Staff are knowledgeable and attentive, made some excellent suggestions when I was having trouble deciding what to eat (I cannot recommend the fig and goat cheese salad highly enough). Food arrived quickly, was yummy and reasonably priced, and there were enough options on the menu that even the pickiest of the raw food, gluten-free, locally-sourced, paleo-vegan types should be able to find something to their tastes (as long as they're prepared to pay an extra couple bucks for substitutions). The only disappointment were the brownies we had for dessert, which we both agreed werent actually bad, but were definitely the most mediocre brownies we'd ever had :( the ice cream made up for it though, yum!

A great place for family, especially for families with young children. The restaurant is quite spacious and has benches for big parties. A big plus is that they have, in my opinion, a very good selection of craft draft beers from smaller/niche breweries i.e. R & B and Strange Fellows. I am a bit torn to give 3 starts, but I do find that their service can be inconsistent. The first few times that I visited, the service was great, but with my recent visits, the servers seems to be a bit edgier and less friendly, especially when mistakes were made on the bill/order by their team.

Best pizza and pasta my family and I have had in Vancouver! A little stingy on the meat toppings, but lots of flavor in all their dishes. Always experienced good customer service, friendly staff, very accommodating for those with food allergies, a variety of menu items/daily specials, and lots of gluten-free options, the pasta doesn't even taste like it's GF, and the GF coconut cheesecake is one of the best in Vancouver!

This place was great! I was on the hunt for a gluten friendly place in Vancouver and this was perfect. It had a huge menu and both I and my non gluten free friends really enjoyed our meals. There was even a gluten free brownie option! Our waitress, Emily, was attentive and friendly and the vibes at this restaurant were very warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Flatbread!

No hassle Gr.1 birthday party!!! Our daughter got invited to a party this long weekend - kids had an amazing time! Staff was super patient and we even had dinner for them afterwards. However, being situated on the busy Main street strip - parking was a pain. I ended up parking on King Edward which is free and walking up to the restaurant.

This is an absolutely amazing place to grab a pizza. The menu has all kinds of options for all kinds of dietary preference. Both the pizzas are flatbreads are light to eat as well as filling. Asside from the food the atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly and the food is quick. A must stop.

We had my daughter's 3rd birthday party here and it was a hit. We had 10 adults and 3 kids plus an infant and RMF accommodated us with no problem. The kids enjoyed the pizza making and couldn't stop talking about how fun it was all the way home. The rest of the fam also enjoyed the amazing and yummy menu RMF had to offer - they were really impressed. My husband is vegetarian so it was nice to see an entire section for him. Thank you to Amber and Ang as well as the rest of the staff for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back!

Just moved to the neighbourhood Nd was excited to try this place out. Sadly we won't be back. From the food to the service it just wasn't good. We came here during dine out so we dried that menu. The fig salad actually has no figs just a dressing but that's not stated so that was a bit of a joke, 3 tiny stuffed mushroom caps wasn't any better. The pizzas were okay but nothing amazing, we asked for chilli sauce when our server finally remembered to come check on us, she gave us a bottle with maybe 5 drips of chilli oil in it and nothing else. She then went back to standing at the bar talking to her group of friends and doing shots with them. Just not pleased at all.

We went for their $9.50 small pizza lunch. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They have an area for kids and they are part of events in the community. We ordered the shrimp pesto and make-your-own with salami, red pepper, mushrooms, olives and goat cheese. There were delicious and tasted handmade. They have a great selection of ingredients to choose from to make the pizza of your dreams. Also they have 3 selections of chili (oil, sauce and flakes).

I did a "dine out" experience here with three others and we were all very impressed. The three course meal had multiple options to choose from and the price was amazing compared to what we got in return. Service was lovely. The food was very tasty and we'll prepared. I got the appetizer of fig and goat cheese salad and it was fantastic. For the main I ordered the mushroom linguine and that was unreal as well. For dessert it got the cheesecake and my friends got the brownie. The brownie was so good but I loved the cheesecake more because it wasn't too heavy. Overall wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend coming here for a casual dinner.

