot dogs
Hands down, my favourite restaurant in Vancouver. Lived here all my life, been to plenty of restaurants and I have yet to encounter a restaurant that matches up to the Revolving Restaurant. Phenomenal food, great service, fair prices considering the experience, AMAZING views... 100% recommend. You not only get a meal, you get an experience that you will remember for the rest of your life. Buy wine while you're here, because they have a vast selection and very knowledgeable servers. The prices are higher than normal restaurants, but worth it. It's nothing drastic. We got a large steak dinner, salmon dinner, stuffed mushrooms appetizer, tiramisu and a middle range bottle of wine. After tax and tip, it came to $275 CAD. It's not bad considering the quality of the food, the top-notch service and the spectacular views. LIFE PRO TIP: Book your reservation about 45 minutes to 1 hour before sunset. You can Google what time sunset is.
Great experience and an awesome meal served at the top of one of the best views in Vancouver. Definitely recommend to try lobster bisque, mushroom soup, pasta balagnese and new York steak. A+
The service, drinks and views were spectacular! I highly suggest this restaurant for the 360 view of Vancouver alone. The prices were expectedly high and unfortunately the food, while it was good, didn't live up to its high price point.
Wanted to come here for dessert and watch the sunset after my partners birthday dinner. However we were told we cannot sit by the window unless we order one meal each. Very disapointing considering there were empty seats.. Bad experience for us, missing out on business for them Happy birthday..
Had an amazing time. Our server Andrew made sure everything was perfect. Wife was in awww the whole time as it was her birthday! Suprise cake at the end made everything so special. Thank you guys for the delicious meal. Definitely going back soon
Service
I went there twice with my family in two years. The second time we didn't like it. Way too expensive. You will expect to spend between $60 / $80 or even more per person. (For 4 people we spent $250 tax included) I ordered the chicken tuscana and the potatoes were super dry and seemed like old, not fresh, and it came with very little veggies (only 1 broccoli and 2 or 3 baby carrots). The dish with pasta and salsissia (sausage), there were no sausages at all and it was also too spicy. The desserts were super small. The only good thing for this place is the amazing view, that's why I gave it 2 stars. We'll never come back again as we were really disappointed.
Dinner
My experience was pleasant. As stated in previous reviews you are paying for the view and atmosphere, while the food is mediocre. Starters were good, while the $55 steak was the worst cut of meat I've ever had. Service was nice until a large group was seated next to us and left our waiter very busy. Visiting from out of town, it compares equally to other revolving restaurants with a view. Good for a romantic date.
Great view, great service but over priced. Great place for special occasions when you don't mind spending some extra cash.
Meh, food for dine out had so much going on it made not good. The waitress was not very nice. View was wonderful. Not worth it
Food is okay; a bit overpriced but the view makes it all worthy! They don’t have any kids menu but all pasta portions can be served in halves.
Too bad cloud 9 is gone. Both the view and the food was better at cloud 9. But it is still pretty good here.
Great teen birthday party location. We were able to share entrées and be served quickly enough for our next adventure. Booked through Open Table for 5 people at 8:30pm so we could see the lights go on and have a great view of the city. The service was great, and we were able to get a quick bit in just under an hour, with free cake for the birthday girl. Our server was very friendly and didn't mind bringing rounds of Shirley Temples. Probably not what they are used to serving, but there was no attitude at all. We got the leftovers packed up and were on our way down the glass elevator just in time for the next event. Their website states that you have to order one entrée per person for a window table, but if you call, they will work with you so you can have a great experience without it costing a fortune, particularly given how big the portion sizes on their pasta dishes are. Tons to go around. I would definitely recommend for a special event. I hadn't been there since my stepdad's 80th birthday, at which time my newly teenage daughter was still in a carseat. Have always loved the place and hope to be back sooner next time. Lots of menu items including two different 3 course tasting options.
Service was a little lacking at times but the food and cocktails were top quality and the views of Vancouver were impressive - even though it was overcast. I'd recommend it for anyone wanting to see the city and surrounding views with good food and drinks.
Took my family visiting from Europe and we were forced to buy 4 main meals just to sit down - the restaurant was empty and they would not let us just enjoy some drinks and appetizers. The server/host was not understand or helpful. We decided to try to enjoy the night anyway and order main courses as we were forced to but from 4 main courses only 1 was decent. It was decent for the fact that the dishes were very expensive and subpar at best. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, there is a tour on the floor below where you can enjoy the view and that’s where I would go in future and eat somewhere else rather than spending hundreds of dollars on food that isn’t great and service that wasn’t pleasant.
Incredible night views. Highly recommend for a date night very romantic and memorable. The food was delicious.
A few years ago, I had 29th birthday dinner at this restaurant, a bit late to review. It seems like another tourist trap in the beginning, but, I was fairly surprised how good the food tasted. I of course ordered lobster, one of the lobsters I’ve ever had, and I have had lobsters at many many places. This place is definitely one of the best, I remembered their service being good as well. Recommended if you’ve never been to.
Is this heaven? The top of restaurant in Canada! If you guys need to make a special night or anniversary then it is a best choice! the beautiful Vancouver view will make your eyes stunning and the amazing food will make your mouth sweet and the service will make you happy. its the top class without doubt, especially the stake ❤️
i don’t usually give reviews but this place was unbelievable. Food was okay. Portabello mushroom soup and the Steak was nicely done. Rest are okay. Here’s the ridiculous part. We ordered almost right away, appetizers and bread came quickly after we ordered. But the main course Was not served until after over an hour’s time. So we dig in, and almost half way through my meal, the waiter came over and put down our desserts and told us that they limited each table to 1.5 hr only due to dine out festival. Dude, that would have been acceptable provided they actually serve food in a timely manner.... so here we are with 20 min to stuff the main and the dessert down our throat. Horrible.

Not a place to go if you actually want good food and service (except for the hostess who brought us to the table, and the cute guy who works in the bar area while we were waiting for our table, those two people were great and deserve a star on its own!!!) Once we got seated things took a turn. It took until end of dinner to get our waters, ordered the fish and there was so much Cajun spice on it that made it barely edible. View was nice so that’s why there’s another star. Not worth it at all, if you really wanna see the top of Vancouver just skip the restaurant and go to the outlook area when it reopens after Covid. Highly NOT recommended.
Unbelievably delicious and they are partaking in dine out Vancouver!

This would have been 5 stars were it not for the charge for each soft drink especially when they come half full of ice. Service was great, food was fantastic.
Food and drink are good. Service is good+. But no one comes here for the service. I'm not sure why some reviewers complain about the price being a bit high (which it is) since this is a revolving restaurant with five star views, particularly around sunset. Highly recommended for visitors (welcome to Vancouver!) or locals hosting visitors. Seriously, we'll worth the high price when one considers the view.
Dinner
Super unimpressed with this restaurant. I would only give it 2 stars as it had a 5 star view but 1 star food and service. I wouldn't go there again especially for the food. You're better off to go to the observation deck to see the views and then go to a better restaurant for your meal. I would have rather eaten at the Keg or Earls and had a better meal at half the cost. The server also didn't seem to care much that the experience was subpar and even the dessert seemed like something that was previously frozen. Don't eat here if you are expecting a special meal at a fancy restaurant. There are way better options in Vancouver.
Great food and amazing atmosphere. The views from the revolving restaurant were beautiful!
A high dollar restaurant, with over the top etiquette, & off to the side low key commentary if you don't meet their standards. The food, & service was was awesome as to be expected, with professionalism, & courtesy. My wife's steak was cooked right as to her desires, & my lamb was very tender, tasty, & uniquely flavored. The Blue Berry Cheese Cake was the some of the best I've ever had. It was very nice, & glad we went. If you go, be prepared to open up your wallet. Definitely a great spot for making lasting memories!
Great views, mediocre food. We came here for a hoilday party and ordered from the three course fixed menu. The "kale" salad was a bit of a disappointment with no actual kale (that I could find). It was basically an iceberg Caesar salad with a few cocktail shrimp on top. For the main course, had the lamb - it was OK. Its pretty hard to screw up braised lamb, however, this was definitely a bit on the dryer side. "Cheesecake" for desert was arguably more of a "Mousse-cake" - and was too sweet for my taste. Drink list was sub-par - and cocktails that the group got were certainly uninspiring. Presentation of the food, however, was actually quite good (too bad the taste didn't live up). Service was average - no complaints.
Awesome views! Food wasn't that good tho
Best view you can get from a restaurant, and they have really tasty BBQ ribs
The view was amazing. Food was super expensive and quality and taste was terrible. Waiters were unprofessional, inexperience and a bit rude. The restaurant management was very poor.
Some of the hostesses at the front seem to have attitude problems. That said, the view was beautiful as always and our server was polite and professional. Food took forever to come out and tasted very mediocre. You go for the view not the food!
I celebrated my big milestone here just few days ago and enjoyed the scenery and delicious food... The service also was awesome ????
Service
Went for a lunch with my friend . Overall experience was good . View and Ambience is great , you get to see an awesome view of whole vancouver and some far off amazing views as well. As far as food is concerned , I was really disappointed as they did not have any vegetarian dishes at all in their menu , vegan options were zero. We ordered a custom stir fry veges with rice.. And It takes approx 1 hour to give a full 360 degree view. They have some starbucks drinks menu as well.
We had a really great experience here! We came during dinner service and we ordered the calamari to start, then the stuffed salmon & ravioli as our mains. All of the food was phenomenal. The menu is pricier than the average restaurant but that was expected. The service and atmosphere made our experience all the better. Our server, Peter, was very polite, knowledgeable, & attentive.
Amazing Food, Amazing View and Amazing Service will be back here again
A very poor customer service, the manager and the waiters are very poorly polite, a good view is not enough to have a solid clientele, very poor experience.
Our server Andrew was great! He was kind, honest, and just super easy to communicate with. I absolutely loved the roasted vegetables l penne. It was so fantastic, I can never have any other pasta again. The jerk chicken wasn't as flavourful as expected, but the presentation was fantastic! Siracha Fries were not spicy. But they tasted so fresh and not oily at all. The food menu isn't vast, but their selection is top notch. It was a truly fantastic time with minimum wait to be seated with the online reservation.
Great views and decent food for the money, it's good value for their Sunday brunch buffet, the entres change throughout so it helps to plan. We've been there twice with guests and they weren't disappointed. Definitely a go to.
Great views. A tourist attraction place in Vancouver. A different experience. Food was great too.
View is incomparable, it is amazing. The food was pretty mediocre. I got duck and it was very rubbery.. Some of the servers were staring down the person I was with and I, it felt very awkward. Maybe it’s because we look younger? I believe that you’re overpaying just for the view. Overall, still a pretty pleasant experience.

Awful. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator, we were asked if we were having appetizers and drinks or full meals. It was a very strange question to be asked; we said appetizers and drinks because I wasn’t sure what we were going to have. The hostesses then told us we couldn’t sit on the revolving section because we weren’t having full meals, even though there were only 2 other guests in the restaurant besides us, and there were three (3) hosts sardined in behind the desk, so clearly they weren’t busy either. Their tone was really condescending, and I made a reservation over the phone for this so if this is truly a policy then it should be explained during booking so it doesn’t seem like discrimination based on appearance. As it was, it just felt like a rude judgment because we were in casual dress and the hosts assumed we didn’t have money. Honestly laughable given the amount of empty tables. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for ten years; I know what high end service looks like, and this was not it. We initially followed them to the small area near the kitchen doors and sat down, but after the shock wore off, we quickly realized we would rather eat somewhere a little less overt in their desperation for larger dinner bills. When we got up and returned to the elevators, I politely told the trio that we were leaving, and one responded with a bored “okay.” Then they whispered behind us as we waited for the elevator. To end on a positive note, the receptionist on the ground floor was nice and the elevator functions as designed.

Come to the front of the harbour center building and go down the stairs to find the elevator. There are 2 elevators that go to the top even though one says its for the viewing platform. We came to the top and were seated right away and greeted by our server. Service was attentive but not hovering. Our server was pedja. My girlfriend timed our dinner to see the sunset and it worked out perfect. Dinner service from beginning to end was about 2 hours. We saw the view transition from sunlight to dusk to night. Worth the visit. We ordered a half liter of Wild goose Pinos gris which was excellent. This turned into another half liter. Warm bread came to the table with some nice whipped butter. We shared portobello mushroom soup and a wagu beef carpaccio. Both were great. Our entrée was a lambshank and ribs. The lambshank was fall of the bone and excellent. The ribs were a good portion but was overcooked. It came with good fries and a coleslaw. It was my birthday and they comped us a good cheesecake dish which was a nice touch. The price point is $$$$ but u are paying for the view. Overall due to the ribs its a 4.5 but I rounded up for the official rating. Go try it.
The setting and the view were absolutely incredible but unfortunately the food was not very good and ridiculously overpriced for the quality. I ordered lobster, the lobster itself was cooked well but the potatoes were underdone and the scallops were overdone. The cocktails are incredibly basic for the price. Fine dining this is not.
I went to this restaurant, been here before and had a very pleasant experience and thought id come Again. However this time the experience was a little different. The waiter had told us in order to sit by the window we needed to each get a main course, appetizer and so forth. Otherwise we would have to move into the regular dining side which we agreed. As soon as we ordered we had ordered chicken tuscana, macaroni and cheese, wedge fries and 1/4 Lobster. The manager came by and apologized for miscommunication and moved us back to the window. So overall they listened and were very polite and solved the problem without us even asking to be moved.
Stunning view (there was a rainbow on Burnaby area it was lovely!), we went at sunset and it was incredible! Staff is perfect, food and drinks also, a bit pricey but it is one of those "once in a lifetime 38$ pasta"???? You better go there and have a drink with the view instead of the attraction just below that is around 20$ ????
The view is really stunning, good place to date. However, the main dish was not good. I ordered a carbonara and my friend ordered the lamb shank, both had not much taste. The mussels were good.
It is a really good experience!!!! The view is amazing... The food is not really good to be honest but when you see the view it doesnt matter. Drinks are good and service is amazing.
It looks like they wish to be higher end restaurant. Menu looks great and prices are among the highest in Vancouver. The dishes were mediocre at best with one medium rare steak served well done ended up being the only one sent back. Stuffed salmon fillet and pasta were very bland and service bit sloppy. Maybe they had holiday staff both on floor and kitchen? Views are however fantastic but I would recommend to go see views on the floor below for 20$ per adult and spend the rest of money somewhere else for better food. Oh and washrooms were likely renovated 30 years ago, pretty sad state and not pleasant place to have to visit.
I went to have dinner with my friend at the restaurant. Right off the bat, the view was very stunning. We were served by Andrew, who was a polite and kind gentleman. Andrew helped us choose what options we can go for as we were vegetarians and it was the best dinner I have had in a long time. Staff was very accommodating and gave us the privacy we needed. Top of Vancouver restaurant certainly has the best management and serving team in town.
Very unhappy with my experience. I was so excited to go to this restaurant because of its unique concept and city views. The hostesses are very rude and give constant attitude. Waiters are arrogant and demand tips for poor service and not knowing their menu. I would never suggest this place to anyone. They will ruin your celebration and night. Poor poor management and customer service.
Stunning views. Fantastic food. Expensive but worth it.
Loved the experience.. went there on the happy hour (3 to 5 pm daily). I loved the view!
I went to this restaurant for Valentine's day dinner and wasn't impressed one bit. They had a Valentine's set menu that included appetizers, main course and one shared dessert. I ordered the prime rib on the servers recommendation. When it arrived I knew it wasn't going to be good just by the presentation. More then half of the steak was pure fat and unedible. Everytime I made a complaint the servers just seemed to brush it under the rug ,say I'm sorry and rush off to another table. In the end they gave us one free dessert which was the best part of the meal. When you're paying close to 300$ for dinner for 2 you expect better food and service. Wouldn't recommend this place for anyone, overpriced for what it is. To add to my dissatisfaction when the bill came I saw that I got charged 50$ for an appetizer of 4 measly shrimp. Also get ready for 18% gratuity already included on the bill.
Service
Top of Vancouver restaurant was lovely....the food was delicious but very pricey..
typical tourist restaurant , fantastic view and atmosphere, but the food is sos o

