Here you will see the information of people like you who know the products of CinCin Ristorante + Bar (Restaurant) around Vancouver territory (Canada).
As of day the firm receives a score of 4.5 stars out of 5 and the score has been calculated on 127 reviews.
As you can read, the average of ratings is almost the highest, and it is founded on a large number of scores, so we may be pretty sure that the score is very accurate. If many people have bothered to rate when they are satisfied with the service, it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to place opinions when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Restaurant is included in the category of Italian restaurant.
Very good place. They have a no clothes policy so my husband showed up naked.
This classic Italian restaurant on Robson street serves delicious food with fresh ingredients. It also has an extensive wine list. I especially enjoyed the fresh homemade pastas and the fish (grilled and served whole - the fish is de-boned at the table). Service is attentive and friendly. A restaurant I would recommend in downtown Vancouver.
When we arrived the restaurant was not full yet and while we were waiting for our appetizers my friend and I saw a MOUSE twice. We showed to the waiter where the mouse was running towards to (really close to the kitchen) and we kept our voice down because we didn’t want to ruin the other peoples’ night as well. We were told that the manager was aware of the incident and they changed us table but that was it. The manager was deliberately avoiding us during the night. Nobody even checked that area, nobody apologized for the incident and me and my friend felt sorry for all those people that were placed in tables at the area we indicated. I am not complaining about the mouse, this kind of things can happen but this is when the manager needs to step in and control the situation. The food was not that special either so in my opinion, just choose another italian restaurant in the city.
Great food and wine. Staff helpful in suggesting wine matches for our food. You can book online also!
Everything about this restaurant is dated from the decor to the menu to the preparation of the food. My sister and I ordered steaks, rare to medium rare, we each received steaks cooked at least medium if not medium-well and both without any searing to speak of, it reminded me of the steaks I would have going out with my parents 25 years ago.
Excellent food great customer service and selection and wine pairing was amazing. Overall highly recommend this joint for a romantic evening or to grab a bite with friends.
3.5 stars. Went for dineout, service was excellent but the food was a little disappointing. The appetizer (humbolt squid) was good, flavourful and tender, as was the dessert (panna cotta). However, the main dishes were the disappointments. I enjoy my pasta al dente for sure, but the cassareccia all’ arabbiatta was most definitely undercooked and the risotto could have also benefitted from another minute or two of cooking time and maybe some veggies or something to break up the monotonity of the dish. If the main dishes (or at least the cassareccia all’ arabbiatta) had been executed better the meal would have been worth the price.
That was a surprise for me and Elma for excellent service and food experience I really enjoyed it and strongly recommend it for you.
Very nice dine in
Great service, amazing ambiance and delicious food!
We did the dine-out experience last night and were happy with the food (I've been there quite a few times over the last 30 years as I used to work close by ) . However, I found our waitress to be uninspired. She did everything right but was just kind of 'off'... Perhaps she was having a bad day? Our meal last night could have between a more enjoyable experience, as our recent trips to Hawksworth and Chambar have been.
Bolognese was delicious, service was excellent, and the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some very good authentic Italian food!
This is an upscale, gourmet restaurant with exceptional service and delicious food. The only downsides are the small portion sizes, however this is often the case with such restaurants, and rather high prices.
Had a great experience in this place with my son. The food was served quickly and the service is just excellent. Prices are affordable.
Great food and atmosphere
Excellent service. Amazing Italian Food. Tasty drinks. Knowledgeable Staff. $$$ but very much worth it.
Most disappointing dinner ever! Ordered the risotto that supposedly came with truffles but didn’t get any truffles at all. The restaurant was very busy, but that does not justify the fact that I never got checked on during the meal, that my water didn't get refilled at all, or that I wasn’t even offered another drink. When they were taking my plate away, I finally had a chance to ask someone about the truffles and was told that I should have said something earlier, even tho I never had a chance because no one came by. They didn’t offer anything to make up for their mistake and I barely got an apology. I never wrote a review in my life, but this experience deserves one.
The gnocchi here is amazing, nothing bad on the menu here really, the wait staff is excellent as well.
Bedienung Top, Essen Top, Abend Top Don't miss the fabulous CinCin. Thank you so much for that "art of food"
Great food. Extensive wine list/cellar. Impressive desserts. Excellent service. 10/10
The food was fabulous. The waiter was knowledge about the food and wine choices. The ambience was just right. On a rainy cold night the heated patio with the just perfect lighting was lovely. Will go back for authentic Italian. Reminded me of my trip to italy
Birthday for my wife. Very lovely place, totally COVID oriented in booking capacity and staggering. Great food. Great services. Molto Bene.
Ate the three course. Price, taste and service was great. Nice atmosphere for special day.
What can I say, it's tops a very nice meal for a good price. Because I didn't pay my friend did
So good, great food, service and presentation. The lamb was superb. Try the black sage cab, for something local and different.
Wanted to celebrate the relaxing of health protocols with a delicious dinner at a local gem. Grateful the caliber of the kitchen remains high. The prix fixe menu was tasty and filling. Fortuitously we met and were charmed by the sommelier, Mr. Michael Thomas Littleford, who enthusiastically recommended a local vineyard previously unknown to me. Amazing. Service was attentive but unobtrusive. A+
It can get busy so best to make a reservation. Was glad we did on the night before Seawheeze Run because it got full. They have a lot of indoor seating and also some on the 2nd level patio. A great place to charge up on carbs. The app was a grilled pork belly and octopus with salad. Octopus was super tender and pork belly nice and crispy. Yum. Had the classic Bolognese with flat noodles. Also tried the lobster spaghetti and it was delicious. The dishes came fast so we did not have to wait. Delicious and hot the spot. They have a great wine list but today was feeling like a beer. Had a Koelsch which was new on the menu. Also a brown ale on tap. Great restaurant.
Beautiful setting. Get a patio seat if you can and overlook bustling Robsons street in Vancouver. Pre dinner coctails were perfect, wine selection is solid and the two fish dishes we enjoyed were cooked to perfection. Well done Cin Cin team.
Meal type
Great restaurant and atmosphere. The wine list is extensive and expensive, but worth it if you love wine!
My boyfriend and I celebrated our one year anniversary at the restaurant tonight and received some of the best service! From the moment we walked in to the very end staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you for creating a special night for us. Oh and the food was amazing!!!
Dinner
Had dinner here on Tuesday evening with another.couple of friends. Everything was first class at this restaurant from start to finish. Waiter was very attentive to all of our needs without being a pushy. All of the plates were well proportioned, presented in a sculptural way and everything was well prepared and was extremely tasty. Highly recommended.
LOVE LOVE LOVE CinCin! We dined in for the Truffle Festival, highly recommend black truffle risotto as a mid course with Pol Roger Champagne. The service was thoughtful, professional, and witty and just for a moment we were able to forget we were living through a pandemic. The restaurant was set up with safety dividers, sanitation stations and all the staff were wearing masks, and made us feel very safe. Shane & Owen were also perfect hosts, the combination of the team service reaffirmed why this is our favourite restaurant in the city.
Have only been the once. Had a 4 course meal and it was some of the best food I ever had. The shrimp was cooked on a rosemary stalk, and the steak was perfect cooked. Service was friendly. Great for large groups.
The greeting at the entrance was excellent. The door was opened for us. All the important information was checked. We were greeted again by more staff. Then taken to our table. We had 2 tables side by side which I was so Happy about. The service by Kenny was excellent. He came multiple times to check on us and give good recommendations from the menu. A gentleman in a suit was always coming around to see how we were doing; maybe a manager. There was a lady who I spoke over the phone and was at the front desk area and she too was so professional and polite. We all loved our dishes and the wine list is very good. It was my first time here and I am really impressed. Good job everyone!
Fairly unspectacular Italian fare given the premium prices. Great ambience though.
Food is fantastic. Service, impeccable.
I am giving this place a 5 mostly for its ability to execute: came here for a team dinner with 50+ people and the service we received was outstanding: the meals were served simultaneously, all hot and yummy. Not a single error was made plus the drinks came in quickly and delicious. I’d totally recommend it for a group dinner
I had the most incredible experience. Its a very nice atmosphere ...the costumer Service is amazing!!! I had an albacore tuna with a little salad...they brought me as a compliment 2 petit fours ..gorgeous! I truly had a Wow moment...I have stayed there for an hour... I will go back for sure. It can more expensive or not ...I had whatI want for incredible price.
This place is absolutely amazing!!! Authentic Italian food with a huge wine list. Staff are super frienfly, place is super cozy. I will be back soon :)
I wished we could have had a full meal here but we were constrained on time. The cocktails were superb and the appetizer we had was a great glimpse into what we might expect from the full experience.
Great food and ambiance. We try to visit whenever we are in Vancouver.
very professional, accommodating and respectful staff. Drinks are great value and delicious; You can’t go wrong with the Negroni. The starters, the entrees and the deserts are tasty too. we were not a big fan of the squash ravioli tho but the rest of our food was great.
Great atmosphere. The food was fantastic. Literally best steak I have ever eaten.
Fantastic italian spot with an excellent wine list. Food was incredibly well executed and had amazing balance in flavors. Service was attentive and fun. Highly recommend a visit if you are looking for one of the best restaurant experiences in Vancouver. The prawns and pastas were particular highlights.
Food was really good. Lots of great options. Wine choices were excellent, we loved the atmosphere. Service was one of the best I ever had. It was quite expensive, but the price point was ok.
Such a great dining experience. There reputation precedes them, and food is exactly what you would expect from a restaurant under the tabletop restaurant group. My favourite restaurant in Whistler, Araxi; Favorite cafe in Vancouver, Thierry; naturally some of the best food in Vancouver would come from CinCin, and I can attest to that. Anything from the fired grill will win you over, but also have the option of fine pastas and seasonal options as well. They offer a large selection of wine, which the servers are more than happy to help you with. The servers are knowledgeable and wait your table exceptionally well. The restaurant itself has a great look and feel, with a classic Tuscan look, and a view into the kitchen. Highly recommend trying CinCin.
The bread was so good our table (somewhat shamefully) asked for 3 baskets. The restaurant itself has a pretty unique layout and decor for what you'd usually see in Vancouver. The food itself is fantastic.
Wow so nice. Service A++ and gooood food. Risotto was excellent.
Excellent food and a great wine list..but expensive. ..
Lovely ambience. Good Italian food and wine. Great service.
Food was above average, service was a miss. Our waitress seemed kind of clueless
We loved our dining experience at CinCin. We had a wonderful table on the heated patio, our server was so good, didn't rush us, always there when we needed him and made great recommendations for food and wine. Every course from appetizers, pasta, main and dessert were fantastic. We will definitely go back.
Service
Delicious food, appy to desert.
Excellent food. Excellent service ????
One of my favorite fine dining restaurant in vancouver. I have very good dining experience everytime I go there. Very great service and good food.
Food is quite good. It was a pleasure to see the open kitchen and how the team worked together. The overall experience, however, was much less than what I expected and what I thought CinCin would strive to offer. The server got the order wrong. When we told the food runner that we didn't order the dish, his response, "it's on your bill." It took a long time for the food to arrive, it took even longer for the empty dishes to be cleaned off the table. Our sever seemed to be taking care of too many tables to be able to offer us quality service. The restaurant is beautiful, but it was so loud that we weren't really able to hear each other talk. With the money spent, I feel we could get the same quality of food, but much higher quality of service and atmosphere elsewhere.
Very good restaurant. Long wait (Fri eve).
Service was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the menu. Great advice. Continued all evening to make us feel special. Food was simply amazing. We had 4 courses and shared 3 of them. Great blend of traditional Italian with wood fire. Divine. Glad we shared the dessert. It was special. Thanks guys for a meal we will always remember.
Staff is very friendly, the food was great. Really enjoyed my visit.
Food and service good. Expensive.
Dine in
Very average. Over priced and over rated. You'll do better elsewhere.
Overall this was a good experience except for the main courses. The appetizers were delicious and very well done. The issue was the main course, where I ordered the sablefish, it took almost 45 min when the waiter came back to told me they were out of and we subbed it for the tuna. I mean it happens, kitchens run out of ingredients, the problem was that it took so long to let know before ordering something else, as a result we almost waited 1:15 min for our dishes. They ended up apologizing and not charging me for my dish which proves to me it is a well managed place. The lemon risotto taste was incredible however it was slightly overcooked. My wife had the duck which seems to be a bit overcooked and was lacking sauce and seasoning. So overall service was great and food was good but I was expecting more from a price point. The wait was frustrating but I guess this is not a common thing as it seems people around us were getting their plates in reasonable amount of time. I haven't decided yet if I will go back.
Between the menu selection, quality of food, service and venue, IMHO, this may be the best Italian restaurant in Vancouver.
My husband and I went here with high expectation because it’s one of the Toptable Group restaurants. We used to have really good experiences in other Toptable Group restaurants and CinCin is quite disappointing. Let’s start with appetizers, my order order was a squid that was a bit burnt up and frankly all I could taste was bitterness. My main course is sablefish, it was quite good at the first couple of bites, but as the food temperature cool down, the fishy scent grows stronger. L’Abattoir has the same dish but it was done much better, they get rid of the fishiness by a simple sauce. At last I want to talk about service. I am not saying service is bad or waiters are rude. They are nice and polite. However it seems they forget to ask how our food taste like. But it doesn’t matter now. By all means, CinCin is a good restaurant but it does not come close to Eliza. It certainly worth more stars instead of two, but I don’t want to give more because I am disappointed. Similar restaurants suggestions: Anna Lena, L’Abattoir etc.
For such a highly rated restaurant I was disappointed with the taste of the food. Staff was good. And I love Italian food, but this place did not suit my taste buds
"Above and beyond". For a special birthday date we recieved incredible service — a handwritten note from the chef, a table-side welcome from the restaurant director, and a beautiful suprise dessert. Food was phenomenal. Thank you CinCin for a memorable experience!
Excellent food and service best of the city
My wife, son and I had dinner at CinCin about 3 weeks ago and we had one of the best dining experiences that we've had in the past several years (and we dine out a lot!) Of course the food and ambience were great, but the thing that made the whole experience so memorable was the amazing service that we received from our server Jamie. Being a former server myself, I can sometimes be a bit critical of the service whenever we dine out, but Jamie was attentive, personable and flawless in his service. 11/10
Atmosphere, food and service was phenomenal
Absolutely amazing! One of the best Italian meals of my life.
Great food on a patio. The duck and burrata were fantastic. Good service
Great food and service!
Overall the Restaurant food and services was good. Didn't particularly care for the risotto was a little to bland and the tenderloin was cooked medium rare but really need to a sauce to balance it out as it was a little to dry on the outside. Other than that it was good.
Classic high end Italian with excellent service as one would expect from a Top Table restaurant. The tenderloin with chimichurri is one of my favorites!
Food is phenomenal, but service is not as good for such a fancy restaurant. Would come again, though.
Dine in
Nice atmosphere with great service, but the portion of all foods we ordered, were less than a standards meal. (The steak (photo) is for two) and more expensive compare to other same level restaurants, though they were well-designed. Totally I can say It doesn't worth the money.
Just so good experience there
Fantastic!!! We came here to celebrate our 5th anniversary. We made reservations just to be safe. Glad we did! What a fantastic evening! Service was superb. Our server Jamie L was amazing! He recommended their gnocchi appetizer and their Alaskian Char. My partner had their chickpea dish. It was amazing! His wine recommendations were spot on. Ended the evening with their tiramisu. It was so great that I wanted to lick the plate afterwards! We even received a personalized card from the executive chef wishing us Happy Anniversary. Will definitely be back soon!
Best service I've had in Vancouver. Ordered the prawn ricotta, carbonara, truffle chicken and tiramisu. All were amazing!! Thank you Daewon and Chef Andre for making my birthday so memorable! Will def be coming back!
The food here is delicious, the staff are friendly and atmosphere is beautiful. Definitely a must try. A bit pricey though.
I've wanted to go to CinCin for 30+ years. I can now tick it off my bucket list and it was definitely worth the wait! Everything was absolutely impeccable - atmosphere, service, food - everything was exquisite! Thank you for a remarkable evening.
Excellent food. Subpar waiter. Great atmosphere. Waiter was rude and condescending. Made fun of my choice, pressured me to choose something else. I stuck to my original order and the food was fabulous. The patio is very nice.
had a 3 course dinner here last night with a team. The design & lighting were suitable for up scale social. I like how they dim the light when it gets later. The food looked so so, and the tasted was so so. When I found out the main course was $40 each, I was even more disappointed. In my opinion, the food didn't worth the price. Asked many other team members, and we all had similar impression.
CinCin is an amazing restaurant! My fiancé (now husband) and I had the honour of holding our civil wedding ceremony at CinCin this summer and it was a fantastic experience. The staff made sure we were able to use their private room for the ceremony and then hosted a wonderful dinner for us to enjoy after. The food was unbelievably tasty, the wine was divine, and our server was professional and friendly. We are so very grateful to CinCin for all they did to make our day so special! We would highly recommend this restaurant not only for the amazing food and wine but for the experience of being cared for by phenomenal staff.
Wait staff is always great
Great experience, tasty food and desserts