What a fabulous lunch spot on Main Street! One of my favorite pizza places in the city. The ingredients are always fresh and yummy. Great food. Was too warm inside on a summer evening. Found lots of online reviews saying this was a good place for families with kids. Its true it is, but when we arrived it only had groups of one or two adults and many kids. Was too noisy for me. Prices are high as well.

Fantastic pasta! I got the chef's recommendation, and enjoyed thoroughly; trust him, he knows what he's doing! The chicken was finished with a broil and made for a very unique chicken. The pesto was creamy and made for a smoother tasting sauce, which complimented the vegetables really well. All in all, great food. Will for sure come again.

The kids pizza is a great size! I was worried it wouldn't fill my 10 old year boy, but with a couple lemonades, it was perfect! The chicken noodle soup was fancy and it lacked that delicious classic taste I was looking forward to. I was hungry, but only ordered the small size of "Fire Roasted" and it was plenty (some spoonfuls of souped helped). Two notes about their flatbread pizza: all their cheese is pasteurized (yay for pregnant ladies), but even knowing it was flatbread, the crust was thinner and crunchier than expected, more like a cracker. I ate all the topping, and only some of the crust.

I visited Rocky Mountain Flatbread company for the first time a couple of months ago and I just had to come back again! I've tried the flatbreads, the pastas and the pizzas and have loved all of them so far. Fantastic options for vegetarians and even vegan fare! thee icing on the cake is of course the wonderful selection of craft beers. Needless to say, their service is also outstanding and am sure we'll be back again very soon! :)

Great food that is high quality, fresh and tasty. It’s an amazing space for family dinners or brunches as there is a great kids menu as well as an area for them to play. It’s a bit pricier however, I think it’s worth it for the local fresh ingredients, the nice staff and the space. They also run cool stuff in the restaurant like meet ups and special nights so check their calendar.

Sickkkkkk pizzas and pastas! The pizzas are both creative and delishhhhh. The build your own pizza option was especially nice. Had a blast trying out the various combinations of cheese, sausages, pepperonis, and sauces - chorizo and pesto and the like. Seems like no matter the combination, the top quality ingredients spoke for themselves. Definitely come out to try to down to earth, authentic and awesome food!

Not too many restaurants welcome children but Rocky Mountain is one. Kids can prepare their own pizza if they choose. Rocky Mountain offers plenty of choices, many for vegans, and the restaurant prioritizes locally grown foods. Service we've received here and at their other Vancouver location near 1st and Burrard has been consistently fine.

We were just walking past this place and thought it looked pretty cool. We popped in for a pizza and pasta here and actually really enjoyed it! It was nice that they focused on local and organic (although I dont care about organic food at all) and the almost rustic setting was great. There's a nice family atmosphere earlier in the evening, although I can see that later on it could easily transition to more couple-y or group type restaurant. The flavour combinations in our food were quite unique, and they grew on me. Pizza base was excellent as well. Portions were good, and not too expensive. Nice beers on tap and some cocktails available too so all in all, a good spot! We will return!

Of course I love Pizza, who doesn't, but the take they have on this staple is so yummy. You can taste the freshness. Love seeing the artisan oven out front rather than hiding the cooking behind walls. I would come in just for their warm double chocolate brownies and ice-cream. You have to keep space in your tummy for it!

A casual place for flat bread and thin crust pizza. Not the least expensive pizza place in town but better flavour than the doughy, thick crust pizzas of the chain stores. The salads are quite good; dinner size can be shared by two adults and along with a medium pizza, there's your light dinner. Decent but smallish beer and wine selection. A great place for meals with children; the staff are forgiving of dropped food, spilled drinks, and the usual cacophony of noisy kids. Of course this should tell you right away that it's not a place for quiet conversation. Street parking can be a problem; be prepared to search a block or two away and walk. Not a biggie but forewarned is forearmed.