Absolutely amazing experience!
The views are stunning, the staff was very nice, and the food was very delicious
Terrible service. Unpleasant drinks (at least the night we went). Decent food. Poor facilities (the upkeep seemed fine but wildly outdated for the supposed restaurant rating). My grandmother said we shouldn't have paid when I told her about this experience. A couple of my friends and I went here for my 20th birthday. We had a reservation but still had to wait a bit to be seated (not the biggest deal but we were just visiting Vancouver and didn't want to not get seated at what we were told was a popular high-class restaurant). The host was a little rude but I assumed that was because she was working in a busy restaurant. The view was nice. When we were seated at first, I was a little disappointed we didn't get a table by the window and decided we should take a day trip to Vancouver in the next week to have lunch here and maybe we would get one. This did not happen because I didn't want to repeat this experience. Then we were seated and saw our waiter a total of 4 times throughout the 2 hours it took them to serve us. Most of this time was spent sitting at an empty table with no drinks or food (a little less forgivable considering this was not the case for anyone else). Multiple parties nearby were seated, served, and vacated by the time we got our meals. I might not have minded this if we were next to a window so at least we could enjoy the view (I understand not everyone can get a window but seating three different groups in the time it took us to be done was ridiculous, and shouldn'thave been expected, especiallyfor those withoutthe full view to distract themselves with). Again, I wouldn't have minded having dinner for two hours if we'd had so much as a refill of our waters. The four times we saw the waiter was to give us bread and get our order, bring our drinks and my starter salad (about 30 minutes after), then bring out our food (over an hour after that), and then to bring out the cheque. We sat there bored, hungry, thirsty, and a little annoyed when we noticed that other tables were being seated, fed, and cleaned without the staff even noticing us. I didn't pay much attention to the price of my meal but I believe it was about $100. I tipped $2 on that as a way to indicate my dissatisfaction and sincerely regret it because that was too much. We weren't sure why our service was so poor. Other tables appeared to get great service. At the very least, drinks. I've never gone to dinner for my birthday and not gotten desert but that night we decided we'd rather not stay an extra hour for dessert and that we'd rather find a store on the way back to our hotel. We weren't dressed formally but semi-formal, we were dressed much nicer than a few of the parties that came in (dressed in sweat shirts for dinner which made me reconsider the actual status of the place). Luckily we were raised to be polite and respectful otherwise we would have made a scene while trying to get service. It was daytime when we entered and night when we left. And the washrooms looked fit for a White Spot. Not terrible, but they were the last straw indicating the prices of their food is dictated by the location of the restaurant and probably panders to tourists (like us) assuming it would be nice. I'm very, very sorry about this situation because I really wanted to like this restaurant.
This restaurant is full of racism. They want you to have a full meal in order you to sit on the revolver. The manager and supervisor and the people at reception and some staff is super rude and totally ungrateful. They make weird policies just so that they can make you spend a lot of money actually not spend it should be wasting your money. Their customer service should be rated as zero. This was my first visit to this place and will be my last they made it totally unworthy.
Thoroughly enjoyed an anniversary date here!! I reserved early and we were excited to get a window seat!! It was a Saturday evening and it actually wasn't too busy here. But there is a lot of available seating. We absolutely loved the view! The servers right away were happy to take photos. I was surprised how quiet it really was. We were easily able to have a conversation without having to yell and felt very comfortable. The menu definitely shows that this place is pricier for food and drinks. We decided to skip the drinks, but ordered entrees. The food was fantastic!! Very tasty and flavourful with perfect blends of spices and seasonings. We felt the price we paid was worth it for the food quality and taste plus the amazing view! I would definitely recommend this for special occasions or romantic dates. They can definitely accomodate larger groups as well!
Views are pretty neat. Food was good but not amazing. Vancouver just has to many great restaurants but this view is unforgettable and pretty amazing. The steak was pretty good. The gnocchi was good but not amazing.
I had an amazing birthday dinner with the missus here. I ate the duck with risotto and had mushroom soup. Food was top notch but it was very pricey. The price reflects the amazing venue and absolute best service from a team of skilled waiters
Awesome! You haven't been to Vancouver if you haven't dined and enjoyed the view at Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant. Good food and service too. I particularly liked how Nathan took our pictures with nice scenic background. Good make up of the chef with an excellent dessert after we told the server, Andres about the not so perfect New York Steak. Overall, it was a delightful experience. I'm certainly going back. Two thumbs up!
I went to This restaurant expecting an amazing experience on December 14 2020. However found myself biting into my desert only to find a sharp unknown metal wire in my cheesecake. By the time I noticed what I was chewing on I had cut the inside of my mouth and cheek. Once letting the server know, the manager was brought over who solely could state “ the cheesecake is not made in house and therefor there is not much they can do but are sorry”. My experience that I awaited for so long was ruined, no ice was offered for my sore bleeding cheek but rather when I asked how they could help by such an unfortunate event... the manager chose to argue with me saying he could take off the cheesecake from my bill. I scurried my way home to take a Tylenol, anxious about where this sharp metal object came from and would I get an infection from this ordeal. Upon back and forth with the manager (mind you which was ever so embarrassing ) he agreed after calling his head manager that they would cover our 2 glass of wine and beer.. I left with a terrible experience, and a cut sore cheek that I paid $150 for. I emailed the manager afterwards, expressing my concerns lack of service and care at the restaurant. Only to be told he trusts his staff handled the situation appropriately and he could offer a possible $50 credit voucher for next time. In no way did they seem to care about the incident or lack of experience for a restaurant known for their experience. Over 2 weeks have elapsed, I have had no one follow up with me nor seen any sort of credit voucher. I am honestly disgusted at the lack of service or care for their customers. Smaller local restaurants would have done a better job and handling the situation. Do not recommend, save your money and go somewhere they value their customers and the experience provided .
Fantastic overall dining experience with a one of a kind view! Worth the price of admission.
Service
It’s amazing place to go to and the view is great friendly but needs better work on waiters service sometimes you need to wait for your order
One of the most iconic place in Vancouver. Food was also amazing
False advertising! Went there this past Saturday for some happy hour drinks. Server told us it was “too nice out” and therefore the manager cancelled happy hour for the day. Nevertheless, their menu clearly states Happy Hour Monday - Sunday 3-6pm. Very misleading and disappointing. I have it in my mind to bring this false advertising to the governing body overseeing restaurants if I’m not contacted regarding the false advertising.
View is amazing, food quality is good, it’s worth to spend money here
My wife and I went here for our anniversary and food was great. View was good as well. Granted it can get pricey but it was worth it for us because we got to see the view and enjoyed our dinner as well. They also gave us free dessert as we were celebrating our anniversary.
Great Food and Great Service. The view is the best in town, and the food tasted great. Service was great too. Contrary to other reviews, we found the washrooms to be clean. My only Complaint would be the price. I can justify paying a premium for the view, especially when the food and portion size was good. But we had a party of 10 and they made it mandatory for a 18% tip. I think when the prices are inflated, 18% of that inflated total is steep (the tip alone was close to $200). And of course they calculated the percentage on the post tax amount. I don't think I'm being cheap if I left a $150 tip for a table of 10 on a night out on the town in these difficult economic times. Nonetheless, while the value was questionable, the service was good, we had a great evening, and so for those special occasions or if you've not been there before, I would still recommend it.
The view is superb!! The food was good enough, however there is a clause at this restaurant they do not tell you about from the beginning. My husband and I wanted to share a dinner as we were not very hungry. We were then informed we both had to order separate meals (appitizers do not count as a meal either) or we would be moved. The waiters upsale game was strong almost to the point of pushy... Overall at least we were not rushed to turn tables and again the view was incredible!
Great view, one of best in Vancouver!!! The restaurant service was nice, the food however is just not good enough at the price point compared with other great restaurants in this city.
Lol pricy but well worth the veiw and the meal was extra.
Absolutely fantastic experience! Top notch service and environment. Must go for special occasions!
Meal type
Best view with best food. We even got desl on wine bottle outside of happy hour which was amazing. Went for a friend's birthday and they served cake piece on house. The food was so flavourful. It is lil pricey but just as any other good restaurants of Vancouver but the bonus is the view of Canada place.
The food is very bad and The manager is so rude. The view is not enough because the customer service is very bad. I am so disappointed. I can’t imagine i had this bad experience. Don’t go guys you will have the worst experience ever. Don’t waist your money.
View was beautiful! My family and I brought our out of town guest there for dinner. The servers service was top notch but the restaurant reception was bleh. There was no smile or energy from the reception once I got off the elevators. Waited for few minutes before we were seated. Always make a reservation for dinner. Food was good but portion was not that large for the price we paid. I wasn't full after dinner. Should have larger portion or I need to order more food? The servers were great and attentive to our needs. The review would have been a 4 star but the servers did a fantastic job that I'm giving it a 5 star.
It is costly but a good revolving.... There is no free parking... One hour for One Revolving Round... It is too much better to enjoy your birthday party, Anniversary and so on... The views of all the city is clean if your seat at the window... Waiters are friendly...
Fun place for occasional dinning. My kids love it here. Staff are very friendly but there are not many vegan options or healthy food options available.
Overall great experience for my daughter's birthday, a real reason to put on a suit and tie, and for her and friends to get all dressed up for a night out! Thanks to Magda for the attentive and polite service!!
Gorgeous views and lovely atmosphere in the restaurant itself. Had a waiter named Dan (I think!) he was an absolute godsend, best service I’ve ever had. I was sat by myself so conjured some strange looks from the other customers, but at the end of the night there was only me and a couple of other customers left. I knock off one star only because the food was just good - not astounding for the price. Make sure you come dressed formally or at least casual formal - otherwise you may be looked at strangely (I turned up in shorts and a t-shirt - mistake). So in short - come to this restaurant for the atmosphere, for a classy dinner or a romantic date, but I wouldn’t recommend for anything casual.
Staff was super nice however a slow service. Only went for happy hour so drinks were good and food was average. Atmosphere was not as nice as I had expected from an expensive restaurant like this, windows dirty and place was a bit run down could do with a makeover. But the revolving restaurant is always a good time for the panoramic views was nice. I went for my birthday and they sat us at the only table that was not set... so not the nicest welcome or impression. (Would recommend the one in Toronto if I’m honest ????)
The service and view were beyond beautiful! The buffet was also delicious and the dessert was the best part!
View is spectacular! The restaurant revolves slowly (I thought Id be nauseous but was fine) and it takes roughly 40min-1hr to complete the full resolution. Food is ok - its tasty but basic for the price (we expected more, the olive oil was very thin and low quality, for example). Waiters are generally nice. Overall, a good place to go to if youve got some $ to spare and want a great dining experience (its all about the view!)
Diners come here mostly for the view and revolving experience. Been here multiple times, and always a pleasure. Menu is continental and west coast cuisine oriented, nothing in particular stands out. Set menu also available. Most visitor will find the price rather expensive for what you get, but again the price is for the view. You will also need some luck for the table server assignment, some are just not the most friendly person.
It was absolutely amazing, tasty food, great service and if course an espectacular view!!
I had better food and service at cineplex today. Don’t waste your money. It’s not that it’s bad for the price. It’s bad period.
Delicious food and stunning view. A bit expensive but definitely worth it! __art_of_nature

Delightful from the moment we arrived to when we left ❤️ We felt the service was genuine and sincerely good. Our server was Miss Jenny and we were treated with such warm hospitality so thank you so much for that. The food... Oh my ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ King's and Queen's level ???? SO SO Good! Lastly the view was incredible from all angles ????❤️???? Thank you for the wonderful experience ????????
High class, fancy dining. Very, very pricey, and the wait staff kept staring at our table which was somewhat uncomfortable. I think we went on a slow night because they literally stood off to the side and every time I looked over, they were looking back... Aside from that, they were courteous and generally welcoming. Took the food about an hour to arrive, and it was pretty sub-par. Went with a party and both the lamb and ribs were over cooked, but edible. Flavours were there, but portions were quite small. Out of the 6 dishes we ordered, the seafood medley was the best main dish and the wagyu beef carpaccio was the best appie. It’s a pretty unique experience being so high up and rotating. Makes one full rotation an hour, and you can barely notice as you slowly inch your way around. Great views of the water and downtown, ideal for a romantic date spot. You can also choose to sit in the non rotating area, but not the same view of course. Washrooms are very clean and well maintained. Parking can be a hassle, but there’s some cheaper street meter parking nearby if you search and get lucky. Accessible by both bus (bus stop right in front of the ground floor entrance) and sky train (Waterfront station nearby). I would say go here for the experience, not the food.
I have been coming to this restaurant for 30 years. It has gone thorough renovations over the years making it a contemporary gem. I remember when it had wood paneling everywhere. The views have remained the best in the city for a dining establishment. Despite the city growing up around it this revolving restaurant's views have remained preserved. The only downside to this restaurant is that the prices have skyrocketed. We were a party of 3 with only one person drinking alcohol. The bill came out to $480 Canadian. For that price I could have flown from Vancouver to Mexico and back.
It's an ok restaurant. The menu doesn't have many options, but the food is good. It's not exceptional, but it's fair enough. The best part is the great view. The revolving restaurant allows to the customers to see the whole city and surroundings.
If you're just going for the view, you won't be disappointed. If you're going for the food, you might be disappointed. We found that the four dishes we ordered were overpriced when you can get the same dishes for much less at something like cactus club and they will have much better flavors. The desserts, however were really good. Be aware that you must order one entree each. You cannot get two appetizers and a dessert (according to the menu although we did not ask). Our server was very friendly and did a great job (Adel). Like I said, the view was beautiful. For the price, though, I would skip it and go to Four Sails next time