Oooo lala! This place is perfect for a romantic date :)We got in on short notice, which we really appreciated. From the moment you walk up the steps its beautiful experience. The inside is stunning with low lighting, fine art and a nice bar. The patio is one of my favourites as you feel you are in a magical garden. The burrata is hands down one of the best in Vancouver! You can tell this cheese travelled straight from Italy. Fine service! We adored our server, I forgot his name but he was an older gentlemen who was very attentive! He also de-crumbed the table, which I LOVE! My ravioli was incredible, along with the bottle of bubbly we got. Thank you Cin Cin! We will be back :)
Great atmosphere with fantastic service, the sea bass was amazing and they even gave me a demo on how to debone/filet with just a spoon and fork
Been to CinclCin before and.the food was excellent but it is an off night for them I think. The gnocchi lacked any flavor and the steak was salty. Disappointed considering price of the meal.
I probably should have seen this coming, but perhaps I'm too much of a dullard to learn from experience. I was recommended CinCin from a local and reserved a seat without much question, given strong reviews. Now I get that in Vancouver, everything costs about 6x what it should, but I still was a bit shocked when a salad was $16 (didn't even order) and a plate of pasta with Bolognese was $25 or so. Without being able to stomach the salad price, my wife and I decided to just get full portions of pasta and figured that would be enough (albeit a one-dimensional meal). My wife got gnocchi with mushrooms and I got the aforementioned tagliatelle Bolognese. When they came out, I almost laughed. I couldn't really stifle a "where's the rest of it?" Resigned to eating after we left, we started in on our "appetizers," at least expecting that our two dishes, each maybe 15cm around, would be expertly prepared. For the most part, this was true of my wife's two (yes two!) gnocchi. My pasta was pretty well prepared, if not a bit overcooked. The Bolognese sauce, on the other hand, was a total embarrassment; an uninspired, unseasoned, non-descript red sauce with meat looking more belonging to a can of Beefaroni than a $25 shot glass of pasta. Gratuitous salt and pepper helped, but I certainly find more enjoyment in a jar of decent, mass-produced sauce, and some regular old ground beef... that's not very high praise and unacceptable for the money. So finishing up and paying our perfectly lovely server, we walked to A&W so we could actually eat something. Going back to the beginning, this is a lesson learned over and over again in our hipster paradise of Portland, ME. If you go into a restaurant and feel like the menu is intentionally obfuscating what the dishes are in order to impress (practicing to present their dish on top chef, I suppose), when a side salad price starts with a "1," and when the wine page is 6 pages long while the beer page is one, expect to not only be disappointed, but expect to find some fast food after. I'm sure for true foodies looking for "imaginative" preparations of fundamentally simple, ingredient-driven food, they will find happiness here. However, if you want some good, non-pretentious Italian food that can serve as more than a snack, there are better options.
Very good food, nice decor. A tad expensive.
Dinner
Menu described the food items very accurately. I enjoyed the atmosphere here as well.
This is a late review ( from September 15, 2021) My group and I decided to have a light meal before dinner and we decided to go to Cin Cin. When we first arrived at 5 we were able to be seated earlier (our reso was 5:15 PM) however the host never asked us if we preferred the dining area or patio and we were sat at the patio on the end of the patio ( it could’ve been due to seating availability or because we were wearing base ball caps - even though when we left there was still seating inside and we have worn baseball caps here before) where there was a huge opening between their window pane and patio so there was alot of air coming in. Our server was ok he did say “youre welcome” when we would say thank you but he didn’t make us feel welcomed at all or friendly in comparison to other local fine dining restaurants. When we ordered our food I asked the server to turn on the patio heater because we were cold, when we got our appetizer (where the bread had grill marks but it was burnt black) I asked the server again since it was still cold but he responded in a cold manner “I told my manager already it takes 30 minutes to heat up” which I was surprised because I worked at many different restaurants with heated patios and never experienced that. When our main courses came the accompaniment for the lamb was incorrect (we wanted to sub all the accompaniments for the thyme roasted potatoes but it came out with the regular sides). At this point it didn’t seem like the heater was on and we were still cold (as we were literally at the end of the patio in the corner) and we didn’t feel warm at all until near the end of our meal after sharing a bottle of wine and ordering a cocktail each person... and at that point I don’t even think the heater was on as I kept on looking back at it and it looked the same (no orange/ ember color when turned on) and no heat. At the end of the meal when we were paying we paid by cash and our sever asked “do you need change”. When working at a restaurant that serves less than 60 people I already learned that whenever you are bringing a bill to a guest the proper etiquette is: “I’ll bring you your change” not “do you need change” as there is a big difference between the two.. I felt like it was not professional at all nor did it feel like a “fine dining experience”, something that they are trying to portray themselves as. I left a review on seven rooms (their booking system) because it prompted me to but still haven’t heard anything back from Cincin ????????♀️
Service was excellent, food was top notch, ambiance amazing. Great date spot.
Our family of four was treated like royalty, even though we were clearly underdressed for the occasion (We dined right after visiting Stanley Park, unaware that it was dressier than casual) The food was perfect in every way. The bread was fresh, delicious, and kept coming. Outdoor seating was lovely, charming Our finest Italian dining experience to date
I remember it was better.. some how the food was not as good as before.. I will try one more time to see...other than that, all good here.
Amazing food. Never been here and this place has been around for ever! We came for their anniversary menu which was very good. Service was great.
It's been years since I ate here. I found the experience to be exactly what I remembered. Please keep in mind that it a pricy restaurant but once you accept that, then sit back and enjoy incredible food, drink and great service. Graci!
My new fav place! Delicious, yummy and not to mention yummy! So worth it from the beef tartare to the drinks to the meal. All amazing.

Great food and the service is awesome. They also have a very good collection of wines and spirits
Our waiter was incredible and picked all our food for us. Awesome atmosphere and great food.
Wonderful meal, great service. In town for a conference and found this gem. The bartender, Ryan, was great about giving me space and being conversational since I was dining alone. The asparagus soup was creamy and rich - highly recommend - but the star was the rosemary ricotta gnocchi. OMG delicious. It was worth every decadent bite.
This place is ok. I came during dine out fesitval and made a reservation. They seat me in the ugly part of the restaurant by the entrance. I asked for a better table and they refused. The 3 coarse was ok but nothing special. There is no free parking in area, so paid parking is required .
Went for Dine Out Vancouver, the entire experience was extremely underwhelming. The food was subpar for a high end restaurant of this caliber. Will not go back.
Their pasta was awesome, but for my appetizer what I ordered, I got burnt bread. Otherwise, everything was good; taste, atmosphere and service.
Really nice venue for all your gathering needs! Food and service was great.