It's tasty. There are specials on pizza and pasta. There's a stone oven that you can see from the seating area. It's a bit on the pricey side though. You can get pizzas gluten free as well if that is your cup of tea.

Super vegetarian friendly, a really cozy and beautiful restaurant with the cutest little play area for kids, and really friendly staff! What more could you ask for? Had a phenomenal experience and did the dine out Vancouver menu at Rocky Mountain Flatbread on Main St. Matt was our server and was attentive, knowledgeable and charming. The food was wonderful, and my friends and I loved the elderberry beverage that came with dine out menu. I highly recommend this place as a casual and fun place to eat. There are also outlets available at many of the tables so it may be a good place for students to come and study. I am excited to come back.

The gluten free crust is amazing! Our table ordered 4 different pizzas including The Farmers Market, The West Coast (bare for toppings), The Genoa, The roasted red pepper one (can't remember the name, on the first page of pizzas, left of create your own) and a kids pepperoni with mango. The Farmers Market pizza was off the chain! The Roasted red pepper was okay, The Genoa was really good, The pepperoni was really good. We ordered extra ch ease on 2 of the pizzas and it had the same amount of cheese and the other. The West Coast had no cheese and extremely skimpy toppings, it was like salmon in dry bread, sent it back and frankly it's why they are getting 3 stars. Service was mediocre. No genuine intention or care or smiles, it was meh. The kids station was cool.Aa good as the two pizzas were we wont be back. Browns and Frankie's make flat bread pizzas that are just as good or better. That being said, it's not bad! Dips are $1.50 a piece and drinks are overpriced.. hopefully they make a few improvements.

I am new to the area and wasn't sure where to eat. I decided to get takeout here because of the restaurant's appealing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive when I arrived. One server actually gave me the recommendation for my flatbread which was Genoa Salami and it was fantastic. I got a garlic dip on the side which also added to my overall fabulous experience. Will definitely be back to try other items and bring friends so I can eat in too!!

A family friendly wood fire pizza & pasta restaurant. We came here on a weekday lunch & they seemed a bit overwhelmed by the lunch service even though the restaurant was only half full. However the service was friendly and they acknowledged the long wait for food. We shared a large pizza - half pesto chicken, half parma. I love thin crust pizza so this was right up my alley and the toppings were quite generous & full of flavour. The large pizza had 8 slices & was good for 2 adults. I'd come here again because I love thin crust & wood fired pizza!

Pizza in the morning? Why not? Rocky Mountain Flatbread is one my favourite places to grab a good bite with good vibes. This is the first time I tried it out for brunch and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Chorizo Sausage Benny Pizza and it was something special. I found very nostalgic of the pizzas I had during my visits in Tuscany, Italy. Taste was just right without being too much pizza or too much breakfast. I would highly recommend this dish. Other than that, this restaurant always offered good vibes with quick service and friendly staff. It's a must visit Main Street.

Walking in, the atmosphere was inviting and warm. We were sat at our table (with plenty of room in between for COVID) by a friendly hostess and shortly ordered our food. The Pesto Prawn Artisan Flatbread I ordered was absolutely delicious with the goat cheese flavour coming through nicely. I don't usually eat the crust of my pizza but the crust was light and soft that I just ate the whole thing. Overall a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely come back!

We went for a Halloween version of their make-your-own pizza night. The kids were delighted with the table side potion making server that mixed up their drinks, making their own little pizzas, having their faces painted and choosing some candies for their little goody bags. The adults ordered our own dinners and drinks and had a good time too. It was a nice halloween themed outing for a family or a couple families to share.

All things aside, the pizza we had was all tasty. However, I was there with a group (25ish people) who had a $20 per person deal - they barely supplied anything for that price. 2 small slices per person, at best. The staff was also very inattentive and made it clear they were unhappy with our group, when people grumbled about the "deal" we had - pretty sure I caught one of them complaining about us to another table... Having had some of the pizza (they ended up making us some more, part at their cost and part ours), it was quite enjoyable - but not at the prices even listed at the regular menu. $30 for a 14" thin pizza? Nope.

