The waitress was showing her great service skills, I was wating to pick up dinner she offered me water with lemon slice while I whated. The ribs were great and priced right. I cam in again a week or so later with some family the waitress recognized me even with my mask. Small talk was good ( really nice person) we all ordered different food and enjoyed everything. This place is a hr. And a half away from my home and will definitely come back for more when in the area.

Excellent. Food is great, 4 adults and two kids. Nobody left anything the last suggested our kids share a kids meal and this was a great idea as there was plenty of food even shared. Excellent value. $76 for the 6 of us

I'm torn on what to rate.. prices were great, portions are great, the new waitress there is amazing. I'm not sure how the food tastes though because we had to wait over 40 mins for our app to even be made and had to take it to go. There was a disrespectful group there prior to us apparently. If it weren't for the waitresses kind, calm demeanor I probably wouldn't go back. She needs to be praised for her outstanding service and attitude! She wouldn't even accept my tip!

if i could give a 0 rating i would. I put in an order tonight for delivery. It said order would be here at 615. At 645 we called about our order they said driver was busy. At 715 they called back saying sorry but we can do 2 of your order but not 3 would you like something else. Hell no cancel our order and hung up on them. This isnt the first time we have had an issue with this restaurant. it will be the last time i ever put an order in this place

My girlfriend and I ordered online I got the “simple” burger and they aren’t kidding when they say it’s simple because it only has buns and a small patty everything else you have to pay like $2 each add on. on top of that we got 2 things for $30 which is a little much for 2 small containers of food.

Service was awesome , every item we ordered was identical to Swiss chalet items swear the owner owned a Swiss chalet only difference is more expensive and not cooked my wings weren’t cooked properly, ordered the white meat quarter dinner it was pink meat and baked potatoe was rock hard. We arrived 10 minutes before the closing time of the resto, they were gracious and accepted the order to eat at the place. What a lovely surprise with the food! The chicken brocolli just yummy! The Greek salad & chicken fingers were really good! The prices are ok and the service was fast. Congrats to the chef ???? we left 30% tip as a thank you

I walk in and immediately regret it but I sit down. I look around and the decorations are festive. The Halloween decor is nice. The lights on the wall look like they're going to fall off and the painting job is horrible. I couldn't understand my waiter because of her thick accent. The Ginger ale I ordered tasted stake like it was sitting or for a day then was recarbonated. I noticed at this point the table was wiped and left dirty. The booth I sat at, well it was small and the table at it wasn't secure. Yes, the table moved. I can barely hear the music, which I'm not too pleased about. The food came out relatively quickly. I ordered the half rack of ribs and chicken wings. The wings were not very warm and tasted overcooked. They were very saucy and sticky. The ribs were warm, but they were very tender. The ribs I enjoyed, great flavour. The fruits were alright. Crispy and flavoured but not warm. The dinner roll was a brick. I couldn't eat it. There was a little cup of coleslaw. I've had better coleslaw. Mid meal the lights were flickering. The waiter asked how the food was early in the meal then she disappeared. The chef I think came out and asked how the food was. When I finished, the chef came from the kitchen to get the bill. He then continued to work the counter with another woman who walked in. As I was leaving her started redoing the grout on the floor tiles. All in all, I probably won't return. The food was alright but I am not excited to go again.

I shared the rib / wing combo and upgraded to poutine and a couple of beverages. We had the smoked applewood dry rub on the wings and a hot sauce on the side. The ribs were so tender and tasty, the wings had a nice crispy texture and the the gravy was awesome on the poutine. And the price was amazing! We both got stuffed! Highly recommended

So went there on a Friday night after having someone watch our kids. First off my wife ordered a whiskey sour and they didn't have anything to make it. Then she ordered a breezer off the menu and they were sold out. She ended up having water!. After we ordered we saw multiple tables return their food as we were waiting for ours, Made us wonder. When we got our food, my wife's was bland and sauce was sour. Mine was absolutely too salty. Gravy was disgusting. We will not be back and would not recommend to anybody else

The lady and I hit this place last night to check it out. It was about 40 minutes until they closed. It was very clean and the design and interior decorating is great. We loved the light fixtures over the tables. I ordered a burger which tasted amazing. I'm a judge a place by their burger kind of guy and their cheddar jalapeño burger is now in my top five. My lady ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and had issues with it being a little tough to chew and was hard in places. Says the flavour though was great. And the portion of the fries is outrageously overwhelming. So many fries. We would both try this place again and likely will in the near future. Overall a highly recommended place for anyone wanting to grab a local bite to eat.