Ever since opening back up with the new menu the food has been on point! I'm not huge fan of fine dining restaurants in Vancouver because I've never found one that was worth it to me when I compare it to other fine dining restaurants from the states or in Europe. But honestly with the view and the quality of the food coming out currently I absolutely find it worth it to come here! For dinner I tried the croquette, penne pasta, and onion rings and they were all very very delicious. The ribs I can recommend as well.
Service
We went to Top of Vancouver revolving restaurant yesterday for our anniversary and as much as the food and view was amazing the service was unacceptable. Both of us work in the food industry typically don't say anything but this was too much. 1.We were served stale bread and our server didn't apologize. 2. She took our plates away while we were still eating off of them and took my cutlery. 3. She was eating and drinking on the floor infront of us and coming to talk with us without her mask on. (I understand if you're talking with staff, but we customers not so much). With our industry taking a hit with the pandemic and the pricing of this restaurant we would have better service. It's very disappointing
What an absolutely spectacular, unique restaurant! The whole experience is so wholesome - when you eat, your eyes are resting on the beautiful view and it’s so incredibly relaxing. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant like this. The food is top notch, great value for money. Staff were super kind and we got to try a Chef’s special - delicious! Such a treat to come and visit, I highly recommend it to anyone! You won’t regret it. Can’t wait to come back with my family.
We went there for our Anniversary, our server was super helpful a helped us a lot to decide between all those choices. Beside that you will get the best 360 view.
Excellent, excellent ,excellent. Unparalleled views and amazing personalized service by our server, Hung and his attentive helper, Matthew. Extremely knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. Food was also very good. Will definitely return.
Service
We had really romantic dinner here. Service was excellent. The food tasted really good as well. Views are of course great. They gave us cute anniversary treat. Worth visiting for sure.
Mind blowing views, deducting 1 star because of few choices in the menu.
Harbour Tower Restaurant One of the first restaurants I visited in Vancouver was Harbour Tower Restaurant. My husband and I were new in this city, so we wanted to see the view from the Tower, but we did not know that there was a restaurant. After sunset, we realized that one floor down there was a good restaurant, so my husband decided to invite me to a romantic dinner. Harbour Restaurant is located downtown, on Hastings Street. The restaurant has a moving platform which rotates every sixty minutes, so you can enjoy the panoramic view from Vancouver while you are eating. The service was very elegant and fine, but of course, it is an expensive restaurant. In my opinion, it is a great place for a romantic dinner or a special date. To start and share, we ordered some fried and crispy squid, and an earthy wine. My husband ordered a tender beef with mashed creamy potatoes and fresh salad. It looked simple, but the meat sauce was delicious and the time of meat cooking was perfect. In my case, I ordered seafood spaghetti in a special sauce with delicate white wine and fresh herbs. This dish smelled amazing. I was so happy! I really recommend this restaurant, the experience is a strung combination of excellent food and a magical panoramic view. I just advise you to choose the occasion very well because it is very expensive.
The Westin is top (hot) dogs in my books! You mustard check out the amenities and bunderful views! #GoldenWienerAward
Went here with a group of 4. Food was significantly overpriced for the quality. Low-end casual dining. Hadn't heard or seen anything about the $100 pp minimum until after we sat down and ordered appetizers. Waiter was rude and pushed us to order immediately. View was great though. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Wonderful view, excellent staff, average food as per its price.... but worth it.
All right the views this place has to offer speaks for itself and can go unsaid .. take my word ;) I personally had the wagyu beef (cappaccio?) and it was one of the tastiest starters I have ever tried. After that I had the jerk chicken and it was well portioned and extremely tasty

Overall it was good, The food was exquisite. The service would have been perfect and the surprise cake on top was a perfect touch, But the waiter touched my wife on the shoulder while he was speaking to us and laughing, I understand that he might not understand but in our customs it’s disgraceful to touch a married women and it was her birthday so I decided not to make a scene out of it, But next time not so touchy. Besides that the service was good.. It’s not a place to go very often but for special occasions it’s a perfect restaurant.
Went for brunch! Food was great, and our server, Mandy, was fantastic, overall a great experience will hands down be back a lot more!
A beautiful restaurant with a great view while revolving, you won't get bored of the views. The food is delicious, each plat have a different flavor, a good taste.
The view was spectacular but the food was ok.

Visited the restaurant for my partner’s birthday dinner this past weekend. Our server Peter was very attendant and made excellent recommendations. The view was spectacular and the food was excellent. The duck breast was especially delicious!

Been here many times for special occasions or just because. I never been disappointed with the service. Definitely a recommend.

The place and the setting is nice. The view is what makes it worth it. The food is average for the price tag! And we didn't expect that. Service was average too. I am not sure if it was that specific night but it was far from our expectations. The view was what we really enjoyed.
For the view !!!! Good food and services to
Nice views and good food . A fancy place for dating.
Amazing views, good food, and service. The revolving restaurant will make you dizzy if you're easily prone to motion sickness.
The food is a complete rip off. You pay for the views
Service
They offer an awesome range of fresh food. I liked dining here. Staff members are always nice, prices are reasonable and the spot is always clean.
Ambience, views, the personalized service and courteous atmosphere! You don't find this combination often. They even got us a drink that they didn't have on the menu! Tha k you so much. Please visit if you can. You have to go at least twice and do try the Stuffed Mushrooms - Epic!
Nice place good is very good. Lot of options my favorite open buffet brunch on Sundays . The view spectacular $$$ expensive but man it worth it . Make sure you go there hungry

My wife and I decided to celibrate our anniversary here. We figured if we go on a week night it won't be so busy. We were not disappointed. The view ( lets face it that why your their) Was amazing and constantly changing. The food was outstanding and very well presented. Our waiter Andrew capped the night off with his attention to detail. Next year we will definitely consider this option again....thankyou.
Service
Went there for the dine out menu. First time in this place. As starters we had the Mac and cheese fritters and the soup of the day, which was a mushroom soup. Then I had the mushroom gnocchi with chicken added, and my boyfriend had the salmon with pineapple salsa. And for dessert we had cheese cake, we paired our meal with a really great bottle of Pinot noir. Everything was excellent, the food, the service provided by Alisa, who is very kind, efficient, friendly and professional. As a former server I genuinely appreciate good service. And she is great! Tip was added to the bill, which made me extremely happy for people who work in this industry. I myself tip everywhere go, but as a former server I know very well the feeling of those who decide not to tip just because… and particularly during dine out which this gets 10x worse. Great for this company to take care of their employees, so proud of you! I will recommend and I will be back, for the food, the service and of course the view. Thank you so much Alisa, you are amazing.
The price is high for the mediocre food (All the pastas I have had there so far have been dry, and the most outstanding flavour is salt), but averages out with the novelty of spinning slowly around high above the city. This chocolate-tini thing was pretty tasty though.
Stunning view, fantastic food, great service! Definitely love the view in here! It’s just amazing! They keep enough spaces between tables, so I feel very safe and comfortable during the pandemic dining. We tried tuna crudo, wagyu carpaccio, duck breast and king crab. I can tell that the tuna and wagyu were super fresh, def top quality ingredients. Great paring with wines as well! Risotto comes with the duck breast is absolutely yum. King crab was well cooked, great chunk of meat with fantastic garlic sauce anddddd super easy to eat! (You don’t need to be messy at all) We were so happy that all the menu that we chose was so delicious! Our server was Jennie, she is so friendly, very knowledgeable for all the menu and super helpful! I had such an amazing experience in here. Highly recommend to visit here with your loved ones.
Bad customer service, specially the manager. I don’t why his so rude. I were so happy with my friends but unfortunately cause of this manager we went. They treat us like a children he forgot that we are customers despite we were very kind. The worst experience
Very good staff and the view is amazing, the lamb was garbage, im really upset i paid over 90 dollars for garbage lamb, the salmon was cooked perfectly but there was no flavor, my girlfriends mushroom was nothing to write about, the only good thing was their crab cake with smoked salmon.... I don't recommend this place for food there is sooo much better in Vancouver but the view is good for some drinks.
Everything was great until my wife received her entree... there were lobster shells and rotten mussels in the dish. Extremely gross. Of course we didn’t have to pay for it, but it ruined the entire night and experience. We definitely won’t be back because of this. We told the manager but it was too late to salvage the meal. Oh well. Also very expensive, but the view was amazing.
food 2 out of 5 view ????
Excellent service and fine dining! Beautiful view, don't miss this incredible place! The stuffed salmon was amazing, so much flavour. Expensive, yes, but an experience you don't want to miss! Wonderful for special occasions!
Very impressed with level of service. Food is excellent. Had lobster + steak cooked to perfection and order. They have HP sauce. One of the best bloody caesars in town. Recommend going after sundown to prevent sun glare.
We had a fantastic dinner over 2.5 hours and therefore that many revolutions. The drink specialties, ahi tuna crustido, 3-course salmon meal, and steak dinner were all divine. I was glad to share the specialty cheesecake for dessert. I originally wanted to catch sunset, but (winter) dinner hours start at 5pm. They do have a happy hour before then, but require you to be out by 5.
Upon entry, to seating, lighting and dinner. I had the stuffed Salmon.... you could smell the ocean how fresh it was. I dined alone, however, my experience was better than most. It is important to be patient with waiting and kitchen staff. Things turned around for a 5 star night. See you all in 2 weeks.
I went to the Top of Vancouver back in December of 2019 when I was visiting Vancouver for the first time. It was by far the best experience I had in all my time there. The server was great and the food was even better. Sadly, I went back this last week to see if my favorite place was still the same and to my dismay, it was not. We called to see if we needed a reservation and they said no, so that was a great start since we couldn’t seem to eat elsewhere due to everywhere being booked. As soon as we were seated, we were given the menus by the hostess as well as a wine list. The busboy came and gave us water. The waiter however, did not come to our table for more than 10 minutes. When he finally arrived, we ordered two surf and turfs and two clam chowders. I chowders arrived after another 10-15 minutes it seemed and it wasn’t until after they soup was brought out that our waiter asked us if we wanted anything to drink. We ordered drinks and finally after waiting 50 minutes total, our main course was brought out along with our drinks. 50 minutes for food and drinks seemed a little too long, especially if we were told to come right in. The waiter never refilled our waters nor asked if we needed another made drink. We saw our waiter a total of four times and the fourth time was when he brought us our bill. This last experience sadly does not make me want to return as a guest whenever I visit Vancouver. Maybe something changed after covid with the place but I wish it could go back to the wonderful service and food that I had back in December of 2019.
I am rating this restaurant 5⭐️only for the fact that the view and the rotation factor ware unparalleled however when a restaurant has so much advantage over your general eatery there are some expectations to be met. The peaceful ambiance of the venue was disturbed by constant clanking of dishes spoons forks and knives. The serving staff were running around as if they were in a panic. I requested several times for fries to be brought out for us to enjoy while we wait for the main course. Generally I am not that hard to please however repeating myself did not convey my massage. The food was priced as expected and great tasting but the presentation could use a little attention. Over all we had a fantastic time and look forward coming again. You the owners should know that you have a existing venue, update it get a theme going. Get rid of the garbage discount paintings on the walls. Than maybe you can sell some of this inside seats. Still thank you for the memories.
Beautiful and delicious food! Service was excellent ????
Amazing view of Vancouver! The service is top class. The food isn’t the best I’ve had in Vancouver. I would say go for the experience and try it during happy hour.
The waitress is very nice and the Ravioli is very good. The view is gorgeous. It was my girl's birthday and we were very pleased with the special treat that was served for her. Even had a candle on it with the words "Happy Birthday!
Came here with friends and my wife and toddler for dine out Vancouver. They were very accommodating because we have a toddler. Great atmosphere. View is cool at night. Their food is fresh and service us fast. I'd come back again for sure. Pricing is considered upscale. If you've never been here. I'd suggest to try it out once and say you've experiences it. The view is pretty cool and it was clear after rain. So the ground is wet and shines bright from the street lights. Very cool sight.
Nice place to take family from out of town. Food is average for a local restaurant, but your here for the experience anyway.
I went on a week night. I was hosting a group of 13 people. Ambiance is excellent. Food quality was good as always. It’s pricey for sure. It cost me 1500$. But, my only complaint is that parking was closed and we had to park across the street in severe cold. I had to submit my credit card details on a Form and the picture of my card as well at least two weeks in advance. I wish we were informed in advance that parking is closed even at 7 pm. I will definitely go again and I would recommend this place for high end dining experience.

A great experience - food could be better for such a place
This restaurant is a must if you're visiting Vancouver because of the amazing views, no matter what you decide to dine. We were served by Naomi who was really well versed with dietary requirements and went the extra mile to make sure we had a good experience. Had the lamb shank which was well cooked and tasted good but could have used some more intense flavours. Overall- Experience 10/10 Food 7/10 Service 10/10
You cannot beat the views, obviously. Lucked out with a clear evening, window side table and good company. The food was very good, four star, not five. They were only serving the Dine Out menu, which was very good with lots of choices. It seemed as though that was why everyone was there anyway, I'm gathering their regular menu is quite pricey. Beware, wine is quite pricey as are the cocktails. I'd definitely return, maybe on a longer Summer day!
My husband loves this restaurant and visits it on his birthdays. View is great, especially at night. Food is a bit pricy for a quality, but ok. Last time we booked a table next to the window in advance, but when we came there they couldn't find our reservation. But sorted out quickly.
Great food, amazing view, staff very friendly. I ordered a stuffed salmon, very tasty.
Not surprisingly, being that this place is a Vancouver tourist attraction, the prices are a bit on the steep side. However, the desserts were absolutely divine! We had already eaten dinner elsewhere, so I can't vouch for the food, but we did have dessert and it was amazing! The chocolate Gatue was really decadent but not overly rich. It comes with a two different sauces that are delicious. The Salted caramel crunch cake was divine. The perfect combination of sweet and salt without an overwhelming richness. Of course, the views are fantastic, and the floor rotates slowly so you can see the view from all sides while enjoying your food. My only complaint was a bit of vertigo from the rotation coupled with the sway of the building. All together it's definitely a place worth visiting!
If you want the view of Vancouver city, this is the place to go! I prefer the night view as you can see skyscrapers and beautiful night life. The servers were super attentive and explained differences between different wine options we had. They also gave us complimentary dessert to go with our dinner.
If you’re a tourist here in BC, it’s a place you must visit. View is amazing and you can see Vancouver from the top while eating nice food. You complete the circle of view in 60 minutes. Food is a little pricy and the amount is okay but not that enough, but remember you are paying mainly for the view experience. I like it.
Very nice place, the food is just excellent and the attention that my friends and I received for the staff was wonderful. The view is spectacular. The prices are a little high than the common but is totally worthy.
Dinner
Great for tourists and people who want to see the city of Vancouver from a 360 birds eye view. Food is hit or miss, the Sunday buffet is great but definitely pricey. You really are just paying for the experience. Best to make sure you look at the weather forecast before booking a reservation.
Service
The food quality is good. The available variety was a bit disappointing and some items were unavailable on my trips back to the buffet. The view is excellent although very sensitive people may get motion sickness from the rotation of the restaurant. It was an ok experience but might not be worth the price.
Very good food and service. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion of the dish, as they are more abundant than that of other restaurant this scale.