We tried the "Creamy Smoked Gouda Penne (Vegan)". There was no gouda on it and the creamy sauce had an odd sweet taste to it. The side bread was too gummy. The price was very expensive for the taste ($15 for the pasta). The play area had only a pizza firewood toy. My 1 year daughter was too young to enjoy it. It would be better if they had something for her age. On the good side, the waitress was good and the ambient looked clean. I got surprised since they have so many good reviews. Maybe we had a bad luck this day...

Beer selection was a bit blah for Vancouver, given the plethora of craft breweries, but the staff was friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. Really it was pretty solid but not outstanding. What a fantastic restaurant! Everything about this place is top notch. Inventive, delicious food supporting local farms. Lots of dietary options that are designed in their own right, rather than as reduced versions of the standard dish. Great vibe too - love the moss wall and friendly servers. We were here with 13 family members from 3 - 60 years old, with wildly varied food preferences. Everybody loved this place.

Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co has some of the best pizza in Vancouver. Made with local ingredients, it's a healthy alternative to other pizza options, and has a friendly and fun atmosphere. The price is a bit higher than other places on Main, but it's a nice evening out regardless.

Food: I had a DIY pizza which was delicious. Keep in mind that they do use fresh and local ingredients which is reflective in the price. It’s a lively restaurant, so it can be loud. But the servers are great and we were well taken care of! Note: Parking in this neighbourhood can be challenging - if you’re lucky, you can find free 2hr parking in the residential areas.

We haven’t had many restaurant experiences in the last several years, but this establishment just reset the bar ridiculously high. Emma was the best, friendliest, in-the-moment server we’ve ever experienced. Casual, friendly, but still attentive to detail. For a casual dining place, the food was incredible. In a time where many restaurants are streamlining their offerings, we were presented 3 different menus for regular, brunch and Dine Out options. And our appetizer, main and dessert were all made in-house and you could taste the difference. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

It used to be more like a friend's and family place for lunch or dinner. However it's become more of a kid friendly or young family place. The dishes seems to be more simple, but not as tasty prior to the transition. I appreciate that they use as much local, sustainable and organic whole foods but I think the the food is lacking quality and attention. Further, the restaurant was confused atmosphere that over the the course of dining transformed from a children playground, shifted in to mature date spot, and finally—by literally by shifting tables around—was being transformed into a communal farmer table bar as my party departed.

A couple friends and I went for their DineOut. Fantastic menu! The soup was nice and hearty with a very flavourful and buttery bread, and everyone enjoyed their pizzas, which were loaded with delicious ingredients and beautifully balanced. Mine might have been very slightly underdone, but it was delicious enough to not matter, and I have enough for a lunch tomorrow. The double chocolate brownies were outstanding -- warm and gooey and so packed with chocolate, but with a delightful crunch on the outside. The only thing I didn't like much was their ice tea, but they were very accommodating about that. Clean washroom, service was decent, though sometimes it was a bit hard to flag down a server. Overall, it was a really nice experience and a great amount of food in a relaxing space.

Restaurant is very cozy and warm, very nice for families with children. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. When an entree meal didn’t come, they gave us a complimentary drink. Dine in meal was $25 per person, food was alright. Entree was very rich in flavour; butterchicken pasta. Suggestion of adding hooks on the wall for coats near the two big tables because there is no place to put it but on the bench. Dineout menu has a variety of items to choose, vegan or not. For the dessert, all options sound very delicious. I cannot wait to try it!

We had such a great time. My three years old nephew love pizza and he gets to make his own. The entire staff are so wonderful with kids makes the parents at ease. Foods are delicious, we ordered chicken soup, bruschetta, antipasto, fig and goat cheese salad, three different types of pizza all are thumbs up. Great gluten free options even beer. 5 points score evenly from atmosphere, services and foods. Bravo to the company pay attention to create such a wonderful environment for family dinning. Kids play area, family night pizza making, children books and games available. What's more can you ask for.