This is the upper scale restaurant. I think for the area it has pretty good success achieving such status. Food is well made, very good service. Prices are 50% above the average, but the sizes of portions are 50% less - I'm just comparing it with restaurants of the same class in Downtown. I'm fine with that. Waited for the food for about an hour. It was a bit of busy night - so that's OK. I've been working in this industry back in a days, so I know what it takes to do it. The only reason I have removed a few stars - it was a bit of shock when the server said I paid not enough tips and asked for more. Like I said I was working in the same business, and I thought 15% is the norm. At least in my days, I was happy getting such a tip, yet unhappy customers sometimes paid no tips at all - and I never expressed my frustration, not to mention bluntly asked for tips. I would be fired on the spot. Apparently, this restaurant has a policy of 18% minimum tip - I guess that's how their Visa machines setup. But my credit card was on hold due to some suspicious transaction, so I paid cash, sort of bypassing their setup and tipping a little bit less than they expect. Bottom line: If you've made a 18% tip option mandatory - include it in the bill and don't force your servers begging for tips.
My wife and I choose CinCin, to have our romantic dinner after we got married the afternoon. The hostess directed us to the bar where we were greeted by the manager, who congratulated us, and a bottle of bubbly. It was a pleasant surprise, other that tying the knot of course. We ordered food and the staff took really good care of us. It was the perfect way to conclude a perfect day. They made us feel special...and yes the food was amazing. I would highly recommend their service and food.
Service and food are top notch, can't go wrong really, and we tried a big spread!
Food is incredible!!! Service is very good and the atmosphere very nice!!!
Nice ambience, great selection of BC and Italian wines, awesome dinner entrees during the Vancouver international wine festival.
Beautiful place, Delicious food and excellent service. Nice place to celebrate something special.
Food was great, service was also great.
Great atmosphere, great food and attentive service make this place a great choice for upscale dining. Huge wine selection and a knowledgeable sommelier was present to hel us with our selection.
Amazing food and fantastic service! We had the best server who was delightful.
Outstanding fire grilled steak. Will definitely return again. Great service and staff.
Your mileage may vary at CinCin. Be sure to have a reservation. The first night we tried to walk in and the hostess insisted they were booked full even though I noticed a spot for 9pm on Open Table. I somewhat wonder if we were turned away for being underdressed. The same tall hostess was just as chilly the next time around on the greeting and completely ignored us on the way out despite being the only guests in the area. We came with high expectations: the buffala mozzarella quality could be better, salumi misti had some great cured meat and others average, tenderloin lacked flavour, gnocchi was one dimensional, and little taste of marscapone in the tiramisu. The overall experience was single handedly redeemed by our pleasant and proficient server. As others mentioned, extensive wine list.
Wow wow wow...literally no other words cane out if my mouth after EVERY bite that I took! I came here for ny birthday and what a great dinner it was ! The parmesan soufflé is an absolute must have for an appetizer, the chicken and veal are UNREAL (the risotto is so fresh with the veal and the gnocci melts in your mouth when you pair it with the mushrooms and chicken) I never write reviews, but for Cin Cin it definitely deserves one. I am writing this review as I wait for our desserts to arrive amd i am sure i will not be let down. You are missing out if you dont try Cin Cin at least ONCE in your life or time in Vancouver.
Service
Amazing food and even better service. Balcony seating was perfect.
I appreciated the ambience and service. Food is well presented but not to my taste palate. Among us we ordered the steak, seafood linguine, the almond pasta and the fungi pasta. I would recommend the seafood pasta and the steak pasta, best Italian dishes I had. The fried potatoes that came with the steak were so crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The seafood pasta dish had a large variety of seafood and very generously seasoned. The main issue was the blunt taste to the other dishes, but that is just my preference. I am happy we were able to try this restaurant out. The ambience is cheerful compares to a bigger venue.

Multiple visits over as many years has proven this place a consistent winner. The interiors are a must see, the menu is concise, with a focused few dishes, and service is extremely professional. Highly recommended, though be mindful that the rooms are large and open and it can get loud if you don't reserve a balcony location.