Stunning 360’View and it was a beautiful spectacular sunny day. Chicken and waffles were flavoursome. Staff was quick and cheerful.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I literally called this place 3 times today to arrange a surprise for my brothers birthday celebration. I spoke with the manager on duty twice and he helped me set the arrangements by having me input everything online and paying online through their website site. He assured me numerous times that everything will be done according to plan and to rest assured. After not hearing from my family after their dinner I finally decided to check in with my sister-in-law to see if my surprise even happened... well to my dismay she tells me NOTHING happened and had no clue what I was talking about. I immediately called the restaurant to speak with this manager and was told by the hostess that “he is to busy to talk to me and won’t be coming to the phone so I can just call back later or send an email through their website” I explained to this young hostess that this is ridiculous that the Manager of the restaurant is refusing to get on the phone with me so I can get this sorted out and get my refund. I told her again that this will only take 1 minute and I need to speak to him now. She again stated that he is refusing to come to the phone. I am so disgusted by this establishment that they are willing to ruin a birthday surprise and not even have the decency to get on the phone to apologize then issue a refund. I’ll be spreading the word to ALL my family and friends to never go to this horrific place again!! I truly hope for their sake that corporate reads this and gets them a new manager who actually cares about customer satisfaction.
Pretty good place for the mood. But the food quality does not fit the price that I paid. Also It’s takes more than an hour to receive the food.
They ruined a good day with what should have been an easily rectified mistake. After waiting half an hour for our bill, the server charged an extra digit on our credit card bill, essentially taking hundreds more dollars from us than we intended to pay. Instead of refunding us on the POS machine or providing a cash refund, they insisted that we leave and their accountants would automatically refund us on Monday since it was a Saturday. We spoke with servers, the assistant manager and manager before unhappily leaving. At each stage, they asked us to “trust” them despite their unwillingness to address their own errors. Now, they say that they are unable to refund us without us coming in. We don’t live in this city anymore and confirmed that we would not need to be back to receive the refund. I’ve worked in the industry and have never heard of a GM who doesn’t know the refund code on a POS machine. I am thoroughly disappointed in their willingness to take hundreds of dollars from us.
Stunning view as always, food is pricey for what it is but keep in mind, people pay just to get on the viewing deck one floor below.
Amazing service, the view is still amazing ???? a place to go for a special occasion or even just a hang out spot to eat. The workers and managers are very professional!
We showed up on a Friday evening 930pm and was greeted super well. The entire staff was on point and we felt like the service was great! Hung, our server had immaculate attention to detail and made our experience that much better. The food: One of the BEST meals I’ve had. I heard they have a new Head Chef (who even came out to say hi to us) and his food blew us away from our experience before (which was already very good) We had the Wagyu Carpaccio (melted likes butter), Duck (must get, with the rice beneath it) / Steak (can’t go wrong) and a Vegetarian Cauliflower dish (seen in the picture) which in my opinion was DELICIOUS! I’ve never had anything like that before and I’ve eaten at Michelin Star restaurants before 5+ and highly recommended if you’re looking for both food, experience & awesome vibes that’s priced super well
It was a beautiful experience dining at this restaurant. Vancouver night view was spectacular (clear night helped) and the food was good too.
THANK YOU, ZORAN! ???? Everything was amazing tonight. Our waiter Zoran was so attentive and even made a batch of sourdough bread for my wife since she couldn't have the regular bread. Unfortunately, it wasn't able to come before she finished her actual meal so he gave us dessert to take home on the house, as well as free coffee and tea afterwards.
Views from the restaurant are stunning. The management, staff, service and food are subpar. We arrive early for reservation and hostess tells us table is being prepped! We were then seated 30 minutes later, 20 minutes after our reserved time. This after 10-15 other parties arrive and are seated promptly. Food quality resembled other restaurants like Swiss Chalet or Boston Pizza, not fine dining. Pay for the view but expect 3 star food and service! Extremely disappointed.
View was spectacular. Waitress below average, her uniform was dirty, she was disinterested in providing anything but the most basic service. I have a food allergy which meant I basically had to go vegetarian but there wasn't a vegetarian choice on the menu. Our waitress reluctantly told us there was a vegetarian choice but it wasn't on the menu because the restaurant was a meat and seafood restaurant! (I am allergic to chicken and they even put chicken broth in the pasta tomato sauce!) The sauce for the lamb even had chicken broth in it! For a "high end" restaurant I would expect the chef to have enough pride in his work to make the appropriate stocks/broths for each dish. My dessert came complete with a spider leg, all 3 sections of it. The chef said it was part of the shrubbery! Only food should be on plates! Would I go back when we return in April? No.
The view makes this place worth it! Especially for dine out!
Absolutely AMAZING. you pay for the quality. There is none like this place. The food cannot be described..you just have to try it. Our server, Hung, was outstanding. Very professional, funny, friendly, and gave great menu recommendations and suggestions for activities in the city. I will be back again. Great experience and fantastic view. 12/10 recommend!
On Dec. 7, 2020 @6pm: We just had a dinner date with my husband for his birthday and we received such remarkable service. Our server was Jennie and the busser was Adrian. They were both very friendly and helpful. They attended to our table at the right moments while simultaneously giving us the needed privacy. The view was astounding. The whole vicinity was clean, which is very important during this pandemic. As for the food, here's what I would come back for: calamari, stuffed salmon, and cheesecake. Our dinner experience was phenomenal, thanks to Jennie and Adrian! Management, you have a great team. Thank you for the great service and for making our experience extra special!
We payed approx 500$ here for a family dinner and wow everything tasted so bad it was kind of funny now we think back. We ordered the best of the best, and the steak looked rare and beautifully seasoned but was so dry! The lobster wasn’t that bad but it is not memorable. When I look back at the experience I couldn’t even recall the exact dishes we ordered- it was THAT forgettable. And the view was good but if you are sick or have heart issues you might feel dizzy.
We visited this place for the birthday and the view of the outside is really beautiful if u get the window seat. The restaurant floor revolves very slowly allowing u to see 360 view. Food was ok nothing special nor taste nor presentation if i compare the price i am paying. Its costly.
Food is over priced for what you are getting .. drinks took forever and didnt see much of our server .. we got the mussels which were good but when we asked for our bread that had been forgotten it came cold.. not a very good experience for what you are paying .. go for a drink and the view .. food is overpriced and underwhelming
The atmosphere and the food were wonderful. When the bill came, there were options for tips, and I must have pressed the wrong button. Our waitress was good, but not $70 for a tip good! She was no where to be found so we could correct it. Finally my friend and I had to go. We chocked it up to "know better next time." I would have given her a $20 tip, to be fair, and based on our bill. I live in Saskatchewan so I will likely never be back.
Loved it. Went at 6pm and seen the city in both daylight and nighttime. A wonderful experience. Food delicious.
The server was new to her occupation. She had little knowledge of the menu. The Kale Caesar was slop. Way too much dressing. My entree came just barely warm like it had been sitting far too long. Under staffed. Over priced. Poorly managed. The view would have been better if the windows were clean. Go for the view and spend as little as possible.

My husband and I went for our anniversary celebration and at first it was great (table and view - we were lucky the weather helped). To my taste the food overall was too peppery but the real disappointment was the cheese dust offered to be sprinkled on our gnocchis. The server sprinkled not only the gnocchi but my husband's phone and part of the table. We felt discouraged to order dessert and just asked for the bill. We left the money with the bill and an ok tip but when we were by the elevator (5 to 7 minutes after leaving the table, the server chased us with the card machine saying we didn't pay for our lunch. Obviously she didn't check the table. I'm glad my husband and I planned a whole day of celebrations otherwise it would be a real bummer.
Dine in
You come here for the view not the dining experience. What a view! There is nothing quite like it. The restaurant revolves once an hour, and takes in the whole of Vancouver and surrounding area. As a restaurant, I would say it was nothing special, and both the food and service are what you would expect from somewhere much cheaper. We had our main course brought out half-way through our starter. Big mistake! They offered to take it back to the kitchen, but what's the point? It would only sit on the hotplate. Anyway, we didn't let this spoil what was otherwise a wonderful experience.
Went for my birthday & had a great time! The mussels were by far the best I’ve ever had! Tasted so fresh! The view was absolutely beautiful & the service was incredible! Can’t wait to go back!
Paying for the view. The restaurant stopped at one point but finally started. The soda was flat, my cod had bones in it, and the waitress took my flat soda with one more sip left in it! My husband paid a lot for his chunk of chicken with some veggies and my small piece of fish????
It was excellent experience for my birthday! I totally love this place. Quality ???? service ???? The best restaurant in Vancouver.

Definitely recommend stuffed mushroom caps! Not expensive considering what you got.
Had the steak, it was nice. The wine selection is good. The beer selection not that great. Fi e dining at it's best.
The view and place are stunning. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The only concern were the food served were not so satisfying as what the price on the menu. Seafood aren’t fresh and carbonara is dry. Hope make some improvement in this area and for sure this will be a 5 star plus restaurant.
Went for my wife's bday, waiter was RUDE after receiving payment, counted it out 6 or 7 times, came back to the table and demanded to know if the service was bad. When contacting the manager after, all he offered was free dessert or drinks IF we booked again. Milestones has better customer service! AND it's cheaper by far!
charged us extra 7 dollars per person because we brought a small birthday cake in to celebrate. asked if it can be waived as we only just need 2 forks and don't need cutting service. then the manager came to talk to us. there was no ..happy birthday, congratulations....asked us how we were doing... the manager just introduced himself and gave us their business model presentation and pricing. why do we want to spend Tuesday night off in celebration listening to this? not saying you did anything wrong. it is just very annoying and mood ruining. so many middle higher end restaurants would surprise customers with happy birthday song. small gift etc.. where is your customer service?? we enjoyed the views and views are supporting the careers in the restaurant..
The food is surprisingly decent to be honest. Their gnocchi with mushroom is creamy and tasty. I gave 3 star for the food and the views. Other than that it's a bit of annoying experience there. I went for brunch when it's not even busy. I ordered 3 appetizer and 1 main course for 2 people. The server insisted that it required to order 1 main course each person to sit there. When there is no other main course that I want to eat. Which is the reason I order more appetizer to begin with. There is no requirement posted anywhere that we have to order main course on each person. Should tell the staff to be more flexible instead of forcing us to order something we don't want to eat! I spent $200 for 2ppl that should be more than enough for brunch! For an overpriced stuff that they sell the service is definitely at McDonald level of service. Barely fill out the water. Didn't even check on us on how we doing nor asking if we need salt and pepper for the pasta or something. Nada! Such a shame for a good place like this should be run by another company with higher standard.
Obviously an amazing view, definitely complimented by the rotating floor. Staff were friendly and checked in frequently. Food was on the pricier end, but it was to be expected since this isn't your ordinary restaurant. Overall tasted great and I'd go again for a special occasion.
Amazing view of Vancouver ! Great service. Delicious dessert ( lava cake). The restaurant revolves around itself during an hour. Expensive prices. Fancy atmosphere. Recommended.
There for a family Sunday brunch. Not impressive at all: - No parking (limited) underground parking - The tea was not hot - The coffee has coffee grind - The food was not great at all, for example the beef roast was chewy, the snow crab legs not fresh at all, the ribs over done The chicken, omelet was good.. The cold veggie plates also good. Food replenished quite quickly. The service was good. However, the washroom sink does not have hot water.

The place have a great view. Dishes too expensive and not worth it. Also clam chowder is not good. So if you go to this place just pay for the view. Not for food.
The panoramic view while you are eating, is an enjoyable experience that you must try. The food was good. I loved the crab cake, and it was delicious. The whole experience is unbelievable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially one of them called, Meme. She was super nice
Service
Took a couple of buddies to celebrate successful closing of a business deal, the 360' panoramic view is breathtaking and it reminds me of being back at Burj Khalifa. The menu has a diverse range of drinks, appetizers and en·trées to choose from and the presentation is just perfect. Our hostess Alesa and her service was a cherry on the top. Kudos to her and the team ! Looking forward to my next visit, when I'm in town.
I had dinner here with colleagues while I was in Vancouver attending a meeting of Commonwealth of Learning. It was a wonderful experience. The food was also so tasty. A nice seafood menu. It has a breathtaking view of Vancouver. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
You are paying for the revolving view of Vancouver. Food is good , but over priced. I had the lobster bisque, seaood medley, and cheesecake. Good portions, taste is good but not superb and definitely way over priced. My colleague ordered the lobster which was overcooked and a bit rubbery. Steaks looked good but can't comment on quality.
View is somewhat good. Especially people should go at evening and stay for 2-3 hours. So that you can enjoy evening and night view. Food is not up the mark. Price is obviously high compared other restaurant in same town. But you can assume, they are charging for view. We have tried pasta with chicken and Lobster. But find Lobster one, very much salty. Drinks are not very attractive and not up to that level. Just Note , you need to order minimum one item person from Main Manu .
Definitely one on my list to do in vancouver. I booked our dinner on their website and requested if they can give us the window side table and they grated my request. The price of the food are a bit expensive but its worth it because of the service and the taste plus the gorgeous view of vancouver. I suggest if you are planning to eat on the Top of Vancouver restaurant you should book it at 5pm so you will witness the sunset.
Best valentine's day I can ever give to my wife. The view was amazing especially when having lunch at daytime.
Amazing view. This restaurant is pricey, and the food itself is not worth the price. However, you are paying for the experience and the view, which for me definitely worth the price for the right occasion. The food was terrific as well as the wine. Super nice and professional staff and an amazing view. Was lucky enough to even catch some lightning.

Went with a party of eight, two agmilys of four. We were split up in different area's. My food was dry and not good. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Amazing experience but I will need to go back for sure since the cloudy weather was not helping with the 360' view in my couple anniversary! I went with my husband for the dine out Vancouver menu and it was really tasty, I loved it! The service was great and the environment super cozy and romantic. The prices are worth it.
Our server was ridiculously asking for tips. She forced me to give her tips. She kept asking me for tips like I’m the only customer. I was planning to give her 15% of my total. But after being forced for the tips I only gave her $5. I would never visit there.
We asked to wait for a window table to become available as we were in no rush, despite having a reservation. They said waiting is not an option according to their policy. However after being seated we noticed they allowed a couple to wait in the lounge for a window table to become available. We then spoke to the manager who stated the lounge was full at the time (it was almost empty when we arrived) and unapologetically made excuses. They ruined the mood and our night. Furthermore, the food itself is nothing to write home about. Worst of all was the stuffed salmon. Avoid this place, not worth the view unfortunately. Lack of respect and poor management.
I am reviewing this restaurant late but this restaurant is worth it to review even after 4-5 months...I organized a surprise dinner for my husband at this revolving restaurant..This was the first time we went to this restaurant.. I must say you won’t regret it visiting.. I had the best pasta here with an amazing cheesecake.. Pina Colada was the most amazing drink i had here and i had ordered two of them. The best part is the view from top and when it revolves you don’t feel it but you can see top view of Vancouver from all the sides as the restaurant revolves in all direction. I must say the experience was amazing and i will visit it again.
Gabriel and Michael were incredibly attentive and a ton of fun. Best service I've had in years and the New York steak was perfection.
I have dined at many fine restaurants around the world and I just was so impressed with the service and food. From the first course to dessert was so fabulous! And the after meal drink made the night! My many thanks to the chef, staff and the GM Justin for an incredible memory. I would highly recommend reservations for this top scoring restaurant. Cheers!
The place is amazing ????. Food is really good ????????niceee view.????love it. Naomi is friendly and the rest of the team.good job. My experience is awesome ????????I'm happy.