This is a really good spot for family lunch and dinner. The staff is very attentive and service is fast. High chairs and a small area for kids available. I find the place to be accommodating for people with and without kids, which is hard to accomplish. The flatbreads are great and they have a wide range of healthy salads in their menu. It would be great if prices were a bit lower, but it is worth anyway. Would definitely come back and recommend.

We discovered a large 'shard' of plastic in one of the pizza's, incredibly dangerous (they took it off the bill). The children's play kitchen has been replaced with a pizza oven but no supporting utensils. The grubby cloth 'play' vegetables are gross and desperately in need of a wash. Generally this was an over priced and under delivered experience. Lack of quality control throughout the operation.

Found this restaurant on google today, called them twice got really exited for their organic + gluten free + vegan pizzas (my gf and I have gone vegan for almost 3 years now). When the orders came out.. turned out it was a mistake that their gluten free flour contains eggs. Still appreciated that they double checked and let me know. The server apologized and we agreed to switch to pasta instead.

This particular location (Main St) is a great place for kids. There's a play area for young children with toys, and after ordering the staff brought the food for the kids out extremely quickly to keep them occupied while we waited a bit longer for our food. Food was great, service was great, great experience overall. I'm not sure if the other location is as well-equipped for kids.

I find the chicken pesto pizza a little bland, crust was tough and for $30 it was disappointing. Penne bolognese was tasty but very small portion and not worth $20. I understand its local and organic but at these price points, it would not be a repeat for me.

This place has amazing pizza! The artisan flatbread is thin and crunchy - the perfect texture. The toppings are also premium compared to your typical pizza shop, and they mix well together. It has vegan friendly options and I like how their pizza isn’t greasy or oily. Service was great and ambiance has a cozy feel. Only reason it’s 4 stars is because the price, I think it’s a bit too high for what you get compared to its competition. The soup of the day was also a bit bland, but salt would do the trick. If you’re wanting to splurge a bit on a nicer pizza, this is worth coming to!

We dined here for dinner with 3 adults and 2 small children and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food, service, and surroundings. We had large pizza, 1/2 Farmers Market - definitely recommend, outstanding, a pasta special, also excellent although bread that accompanied may have been a bit too salty, and a kids meal (pepperoni pizza). I had a pint of craft and was surprised that it was good as well as I've usually found some hit and miss... Will definitely return. Prices may be a bit high but I would say completely worth it for the quality ingredients. As a comparison, I would say this was far, far better than the pizza and pasta we had at a well known "authentic Neapolitan" pizza house on Victoria Drive.

Be careful... May be good for a child’s birthday but that is all. We ordered two medium sized flatbread pizzas which came to $40 CAD. Bland unappetizing undersized and unimpressed. Pretty horrible truthfully. Have travelled far and wide and this is substandard.

I love Rocky Mountain flatbread their tomato basil pizza it is so amazing and it taste so great it has so much flavour. It is kid approved. Plus there dessert is fantastic. My favourite is the brownie with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. The brownie is so good and the homemade vanilla ice cream is so so so good. You need to go there.

Best pizza flatbread and brunch place. Been here 3 times now and everyone of our guests have loved this place. Staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Great place for a date, for family outing, or kids party. Great food choices from meatatarians to vegans. Pizzas are done napoletano style, and better if not as good as the real deal!