Andrea and the kitchen staff are absolutely amazing with the preparation of each dish. The presentation is immaculate and the flavours are to die for! Every dish was exquisite and made me want to order three of the same plates to take home! Our server was welcoming, professional, friendly and very accommodating. He made sure our allergies were considered and even asked if I would be okay to have arugula with my carpaccio dish. It demonstrates that the staff at Cin Cin really care about their customers. I will definitely be coming back for more! Thank you for the fantastic evening. My mom and I had such a great time. We left with very full bellies and huge smiles.
Attentive service, knowledgeable sommelier, delicious food. A wonderful evening.
Great food, awesome service and nice ambience.
My sister and I had our first experience at CinCin and it was FABULOUS!! We had an exceptional server, he was knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and brought extra plates, and cutlery so we could eat family style. (We shared the Appetizer and Mains). We went with the Beef Carpaccio (Best we've had!), the Halibut special, Squash Ravioli and Risotto. All were so delicious it was hard to pick a favorite. We both agreed that it is our new favorite restaurant and can't wait to go back!!
Highlight dining experience of trip to Vancouver. Waiter was a very good resource for menu and wine. Blonde negroni was a surprising hit, less bitter than negroni but still able to experience the bitters. Branzino was perfectly grilled and filleted at the table.
Very fresh and traditional pasta, delicious!
Can't wait until you open again after this covid
Good meal, nice experience
Possibly one of the greatest restaurants I have ever been to. The quality is top level, their buffalo mozzarella is best I have ever tasted. Fine Italian cuisine at the highest level.
My husband and I went to Cin Cins tonight because I have wanted to share their incredible food with him for a long time. We asked for a tasting menu and even though they didn't have one, the chef created a five course menu for us. The sommelier paired wines with a couple of the courses for us. The food and wine was astounding, and I knew it would be. The customer service from all the people that interacted with us was what really stood out as above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful evening. My husband loved it too.
The service and food are excellent .
Great atmosphere and food!
Amazing staff, great food, look no further than CINCIN
I took my partner here for their birthday and we had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic and the service was amazing. They were incredibly friendly and made us feel really welcome and comfortable. As an upscale restaurant they really know their worth but don’t make you feel like a bad person or an outsider if you say something wrong/don’t know what to order. They were so genuinely friendly and happy to answer questions. Be kind and respectful to them and they will take amazing care of you.
Always excellent service, always delicious food
Our group was mostly well taken care of from the moment we sat down. Dining with a vegan and a celiac can be difficult but the waiting staff were accommodating, to the vegan especially. However, not much attention was given to the celiac and we had to inquire about their options several times as our waitress would only hastily cover a section of the menu at a time. Anyway, I enjoyed the Hokkaido scallops with ramp pistou risotto. Delicious small plates, and great drinks too. Unfortunately two members of the group ordered the roast sablefish and 4/4 people who tried it all found the maple vinaigrette too sweet. Maybe a bad batch? We found it didn't pair well with the already sweet fennel.
We went for dinner last evening at Cin Cin. I cannot say enough about how exceptional the service, food and total experience was. I highly recommend and will be back soon.
First visit in many years. CinCin is still excellent. Great service and amazing food.
My daughter took me there for my birthday di nner the food was great the drinks not very good
Fantastic Italian food work amazing friendly service, would highly recommend to all.
Went here for dine out Vancouver and had a great meal and the service was excellent. I highly recommend the steak grilled over the wood fire as you can taste the smoke and it was cooked to perfection. The fish was very slightly over cooked (although many people probably would not notice), but was still enjoyable. Mostly rating it only four stars due to poor accoustics which made it more difficult to hear the conversation. (Some accoustics tiles to soften of some of the hard surfaces would definitely make a huge difference in sound quality.)
Super delicious food, great wine and beverage list and excellent staff. We had a large party and theu pulled it off flawlessly.
Vegetables 2 salty~
Had to wait over an hour for a medium rare steak that was underwhelming. Severely disappointed.
The place is pretty good. Our table is a little too cramped. Food was good but can be much better.
Celebrated my 50th Birthday...the food was excellent and the service was equally amazing. I had the salumi misto and roasted Alberta lamb rack and they were the best I've ever had! I'm a picky Italian/Canadian and I was completely impressed! My new favorite restaurant in Vancouver!
The potatoes with parm were to die for and the macaroons and house made chocolate are incredible. Great service and lovely atmosphere. 10/10 ⭐
finally we got the chance to go to try this restaurant. it is not a very formal place, but still a lot of beautiful people. nice service and nice food , will be back soon
Food is always quality, consistent and this place has a great atmosphere!
insane food, great service, must try.
It’s my favorite restaurant in Vancouver. Always a great experience and the food is incredible.
Fantastic risotto, perfectly al dante and cheesy!
A short comment from a "Milanese" The most disappointing restaurant in my last 20 years. The spaghetti with lobster was made of: a barely warmed up, precooked spaghetti a tomatoes sauce that tasted like just coming from a can and overcooked pieces of lobsters.
Great service by manager Jay tonight. There was one dish that didn't meet our taste expectations so he promptly gave another suggestion that turned out delicious! Recommend the ling cod ????
Amazing service, Delicious food (a little salty) but seafood was very fresh
Edit and update April 13,2019: We returned here upon kind invitation of the director who reached out to us after our bad experience. I would like to begin my commending the business as that was a really nice touch and why I like to support local vancouver owned businesses. The restaurant and staff showed real consideration last night to really give us a good do-over and to keep their customers coming back. As I had a good first experience here, I certainly experienced that last night and staff went above and beyond to keep our business here. The food and wine pairings were incredible. There was a reason I liked this place to begin with and I was reminded of that again last night. Overall the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and ambiance stunning. The heated patio is my favourite place to sit and is a nice touch to the overall ambiance. Yesterday’s tastings reminded me why this place was initially so reputable. Classic Italian dishes with a creative and masterfully crafted twist. The chef demonstrated that this time, he/she took his time to show off excellent skills. Something I look for in locally owned businesses. Will be coming back for that squid ! ———————- My partner and I came here last night on my recommendation from my previous visit which was excellent .... at the time... Will not be returning again.
Perfect service from Daniel. Great food. Definitely gonna come back again.
We were here a just over a year ago. We stopped in just by chance on the way to our hotel. Best Italian restaurant I've ever been to! We are headed back to Vancouver in the coming months and planning our stay near by because it's all about the food. Kids and husband loved it all, we had leftovers and they were fantastic the next day too. Not over priced at all. Definitely recommend.
Great food and service, nice decor.
Was a little shocked at the food! I have eaten at Cin Cin many times over the past 15 years and they seem to have gone off track. I had ordered the tenderloin at a cost of $35.00. The tenderloin was uninspiring as it had no taste with a limited portion. Vegetables served along with the tenderloin were very bland. My wife had fish which I believe in this price range should have been deboned for her either prior or at the table. Service was ok, but not up to the par it used to be. If there prices were about 35% cheaper than I would probably not complain, but at this price level they need to severely sharpen their sword.
Best gluten free bread! It's homenade and sooooo good :) their food is amazing and staff are super knowledgable and friendly! Highly recommend for Celiac's or anyone in general!
Excellent atmosphere and service. Very small portions for the price.
Great service!!!
Ordered off of the 3 course prix fixe menu. Loved the beef carpaccio, it was amazing. Thought the pacific ling cod tasted average and the desserts were average. It was nice how they gave a little complimentary dessert and a birthday card to me for my birthday celebration.
Elegant Italian restaurant. Staff is very professional! They know their dishes and drinks! Best spaghetti I ever had! Delicious! Best experience.
We love CinCin!! Come here every birthday and celebration. Everyone is amazing there and the food is Divine!!
Enjoyed food and ambiance. Parmesan soufflé is my favourite.
Service
My husband took me to Cin Cin for my birthday dinner, it was both our first time. From the moment the host seated us, to the prompt service from Sol our server, we knew we would be in for a great evening. We ordered the Beef Carpaccio as an appetizer, Veal osso bucco and the special of the night Duck with Risotto for our mains and ended the night with two different cheeses. The food was phenomenal and Cin Cin even wrote me a sweet birthday card with some special dessert to make me feel extra special. Wow. Just so nice! Special Thanks to Sol; our server for the night, oh my goodness just the sweetest person. At no fault of hers I arrived not it the best mood. She recognized my demeanour and apologize if service took time but I quickly reassured her it was myself being hangry and everyone has been super efficient without delay. I immediately was able to come back to my senses because of how caring they made us feel, helping my husband from my wrath along the way haha. We definitely will be returning customers. Didn’t get all the pictures, food looked too good not to dive in right away! Thank you again Cin Cin and especially Sol who is a bright light of sunshine.
I had gone to this restaurant for my birthday and the dining experience had been exceptional. I had the squash ravioli, which was one of the best pastas I have ever had. My boyfriend also enjoyed his pork belly, although the portion is a bit on the smaller side. The Parmesan soufflé is a must! And for dessert we had ordered the lemon olive oil cake, but the restaurant had given it to us complimentarily! They had also given me a handwritten birthday message. This was all such a nice surprise that enhanced my birthday experience! On top of this amazing dinner the atmosphere here was just lovely! The patio and interior really added onto the experience. I will definitely be coming back again!
I recently went to Cin Cin for my daughter's birthday and the food was decent. It was tasty but the portions were quite small. I don't mind that there were no bells and whistles, but I don't think it was quite worth the price. I will happily pay for a good meal, but it has to be worth it. I will say the service was excellent. They were very friendly, efficient and even gave my daughter a birthday card with dessert on the house.
An impeccable dining experience. We were very large group and they didn't miss a beat, my glass was never empty. The food was absolutely amazing and perfectly executed. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
Decent restaurant, food was more western cuisine with minor Italian influence vs the other way around. Overall including atmosphere, food and service lacked passion seemed a lot more mechanical. Positive take away, good wine selection, speed of service and willingness to work with requests.
Amazing food. Wood fire everything.
Superb restaurant with great service and a very good location. Food is excellent. I'm from Toronto and this was my first time here in 30 years. Hope I make it back again.
Anniversary everything was perfect 10/10 all around. Food was outstanding as well as the service. We will definitely be back again.
Noisy venue, bland overpriced food - this restaurant feels as though it has lost its edge and is in need of a culinary and decor makeover. We were expecting a pleasant dining experience - food, ambience and service - this is what we got: 1) After changing to another table to attempt escape the noise, it was still hard to hear the person sitting across the table from you; 2) The food lacked lustre, for instance: a) the 6 hr braised beef dish tasted like a glorified mac and cheese dish with hamburger, b) the beef striploin ordered cooked MEDIUM came to the table bloody red RARE; 3) The serving staff were good and pleasant. Our ears are still ringing from the noise. It was a pleasure just to leave the restaurant and get away from the noise. Definitely not a romantic date night destination.
I love Cincin it's a Vancouver staple in fine dining. Great Wine List at reasonable prices. I love the patio too. I highly recommend it!!
Yesterday was the 2nd time I was in this restaurant. Food, Service, Staff and place was extremely good. I strongly recommend this restaurant
Great place in downtown Vancouver for a local glass of vino and some fresh al dente pasta. I had the dish with churizo and it was very tasty. A bit on the expensive side so get ready to drop a bill for you and your partner. I was here for a corporate dinner and the staff was very accommodating and helpful with explaining the menu and wine list. I would come back again.
3 star price, 5 star service, food, dessert, and wine!
Thoughtful staff. Great service. Good food.
Yummy food! Was surprised by the originality of the dishes. And the atmosphere and staff were friendly and welcoming as well.
It was DOV weekend. Dine out Vancouver. The place was pack. So we sat at the bar. Service was still attentive with never ending pour of wine and water. The shaved truffle beef Carpaccio was great as expected with generous shaved truffles. The burrata was a pleasant surprise as the cheese mixed w chopped pistachio and walnut was just the perfect blend. Will definitely order both again!
Great attention to detail. Not much interaction with our server. But the vibe of this place is very romantic and beautiful. I can see how the silence from our server and the ambience setting really brought me and my partner closer while having dinner. Love it.
Solo diners... dont try and hide us in the corner please.
Great place to eat in the area. Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious! We had their risotto, lasagna and quite a bit of their appetizers and we had to order seconds because we liked it so much. The ambiance is tasteful and simple; it really makes you forget you're in the middle of the Robson shopping strip. To top it all off, their staff pays extra detail for customers who reserve special occasions there. They personally gave a card greeting me and although it was nothing big it's the thought that counts. Will definitely come back again because I wanted to try their whole menu based on what I have eaten there so far. Definitely a must visit in downtown.
Tasty Italian dishes and well trained staff
Over priced and not even close to the best Italian food I have had.
Service
Good
Delicious Italian restaurant. We went for the dine out meals. It was amazing:) love the soup, main dish(arctic char) and desert!!
Great service! Good courses :) I really appreciate their friendly service. We had cod fish. It was great. Very tender and not fishy at all. Good work! I hope to try their fresh pasta sometime soon :)
The food is consistent, there are certainly some familiar comforting Italian dishes but also some surprises on the menu. Wine list is one of the best in the city, certainly an extensive selection that pleases just about everyone.
13 people and only one who really enjoyed their meal.4 of us were served cold steak and all were very fatty and greasy! And the pricing is stupid. Will never go back!
Interesting food. Great chef. Good location. Good assortment of dinner choices. Prices are a bit high, check before you dine here. But food is good. Nice place to bring a date.
We enjoyed our experience at CinCin. While the entree could have been better, the staff were very pleasant and our particular waitress of the night had a nice sense of humor. Will be returning again!
Meal type
This place is fantastic and they serve delicious food! I can’t wait till my next visit.
Great service and excellent food!
Great food, the 3 course for $30 is a great value, I had the Osso Bucco (extra $20), so worth it, it was delicious. Great wine recommended. And excellent service, thank you Ben.
CinCin is ALWAYS amazing... charming service, beautiful atmosphere, lovely wine list and delicious food. The folks here consistently go above and beyond and exceed our expectations.
Found a mice near our table, more than half of my dish was bone, spiciest pasta my family has tasted, Costco quality pasta created the worst experience my family and I had in Vancouver!!
We are lucky to have tasted the food in many cities and by far this has been one of our top experiences. Team CinCin is smart, charming, and genuine. We were in celebration of our joint birthdays and we were treated very graciously. They are talented and thorough and it shows in their food and presentation. They use what is in season thus all the menu is constantly evolving and fresh. The drinks were also delicious and the environment itself was lovely. We sat inside but next time we are in town we will sit out on the lovely terrace. We ordered the Tuna cooked through in the WoodFire Grill, Gorgeous Salad, Prawns on Rosemary Skewers, and the Mushroom soup with Ricotta dumplings. Molto bene! Oh and Buddha Breeze made non virgin was delightful. Thank you Ellen, Jennifer, Keegan and the entire team for a wonderful introduction to Vancouver. Xoxo, Your friends from SF, Reese and Yvannia
Great staff, great food and great ambiance. Loved the smell of the brick oven wafting our way.
Dineout menu decent, portions medium to small. Not crowded. Good food quality.
One of my favorite restaurants to dine in. The Casarecce is my absolute favorite.
Great food, great service!
It is one of my favourite restaurant. I love their pasta dishes. The service is great. I have been to this place a few times and I have never been disappointed. I am glad they maintain the level of great services.
Surprisingly I found a beer that pairing perfectly with parmesan’s soufflé and carpaccio . Hazy IPA @steamworks #steamworks
Not bad for dine out 2018, but dessert was a bit disappointing.
We had a tremendous dinner in the private dining room... excellent service and wines!
Service
This restaurant blew is away! To start off, the staff are incredible, very professional and warm. Our server Jamie was top notch, from making great recommendations for our meal to pacing the courses perfectly, he's the definition of a professional server. The food was the best we had on our trip to Vancouver. We started with a feature pate that was light in texture but dense in flavour, and a perfect Parmesan souffle. We shared a bunch of the pastas which were just incredible, you can't go wrong with any choice, my favorite was the tagliatelle Bolognese. Last we had the Osso bucco and lamb. Both were impeccable but special mention to how tender and melt-in-your-mouth the lamb was.. the fat was rendered so perfectly, a beautiful mid-rare cook and tasty sear. Last but not least, the best tiramisu I've ever had. From the moment the hostesses opened the doors for us, every single thing about our visit to CinCin was impeccable. Looking forward to trying other restaurants from the same company because they have fine dining nailed!
Our dinner for two at Cincin wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't anything to write home about. I had not gone back in the last 5 years or so and the quality of food seems to have gone down. Gnocchi was bland and a bit overcooked to my taste. I opted for burgundy truffles from Spain, which also lacked flavour. My SOs pasta tasted OK but it looked like a meal that was cooked quickly after work. Burrata was just a burrata with a couple of leaves and toasted bread. Tartare tasted good but in 2019 someone expects a quail egg or some garnish to make it exciting. Our server was very professional, probably the best part of the night. Just one last thing; $18 per glass for $25 bottle wine around the corner is distasteful.
Dinner
This was by far my best meal in Vancouver this year, and possibly ever in the city. I loved being able to see the cooks working in the kitchen, it added to the whole experience. We enjoyed every single bite, from the bread dipped in the olive oil to the delicious parmesan souffle and stuffed zucchini flower, the pasta, the lovely desserts and petits fours. Fantastic service, lovely decor, it was worth every penny and calorie! Can't wait to go back.
We came here for our anniversary, great service and food! They kindly brought out a complimentary dessert for us as well.
Amazing food and the portions for the main course are great, but the appies can be small and overpriced. We liked the complimentary bread wine pairings. The service is very attentive and nice. We enjoyed our server who were knowledgeable and professional and it's nice to see people that looked happy to do their job than servers that just seemed bored and unenthusiastic about service and food. The ambiance was nice but way too loud and I literally had to shout to my servers and across the table to talk to my partner who's sitting directly in front of me. Wish they had noise control. this is fine dining restaurant people, not your causal pub and eatery where you have to scream at each other to be heard!
Unbelievably busy, not impressed with the taste, particularly with the size of a portion
Tops, as always. Service, food, wine, setting, the whole package just fabulous!
If you enjoy great Italian food made with love and delivered with fantastic service, this is the place for You!
Luxury fine Italian dining. Try the grappas
Excellent. Phenomenal service and impeccable food. Highly recommended, especially if you like traditional premium Italian.
Pretty good but not the best I've ever had. GREAT SERVICE
Hadn't been for dinner in many years after being a regular. Pleasantly surprised that the quality of the food amd service remains high. Really went to meet Top Chef Canada star chef Andrea, who was working the pass and graciously took pictures with us. What I had: parmesan twice-cooked soufflé (delicious and well executed), starter size pasta alla olio (solid, good balance of flavors, quality of each ingredient stood out) and osso bucco (delicious, especially the saffron risotto. The veal shank itself was perfectly tender and very balanced in flavor) The only negative is they don't have air conditioning; it was uncomfortably warm in the dining room on a hot night. Overall glad I went back and I'll be coming back soon
I had a love/hate experience with CinCin ???????? LOVE: the service, the atmosphere, the retrofitted interior design, the extensive wine selection, the bathroom (they have cotton towels for hand drying ????), and the extra little touches that make the experience special. The food was delicious without being excessively salty or over-sauced. The beef tenderloin was better than some of the steakhouses downtown IMO. And the tiramisu was the best I have had in Vancouver! ???? HATE: we went on Valentine’s night and we weren’t told in advance that the regular menu would not be available. All I wanted was to try their squash ravioli, but instead we were forced to order from their 4 course set meal priced at $120/person. The meal was great, but we spent 3x more than we were planning to on a large dinner that didn’t even have the dish I came to the restaurant for. I’m sure future experiences here will be better, but I will have to wait for my wallet to recover first
Overall experience and food was average. Too loud and more family oriented with loud kids running around when we attended.
Great service but below average food.
Fantastic food and great service. Would recommend it to anyone travelling to or living in the Vancouver area.
Amazing Italian food with a wonderful staff and a beautiful resturant. Everything on the menu looked good and everything we ordered was top notch. I fully reccomend the rack of lamb and the beef tartar. The staff were so friendly and attentive it was a real 5 star experience.
This is a wonderful Italian restaurant. Perfect food and a gorgeous interior : warm and inviting. I never miss a chance to dine here. A perennial favourite ????????
Tasty Italian, great ambience, high quality service. Ambience is classy, good for date or families that enjoy conversations. Second floor in Robson gives enough separation from busy street downstairs. Terrace option although we opted for inside table. Service was high quality, from kind greeters to our server and runners. Our server had specific knowledge of the menu and provided good recommendations without being intrusive. On to the food. Appetizer was parmesan soufflé, texture was perfect: fluffy and well cooked, fantastic taste. Bread selection includes multi grain, white, black. Olive dip with olive oil was a great start. Main dishes: pomodoro linguine with Shrimp, perfectly seasoned shrimp well incorporated tomato sauce. Gnocchi with mushroom and topped with generous black truffle. Ravioli with squash, some sweet potato taste there, which was unexpected. For drinks we had La.Conquistadora, which is made with Peruvian Pisco w lemoncello, gin w tonic, glass of Montepulciano and glass of Montalcino. Non alcoholic drinks and cocktails also offered. Dessert was a great finish! Tiramisu w bed of Rum, Panacotta w perfect texture and peach Tart.
The food here is amazing! The location obviously is nice, right on Robson. The service is incredible, definitely a great date night spot!
My 1st visit on a company reception. Entry less than desirable, however the MOD and staff ensured our team was taken care of. I ate the wood grilled tenderloin beef. The temp on steak was SPOT ON!!... OUR PLATES WERE CLEAN.... Known for Italian wine, we spared no expense... and they ensured our glasses were on TAP. Dessert.... Vanilla Panna Cotta... 4 stars only due to the sugared citrus (lime) topping. But overall, i will return!. Thanks Stacey, Gabriel and other members of Staff... Ashcroft Terminal thank you ❤
Upclass restaurant with good food, and service. Small portions
Held my birthday dinner here. Great thing is they can do online bookings of up to 12 people! They gave us a semi-private table behind the bum statue and they allowed me to bring balloons as well. The birthday dessert and handwritten card was a nice treat.Held my birthday dinner here. Great thing is they can do online bookings of up to 12 people! The service was excellent, the food was some of the best I've had in Vancouver (that's a high bar!) and my wife had a very Happy Birthday. Management and service staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Even for an expensive restaurant, I found the value to be fair given the quality of food, service and location on Robson street. Highly recommend it for those looking to spend an evening in a quiet classy restaurant with quality everything.
Awesome food and great customer service.
Last night was my first time at CinCin, and my partner and I had a really beautiful time. Our server was very genuine and attentive and really made the evening - he congratulated my partner and brought out some treats, as we were celebrating a milestone. The food and cocktails were delicious and the atmosphere on the terrace was lovely. Overall a really great first impression and we will definitely be back.
Sat on the patio had an amazing view of Robson Street. They have a great selection of wine and good portioned food.
Way over priced... Had to leave early as the food did not sit well after eating. Wont go back.
Overall the food was good. But was very disappointed by the service. Our waiter took a long time to come and great us. And waited a while for our drinks to arrive to the table. While we were eating someone brought a dog in and took it to the back where I’m guessing the kitchen is. That is very unsanitary in my opinion. Also saw our waiter setting a table and scraped off food on a plate instead of going to the kitchen and getting a new and clean one. Was very concerned and grossed out by the end of our dinner.
Disappointing, bartender was nice but food wasn't so good with the exception of the burratta and tomato salad.
I've been here a couple of times, and I've always been impressed by the food, although when I came here for Dine Out Vancouver the service left a bit to be desired. Regardless, Cin Cin does amazing things with its dishes, I've always been happy with what they deliver, and who can resist their darling olive mixture?
The service is outstanding and the food divine. Really enjoyed our evening.
Amazing food and top notch service. I haven't been able to stop talking about it since I went. Highly recommended for any special occasion or just a relaxed night with friends and a fantastic drink list.
I came here for my birthday celebration and I was not disappointed. Chef Andrea and her team gave me a very unique experience in Italian Cuisine that was executed w excellence from start to finish. We did the three course Prix Fixe menu paired with some red wine. The truffle roasted chicken was delicious and very moist. I highly recommend this place!
If you are in Vancouver you must stop in and done at CinCin. Everything is amazing from the courteous staff to the delicious food.
I am in Vancouver once a month for work and I always have a meal at Cin Cin. I never have an issue getting a table for myself, even if it's late... The service is amazing(they give me the same as a 6 person table) , the food is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxing.
Service
The food was not even slightly worth the price. I've hade many $20 meals that were way better. Definitely not going back, ever!
The mushroom risotto is the best risotto I've ever had and I don't really even like mushrooms so that's impressive! The charcuterie is super fresh and tasty. Didn't get a good idea of the service as we were there as a large group but it seemed to be excellent. My only complaint was that it is often very loud to the point where any conversation is really difficult to have.
Great atmosphere and everything I tasted was amazing. Genuine service too.
Dine in
Cin Cin fantastic!! The service was very friendly. They were very knowledge about the menu and the wine list. Our dinner was outstanding!
good service and good food????
It's an average Italian, nothing fancy or surprising as long as you're not too demanding for the top notch authentic Italian, cos' there're basically none in Vancouver unfortunately ! Btw, service was good though.
I've been a patron of this fine establishment for approximately 25 years. It's one of my favorites for so many reasons. Extensive and impressive wine list.
Great staff, every course was fabulous. We found it at the last minute and were pleased beyond belief. We'll be back!
A great restaurant, it is upstairs but there is an elevator. They can host larger groups as well as intimate meals. It is romantic enough for a good date. The flavours are terrific, but I was a real sucker for the desserts. Staff are excellent and they have a coat check so you don't have to be burdened with your evening wear. They have an excellent wine list, I am not sure about the other spirits selection.
I have never been so disappointed in an Italian restaurant. They don't even have basic antipasti and their pasta is dull and flavor less. Their only saving grace is their extensive wine list which is impressive.
After my experience with Cin Cin I came away with a personal revelation. There are three ways to be fed; simple sustenance, entertainment or convenience or lastly (and in the case of my experience today) to experience something that only a passionate professional can do. This was very good food at a most reasonable price. Thank you. We are coming back and bringing friends.
Massive disappointment... just went with a group of 8 and had to say our server was not friendly at all.. and left our wine glasses empty for 15 minutes at a time.. the pasta from lobster linguini and beer Ragu.. were so tasteless and felt it was out of a can even chef boy R Di... calamari tasted like butane torch.. Just a disaster.. spending over $1000 and getting dog food for flavour with a horrible service ( Kenny ) made us make sure we tell our friends and you to not go here.
great food and drink! perfect date spot will def come back