Amazing view and WONDERFUL dinner. We both had the stuffed salmon and soup of the day. Jennie was our server, and she is the best we've had in a long time - thank you Jennie! :)
I've been here a few times, and it's always spectacular. Of course the view is amazing. The food is very good. They make sure your experience is wonderful. Highly recommend.
The service was great, the view was amazing. Food probably 3 stars for the price compared to the taste but it certainly wasn't bad. I'd go again and just for the view.
The view is fantastic. We arrived around 7:30 pm. I think it’s good timing for sunset and night view. Moreover, I’m surprised by the service. We had a professional service staff, Andrew, who share his knowledge about choosing a compatible wine according to your main meal. I ordered a Salmon dish, and the white wine made the salmon taste sweety in my mouth. I so appreciate the recommendations.
Beautiful views as we enjoy our Christmas dinner!
I took one 2 stars out for the 2 hrs wait for the food. Another 1 hr wait for the table by the window even though with a reservation. The food itself is worth 2 stars (very bland) but I didn’t expect much for the food as most places with great view tends to have poor quality food. The view was 5 stars (no doubt) but by the time you get to be seated you waited for 2 hours to eat after you finished a bottle of wine already. I don’t think it’s worth that long wait because I go there for a special birthday and want to eat and drink and enjoy the view but you guys need to step up on your service because it costs $200+ to eat there and I don’t expect to wait this long to get my food. I’ve been to fine dining at many places around the world and this is one of the worst in this sense.
For a "high end" restaurant, I would've expected flawless service and excellent food, but I left a little disappointed. Our server, I believe his name was Abdul, came to greet us about 5 minutes after we sat down, no smile, no emotions. After we had ordered and finished our appetizer, I noticed every other table had bread but us. Upon the arrival of our entree, I asked if we were supposed to get bread, our server's response was "Did you not get it? Did we forget? I'll go get it for you right now" No apologies. Since we're into our entrees already it's kind of pointless to bring us bread now. I had the duck breast but was disappointed as it was dry and bland. Unfortunately Horizon's duck breast was way better than Top of Vancouver's. My fiancee had the New York steak and again, even Horizon's flat iron steak was better. The cut of beef that was served did not look or taste like New York steak. We go out to eat quite often but this is one restaurant that we won't be going back to.
The View was amazing! and that's what you're paying for. Don't expect tasty food as the food was so bland. the appetizers were ok and the mains, I had the Duck Breast would have been better with a drizzle of sauce but it was only on the plate and not a lot of it. Came with Risotto but it was a bit dry to my liking. the dessert was their mango coconut cheesecake and i thought that would at least redeem them but nope. there wasn't anything id go back for. Been once and good enough for me.
A restaurant with impressed view! It's located in downtown Vancouver, so you can enjoy the 360 degree of different view while you enjoyed your meal. Very romantic place! We always come for our oaccasion. Food is above average. Service is great! 5 stars!
Some 1 star reviews had me baffled. I went there mid week, not on a weekend, perhaps this allowed for a more peaceful and non crowded experience to which my GF and I enjoyed tremendously. Our waiter was friendly, we had a nice clear sky evening and a spectacular view of Vancouver. With 2 full rotations of the rotating floor, we has our appetizers, main coarse and the surprise cake with candle lit for her Bday :) Prices are HIGH - but for that unique experience - it allows you really unwind and enjoy your company 100%. Perhaps go on the slower days to get that impeccable service .

Our server was amazingly nice, she was from Romania. We Went to celebrate grandparents birthdays, great view, great food. Pricing was a little off for my taste... Could of went somewhere else for cheaper/same quality food. But the view was worth it!
I saw some of the reviews lately and I thought I’d leave ours. We had a great time last night with Dine out! I called ahead and the hostess said we didn’t need a reso- and we didn’t! We got walked in right away, window seat. Andrew our server was great, straight to the point, didn’t hang around us too much, it was good service. Food was great! No complaints, we were so full we had desert to go! We will definitely come back soon.
Lets start with the positive point. The view is excellent if you managed to get a windows seat. Now, that is all that this restaurant is known for. The service was mediocre at best. We requested a window seat in advance which turn out to be pointless when we got there. The table next to us happened to be done when we sat down so I tried to making another request but that turn out to be pointless as well. I asked if we could switch seat with the table next to us as we already requested a table by the windows in advance but they couldn't accommodate that request. Was told it would be an hour before a table would open up. Food here was overpriced. Their soup of the day has great flavor profile and was nice and creamy. Their 50 dollar "whole" lobster on the other hand was just trench in butter and presented in a large soup bowl with no care to detail. Now for rack of lamb, beside doing a well done when I ordered a medium tasted good. However, The sauce tasted very bland and oily. The weird part of this dish was there were some green desert jello that were tucked under the rack of lamb. To sum it up, fine dining with the price of the view in the meal.
Amazing view but the items for vegetarians are limited.
This restaurant is very nice. The food was amazing. The servers were professional and made sure our needs were met. The view was amazing, since it's a revolving restaurant we saw all if Vancouver. Their stuffed salmon is thebomb.com !!! I would definitely go back

Awesome Father's Day dinner last night.
Had a wonderful experience here. It was my first time in a revolving restaurant and it was great to see the 360-degree view of the city. Lucked out getting a seat by the window. There’s a 1.5-hour time limit. The food was average although I tried the dine out menu. I would try the regular menu next time and do a time lapse video (I feel that that would be cool).
Service
I went for the Sunday brunch buffet. The views were incredible even for a local. And the food was amazing, choices from mussels and crab legs to prime rib and beautiful vegetables a choice of great soups and a wonderful dessert selection. The service was slow and the drinks like pop were not included and a pricey add on to the $60 per person meal. But the food and the views made up for it easily.
Definitely atleast a one time visit is a must! A unique concept of revolving restaurant. Also we get to see all nice places sitting at one place. I recommend visiting evening time. But I have also heard about their breakfast buffet being nice. We went on a weekday and still there was a decent crowd. Food was nice! We had the roasted vegetable pasta. Right in center of downtown. I am going to try their breakfast buffet next. Place is expensive but worth it.
Really good food we had a seafood, steak platter and desserts. The meat was buttery and melts in your mouth and the lobster was was juicy and savory. Would recommend coming here for special occasions.
Rather disappointed. Sunday Brunch is advertised as running until 3:00. We had a 1:30 reservation and the majority of the food was cold and had been sitting for a while. Even the coffee was cold. I overheard a staff member telling another patron that the best time to come is earlier than we were there. The bathrooms hadn't been well attended to, and was in need of repair. The mirror was missing from the men's and apparently one of the stalls in the women's didn't lock and another had a leaking toilet. I wouldn't expect a place that sees itself as upscale would let these details slide. Service wasn't great. It wasn't bad, but it lacked a sense of professionalism. It was brunch so all the servers needed to do was top up coffee and take away plates... we had to work to get the server's attention to get coffee topped up... don't remember being offered without asking. 18% gratuity was added to the bill for our party of 6 for a brunch buffet. Seems steep for a buffet, and I really didn't find the service warranted a tip that size. View is great, was an experience, but won't be back given how little seemed to be put into it and how much ($50pp +18%) it cost.
The views were great. Thats really about it. My steak was cooked from frozen, broken fibers and dry. Charged over $100 for it. The croquette, prawns, and wagyu appetizers were ok, but nothing spectacular compared to many other local restaurants within a few blocks. Food took well over an hour to arrive, and while my 9 year daughter waited patiently 10 mins longer than the rest of the table for her food (Her order must have been forgotten), the response I got from our server was "I can cancel the order if you like?" I'm sorry, but my daughter not eating was not an option. This restaurant needs to do a better job of keeping out some of the "riffraff" as it seems escorts were patrolling the hallways, My wife and daughter walked into a bunch women doing a R-rated photoshoot in the bathroom. Overall really disappointed, as I was expecting much better.

Probably the Best place you could find for a date or a birthday party. Magical views of Vancouver. And the food is delicious aswell .A must go restaurant in Vancouver.
Service
I had a chicken pesto pasta and my sister had the lobster avocado salad. Both were okay. As my sister ate her salad she found it started tasting weird and then we noticed they put way over-ripped (turning brown) avocado on the inner part of the salad. I also found a hair in my pasta, but even without the hair I thought the pasta was kinda bland and didn’t have much of a pesto taste to it. I would give 1 star but the view is nice and the staff are really friendly, so 2 stars.
Came here with my son for dinner. Our service was phenomenal and the food tasted amazing. My only real issue was with dessert. The size just seemed really small for the price you're paying. I know this restaurant is on the higher end but it seems like their portion sizes for dessert should be slightly larger. Other than that the experience was outstanding.
Amazing views... New experience.. Service was good... But vegetarian options are less.. But nonveg was good.. Not recommend for vegetarian.. specifically food lover vegetarian..
It was our first time to this amazing restaurant. Food was really delicious. Gabriel was our server, who did an excellent job. Very attentive and helpful. But the best part about this beautiful restaurant is the breathtaking view. It was really the TOP OF VANCOUVER experience.
I took my wife to the Top of Vancouver for our anniversary. Everything was perfect. We got seated right away. Drinks, appetizers, dinner, dessert and the service were great. We also witnessed picture perfect views of the summer sunset. I'd highly recommend this restaurant to everybody.
Interesting place with amazing views of the city, especially at night, and delicious food. But quite expensive and, at least when I was there, quite slow. If you are going for the great sights and have the time to wait and the money to pay, you will love this restaurant. If some of those conditions fail, maybe is not what you are looking for. Btw, I ordered a NY steak and half a lobster and they were both perfect. Recommended to some, especially for big occasions.
Went for a meal to celebrate my little guy's special day. Staff and good were spectacular! They even brought a treat for him at the end of the meal.
Went to this restaurant with my wife and two kids to celebrate my wife's birthday. Server was very polite and accomodating to my children. My kids loved the experience and has asked to go again. Food is great and would definitely recommend but I would suggest making reservations to make sure you have a window seat!
Great view Great service Delicious food, good quantity Worth it.
Stunning views!! If you have a early dinner, you get to enjoy both day and night views.
I was awestruck from the view the second I stepped out of the elevator. Staff were friendly and professional. It takes about an hour for the restaurant to revolve a complete circle. Go to the restaurant for the view and not for the food. Prices were reasonable. Overall it was a good experience.
Nice view.

Dinner was fine but the service wasn't very good. We had lobster with mussels and shrimps in a bowl with tomato sauce and other vegetables. It was served in a bowl and that's it. No plates to eet from or put the shells on. Not even tools for opening the lobster. We don't have them the waiter said. After dinner we had coffee, they didn't bother to clean up the table before they bring the coffee.
We were the only people there for brunch this morning and very much enjoyed the experience. Certainly a must-try restaurant for anyone spending time in Vancouver. It speaks for itself.
It's a very nice place to go eat. Food is delicious and Service is top notch. The view is amazing as well. Although it is pricey, it's all well worth it. I usually go there for special occasions and such.
Dinner
Food was OK but I wish they would put the vegan option on the menu - i had to call and ask if they even do a vegan option. View was fantastic and service was very good. Prices are steep but what annoyed me was the 18% tip AND 18% 'service charge' already added on the bill, the price is already high enough for average food.
Great foods, great service! Truly outstanding!! Thanks to the chef Wayne, Peter, Cathy to the top of van rev rest team! ???? You guys are awesome.. Will see you next time! -Jo Ann Grengia
The food and service was unbelievable. Nothing quite like a nice fine dining experience from 30 floors up! Highly recommend
The view was the best ... The food was also good .
Best and kindest server I have ever seen. Very formal and hard-working as well. His name was Hung. View was beautiful A bit overpriced food and the food took so long to come. Most of the food we had did not taste too good compared to the high price.
Been dining there for the last 10 years, primarily going for location rather than for food. The last visit was different. The view was the same, beautiful night Vancouver, but the food just... Wow! Steak was perfect. Duck was superb. Carpaccio - exceptional! Very satisfying dining experience. Special "thank you" to our server, Zoran.
The view is amazing, but I have to be honest. The food is just horrible,, super plain and the price OH MY. We talked to everyone that has been there and they all say the same thing.
Food was great and service Was okay but management was ???????????????????? very bad ** Chef ???????? was amazing ????
Very good service. Spent some time explaining some of the site we were seeing as the revolving restaurant shows a new angle of the city. May need to check out the night light next time
Came here 2 weeks ago to celebrate my engagement. Food and the service was amazing. Views are accelerating.
Awesome dining experience with great views and amazing ambience. The vibes of this place are so good. Everyone is polite and greet you with smile and respect. Drinks and food are great too. Prices on their menu are almost the same as other fancy restaurants in Vancouver but here you also get such a great view of the city. We paid $250 including tax and tips for 2 people where we had drinks, appetizer, entrée and a dessert, which you would anyways pay in other big restaurants (saying from experience). Cocktails are good, Mushroom caps (also their signature dish) and New York steak are great. We ordered Chocolate Lava Cake with vanilla ice cream and that was awesome. I went during my Birthday week for a late Birthday dinner and they wrote a cute Birthday note on it. Night view definitely should be recommended but I might go around sunset next time to see both day view and ofcourse night view.
Views are fantastic. But the food is below par and meals came up at different times. Ok for a one time experience but no need to revisit.
The observation point is closed due to Covid and this restaurant is the only chance to have a look on Vancouver from this tower. In the case that it is your main purpose - go for it, view is spectacular. If you are going for the dinner, it would be better to choose another place, food is highly overpriced and of mediocre quality.
Service
Catch a great 360 view of the city while enjoying some fine dining. Friendly staff, quite a variety of choices on the menu for either surf, turf or pasta.
Perhaps the best view you’ll get from downtown Vancouver (unless you happen to own or visit a nice high rise apartment). The restaurant floor slowly rotates, so over the course of your meal you see a panoramic view of the Rocky Mountains, North & West Vancouver, the river inlet, all of downtown and different iconic buildings and neighborhoods, and on a clear day, far south and east into the mainland. It IS a very expensive restaurant, but if you go between 3 and 5 pm they have Happy Hour discounts. Also, if you’re really on a tight budget but want to enjoy the view, you can always just order the mushroom soup and enjoy the view for an hour. Sunset or just before is one of the nicest times to go. Sometimes I just go for a soup or cappuccino just to enjoy the view and the lofty thoughts it inspires.
Great 360 view. Great food. We went little late but late was better then never. Enjoyed our night at revolving. Just needs to add little more on menu.

I purposed to my girlfriend here, last Friday, and the staff helped me make it as special of a night as possible. The food was amazing, and the view of the Vancouver harbour at sunset was beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place, esspially during a pandemic where I didn't think I could take her out.
Our waiter Peter always seemed to know we needed him for something and would be at our table just before we had the chance to call him over. He was very friendly and attentive. When we arrived we caught the end of the sunset which was beautiful. We also saw the red moon (because of the fires)come up. The overall view was spectacular. Our food was prepared quickly and was very tasty. Of course we had to try what everyone else was eating so there was lots of sharing. I you want amazing service, food and view then come here to the revolving restaurant!
This is definitely an overall great experience. It starts when you take the elevator up to the restaurant and it only ends when you make your descent after having a very delicious meal! The service from our main waiter Aiden and all of the staff was quite excellent, and the food was marvelous. We had stuffed mushroom caps and 10 oz New York steak, along with mimosas and it was a wonderful meal. Some might be turned away due to the price, but it is an experience you need to have at least once. Would definitely recommend coming just about an hour before sundown. A full rotation is just over an hour, so you can see the city as the sun sets and then gaze out as the lights bring out the city nightlife! Definitely for special occasions but we will probably be going back ????
Glad I went, but glad I only went for lunch. Food was just "okay" and prices are a bit high considering the quality. I DO love a rotating restaurant, though ❤ Oh, you may only go if you're eating a full meal...otherwise, it's one floor down at the observatory level for you. Just so you're aware.
I am very disappointed with the way management handles Valentine's reservations. I made a reservation two months in advance, very excited to try out somewhere unique for the occasion. Four days in advance, I received a call to confirm my reservation, and I was then notified that it would be a set menu, $130 per person. It is very disappointing to receive such short notice, as it is now impossible to get a reservation elsewhere. Upon calling management, in summary, I am told that "it's a special day, and the owner wants to make money" what an excellent response to show customers that you value them. It's not a matter of not being able to afford $130 per person, but if I am going to spend that much on a dinner, it certainly wouldn't be here, with such subpar food.