Food quality and service standards have really taken a nosedive... We used to frequent this establishment as "regulars". Sadly, we've noticed on the last couple of visits that the food is now really sub-par. On our most recent visit, the number of servers outnumbers the number of tables with patrons. Despite that, service was sloooow. Our server walked about frequently, but never seeming to actually do anything productive. If there are competing tasks to perform, it generally makes more sense to take the orders from customers first (so that the kitchen can start preparing), rather then clear empty tables (one at a time), while patrons waited to place their orders... After a loooong wait for our food (about 45 minutes), our "artisan" pizzas came partly burnt. Still tolerable, except that some of the ingredients used were clearly spoiled. That's right, rotting mango chunks mixed with very small pieces of shrimp and canned cod. Hmmm, appealing! As luck would have it, I had cheapo pizza earlier in the day at one of those $1.25/slice places, which under all objective measures was CONSIDERABLY better than Rocky Mountain's offering.

This was not a planned visit but we'd been on a long walk and wanted a quick bite to eat. We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice the inside was. The living art on the wall was lovely. I was excited to check this place out after seeing really good reviews but my experience was sadly very unpleasant. We were greeted and sat fast which was nice and the server came by pretty quickly to get our orders and everything. But after the food arrived, no one came to check on us to see how everything was going. We saw our server, take his meal and take a seat on the patio, I figured he's on break but I guess no one was watching his section. After waiting a while, I had to get up myself and ask for a refill on waters for the table and another beverage, the servers looked annoyed and cold that I was approaching them. Another friend joined our table after we were done eating for a drink and over half an hour went by and no one came by to offer her a drink, she finally got up herself and asked for a beverage and received the same coldness we did. I was very surprised by this experience and although I enjoyed the food, I will not be returning.

Our family loves this place. The make-your-own pizza on Sunday and Monday nights is so fun for the kids, and they have a great little play oven to entertain the littles while waiting. Food is absolutely excellent (fig and brie pizza!), the beers on tap are varied and yum, and the service is always spot-on. Try some of their specials--the most recent one I tried with grilled melon was incredible! Love having them in our neighbourhood!

What a great place! Booked a kids pizza party for my nephew’s 2nd birthday and was blown away. They have everything set up for a fun pizza making experience, adults can join, kids love eating the toppings before it hits the pizza and then watching their pizza being made in the pizza oven. It was so reasonably priced and I could recommend it higher. Emily was amazing to deal with from booking the event to helping us along the way, she was terrific. Best part, everything was super Covid safe and they clearly took all the measures to make sure it was stuff while still being fun. It’s a great idea just for a fun evening for adults and kids or just to grab some of the best pizza in town. Boom.

A really nice pizza place with some non-traditional entrees. They have a open kitchen and it is great to watch them cook the pizza. There is a kids play area with a mini pizza oven that is fun. They can seat pottery decent sized groups (12-16). Sometimes the food can be a little under seasoned but they have lots of options for adding sauce and peppers. Parking is limited to paid on the street or free in limited spots of street. They are on a decent transit route and there are bike racks nearby. Wheelchair seating available but the door is manual. During busy times it is a pretty lively atmosphere. Staff are pleasant and bathrooms are clean. Price is great for the value.

I came here a few months ago and since then have been DREAMING about their chicken pesto pizza! The meat is super soft and well seasoned and the pesto is not too much or not enough. And don’t even ask me about their crunchy dough, i almost thought they fried it. Lunch or dinner, super nice place :D

have been to numerous restaurants around Vancouver and this by far has been one of the best. From the outset we were met by our lovely server. He was so attentive and caring of our every need. We are not the easiest of customers to impress and can be awkward at the best of times (allergies) etc.. The food was exquisite, so many beautiful flavors. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I would throughly reccomend the Farmers market pizza and their delicious brownies. Great to see what they're doing for the enviornment, wonderful ideas.Thanks for the wonderful service guys, I will be back again.

Really lovely place. Ate on the patio outside. Server very friendly and the food was actually exceptional, I have to say. My eggs benny came on a brioche waffle, prociutto on top, perfectly cooked eggs and a generous pouring of creamy delicious hollandaise on top. A side of halved grape tomatoes and fresh arugula with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Absolutely delicious. All the tastes, flavours and textures complimented one another. Talented cooks behind the scenes, no doubt. Highly recommended!