Went there for dine out for the first time. Really nice place. Warm atmosphere. Will go again!
We really liked our experience here. Our server was friendly and very much on top of her service, and our food came quickly and was delicious. There is no reason to not visit this restaurant.. Well done!

Servers are very knowledgable, and the food is delicious.

Great food, decent size portions, great atmosphere! Huge selection of wine, very friendly staff. Accommodated a large party and service was wonderful.
Such a wonderful experience every time we go. They truly love offering great service there. And their midweek three course meal special offers great range and value.
A favourite spot for gourmet Italian food, with an excellent wine list. The food...literally the kind where you involuntarily close your eyes so as to really enjoy the experience of eating. So. Good. I recommend the tiramisu. Ambiance is romantic. Sitting on the heated patio was lovely. Service was spot on. Facilities very well kept. 5 stars no question.
Dinner
Very good service and the food was delicious. Portions were just right. Quality is very good and the price matches with the quality.
Fantastic food that was excellently presented. The delicious scallop risoto was superb, light fluffy, and not stuck together. The scallops were succulent and sweet. Excellent Italian seafood establishment with upscale features. The chef area is viewable, and it was bumping on a Friday night. Staff worked well together and servers were exceedingly professional. Highly recommended.
Food poisoning from sablefish so watch out. Super sick for a day. Contacted the restaurant but they have not replied. Waiter was excellent.
My fiancee she took me to CIN CIN for a early New years eve celebration due to work. I got the set 3 course option which came with the soup of the day, appetizers, main and dessert. IMO for $30 it was an amazing deal, it provided you with a little of everything. Everything was presented very nice and tasted great. I was happy non of the food was over season, just enough. I ordered an Americano as well and it was worth the $4, a nice way to start or end the meal. Overall I was very happy, but for those heavy eaters out there, it will not be enough, I almost stop by a fast food restaurant before I drove home haha.
Excellent service and perfectly prepared food. A huge selection of liquor and cocktails. A classic, higher-end Italian restaurant.
My friend and i had a great experience at this place.the servers were professional and they had a really good knowledge about food and wine and cocktails. The place was sparkling clean.food was delicious.
Excellent service and outstanding food. Highly recommend this place for a nice meal in a cozy Italian setting. Try the chorizo pasta.
Excellent Service and food! Highly recommend
Great wine selection you are sized up when u walk in for table section
pretty good. love the olive oil cake.
Really good spot for some good Italian food! Highly recommend the burrata and sea scallop risotto! The restaurant really goes the extra mile for special occasions - in my case my girlfriends birthday!
I've been here only once and my experience was unforgettable. The food was simply delicious. Fresh pasta, great burrata, good wine and awesome desserts! It's not easy to find authentic Italian cuisine in Vancouver but this was really close! High end restaurant, ideal for special occasions.
Came during honeymoon and the executive chef even gave us a handwritten card. The food was very rich and delicious. I wish we had room for desserts as they looked amazing.
Went here last night and wasn’t really impressed. Got the grilled prawns and they tasted and looked like they were boiled, soft and no grill marks. Also got the squash ravioli that was supposed to be in a brown butter sauce. It was just melted better on the plate. The little things, I’m starting to think this place is really going downhill. However the atmosphere was good, the service was good so I didn’t give it a 1 star.
High end Italian restaurant upstairs on Robson with a surprisingly large yet friendly and intimate feel. Really great food and wine perfect for a family get together or an intimate date night dinner.
Excellent food, exceptional service. Quite pricey, but still an excellent example of that price range. Oh, and the cherry sorbet could blow your mind.
Not accessible at all. But it was a nice atmosphere
Amazing, of course. However, I would take Starbucks' long decaf americano over CinCin's every time. Update: just returned from Europe where the coffee is just like ConCin's. Now I get it. Different taste from Starbucks for sure though.
Awesome wonderful tasty ! Great service a must go to!
Food is great as usual ! 10/10
Exquisite dining experience, you won't be disappointed!
Best Italian in Vancouver. I've been there 3 times and they never disappoint.
Phenomenal food, phenomenal service, phenomenal ambience! Highly recommend.
It was the most incredible experience of this year and worth paying a visit and I definitely suggest. The food was nice and tasty, well presented and the atmosphere was relaxed and warm. Service was also friendly.

Had a delicious dinner at Cin Cin! The service was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was buzzing! We had the tagliatelle al ragù accompanied with the Brigalda Valpolicella Italian wine. We’ll definitely be back to try other menu items!
Spectacular service paired with delicious food. Me and my Girlfriend went here with no reservation. We had to wait 45 minutes to get a table but the very friendly service offered us a seat at the bar while we waited. The bartenders were fantastic and the drinks while I admit are very expensive are also superb. They also provided complimentary freshly made focaccia bread with a home made olive based spread which was lovely. After around 45 minutes passed we were seated on a great patio view and were offered more bread. We both ordered Pasta dishes for dinner and the price for the pasta was reasonable (around $25). For a restaurant of this quality I was very happy with the delicious homemade pasta. Exceptional service (seriously some of the best I've had) and overall experience I had at Cin Cin. I will definitely be back and looking into going to more table top group owned establishments.
Beautiful, stylish decor, delicious food, wonderful staff. I’d give it 5 stars but my wife’s prawns were very under cooked and we had to send it back. The staff were very gracious about it though, but can’t give 5 for raw seafood.
Our family held a large gathering in CinCin’s private dining room. With around 20 people in attendance, most of whom came from abroad, our party consisted of infants, toddlers, middle schoolers, adults, and seniors. We had two primary servers, both of whom were excellent. The male server had a great rapport with the children, and both were incredibly considerate and respectful in their interactions with us. The three course meal we had was fantastic! The food was fresh, it came at the right pace, and the dishes were thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend CinCin for this kind of occasion.
Service was good and fast. However, the food was pretty average. Nothing to rave about. I expected a lot more for the price of $45+ per meal, but I guess you're paying mostly for the ambiance and service. Restaurant and decor looks fancy though.
Had an amazing time at dinner last night! Was there to celebrate my 30th birthday and was blown away by everything. First the service, our server Jamie made me feel so special and well taken care of. Second the food was mouthwatering. My only regret was not fasting before dinner so I could try more courses. Last was the attention to detail, I was given a hand written card by the chef to celebrate my birthday. Thank you thank you thank you to the amazing team at CinCin for making my night so memorable!
Good place to try Italian food in downtown Serving and food were great but little salty No parking of it's own
As an Italian I can say that the food is nice, but not completely authentic. I have taken the maccheroni which were al dente (not overcooked, as usually are in "italian" restaurant in Canada), but the sauce wasn't completely authentic. With my friend we also took two drinks that were unique and extremely tasty. Overall, I liked the place, and if you are looking for a tasty and elegant italian restaurant you should definitely visit it!
This place provides an exceptional experience from the moment you walk up the terracotta steps you feel like you're in Italy. It also has an incredible covered patio! Amazing ambience, excellent food, top notch service. I'm vegetarian and there were lots of good options. A great experience. We'll be back for sure.
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary last night. We couldn’t have picked a better restaurant. The ambiance, the service (our waiter was fantastic) and the food was spectacular!! We will be back!
Had a mixed experience here. The service was exceptional but I found the menu a little less inspiring than some other places we'd previously been in the same price range.