View was amazing. Food and drinks were ok but expensive. Staff were good but kinf of straightforward, nothing outside the regular script. Main issue I had was with the restaurant - it is falling to pieces. The carpet was ugly and old, Mould on the windows and Toilets were disgraceful. For an expensive restaurant they are really cheating on the maintenance, menu options and service in general.
We are always brining our guests here for business meetings - food is ok (for restaurant level) and view is amazing
Food wasn't good and bit higher priced, but worth going for amazing views and fine dining experience
The food, ambiance, servers and the view were great. We had requested a window seat to watch the sunset. The dessert ... slice of cake for my birthday was a wonderful surprise from the server especially since we had declined the dessert menu. We left with a wonderful memory. The food is a bit overpriced but most likely to accommodate the cost of the view otherwise you would have to pay as for the lookout floor.
We had a lovely evening and dinner, perfect for a special night out. The view amazed us, it's so great for sunsets and the fine dining meals were delicious. Service was impeccable. $$$$ Bon Appétit.
I've been here last week to spend the evening of my anniversary and enjoyed my time at the restaurant. It always feels great to have good food in a restaurant with a great ambience, but here I'm overwhelmed by the views of Vancouver. Wish I booked little earlier during the time of sunset, so that I'd seen the mountains as well. It was Friday evening, showed up at the time of booking 7.15pm. Waited 20 minutes to sit next to the glass windows. We ordered 3 Course Menu and it was good. But I ordered a glass of ale, (seen in the picture) I'm no expert but the beer shouldn't be poured into the glass like water. Thank you!
I went there with my family and the food and service was excellent. Also the view you get to see while enjoying your meal is stunning. Amazing views❤
Lovely experience with view of great sights especially at night. Loved the experience and liked the food too. It was my friend's birthday and got this delicious treat by chef himself. Very fancy and friendly staff.
Dinner
Food isn't as bad as I thought it would be considering what I've heard. Pretty good. Food came out a bit longer than expected but the views distracted me for a bit.
The food is fantastic; the staff is very helpful, friendly, efficient, and dealt so well with my anaphylactic allergy to allium that I would not hesitate to highly recommend the restaurant. The whole experience was wonderful, we weren't rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy the food and the views of Vancouver. This was our second visit and we will no doubt return next time we visit Vancouver. I would advise booking in advance, especially for sunset/nighttime and other popular times/days.
I really enjoyed the food, but the most fascinating thing to me was they read my reservation note and brought us a piece of cake because I mentioned in that It's my wife's birthday! Great look, delicious food! Our best night in Vancouver!
Excellent service, great environment and spectacular views. The food was flavorful and unique, offering local specialties and classic dishes. The drink menu offered local wines and brews and great cocktail classics. The staff was friendly and patient. Atmosphere was nothing but amazing and romantic, perfect for any date or special occasion.
The views are amazing the food was ok. Asked for medium rare steak and it was more well done. If you like medium rare just ask for rare as they will probably over cook it. They had a dress code indicated on the website, they didnt seem to care to enforce it, people there wearing hoodies and tshirts. Felt a bit like a family diner instead of fine dinning. I get it, with covid cant turn business away. Go for the view, its worth it. Once you've done it, literally no reason to return.
Dinner
Too overpriced and under whelming. We went their for a good view and for desert as we already had our dinner. At first they made us sit at the revolving side of the restaurant and when I mentioned we'd want to go to deserts directly, they asked to get up and leave our seats. Then they made us sit on another side of the restaurant with cheaper quality seats, not revolving and gave the reasoning that only people who want to eat food will be allowed to sit there. My question was, why are you making a customer who you already walked with and seated, ask them to leave their seats when the restaurant was empty already. That was so humiliating and disheartening. Ruined our night. And the desert also sucked so perfect. Never going here again, even when we are hungry.
Went on late January and had a great experience. It’s definitely pricey but it’s worth a visit. The view is beautiful, we watched the sunset and the city lights turning on. Service was great, our server was extremely polite and had great recommendations for us. Food is absolutely delicious????. Great atmosphere in general, very nice for a special date when you don’t mind spending a little extra.
very very bad customer service, and i’m very disappointed about it , i never saw a waiter telling the customer that they have to order a value of 50 $ minimum before they order , that’s very rude… and the plate was very disgusting and has no taste , i don’t recommend it
Very nice view of the city Food was amazing but little bit pricey.. ???? Peter our waiter was awesome!!
For a "fine dining" restaurant, I was extremely disappointed with the menu. The food is unappetizing and bland. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a tasty meal. Apart from the beautiful view and average service, I would only come back for a drink.
The only thing good here is the rotating top and the view. Food - there is no flavour, can only taste the burning taste of the “market fresh” prawns instead of the prawns itself. Can only taste the spice instead of the Halibut. Calamari is crunchy but no calamari taste. Service - never seen such hard selling server and hard working server who kept coming back to the table so often plus ensuring the party to leave at 7:30pm. For anyone who have been around the world, this wasn’t a welcoming experience from Vancouver.
Beautiful place to seat enjoy city view on sunny day Food fantastic - staffs all friendly -Andrew very gd service 7*******
First time, beautiful clear night. Amazing views. Extremely tentative staff, great recommendations and impressive selection. This place is know for its seafood and steak and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend the stuffed salmon main. Also try catching happy hour from 2-5!
Very high class restaurant with excellent service. View is spectacular. Food is very flavorful. Although the pasta comes in a small serving size it tastes very good. I would highly recommend booking a reservation in advanced. I have came here for my birthday dinner for 3 years consecutively. It takes 60 minutes for a full revolution.
Coming here was not worth at all. Food was below average except desserts. Bad customer service by front desk. Management sucks…????????????????
My boyfriend took me to the Top of Vancouver Revolving restaurant for my birthday dinner last January! It was a lovely experience ! We loved the view from the Top of Vancouver. The food was amazing and greatly plated ! The chef was nice and came by time to time to make sure we are enjoying our food . What a lovely time ! We can't wait to be back !
Food was ok..it was a party of 6. We ordered ribs, duck and turkey and got to taste the different dishes. The portions are really small considering what you pay and the food didn't have the wow factor. And also an 18% gratuity is added to your tab. The view is fantastic, that was the main highlight. I have been to the revolving restaurant in Dallas it was magnificent- if I had to compare the 2
View is amazing and the experience is great. But the food is mediocre and very expensive for what you get.
Overpriced for what it's worth, but the view was amazing! Service was great and the menu selection was decent, but the portions were quite small. I expect better quality for what we're paying. It definitely needs a makeover, starting with the 60s washroom. The main dining hall good use a facelift too. Overall a good experience.
If it wasnt for the great view and friendly staff, I wouldn't hesitate to give this place a 1 out of 5. The food was mediocre at best, very bland. Not worth the arm and a leg prices for sure. (1 appetizer, 2 mains) Ambiance and lighting felt like you were eating at an old diner. lighting wasnt the best either as it was a bit too harsh that it was a bit distracting when trying to enjoy the view. So to the tourists and the locals who have not been here are interested in the experience, be ready to shell out some cash if you decide to eat some decent at best food. otherwise just come here for drinks.
The cuisine here is delicious, but prices are higher than in similar restaurants; I would say that this is the price you have to pay for a great view of the city.
Great views, as expected. Great service, very friendly staff. Food was very good. The lobster bisque soup was very well flavored. The calamari appetizer was very good. The spaghetti carbonara was as good as I have had in 5 star restaurants and so was the duck, which was very well prepared and presented. Price, as expected was a bit high, may be higher than you would normally expect to spend, however, in our opinion it was not overpriced as we thought the dishes were well priced for the locale. I read that someone complained about the ladies toilette. I found them to be small, clean, except for the thoughtless ladies patrons who absolutely do not care about keeping a place which they do not own, as neat as their own at home. Just the sink was a mess because everyone dripped water all over from their washing hands. The management have no control over their customers, therefore, criticism of the restaurant for this reason seems unreasonable.
So we missed dinner but ended up having a couple of beers to watch the view of vancouver with some special visitors from Europe. The reason for the three stars is becouase I know the quality of food as I have been here time again but I have always liked the service as there are some top notch servers here. Keep up the good work. All that’s need done here is a better minute and possibly a renovation to math the high caliber view and potential customers you could have here
Came here for deserts and drinks at 8:30 pm. Was treated to a spectacular view and friendly polite service. I'm glad I chose to treat my party with this legendary building in our Vancouver skyline. Thank you will be back soon.
Food was delicious. Service was amazing.
The view is amazing! All 4 stars for the view. Food is overpriced and bland and can take more than an hour to arrive! Also, they don’t take reservations for seating next to the window and you just need to wait for it.
Miss this At your Peril what a Fantastic opportunity to Eat out at a Reasonable price & See the Whole of Vancouver as the Restaurant turns Round. Honest John The Wandering Wallsgrove.
Excellent Restaurant beautiful views. They need to adjust the soda prices. Either 2.75 per soda or if they charge 6 dollars and inude free refils Pop is 30 cents a glass for gods sake
For a restaurant with high prices such as this one, the service was really disappointing. I work at a restaurant, so I definitely have something to compare this evening to. Our server got the job done by coming to our table a couple of times but it was really subpar and felt like she was too busy with other guests to attend to us. It was my boyfriend‘s birthday and I had specifically said so in the reservation I made. But I guess the host did not communicate that to the server, and I had to tell a busser to tell our server that it was my boyfriends birthday in order to get that small celebratory dessert. It was awkward to have to tell them that right in front of my partner. Before coming here, I had read reviews that the food was mediocre and I completely agree. You are definitely just there for the view. The butternut squash pasta was just OK; it was quite buttery and tasted like I could get it anywhere else for much cheaper. But it definitely was not bad. Overall, we were a little thrown off by the service, but the view was really neat. I would suggest coming here for a celebratory reason, but not for a regular dinner experience.
Good restaurant with an amazing rotating view of the city. Prices were admittedly at a premium but when considering the prices you pay for just visiting similar viewing platforms it's actually very reasonable. Well worth it
They put a lot of pepper in the food so if you don’t like it you have to tell them because they don’t ask you. The service was good but the food was very bad. Restrooms are terrible. The view though is amazing
It was amazing good food everything was great thank you so much
Took my daughter there for Boxing Day brunch … obviously the view is spectacular BUT … we each had a mimosa, a coffee each, soup, smoked salmon eggs benedict, and split a desert … the cost according to the menu SHOULD have been 175$ tip included … which is outrageous for brunch … BUT the bill was 275$ … i came away feeling shocked and totally misled … literally everything we touched was twice the published price … it was a brunch with my daughter so i let it go but would NOT recommend it … it felt like a HUGE waste of money … same brunch anywhere else would have been 80$ max

Went there for Happy Hour at around 4pm. Always love the views the best in Vancouver. Our young server Peter was awesome. He recognized me from way back and was so nice. We had a great time sipping wines and the 3 appies were delicious. I always bring my foreign visiting friends here
Excellent service, excellent food, amazing view from this rotating restaurant.
The changing view was amazing at sundown. For us the food was a new experience that did not let us down. The ride up and down was fun too!
Service
Very nice place to have a date with your special someone.very nice view around the city.the staffs are very nice too
Overall great place, nice view. Just didn't like how long the wait was for the main course, i ended up filling up too much on beverages waiting.
Great atmosphere and service. You pay for the view but it's worth it. Recommend the 3 set menu.
From having a cook background of 30+ I feel quite confident in my opinion. The fruit was very sublar hard bits and almost rotten bits. The hollandaise was much to thick and very overwhelming with lemon which doesn't pair at all with eggs in my opinion of course very well vegetables but definitely not with eggs. There wasn't enough as well one tiny blop. The over easy eggs were more over medium. The vegetables paired with my eggs benedict weren't even seasoned at all. My wifes smoked salmon tasted like plain wife no smokiness whatsoever. My daughter crispy chicken wrap tasted like your everyday ordinary wrap from KFC. The saffron strands where a nice touch but did nothing for the eggs. The salad was decent but nothing amazing. For the price we paid I definitely don't think it was worth it whatsoever. The ambience was Beutiful tho I will give it that. Feel free to contact me back if you would like to. Best regards, Andrew King
The view is definitely the best in Vancouver but last time I went there, the manager was so rude and told us we can have the table for 30 mins only because they have so many reservations although the restaurant was half empty. He was constantly laying and acting unprofessional. Everyone else seems to be pleasant.

Amazing view and Peter was awesome! Great service and food and he took really great care of us for our anniversary. The younger guy who was bussing our tables was also very kind and efficient but I never got his name. Thanks for a great night. :)

Nice city view. The thing is they limit your dining time. You have to wrap up and leave before certain time that they would get ready for the next round of the guests...doesn't matter how much food you ordered and how much money you spend.
I came here to lunch with my brother and the experience was very pleasant ! I haven't had lunch in a 360 restaurant for quite a long time and I really got to enjoy all of Vancouver has to offer : mountains, skyline, railway, seaside and everything ! We went on the 5th of January at noon and the waitress who was serving us that day was very kind and caring, and the courses were always well timed. The virgin mojito I had that day was also well balanced, not too sweet and not too bitter. You can have a good two-course lunch plus a drink there for about less than 75$ (+-50€), taxes and tips included
Spectacular views. The whole seating area does a 360° rotation every 60 mins so you can see around the whole city. Delicious food and excellent service.
5 star for the view for sure.. food not worth the over prices they give you... brunch was an express lunch with 2 courses soup or salad, and main Cajun Salmon, lamb Kabobs, Chicken breast or Gnocchi. Salmon was way to salty could not eat it they were good to remove from bill. We did get a New York Steak and was good but for 58.00 you could have better steak somewhere else.
Food was amazing but our server was not. Didn't understand the menu and ignored us for half the night, even ended up getting me the wrong steak.
You’re basically paying for the view as the food is decent at best. If you are lucky to be dining on a clear evening, the city lights and views will surely make up for any deficiencies. However, the staff are friendly and the ambiance is great. The service is non-rushed which makes it easy to have a relaxed meal.
Food was delicious but know that even with a reservation you are not guaranteed a window table as it's first come first serve and to get a window table you need to go very early (5pm) or be 3-4 people. If you are two they most likely will give you a table in the middle as the tables near the window are bigger. It was sad that we were not able to truly enjoy the view, which is why we went there in the first place.
Beautiful restaurant with AMAZING views, friendly service and delicious food!

Food is really good, although I would have liked more choices. I went for Christmas so they had a special menu, although not sure if it’s worth the 125 dollar price point per person. View is nice but it was very foggy for a good while. Would recommend going as a one time thing!
Food was great! A decent price for the huge amount of food. Our waiter Hung is awesome. Thank you for taking care of us!
Hostess need to drop their attitude. Don’t feel welcome at all. That’s what happens when you hire a bunch of teenagers. Ask for direction on how to get to the restaurant and she gave me attitude and told me that she was just hostess. I would not recommend Top of Vancouver to anyone. We were welcome at FIVE SAIL restaurant (Top 5 for best fine dining) with respect.