From the incredible starter to the amazing desert a thoroughly delightful experience.
Really amazing food and equally good service ????
Famous and popular Italian restaurant. Excellent food and service.
Dinner
Went with my friend in the last week of Jan, there was a promotion for 3 dishes $30, ordered several dishes and these two are my favourite. Squamish soup taste SOOoOO good, and the beef is unbelievably delicious. SUPER nice service and great atmosphere. Although desserts weren’t impressive but I will say good, nothing is wrong with them, I guess My expectations are just too high.
CinCin was a good time. The food was great, service was timely, cordial and efficient, the ambience was romantic and quaint. We ordered the crispy flying squid, tagliatelle al ragù and wood grilled scallop linguine. We had tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious. They have quite the exhaustive wine selection too. Great for special occasions as they are pricey. Highly recommend it.
Went there a few years ago and the food was awesome, but recently the staff and service was excellent, but the food was just not there, it may have been a off night, as it was the first week off Covid relaxed rules and a full house, was during all the flowers all over Robinson de fluer, I think
Without a doubt the best restaurant I have ever been to. Thank you to Gabriel who was our waiter cause the service was incredible and the food was outstanding. Can't wait to come again
My wife and I just finished a Wine & Food paring. Our server, Silvia was excellent and very informative. The food was exceptional and the wine was perfect in it's paring! Even though we have not been here in years the service and food was fantastic! Highly recommended!
Dinner
Beautiful location in the heart of Robson Street, fabulous level of attentive service...and of course the food is scrumptious.
Delicious. We sat on the covered patio, which is a real treat in February. Great atmosphere. Excellent service.
This was the highlight of our girls weekend! i loved it here, good food and great staff. We felt we were taken care of. we would definitely recommend and we will come back for sure
Very nice place, great food
Great tasting food. Killer ambience.
CinCin not only has incredible service, but their service is unparalleled, you do not go wanting while dining there. Highly recommend for an exceptional dinner out.
Service
Wonderful casarecce! Fresh pasta with spicy exotic chorizo sausages. Love the pecorino, it's tastes and presentation. Definitely recommend for romantic dinning.
Where can i start, first of all you need. To have a reservation in rush hour but i was lucky enough to have a seating for myself, wife, and 2 kids. The place is cozy and staff look professional but they do serve u late. My steak was cold and wasn't cooked as i requested (i asked. For. Medium. Well and it was served as well done) and it doesn't taste good ( actually i can make one at home that taste much better). The grilled. Fish was ok. And the pasta had plane taste and my kids did. Not eat them. We ended up. Going to the keg afyer i payed 186$ at cin cin. I have to say they have long menu for wine ( but i don't drink) so i cant comment on them. If u want to eat i dont recommend the place but if u want to chill and drink i might say go for it.
Great classic Italian restaurant with a beautiful patio
We went twice in one week, Sunday and Wed to celebrate family bdays. Our first time was Sunday and we were blown away at the food and service, especially as we had their $30 prix fixe 30th anniversary deal. Meal started w amuse bouche soup, complimentary focaccia/ciabatta and tapenade, appetizer, main and dessert. They made a bday plate of macarons and chocolates and finished the meal with juice gels and magdeleines. Nice red wine to go with a fabulous meal. We went back on Wed to celebrate another bday. We were again rewarded with great food. We were 6 both days and sampled all of the tasting menu... every dish was lovely for all senses. Exceptional carpaccio, prawns, mozzarella balls, fish and steak perfectly done, pasta perfectly chewy and osso bucco super flavourful and tender. Panna cotta and donuts so delicious we didn't try the gelato. On Wed we all ordered donuts for dessert. Extensive wine list and yummy cocktails. I still can't believe the price and was worried that the portion size would be small... Not to worry. I could be happy just eating the bread and tapenade and the donuts and the wine. I can't wait for dine out menu to come out.
Amazing customer service, friendly staff, prompt service, good location dt, cute decor and nice ambiance, lots of delicious menu options (and gluten-free)!

This would be the 4th time I have been to this restraunt and everytime the food and service has been amazing. The last 3 times I've been lucky to have the same waiter and he has always been friendly and very knowledgeable. This is one restaurant I would highly recommend. Next time I need to grab the name of that waiter so I can give him the recognition he deserves since he has been there a few years and definatly is passionate about his job.
Amazing service for my birthday! Always good food & friendly staff.
Terrific ambiance, really felt like a villa in Tuscany. Excellent service and amazing wine list. We were a group of 8 people, and ordered family style sharing some amazing food. Once the food arrived, there was a hushed silence at the table, the food was amazing - we started with the Parmesean Soufflé's, Beet Salad, Fried Squid and each mouthful was an explosion of flavour. We had variety of main courses including, the Osso Bucco, Bone-in Ribeye, Mushroom and Truffle Gnocchi. All was very delicious and memorable - my friend visiting from Toronto commented that this was his best Italian meal ever! For wine, we ordered a couple of bottles of red Argentiera Bolgheri 2015 which was amazing too. Overall an excellent evening, with top service and memorable food.
The worst food I have ever eaten for a long time
Want to have an awesome time downtown... look no further. We had our wedding dinner here and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave you are treated exceptionally. Service, drinks, food, all are top notch!!
Service was good, food was awful for the price point. Ragu was bland, steak was overcooked. Dessert was decent though I've definitely had much better at other restaurants. Appetisers were just mediocre.
NEW LAMB DISH - DISAPPOINTING. Service was exceptional but the meals were not up to normal CinCin quality. The new Lamb dish seems to be off in many ways (taste, texture thumbs down) - bring back the rack of lamb. Being an Italian Restaurant - you need an amazing Lamb dish. A FEW WEEKS LATER AND NO RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT. INTERESTING.
Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Not cheap but well worth the money. It's no wonder they've been there for years!
Excellent service, beautifully prepared food and great wine list, in an elegant but relaxed setting. CinCin is not inexpensive, but it is well worth coming for a special evening.
Amazing food and great atmosphere. I go to restaurants like that for an experience, and CinCin definitely made it feel special. I highly recommend it for an celebration or occasional dinners.
Good service and good portions. Only complaint was that the pate appy doesn’t come with enough bread. How are you supposed to finish the pate with three thin cracker like pieces of bread. They only have two beers on tap which is also a letdown. Great servers and great location but parking is a pain.
The food and the service was incredible! Can't wait to come back
Some of the most delicious and beautiful food anywhere! Our summer dinner featured fresh, bright ingredients cooked to perfection and plated beautifully. The wine list was excellent, with some interesting and lesser known Italian varietals. Combine that with a lovely cozy interior and an outdoor terrace above the busy street as dining options with the excellent, friendly and professional service and you have the makings of a fabulous evening ready and waiting.
Best fine dining restaurant in Vancouver. Food and atmosphere are absolutely world class.
Great choices. Brilliant cocktails.
Everything was fine except I had a bug in my drink and when I pointed it out to the waitress I said "there's a bug in my drink, can I have another one please" and she said "sure", and got me another one. I figure if I'm paying $100 for a meal I'd get an apology or something. Zero compensation on the bill, so that's a fail in my books.

Not cheap, but so worth it
Just had an early Valentine's dinner with my husband there. All of the meals were beautiful and just the perfect size for 3-course menu. Such a romantic place for dinner with your favorite person, they also have a big round table to accommodate your family. Special thanks for Robert! He is the best! He gave us the best recommendation red wine, pairing with our lamb. Also, I believe CinCin has the most variety wine list you can find in Vancouver area.
Classic Italian restaurant. Must go on their patio in a warm summer night. Great wine selection too.
One of the most exceptional, delicious Italian meals I've ever had. Every dish was incredibly delicious, the tuna I had one of the best ever and the monk fish was amazing too. The service was wonderful and the whole family agreed it was one of the beat dining experiences in memory.
The food here taste amazing! I would say that this is the best Italian restaurant in Vancouver! Must visit
While I don't end up here as often as I once did it's always a pleasure. From the great food, stelar service to the calming atmosphere it's always a fantastic experience.
one of the best Italian food in vancouver. Good food and good atmosphere.
Always delicious and attentive. Good for business lunch.
Very Classy restaurant in Vancouver downtown.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. When we first went, we expected good service from the nice host, but after we finished eating, we had a different idea. There were a lot of disappointment, firstly, I asked her something about the menu, we were really embarrassed because she seemed to be annoyed to explain it .She served rough and had no explanation for the menu. and water was always empty and I didn't know where the wine we ordered was. After we finished the main menu, I think we waited for about 20 minutes with empty plates. Even other tables were eating dessert or leaving already, but we waited. she never asked how we were. I thought McDonald has more nice services. I was really disappointed in the service. She saw us wait for a long time on empty plates after each couse menu, and she just passed by, talking to her colleagues next to her, and seemed not interested in our table.
Fantastic Italian food work amazing friendly service, would highly recommend to all.
I was there recently for a staff function. The food was amazing and the service was great!
Wonderful staff, although I’d forgive them in favour of the beautiful decor & ambience.
Service was wonderful and ambience was nice. My wife and I sat on the patio and had a peekaboo view of the street. Wine list is impressive with countless options. Our food was hit and miss. The apps were excellent and in retrospect, I would have been happy ordering a few more and making a meal out of it. For our mains, my wife has the gnocchi and was very happy with it. I ordered the 10oz ribeye medium rare and it was absolutely over cooked almost to well done. It was a very thin cut and was disappointing to see. To our servers credit, he handled it well and offered a new one but I declined and he was kind enough to take it off the bill. Overall we had a nice experience but given the price tag, I wouldn’t recommend it. There are countless other options especially in the down town core.
Delicious food and incredible atmosphere and service for our annual Christmas party. Adore it there and wish we lived closer to go more often!
For New Year’s Eve dinner at $120 a person, one would naturally expect to have an above average experience at the restaurant, however, I was very disappointed. We were seated next to entrance and there was a lot of human traffic, which did not make sense to me because there was an empty table nearby where it was quieter. Being near the entrance, our food got cold quite quickly. The food was good but the service was very poor. Our waitress seemed like she was in a rush, she spoke fast and served really fast, giving a sense of things had to move fast, which is not conducive for a 4 course dinner. On top of that, I was served the wrong third course, and another waitress had placed her hands on my dessert plate intending to remove it even before asking me if I had finished my dessert. I will not consider going back to this restaurant with this kind of service because the dining experience was really bad for me.
Pasta with cream and crab floating in a pound of butter, bolonese burned, halibut to salty to eat, they need a long trip to Italy to learn the tastes. Loud, on a ten scale 2
Horrible experience! The waiter accidentally poured over my drink all over my date’s face and clothes. Barely apologized, I had to ask the manager to apologize before they do it on their own. They didn't do anything to make up for this huge failure. Horrible service and experience. They have completely ruined our night. Never again!!!
If you are looking for a nice place for dates, this is the place to go. Classy food with everything else make you score.
Good food good service
Service
Wasn't blown away to be honest. Staff are lovely though.
Loved it! Went in, randomly, for a midweek date night. Wonderful wine, great food, lovely service and such a fun ambiance. We enjoyed the three course dinner - and were thoroughly impressed with presentation. Will absolutely be back with friends and family.
Very nice restaurant with lots of charm. Our group had a fixed menu, salad to start, albacore tuna steak with sauteed vegetables for main, and sorbet for dessert. The win selection is quite large and varied. A real gem.
Had my wedding dinner there a couple years ago in their wine room. Was very impressed. Amazing customer service and delicious food highly recommend this place.
Had such an amazing experience here. We dined for my dad's birthday and upon arrival was greeted by a birthday card from the chef! The food was exceptionally delicious and the service was top-notch. Needless to say, we will be coming back!
I quite enjoyed our visit here. The staff were extremely helpful. They made us feel welcome and offered sound advice. The food was excellent. While it is an Italian restaurant, they also offered steak, and chicken in addition to more standard Italian fair. It wasn't heavy on pasta. They use a wood fire to grill. It's an upscale restaurant but offers quite a bit of seating in its second floor location. It can be ready to miss from the street.
Overpriced and not worth going to. Would be better if you stayed in and cooked your own food. I ordered the gnocchi pasta and the sauce was like water and under seasoned. Also ordered a drink and did not get it. Overall overpriced and overrated. 0/10 would recommend
The ambience and the decor of the place was absolutely amazing, the hosts were friendly and quickly helped us to find a spot at the bar for a drink before our meal. Again, our server was knowledgeable and the service we received was amazing. Wish we could say the food was just as great. The Soufflé and squid were beautiful but the pasta was disappointing and overpriced compared to other restaurants in the city. Such a shame as we were expecting more. To end on a positive it was great being able to watch the chef's in action!

Very good food, the service is excellent, and the decor is nice enough. My only issue is that I'm not sure that the food quite justifies the price. It was fine for a one-time thing, but that's about it.
Very friendly staffs and great atmosphere with good food. Good place for dating with lover and spending time with friends & family.
It's a good place. Beautiful ambience with an open kitchen is a great welcome. Servers and hosts can be a little less arrogant but the food is well worth it. There are very few options for vegetarians but let them know your allergies and preferences, and they will bring you something good.
Great food, decor and staff.
Ordered the prix fix menu. Good was great and excellent service. Halibut risotto was sensational. Great friends and good times.
Nice place but not a good quality Italian food . Very small portion But expensive. It worths try once
I have been to Cin Cin about 25 times over the last 7 years Tonight was the first disappointment Actually.the last time I came here I found the food over salty I put it down to a slip of the hand. But tonight it’s the same Old favourite dishes are just not good enough anymore I live nearby and can afford it so I’ll try again a couple more times but if I were the owner I would. Replace the chef
Amazing service ! Great food! Delicious menu and great coctail and wine selection! One of the best spots in the city! This place is a must visit its worth it ! Trully a 5 star experience and deserves a 5 star review ! Would recommend !
Great food, great service and very good prices. Very impressed overall
Delicious sable fish. Not on the menu for long so visit soon before it goes!
In search of a good Italian restaurant and CinCin was exactly that. Amazing pasta, service and dessert. Loved it. Going to be my favourite place to dine that's for sure. Thank you for the hospitality.
Authentic Italian flavors in downtown Vancouver.
The food was great and the service was fantastic. Our waitress let us sit and talk for hours and just let us catch up without any pressure to rush or leave. And she was attentive and met every one of our different dietary needs and helped us make wise food and drink decisions. The whole experience was great. They even provided a card to my friend as we were celebrating her birthday. So unexpected and thoughtful. It was a fun and nice place to spend our evening. We will definitely be back.
On Dec 2, 2018, the service was amazing and the food was quite tasty. I would have given them a 4 star but the music they were playing knocked it down one full notch. We sat on the heated outdoor patio and they were blasting very aggressive/rock sounding Christmas music. I expect a place like this to have more easy on the ears /classy music (Christmas or other) playing to reflect the classy place it is. Unfortunately, it sounded like a teenager was in charge of the music. I think of this restaurant as being for a more grown-up crowd (based on the food prices and the decor)so the terrible music took away from the experience.
Everything is just PERFECT so I decided to leave a review. Great staff, great food, and great atmosphere! More surprisingly, you MUST try their vanilla ice cream (the best I’ve had in my whole life)!
I had the whole branzino and it was very flavourful.

Good food nice venue I highly reccomend 5
Went to celebrate a birthday and it was so worth it. Excellent food and service! Will definitely be back!
Portions were small for the price but service was great and food was very good. Nice ambience.
gourmet Italian food! excellent cocktail and wine list. friendly stuff. we forgot airpod at table. then they phone us go back to pick it up. really appreciated.
The food is very good along with the service but it comes with a high price.
Went to try the 3 course me for 30$ in celebration of their anniversary. Food was amazing. I asked the server for a fruity non alcoholic drink and not sure what to call it but it was pretty damn good!

If you are trying to turn your nose up at this restaurant is because you have no taste, no standing, no class, and no bearing. CinCin is an unbelievable taste extravaganza! If you have no personality then you won't have fun or enjoy the food here. Please stay home in that case.
I had a wonderful time at CinCin. It was my gf’s birthday and the service was exceptional and the food was amazing. Would highly recommend this gem of a restaurant ????
Food was great but service wasn’t really nice. The server (an old guy) seems not to like us as we did not order wine. He probably wanted us to go home as his service was obviously worse compared to that to other customers.
Nice comfort food! Service was excellent and funny!:)

Did Dine Out Vancouver 2017 and had a very good experience. One of the few restaurants that offers up a strip loin as part of the dine out experience. Went for the Italian food and ordered a strip loin! Very well done on all three courses. Nice atmosphere and very good service. A Wine Spectator level wine list - huge selection for every budget. Judging by the menu, it could get pricey outside of Dine Out but you do get what you pay for. Saw numerous dishes come out and they all looked great.
cannot get enough of their rosemary bread
Delicious food and great service
Excellent atmosphere and service. Very small portions for the price.
We went there last night..February 8, 2020 for my mothers birthday. I was so impressed with the service and the attention to detail that the employees presented. They work with you on your dietary needs and made everything work. I for one really enjoyed and the food was amazing. Thank you cin cin vancouver for letting us and helping us celebrate my mothers birthday. You guys went above and beyond!
Fantastic food and service. The somelier Michael helped us select a great bottle of wine and our server recommended choices for dinner (bolegnese, burrata, whole branzino, and rack of lamb)
Wow, now that is definitely an Italian experience. The osso bucco was excellent. The service staff are well versed in the food and the wine, so lean on them to help you make decisions if its difficult to figure out the wine pairings. And thank you Andrea for a memorable evening. I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.
Brilliant...old world charm...still a good room with thé fare of a favourite goto within an easy pace from downtown anywhere!
Simply the BEST. Wonderful dining experience with amazing food & great service.
Delicious food. Great wine list. Loved the atmosphere.
Nice Italian cocktails. Carbroiled octopus was mostly char. Wine list is impressively long...and impressively overpriced. Scallops and risotto were nice. Risotto not overcooked yet creamy. Scallops not overcooked but also not seared. Duck breast very nicely done as well as the eclair. Beautiful second floor deck. Wait staff eager but annoying and inexperienced. Just a mixed bag throughout.
Beautiful place, the tables on the terrace are the beat location to see the city. It took a while to get the food but it was very good. The service is amazing always ready to help and very kind. We went for my husband's birthday and they give him a card with birthday wishes and a desert. 100% recommended!
Excellent service, there was a bit of a wait because it was so busy but the food was worth it.
CinCin is best Italian restaurant in the city. I have been to many Italian restaurants in Vancouver, some of them topping "best" on some lists (also, more expensive) and CinCin embarrasses them all on so many levels. The food, the service, the atmosphere are all amazing. The only thing I wish they would do is have authentic Italian music. The top 40 music that was playing just didn't suit the place. But, that is nitpicking. Make sure you have dessert! So good.
I don’t know where to begin... I’ve been to this restaurant many times over the past 10 years and last night was my worst experience here. I’m an Opentable VIP and dine out quite often so I’m familiar with how service and food is supposed to be. First off, our reservation was at 9:45pm, thus the restaurant was less than a quarter full, yet they wanted to seat us on the patio outside in a corner as opposed to the main dining area. I asked for another table immediately. I don’t know why they would try to seat us there. Secondly, we ordered off the Dine Out Vancouver menu. Big mistake! While the desserts and Parsnip soup were good, the rest of the dishes were poor. The Prawns and Mushroom appetizer was poorly seasoned the sauce had no depth of flavor, just spice. We returned the Orrechitte al Ragu. The menu described the dish as braised beef, but it’s actually just ground beef. To make matters worse I was nearly finished my dish before we flagged the waiter down to return the dish. He didn’t check on us to see if we liked our food and as a result, by the time my wife got her replacement dish, I had already finished my food. The waiter was kind enough to substitute it out for anther pasta dish- Fusilli with calabrian chillies and cherry tomato sauce. This was better, but we couldn’t taste the calabrian chillies and asked for a side of calabrian chillies. We were told that they’re incorporated in the sauce and were brought chili flakes instead. Either the kitchen was out of of the calabrian chillies and didn’t incorporate them to begin with, or the waiter was just to lazy to ask the kitchen and didn’t think we’d be able to taste the difference. The Beef Strip Loin was ok, could use some seasoning and being served warm would help too. Thirdly we asked for coffee with our dessert. When it came, it was an Americano not drip coffee. I understand that Italian restaurants serve espresso as opposed to drip, but it would have been nice to have known that before we ordered. In closing, I’m quite disappointed in the Dine Out Vancouver menu, it suppose to be a chance to show off what you can do to attract more customers during the rest of the year, not to cheaply and quickly turn around tables.
I had an amazing experience celebrating my birthday there last night. The lady who took care of us was professional, caring, and amazing. The service and food was absolutely great! I highly recommend this place!
Great restaurant with amazing food and service. It never disappoints!
I'd heard of this place for ages. Always heard: "Expensive but amazing food." My first time here I ordered the "Wood grilled chicken – fontina and black truffle arancini grilled heirloom carrots – natural jus" I was completely unprepared for how amazing this chicken was. I am not exaggerating when I say it is the best chicken I've ever had. It honestly made me feel like I have never really had chicken in my life up until now. It was beyond belief good. Get it! Oh and Birthday party of 4 = $350
Absolutely incredible experience. We held my mother's 65th birthday on the terrace last night and every single guest was impressed. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend CinCin for holding your private events. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff last night! We will definitely be back!
Really delicious food and friendly staff. The atmosphere was amazing as well.
Great experience, and wonderful wine pairings. The staff are experts and well trained, and if you let them, will guide you on a dining experience worth every penny!
Food was excellent, service was top notch! Extensive wine list, good ambiance. Great place for a nice meal out, or a special occasion.
Great food. Excellent wine selection. Wonderful atmosphere in a central location.
Amazing food and service! Awesome!
It was a date night, so there was no rush for food, which is a good thing since the breaks between courses were pretty long. Our server was knowledge about the wine and dishes, and recommend a bottle in our price range. Overall experience was good, and the food was great, just be prepared for a cheque around $300 if you're enjoying a 3 course meal.
Nice Italian restaurant with good Ambiance! They have a very powerfull grill!
Delicious food, Mark service was amazing!
Amazing food and exceptional service. I have only had fresh buffalo mozzarella twice and it is a must try!
It's pricey, but you get what you pay for: ambience, excellent service, ang great-tasting food. And you may get to be seated beside a celebrity or two!
Excellent food and service! They also have very interesting negronis as well
Excellent Italian fare, mixed with the ambience of old-Europe. Beautiful, warm establishment, wonderful smells, excellent service. Highly recommend the 6-hr bolognese! We actually loved the food so much, we purchased the cookbook, where they disclose many of the dishes we tried. If we lived in Vancouver, this would be one of our go-to's. Sit on the upper patio if you can!
Great Food and awesome service.
First time at Cin Cin. Everything was wonderful. Looking forward to returning again soon.
Great service! Great food! We went for a graduation dinner and they gave the graduate a soecial treat.
Good Italian food; fabulous atmosphere
They were able to seat us quickly. The table was rather cramped. The food was good but not outstanding. I had the osso buco and it won't even make top 5 on my list.
Excellent food, excellent service. Loved the amuse bouche and the petit fours that came with my coffee.
Great atmosphere, food and service. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice dining experience
Dinner
Our waiter made me very uncomfortable with the way that he tried to up-sell everything. I will not be going there again. It was expensive and although the food was good, the overall experience was not enjoyable.
We had our best food experience ever. We came from Las Vegas, Nevada ( where we are pretty spoiled with good dinning) , but this experience was the most memorable out of all around the USA and Some parts of Europe. Apbsolutely great customer service (thanks to bartender Mike!!!!!!!he was amazing, caring, very welcoming and took time to explain vegetarian option for both of us),m;unforgettable for experience (we order 2 corn soup (blown away), burattA salad (never had better salad in my life), warm olive side dish (if ur olive lover, this is a MUSt), vegetarian risotto and squash tortellini (we were blown away after EVERY SIGNLE BITE WE TOOK) followed by Amaing wine! All from BC. This is definitely the place to come back and enjoy ur food and time, feeling like home. We will DEFINITELY come back in our next visit. Thank you Mile and chef and his amazing staff for making our dinning unforgettable. With love-Las Vegas
Fancy Italian restaurant with better service and atmosphere than the food itself.
Wow. Loved it. Our waiter Larry was a great host very knowledgeable.
Amazing food and drinks. Lovely service too.
It has been a couple of years since I've been back and happy to find that the service and food is still excellent. On a busy Saturday, the place was packed but the service was attentive. Stared with a yamabushi cocktail which, if you like a bit of spice, was excellent! The beef tartar was ok, found it a little too creamy for my personal liking. The mushroom risotto was fantastic! Cooked perfectly with a bit of bite to the rice, the addition of cauliflower was a welcome texture addition to the dish. I also appreciate the option of having a smaller plate. For dessert, the pumpkin fondant was shared, and devoured!
Delicious and excellent service
Great service from Daniel. Very delicious food! We order AAA tenderloin and lobster pasta. Best steak I ever had!
The food portions are a joke lol, go here if you want to pay double overpriced for half a bowl of mediocre pasta! Went to eat a burger after down the street since I did not want to waste any more money to still be left hungry. Maybe think about not leaving your customers hungry with rations...
Cin Cin is the most reliable high end restaurant in Vancouver. If you only go out once or twice a year, or have a dinner that has to go well, we highly recommend Cin Cin. We have been to Cin Cin about a dozen times and it has never failed to impress. It is a five star restaurant that is as famous for its consistency as it is for turning out excellent Italian food. Out of the almost dozen times we have been there, the worst meal we ever had was still a 4.5 star meal. The average has been a 5. No restaurant we have been to in Vancouver more than once has been as consistent as Cin Cin. The servers are all extraordinary, and will help you pair your drinks perfectly to your meal. They offer every item on the menu to meet any dietary restriction. In the summer months, ask to sit on the patio when you make you reservations, the seating is limited. In the winter months, they have excellent heating on the patio, but it may not be your thing.