I made reservations online, we got a table by the window which was great! My family enjoyed the experience and liked the view, our waiter was very friendly and always made sure we had everything also the bus boy was on top of keeping our table clean which was nice. The food was good, unfortunately not much kid friendly options on the menu for my 8 year old but he ordered the bbq ribs and fries and he absolutely loved them. We would definitely come back in the future!!
Revolving restaurant was an Incredible experience, view was great. The only little flaw is the included tips (18%) in the bill by default. Service was great and I was going to tip anyway, but tips are not taxes and it has to be up to me either give them or not and how much.
I was pretty disappointed after eating here. The view is great but that's really the only thing that keeps this place going. The food was okay but not worth the price they ask. The menu's our table recieved were dirty and broken. Our waitress did a good job but some of the other staff did not treat us like they cared to be there. I'm generally not a pickey person when it comes to presentation or service, but this is supposed to be a high end restaurant. I would expect a better overall experience considering the price I'm paying. This place might have been fancy and lavish at one point but not anymore. Take away the view and there's nothing worth while here.

My girlfriend and I recently heard that the revolving restaurant had been renovated. We chose to dine in around 4:00, and to our delight, it was happy hour! Peter gave us excellent service and did not hesitate to share his knowledge of their most popular cocktails. The food arrived fast and tasted amazing. I would highly recommend the restaurant if you are visiting the city and need a place to enjoy a drink!
Food ,service was really good and View was fantastic. I love it !!
Went here for a brunch buffet. The view is fantastic and the setup is really beautiful. One of the hostesses who greeted us upon arrival was very serious and told us we only have 1 hour and 45 mins for the buffet (this is also posted in the elevator). We told her we are aware already as we read the sign posted in the elevator. Our party was running a little late, however when we asked our server if we can have our time limit start when our whole party gets there, she said no. She said rules are rules and joked that sometimes she runs late but that’s her choice. The overall experience was nice because of the beautiful Vancouver view. However, I would like to give the service a one star and the food 2 stars. The crab that was offered for the brunch was way too salty. None of the items in the buffet were labeled with no attendants to answer questions. The tea and coffee was not being refilled and we had to wait long to get a beverage each time. As beautiful of a view as this restaurant has, I will not be going back.
Amazing! Excellent service and good food
Service was outstanding but food fell flat. Our prime rib was requested medium rare but came out cooked like a tough brick. Mediocre food at the most. Server immediately rectified it by bringing us a new one but half of it was still overcooked. Make sure you book a window seat if making reservations.
That epic view worth it to give them 5 stars. Food is average. I'll be back for the view for sure
Amazing view love the concept of the restaurant 360° show the whole city. when it comes to service and food quality is not the best, so you paying for the experience rather than the food and service.
After reserving table 24 hrs before, we didn’t get the window table, which was okay, but the server mentioned as we all are not ordering Entrees, we would not get a window table. We are vegetarian and They just have two vegetarian entrees, and expect us to order more entrees to get window table, my mom doesn’t eat, onion garlic, there is no entree without onion garlic! Well that deserves only one star, but at the end when we got desserts, he arranged us a window table, so one star for that. Thanks.

Great view. Mediocre food. Pretty good service. Expensive menu with 18% gratuity - plus they'll charge you if you cancel your reservation last minute. Outdated washroom. Somewhat difficult to find parking in the area. Overall, it was still a good experience, it's just not something we would come back for to eat. If you only want to experience the view, the floor below the restaurant called "Vancouver Lookout" admits adults for $18.25. Then you can just find better food somewhere else.
Great atmosphere and spectacular view. Quite overpriced, but the portions are a decent size. Great for a special out g to show off the Vancouver landscape.
Not bad. I visited here with my family. Foods are good, but I think the price is a little high.
Enjoyed dinner up here, the view is awesome and I liked the vibe. Only complaint is I wish they had more vegetarian options, they only had salad and pasta which I think is way behind the times and my pasta was sub-par.
Mould on windows. Food wasnt great. Staff was very nice. Felt like I was in a 90s timewarp. Nice and quiet for lunch though !
This place feels new every time ❤ Great view, great service, great food!!! More on the expensive side but it's worth it. The mussels are a must and are excellent.
The worst customer service I ve never seen. I don’t recommend it at all. I highly suggest that They have to change the manager because all the customers will never comeback. All my friends and family will never come for sure. Actually, i never imagine i will have this bad experience.
Though this restaurant boasts stunning views of the city, it's quality of service and food was not up to par. For the prices given it was incredibly bland and cooked poorly. The salmon fillet still contained bones, the "lava cake" was uncooked and basically a glorified sponge cake and the creme brûlée was ice cold as if our of a fridge. All in all a disappointing experience and not at all worth the cost.
Let me summarize your potential next visit to this restaurant. No matter how early you go, you will eventually be late as parking in its vinicity would be closed. When you reach to the restaurant, you will be asked to wait 30 minutes before you get your table despite having a reservation. When you finally reach your table, you still need to deal with the slow service, and stale food. Pro tip: do not order meat, because God knows how old it was, and secondly, the menu has only 3 choices for vegetarians, so not good for vegeterians either. Out of 2 stars 1.9999999 for the view.
The thing you need to know about this restaurant is the best part is the view. It is absolutely gorgeous, and this is what you will be paying for. I think this restaurant is relying on the view to forgive the rest of the experience. The food was mediocre and definitely over priced. Also, for a "high end" restaurant the bathroom was a mess. No toilet paper, no paper towel, the soap container was broken, and the stalls/doors were outdated and disheveled. But most importantly the service was lacklustre. Our server was Zoran, and he was disinterested and aloof, and when we paid him, he grabbed the receipt and walked away without a word.... When a bill is over $300, the least you could say is thank you.
Wonderful view on Vancouver. Expensive restaurant but don't hesitate to go up and take a cocktail, the view is incredible.

Went here with my boyfriend to enjoy the view with a bottle of wine. It was near closing time and we already ate dinner. They have a rule that they will prioritize guests who order one main course per person to be seated on the revolving tables. But most tables on that night were empty and we are requesting to be seated on the empty tables since it's only half an hour before they close and they cannot fill up those tables anyway. But the server justified, as if we were a fool not to see, that they were quite busy on the revolving part and cannot accommodate our request. We bought a whole bottle of wine and that's not even enough to access their almost empty revolving tables. Their customer service needs to be upgraded asap. View at the top is 5 star customer service not.
Sub par and over priced for what's served. Been a few times but it never gets better. Go for the view, get the muscles and hope they stick you on the revolving side. 9$ for a bottle of flat Evian water doesn't make you fancy
The view is amazing of course. However, my partner and I went to a Valentine's dinner here last night and had an awful experience. The food was gross, overcooked and the server was not attentive or personable in the slightest. Not what I was expecting out of such an expensive dinner
great view from the restaurant , service is great but the food is so so
Food was very good and the view was outstanding. Service was okay price is a little on the expensive side however it is an experience.
Dinner
Spectacular views, specially if you are there before and after sunset. Food was nice, quality, quantity and very enjoyable. Good value. The service was great, our waitress, Magda, was very friendly, efficient, smiling and obliging. Would recommend to ask for Magda. I would recommend this place as a must see and experience while you are in Vancouver.
I have been in this restaurant before for my anniversary and had a very good experience, that is why I chose this restaurant for my mom's birthday. This time it didn't go well. All stuff were friendly except our waitress, who did not great us with a smile and had hard time explaining herself in English. I am not biased in any way, being not a native speaker myself, but you expect some friendliness in such a restaurant and we did not receive it. I booked the table beforehand and we were seated near the window. My mom liked the view very much. I was so happy of having her with me (she came from another country) and was looking forward to our evening together. We weren't very hungry, so we desired to have a few cocktails and eat some nice cake. After I asked the waitress for dessert menu she told me if we are not going to order 1 main dish each, we cannot sit at that table and she need to move us to a non rotating part... I was shocked. Nowhere on the website I saw a mention of this before. Imagine my and my mom's disappointment. I was looking for this experience for weeks and now we had to move to some distant table... The evening was spoiled. The restaurant wasn't even completely full, there were other empty tables near the windows! We could've stay, eaten our desert, enjoy beautiful view for half an hour and leave, but NO. All evening was a huge disappointment. We did order a desert from our new table and much more pleasant waitress. The desert was beautiful and Summer (our waitress) were very good, but unfortunately it could not erase the bad experience we had. Before this evening I told others what a nice place it was. Understandably, now I take it back. If someone treat you like garbage, that is not an experience I expect to receive in Canada. I will not return to this restaurant and I would reccomend my friends it any longer.
This restaurant is one of the best in Vancouver. The view is spectacular and amazing. I came here with my wife and daughter we had a 5 star experience and we are very happy we came here for the experience.
Had an anniversary dinner here and it was absolutely amazing. The view was incredible and the food was top-notch. My wife and I really enjoyed the experience and the waiting staff here was absolutely a pleasure to deal with! The duck was a very good and also the pasta was great as well. Highly recommend it for special occasions and for the type of food that you get it is very well priced! Looking forward to our next visit!
I went to the restaurant with my family to celebrate my son's bday. I love the restaurant, the view is extraordinary - took my breath away; great food and service. But on our way back we found our car window was broken in paid parking lot. That spoiled whole evening.

Terrible experience and service. I took my small office staff of 7 people for a session of appetizers and drinks with a view and reserved this restaurant 2 days in advance for a non prime time slot of 5.45 pm as we had dinner plans with a show. We ordered drinks, and appetizers amd were very excited for a second round of drinks, upon learning that our table was not ordering Mains, the staff became extremely rude and stated stuff like "oh, we thought your having dinner, these tables are for dinner, we are fully booked etc" as you can clearly see in attachedh pictures , their restaurant is completely empty. Plus lookout vancouver is closed. I took these pictures at 7.00 pm amd it was even more empty at 5.45 pm. Then the server showed a rude urgency and said she had to go to her manager, she went to her manager and stated that we must leave in half an hour, in fact they even did not give us a chance to enjoy our drinks and appetizers that me and my staff had already ordered. my staff felt rushed and uncomfortable to order additional drinks for their second rpund of happiness or to order any additional sides and appies. They insulted me and my plans in front of my staff, they kept interrupting our conversation with discussions of when we would leave, they filled pur dining experience with distaste and negativity and staff was focusing on how they could not even order more drinks to drink in peace or enjoy the view, we couldnt even focus on the beautiful view or focus on photography or enjoying taking pictures at a staff party kickoff. They never even asked me or my staff for a second round of drinks --- I reserved the table, we were a part of their booking system and were there to spend on drinks amd have a good time, but our server turned into the mist unpleasant experience by not letting us enjoy. This was so terrible abd each member of my office will remember the terrible experience and unpleasantries In fact if there “mains” had been raved about online, maybe my staff would have ordered, but it’s common knowledge their food is subpar- even the appetizers we ordered were meh and nothing special - garlic prawns were just buttery, the croquet was tasteless and no one wanted to finish it up. The fries were over baked. And before we could order seconds they wanted us to leave in 30 mins- it was the most preposterous disgusting experience , insulting, negative and could have totally been avoided, we always planned to only stay there for an hour, which we did anyway… so they could have totally avoided this all and let us have our drinks in peace and enjoy, their hospitality sucks and maybe you should teach your servers to not make disappointing comments when guests have to come have fun, we don’t want to hear an “oh” with a negative face, maybe you need to learn patience and let the evening play out to see what the guests actually enjoy, the drinks and appies we would have ordered would have been worth way more than any food a normal table would have ordered.
The best views in Vancouver. The food and service were also top class. We had lunch and the place was not very busy. Prices ate good considering location and price. You literally see the entire city and beyond from this location.
Celebrate my wedding anniversary here. Beautiful place. It’s rotating so you can see all buildings around you. The food was okay.
Amazing experience! Would definitely go again! Food was yummy! Our hostess was awesome! View is beautiful especially at the last minutes of the sunset
2nd time coming to this fantastic establishment. Was here in the evening for my Bday and now for Sunday brunch. Incredible food, drinks and breathtaking views of Vancouver!!
The restaurant view of the city is AMAZING! The service is excellent and the food is very good. Loved it.
Dinner
the times I have been up at the restaurant were on special occasions like birthdays and family dinners which I have always enjoyed eating at a unique place such as this one it never disappoint always having a great time to me I think it's a special place for me from the very first time I went great service.
We went as a family of 6 and the bill was over $500 which I would be okay paying for if the food was amazing but it's not. It's below average food. The pasta noodles are hard and stuck together. The prawns were old. The best part was dessert but even then I've had better cheesecake for much cheaper. Our service wasn't good, my wife got her food packed up but they forgot and just threw it out and didn't say anything. So we got them to make a half order. The building itself is quite old and having issues. The rotating platform that you dine on kept making really loud clunking noises which even scared the servers. Maybe do some maintenance on it. The view is beautiful but overall it's not worth the trip.
Very bad experience last night,so expensive restaurant.but the chair is broken and my finger was clipped.bleeding and swelling. It is still painful today.cannnot move.the new york steak too dry and hard.
This is one of the rare restuarants in Vancouver that will give you "the atmosphere" that you might be looking for. The staff in the front are friendly and pleasant, able to answer any questions that I might have regarding the menu, which is nice considering I have dietary restrictions. Having eaten here a couple of times now, I would highly recommend the pasta dishes as they can be versatile. The kitchen is always more than happy to accomodate with modifications to the dish to suit your needs and I have never had an instance where they got my order wrong even with said modifications. If you're not someone with any type of dietary restrictions, well then, the menu is your oyster.
Very very bad customer service, the manager is super rude. Btw you have to order at least 50$ per person. In addition, the waiter told us even before we order if you don’t order 50$ per person you will be charged this amount. They don’t even ask you if you are okey or not. The worst customer service i’ ve never seen

Fantastic experience from the very cool elevator (glass outdoor) ride up to the amazing steak and prawns! Great food, great service and a special birthday cake. The views are spectacular! We will be back.
Service
Fantastic view!! New York Steak is superb!
Service
One of the most romantic restaurant in Vancouver. I always come here for special occasions and this place just gets me. I don't need to tell you about amazing view from the restaurant, as you are literally on top of Vancouver, and atmosphere is just too great. Foods are little bit pricey, but when you think about the ticket for the observatory, it kinda makes sense. If you are a traveler, I also recommend this place as you will experience unforgettable time here.
"You pay for the view" definitely applies here. And the view is spectacular. The service was terrific too! But as others have pointed out, the food is very average and overpriced. There is a lot of damn good food in this city, and it's a shame that this place rests on the laurels of its revolving view, and doesn't aspire to be a true knockout dining experience. We had the carpaccio as a starter, and for mains had the stuffed salmon fillet and the chicken carbonara pasta. All of which seemed just a little bland and uninspired. It still seems like a place to recommend just for the view, but this is definitely low end "fine dining"
We had a excellent experience last night for Christmas dinner. Since we are both working on Christmas we decided to come to the top of Vancouver. The food, drinks and dessert was amazing
Dine in
Very good food. Presentation was excellent. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was %100. Had a great evening. Views were spectacular!
Food is mediocre at best, but that's not why you go there. Some of the best views of the city, all the way to New Westminster and beyond on clear days! A little too pricey for the service and food quality, but it's worth at least one visit for the experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for touristy things to do around town or an extra special occasion. Great date spot if you're willing to pay up!
The view is breathtaking! You see the whole of vancouver from this restaurant, take some good time in hand and put your iPhone on time-lapse to get a nice video! The food served is excellent and the service is commendable. You'll love sriracha fries and penne pasta for sure! The candl3 light lits up the ambience ????
The view here is absolutely spectacular. I've never taken so long to finish my dinner before, and that was solely because I was enjoying the view so much that I didn't want to leave. The service was very good, the waiters were very attentive and polite. I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 because the food wasn't as good as it could be. I found the food a little bland and the portions were a little too small for my liking. I had the lobster, and although it was pretty decent, I've definitely had better. I left the restaurant still hungry. It only came with half a cup of brown rice. If you're visiting Vancouver, I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant at least once. It was a little pricey, but definitely worth it.
Excellent 360’ view. Friendly and expert staff, good quality of appetizers and main foods, although are little bit expensive.

Old but gold… they got limited menu but tastes good. Tell them fhe special occasion is birth and get a surprise. Just go for the view honestly..
This is the remaining revolving restaurant in Vancouver. Nice view, must go !!!
The view is amazing as well as the ambiance. The food is good. I'm somewhat disappointed on the server. He got my food order wrong and I tried to eat it but don't like it. The way he handled it seems inappropriate because I decided to go for my original order. What he said was truly inappropriate and to quote what he said : "Now I can't use this anymore". What ever that means is wrong
We had a quick lunch here. It was not that busy. It is lovely to have the slowly changing view during your meal. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the food. The thing that was a bit annoying was people coming in to mainly take pictures and walk between the tables of people sitting and eating. Would be nice if they did not allow this. Since it is a restaurant you can just take a seat and snap a photo during your meal. And otherwise just visit the floor above the restaurant.
My birthday dinner was very good . There were 7 of us and everyone enjoyed their meal . Our waitress was very good and got every order correct !!!! I found my bloody mary very bland or i would have given the night 5 stars!!!

We had a lovely dinner and evening here. Fantastic food, great service. We loved every bite. Having read mixed reviews about the food, I was somewhat hesitant, but all of our appetizers and mains were really delicious. Our servers were great and friendly. Surprisingly, for three of us, our total bill was lower than I was expecting. If we have visitors, I wouldn't hesitate to bring them here for the amazing views of the city.
Very nice

Stunning views and superb food. Highly recommended. Staff was great, but Pedja was especially amazing. We went there to celebrate a special day and Pedja made it more memorable with his excellent service. He deserves a raise!
My man took me here for my birthday back a while ago. Fantastic server, made some great recommendations. We wants to do a share platter but we are pescatarians and don't eat meat, so he asked the chef to create an awesome, custom seafood share platter for us. Stunning views, as expected! Even gave me a free birthday dessert! Wonderful night, I still think about it. Will definitely come back!

I went to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband and my daughter. The view from the top is spectacular. I have heard people complaining that it’s expensive but believe you me you are paying for the view and it’s totally worth it. The service is very good, food is good too. Over all it’s a great experience and you must go their on special occasions. I would go again.
Dinner
Yes it might be overpriced but you’re paying for the view as well, when you see the view you def don’t regret paying this much for your food. Our server was too too nice, they gave me complimentary birthday cake ???? loved every bit of it. We ordered prawn cocktail and Caesar salad for appetizer And for main dish we ordered pork ribs and stuffed salmon… ngl I didn’t like the salmon much it would be nice to have some lemon squeezed but the food and the atmosphere was good…. It’s more like a once in a lifetime experience ♥️
THE TOP !!! Revolving restaurant. Outstanding 360° degrees panoramic view of Vancouver, beautiful during the day, awesome at night! Gourmet food, outstanding service! Something you have to experience at least once in your lifetime !!!
My girlfriend and I had a great dinner service here at the restaurant. Initially we felt like our main server had forgotten us a few times, but another serving staff by the name of Katrina helped us several times and filled in the gaps of service. The serving portions of the food at this restaurant are very substantial and we were able to take portions of our entrees home. Once again, we would like to thank the staff and especially Katrina for making our night go by smoothly.
It was my first time here, and it’s really nice place to visit. The service and food both top of the class. Will suggest going in evening for the view.
Staff was incredible. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Food was very average tasting for it's price, but I understand the price markup is for the revolving restaurant itself. Highly recommend to try once, especially for those who did not grow up in Vancouver
Spectacular views, good service, poor menu. If someone is trying to eat sustainably and ethically, the closest thing I was able to negotiate was a veggie pasta. It had a rose sauce which had dairy so they left that out. They came back an hour later informing me thay the noodles had egg in them so they left them out. No substitutes I guess. They came back with a plate of oily veggies for $40 (pictured). Poor value and planning with regard to the menu.
You know, I'd really like to give this restaurant an excellent rating. The food quality is quite good, but not excellent as it used to be. Not when you're charging $50 a seat for the buffet. And the most infuriating thing is that kids 9 and above are charged an adult rate. This needs to be changed - complete robbery. I expect they're just trying to make children unwelcome, because it's the rare kid under about 11 or 12 who eats more than a handful of bacon and a couple of waffles with some fruit. They eat nothing compared to an adult. I took some friends here, not having researched the cost and I was quite embarrassed that their two boys, 9 and 10, who ate about $7 of food each were charged the full rate, which was at the time I think $38. It's a beautiful view, but save your money, pay for a ride to the viewing platform, and have your meal elsewhere.
A bowl of fries costs about 15 dollars. Of course when you go up here it's for the view while you eat, I was here personally with my family and we spent a lot of time looking at the thousands of lights in a traffic jam on the highway. I recommend it as a special event. Birthdays, promotions, first and last dates (get married here), etc... but dont go here for Tuesday coffees or Friday stakes. Edit: I realize I accidentally clicked on 4 stars rather than 5 so I just changed that.

Amazing experience, good food. The view is breathtaking- definitely a bucket list place
Great view and friendly staff. Food was good too but the quality of food wasn't quite equal to the cost of it. You're definitely paying more for the experience which is still amazing.
My husband and I visit here for anniversary. We come in ,four staff in the front , and three were talking side conversations. It was unwelcoming. Worker with dyed blonde hair was only one really paying attention. Unable to get her name, but believe it was Wendy from overhearing. Though very busy busy night, she accommodated in an extremely polite manner. The other members of the staff eventually acknowledged us, but their tone and body language were unwelcoming. We appreciate the patience and help from our seater, answered question we had. With dinner, our server was good; he went above and beyond to ensure we doing okay and food good. Our service little slow but busy night. The view is beautiful. Coming here I would recommend.Overall, good experience. staff more training to accommodate rush efficiently and nicer. will be back one day. thank you.

Wow! What a view! We had such a great time here, the food was delicious, the service was 5 star and the overall ambiance was welcoming and not pretentious. After our mains, we had multiple desserts to share for our table and we were blown away by how good they were, definitely save room for dessert, it's a MUST. I'll definitely be back here soon, thank you everyone at Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant for a wonderful evening.

Amazing spectacular gem of a place. The prices aren't as high as you out expect and the view is just staggering.
Come (and be sure to pay) for the view but really don't expect any more than that. Food and service was really lacking, especially for the price charged.
Amazing food. We opted to go for just appys and wine and couldnt be happier for that choice. Beef carpaccio and stuffed mushrooms were the best
Great restaurant! The views were amazing, staff were friendly and helpful. The food was top notch. I had the non alcoholic blueberry mojito and the steak. The steak was huge and cooked a perfect medium rare. Actually wasnt expecting it to be such a generous portion and took some of it home for a meal later. My friend had the mushroom ravioli which also looked good.
Beautiful views from every table in the house! It was an awesome experience from the elevator ride up, to the incredible views, and the amazing service. I would highly recommend dinner at Top of Vancouver!
Excellent service, poor quality of food for the price. We took the lobster, well cook but the sauce was deceiving. View is incredible.
View was great and there is a nice atmosphere. However, the food was not up to standard. The lamb shank was dry and hard to eat and the penne tasted stale. Seems like all their food is frozen and not cooked fresh, would not recommend to go there to eat.
Took my BFF on her bday here, it was a very nice experience. The view is amazing during your meal you can see the whole 360 view of Vancouver on your seats with it slowly turning, I booked it at a time so that we can see sunset it's amazing. Food was relatively good but the server wasn't very efficient, he was nice thou, also he spoiled my surprise, I bought the bday cake and had them put in the fridge but then when we were ordering food he said oh you guys have dessert in the fridge right?????? I was like??????????? But you know what else can I do!!!! but anyways it was a very nice dinner!my friend was very happy and we had fun!
You can see all the city from this view but I came on snow day ,so I could only see the city turn white . And I could access for free because my friend bring student card and show them. If you don’t have student card , you have to pay for 18$ for adults
I would have to agree with most of the previous reviews. I took our family there this past weekend. The view is great (we had another clear day, lucky for us). The food is good, but perhaps a bit over priced. We were a party of 11, so we, too, had the 18% gratuity automatically added to our bill. Nice place, but I'm not sure I would go back a third time. If you've never been, I would still recommend it.
Excellent experience during every visit to the Top of Vancouver. The servers and staff are very attentive and very polite. Food is always delicious and the presentation is impeccable. The restaurant makes one full revolution in 1 hour, meaning you get at least a 360 degree view during your visit. If mother nature is on your side, the sun kissed Vancouver skyline is absolutely breathtaking. A must-add to your Vancouver bucket list.
Horrible service and food!(Zero Stars) Did not serve water or drink upon arrival; forgot people’s order. Salty mushroom soup and two day old liked Napoleon (not crispy at all). Unable to select tip % even with table under 4. (Terrified;robbery).
Unbeatable view in Vancouver; also cheese cake is great. But dinner time I have to wait from full to hungry.
Great way to see the city from the top. IMO this option is way better than the viewpoint at the same tower, as you are getting some grub for your money on top of the view.
What a place for first timer to Vancouver. Spent two hours here and you can see the whole view twice. Can get Sunset too if we have stay longer. Staffs are nice, food is ok (can be better).
Amazing views!! Such friendly staff and very attentive. We had no reservation but we were able to be seated and enjoy the Happy Hour menu. Wonderful experience and best way to see all of Vancouver in an hour.
Great experience to see the sun setting from the revolving tower. Good happy hour and honestly not as expensive as I expected.
Lovely very very carefully distance tables .I been going there for awhile
Rude server and poor customer service. Alison was very rude and disrespectful . The food and view was amazing and beautiful ambience and views.
Such a great experience. We went with my 18 month old who was amazed buy the light and turning of the floor. Food was espectacular. Taking very seriously Covid precautions so that made me feel comfortable eating with my child and husband. 100% suggested.
It start really well as all 10 people tonight had the first time experience to eat at this restaurant. The menu was fabulous but very expensive. The view was spectacular from 7pm onward. But I WAS DISAPPOINTED FOR THE SERVER DID NOT PRESENTED THE CAKE TO MY 84 yrs.old Mother who we celebrated the evening dinner for and to give her the best experience. When i book and reserved..i ASKED VERY SPECIFICALLY FOR THE SURPRISE CAKE WITH A HAPPY BIRTHDAY SONG and we all the family will join in singing. The server DID NOT DO IT...so unhappy about this.
It is a little bit pricy but the experience is amazing you get to see everything that Vancouver has to offer
Amazing view of Vancouver from the Top Of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant. Food selection is limited (depending on the time of the year). It's a busy place so plan ahead of time. Parking is available. Staff is very friendly. Must have for ppl who love food and sigh-seeing :)
It’s got views, a must see if you’re a tourist. If you’re looking for a fine dining experience then this isn’t it. The menu is dishearteningly small, so if you’ve got dietary restrictions then it’s difficult to choose anything at all. The ahi tuna and lamb shank left both my boyfriend and I feeling a bit queasy afterwards.
Excellent food. Service was great she didn't mind taking pictures and answered all our questions on the skyline. Would definitely recommend
Unprofessional and inhospitable staff, bland and boring dishes set at a premium price. Find somewhere else to eat and leave this tourist trap alone
Amazing view! Price is acceptable but need to work on service. I was yesterday with my friends between 8-10 p.m. like for table for 5 people we waited for our order around 25 min.. and for drinks around 10 min Place was half empty... From my experience I can tell.. guys in the hot season time it will be problem... loosing customers and money:) Thank you for service ???? I know it can be better! See you soon again
The lamb was good. Not a fan of the salmon. Really liked the calamari and the Panna Cotta was amazing!
Great view and the food was good. It was a great spot for date night with my husband. The atmosphere felt a little dated but overall we would go back.
Great view and services. Our group went there for the company’s annual dinner. I ordered the lamb which was quite tasty. My husband ordered the meal set, not bad but a little bit salty. The price is above the average base on the nice view. Could be special event experience.
Fantastic service, fantastic food, fantastic view! Will go again and would recommend to a friend.
Service
I came here a few time before, the only thing I realised was that the overall quality of this restaurant has been decreasing over the last two three years. I remember when I first tried this restaurant, the food and service were amazing and impeccable, there were a lot of choices in the menu, the server were so nice. Yet, there has been many changes to the menu and most of the choices left are just not worth the price, and the food don't taste good anymore. Also, I came here during dine out this year, they made you pay 18% tips, I'm totally fine if the service were great, but it's just not up to the standard. And then when I came after dine out celebrating for my birthday, I was so surprised that both the food and service didn't improve even though dine out has ended. I feel really disappointed. I guess in the future, I won't be going to the top of Vancouver anymore, simply the view of the restaurant doesn't make up to the price and quality difference.
As most of the reviews have indicated, you don't come to this restaurant for the food and food quality. You pay the high prices for the food for the view. This is my 2nd time at this restaurant. First time was in May 2017 and this time in July 2019. To give you some perspective and insight, my thoughts have not changed on this place. Came here for dinner service. Food we ordered and shared: Ribs entree, chicken entree, fettucine pasta entree, and lobster bisque salad appy/salad. Reviews on the food is at most 5.5-6/10. All the food was dry. Chicken ???? was dry. Vegetables were like heated up in a microwave taste. Ribs were not bad but it was covered in sauce. It seemed like even if u ribbed off the meat, it kind of looked like pulled pork ribs meat texture. Pasta was tasty but the portion was really really tiny. Lobster dish with advocadoes mixed kinda like a salsa. This was one of best dishes. Beer selection was poor. Draft beer @ $10 a bottle was pricey. Did not have coffee or dessert, as prices were overpriced. Again, you don't come here for the food. You come for the views. I heard the buffet was not bad but never tried it. When I think about it, if the price is only $55-60, then it would be worth. Overall, don't come for food or service.. Come for the views. Overall 6/10 experience averaged out over two visits to this restaurant on top of Vancouver.
Great memories of working here for over 5+ years as a busboy and then a server. Started back in 2000. The good old days of Markus! I'm happy to hear of the changes. Will make a visit again with the kids. Cheers! Came back and had the tomahawk steak last night. Wow it was amazing. 50oz and melt in your mouth. Paired beautifully with the mushroom caps Appy, creme brule and Caymus wine. The new menu is great. Can't wait for the Sunday Buffett to open up.
Always do New Years dinner here, best way to close out the year on top of the world
Amazing views, absolutely the best you can get in the city. The elevator ride up is also quite fun. Food is cooked very well with regards to doneness, however, it's quite bland. Even the macaroni and cheese the kids got wasn't seasoned that well. Anyways, you come here for the views, food is the way to pass time. Would I recommend it? Yea for a special occasion. Would consider other restaurants if your focus is getting a bold and tasty menu.