Food was delicious. Would recommend.
Very few vegetarian options. Fairly expensive and small portions.
This restaurant is amazing. Hands down the best Italian I've ever been to. It changed my concept of Italian food.
Came here to celebrate a birthday. Very nice ambiance, the food was exquisite, excellent wine selection. Service was fantastic. They gave us birthday treats too!
Food is great, as usual! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Regardless if it is dine-out or their regular a la carte menu, quality is never sacrificed.
I have mixed feelings about this place. My boyfriend and I came around 6 PM and just could get seats at the bar. At first I did not like it for a romantic date. But, the baristas were so nice. They provided us with dedicated and personal services. Then the main dishes were so so in my opinion. My bf had duck breast, which was better than my veal. Then the olive oil cake and espresso was mind-blowing. We even bought some handmade biscotti home. The price was $$$$. In general, it is worth trying.
Service
We went for the dineout, we liked it but not loved it to go back.
Great little place! I love the art. Great service. Good food.
Yum! Make this one of your favorite places. You will never be disappointed.

Best ever
Great food, great wine! Loved it
CinCin's table service is great. You're paying a premium price for premium service and a meal you won't forget.
CinCin is timeless. The room is warm and inviting, they have a fantastic wine list, and the food and service is incredible.
Cin Cin is part of the same restaurant group as Araxi and my partner loves Araxi up at Whistler. The food, service and ambience are really great here! They have lots of dinner features for the night. Their complimentary bread is great too - it comes with a mash of.. something in olive oil that’s really delicious! One of the dinner features was spot prawns served over the grill during spot prawn season. We also ordered the flying squid as appetizer which was very tender and yummy. I ordered the ragu pasta. I was torn between the prawn tortellini but our server said they are known for their ragu pasta, which did not disappoint. My partner got the rack of lamb and it was melt in your mouth tender. At the end of dinner, they give you bite size sweets. As well, since we were celebrating my birthday and wrote on the reservation that we are celebrating a birthday, the chef writes a hand written card wishing happy birthday. It’s a nice little touch.
Fantastic restaurant. One of the best italian food I've had in Vancouver, price is high but it's worth it.
Loved the experience and customer service, great selection of wines. A bit overpriced for some main course dishes
Hands down one of the best restaurants in Vancouver. Service in flawless, genuine and professional. Food was excellent, not just tasty, but the care and attention that’s put into sourcing fresh and local ingredients and using them in such an amazing way deserve full credit. Authentic Italian restaurant that couldn’t be recommended any more.
Great spot down town, prompt service as always. Food took a while and was Unfortunately a little cold, but usually consistent. Busy during the holidays, warm staff, we will be back.
Extraordinary service! The food was great with unique twists on modern cuisine and an amazingly soft tender steak
Nice atmosphere but very greasy food. We ordered 6 dishes between the 4 of us and none were remarkable! The salmon was ok, but everything else was so oily, I am still nauseated from the food. The service was good, however it took quite a while until our order was actually taken. Very disappointed in the food, I think they need to have a look at the food and fine tune recipes!
Amazing food and service. The tiramisu is really good but has a very strong espresso taste.
Great food and great service!
Expensive but always really really good food. Their pasta dishes are mouth watering. Dine outs menu was very impressive!
Dine in
Nice menu. Nice service. Nice ambience. Prices OK. what else one wants?

Food and atmosphere is outstanding! Staff/service were extremely attentive and friendly! Recommend the butternut ravioli ???????????????????? Delicious! Will definitely be back.
Excellent Italian food. Unpretentious service.
Great Service, Nice Food, Tons wine selection
Amazing food, amazing dining space and we'll worth a visit. This restaurant is so extra!!!
You are an Italian restaurant. Learn how to cook your pasta Al Dente for gods sake.
Excellent service. Great food. Amazing atmosphere.
Sunday Night we went to CinCin Ristorante located in Downtown Vancouer and let the waiter decide what we would have for dinner. Told him our preferences and had one of the best meals ever. Definitely go back there soon. Note: All Covid safety measures in place.
If you can handle the price this is one of the best in the city.
Excellent service and very good food. Can't go wrong with this joint.
Really great service and a wine selection is so extensive! A great warm olive appy to kick off our group celebration dinner
Elegant dining, good service, reasonable prices.
If you visit one restaurant in Vancouver make it this one. Located upstairs in a very unassuming location the food is delicious and unusual. I had an organic salad which looked like a work of art. My husband had asparagus soup, totally delicious followed by tagliatelle with ragu. I had rigatoni in a pesto and pecorino sauce. All beautifully served. Service is also first class.
Always a favorite. Celebrated both mine and the Hubby's birthdays here plus Valentine's. As always, food was amazing and wine knowlede from their sommelier was outstanding. Love this place
Food and service were great. Best to check the wine list before booking. Wine at CinCin is very expensive!
Dinner
Excellent food and service best of the city
Went in for a la carte during Dine Out week. Needless to say, consistent quality of food and service. Surely going back for another supper :)
Great service. Delicious pasta. Highly recommend!
Had an amazing anniversary dinner, our server was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious. Overall a great experience!
Fantastic service & food!!!!
If you are in Vancouver you must stop in and done at CinCin. Everything is amazing from the courteous staff to the delicious food.
Loved it
Excelent attention, great wine and great food. I recommended it.
Amazing service. Delicious Italian food. Great spot for a night out. Highly recommended.
Environment is good but food is just ok.
We celebrated our anniversary here and had a wonderful experience! The food was amazing and the service was exceptional!
The chimichurri on the tenderloin was AMAZING! Highly recommend.
Good wine pairing. Some very predictable and nice pastas and some very creative dishes. Super knowledgeable staff. To truly enjoy this place, just ask your server for recommendations.
This restaurant really gives you a taste of Italy. From the moment you set foot inside its Italian villa-inspired interior, there is a great sense of atmosphere. The service staff is very accommodating, friendly, and fast, while the food was of good portion and taste. I learned while I was there that once or twice a month they fly burrata cheese fresh from Italy. I was lucky enough to try some that day. This restaurant does charge a premium price for their meals but given the lengths they go to for an excellent dining experience I think it is a great choice for any special occasion.
Amazing taste. Food is always good here.
Great quality food and service for a reasonable price. Will definitely go again!
The food is amazing, I would highly recommend this place. The service is great.
Always good food, atmosphere, and service here. Solid Italian joint.
The service is good, the food ok
O.M.G!!! Amazing place, food and service. You must try stake suvee!!!
Love this place. Everyone’s meals were delicious...service top notch. A perfect New Year’s Eve dinner!
The food is delicious, the drinks are even better! Our server was great and very charismatic. Portion size is huge for a fine dining restaurant. Loved everything from the set up to the knowledgeable staff to every little little detail in our meal and drinks. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion or a nice dinner out.
Everything we order is perfect. The taste is unbelievably good. Service is great. I like the place. It's my son's favorite
Amazing food, drinks and service!
Fantastic service, stunning food. Would totally recommend.
The sablefish was a delight! The host was polite and attentive but managed to balance without being overly intrusive. There was a new take on the Humboldt squid which was nice and the host was spot on regarding the parmesean souffle. Great for cheese lovers and something not often found on the appy list :)

I highly recommend this place. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere. The food is absolutely amazing, whole and hearty. I was thrilled to see such a big wine list, that was filled with a diversity of amazing wines. The wine director was great in that he picked the perfect wine for me and my friends. He was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back here.
Wonderful service! Our go to place every time we are in town. Only reason for four stars is because we asked for a truffle cream sauce and it wasn't reduced down and they charge just over $100 for it. Great coffee after dinner.
Really nice ambience and delicious food. Only reason I deduct a star is because it is a bit pricey, but worth it. Food was fresh and spot on.
* update* Made a reservation through open table, asked for a specific cocktail. When we arrived request was not acknowledged. Our waiter was so very poorly trained I felt bad for us all, it was amazing, we had to ask if there were specials, they were sold out, so we asked for recommendations, he was at a loss, and the service never picked up from this poor fellow. On the bright side, one of the other staff replaced my fallen napkin before I realized I had dropped it! Both of our beef dinners were excellent. My "private note" to management via open table was not acknowledged. Just a bad night for top table I trust? Upscale place, not a backwards baseball cap to be seen.
Excellent Italian food. Unpretentious service.
A high-end second-floor restaurant. We didn't need reservations on a weekday, but but it was pretty loud there. Exquisite food and a mind-boggling selection of wines and spirits.
They have awesome pizzas and wine
Haven't gone in a while, but it was meh. Cool to try but not worth the money. Their salads and the risotto is pretty good but their mains, especially the proteins, are really bland. I get letting the ingredients shine by itself and all, but in this case, it really needed some seasoning. The cooking on the proteins are a bit of a hit or miss too cause the duck was good but the lamb was overcooked. Overall, pretty bland.

Good food. Great staff.
Came here during dine out and it was great food and service
Service
Great food and beverage as always! kudos to somm Shane with the wine and all the people behind the delicious food!
Great night with my wife. Ravioli was delicious!! Shared a ribeye that was cooked to perfection.
This was one of the best Italian food we have had in a long time. We were in Vancouver for a trip and found it through a food website. One usually finds a restaurant good, great or ok based on the food taste and this place stands out as great. Parmesan souffle was the highlight!! But that is not all. The service was top notch too. Our server Jamie was so excited about sharing the details of the menu with us and helping us find vegetarian dishes. We later learnt while talking to him that he has been part of this restaurant for close to 2 decades. His enthusiasm and attention to details was impressive. If you are im Vancouver and dont try this place, you have definitely missed something special.
Not accessible at all. But it was a nice atmosphere
I dined in at Cincin while they were not doing Dineout Vancouver. My experience was always very good and I was excited to dinein at Cincin during the time at Dineout to experience their amazing food. Unfortunately, Dineout Vancouver at cincin was quite disappointing. From the time we got to the table, experience was disappointing. I felt the server was not as professional as the servers I have had during non dine-out visits. Food was nothing amazing I would have expected from Cincin. The only food i liked was the dessert. I wish they didn't participate in Dine-out if they are not going to deliver anywhere close to the quality they deliver at regular times. The experience of dint-out Cincin is so disappointing I don't even want to visit them anymore. My advice is give them a try at regular time and avoid dine out period.
Good food, even better service. As vegetarians, it's hard to rate this restaurant fairly as the menu is really geared towards meat-eaters, but we enjoyed the options available to us. The food didn't really impress us, as it was a bit bland. We were impressed by the staff. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