I have ate here on several occasions and the food has always been excellent but DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!! I ordered delivery the other day for myself and a co-worker and a lady phoned me to tell me that her driver was running late, which was fine, totally understandable. What she did not tell me was that she was going to call Inner City Deliveries to substitute which has an additional fee. My bill came to a reasonable $22; by the time my food arrived it was $35 because of Inner City's fee which was not disclosed that I would have to pay. Not impressed.

Went there on a Saturday and it was super busy. The server we had was great joking around with us and stuff. I had the Tommy mushrooms to start which were really good, would've liked the the cheese to be a bit more gooey. I had the half rack ribs and wings, ribs were great and fell off the bone which I love. The wings were crispy and sauced just right. My only negative was that the lights flickered every so often and because they are training new staff and it was busy our server was super busy. Will probably be going back as it's hard to get as much food as we did for that price.

Stopped in here last night just before 8:30 after finding out the restaurant we set out to go to closed at 8:00. Had been wanting to try this place so we headed here and they were still open and were not at all busy. We were greeted as we came in by a super friendly waitress, immediately seated and our drink order taken. My partner ordered the special - 1/2 rack baby back ribs with fries, cole slaw, side of gravy and a dinner roll and I opted for the pork souvlaki which came with a HUGE Greek salad and a dinner roll. His ribs & fries were superb, very comparable to other places known for their ribs! My souvlaki was moist & delicious and, as I had requested, was not overly charred and came with extra (yummy) tzatziki sauce. My salad was well chilled and the dressing came on the side. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars for this visit is that we had to wait about half an hour for our food. As there were only 2, or maybe 3, other tables already occupied when we arrived this might be due to the fact that the restaurant closes at 9 and maybe they had already started their end of day kitchen clean up and/or sent staff home. We would not hesitate to come back and I look forward to trying their butter chicken next visit.

Had a terrible experience. My husband and U were taken there by friends for dinner. They were out of ribs and chicken parmesan, which is what we wanted to order. Wound up getting lasagna which was inedible and I sent it back. The sauce and noodles were brown. My husband got chicken fettuccine. It wasn't good either. The service was slow. It took an hour to get our food. Our friends were embarrassed as it was there recommendation. Can promise we will never go back.

Yup if you like to gamble if you'll get your food give it a try. We made a order and got a confirmation email around 6pm and finally gave up at 8:50. This is the third time. When they actually delivery food 9 times out of 10 it's good. Burger Revolution off the charts ????

Absolutely horrible experience. Waitress was rude and grabby. Ordered Tommy’s mushrooms for a starter and the quarter chicken and 1/3 ribs which apparently came with fries as they didn’t offer any other options. The group next to us who arrived after us got their food before we did. Felt like an eternity for any service, even for drink refills. The starter came out with the main course which defeats the purpose of a starter. Chicken was dry, fries were cold, ribs were the best part. Ate one bite of chicken and the ribs, had one mushroom but they tasted horrible. I informed the waitress of the food and she took it all away and immediately brought the bill back. I ended up ordering additional food because I was so hungry. They ended up charging us for everything even though it was inedible, I had to ask for them to at least take the mushrooms off because I’m not paying for something I couldn’t eat. We have been to the tigers den out back many many times and never had an issue, always great service and friendly faces, food was always quick and flavourful. The service alone this time would be enough for me not to go back, at least to the front section. Just seemed like an absolute mess.

Is there a meal on your menu that isn't spectacular?Had Doordash deliver dinner tonight. Ordered the mushroom & chicken fettuccine. Perfectly cooked noodles, rich, creamy Alfredo sauce with a huge portion or mushrooms, chunks of chicken breast and red peppers. Asked for no tomatoes and they obliged. One of the best pasta dishes around!

For a place that is supposed to specialize in ribs it was very disappointing flavour. Tasted as if the meat was cooked earlier with no spices or seasoning and bbq sauce was added just prior to serving. A place that has ribs in the title should really up their game when it's supposed to be the flagship dish. Service was very good though.

The portion is small n pricey, but food was good a little lacking in choices for sauce toppings and sides I had the chicken souvlaki wrap with fries, only Greek option really. It was a little plain n missing important toppings, but chicken was juicy n flavorful, it was small with a handful of fries and minimal gravy @ 14$ The waitress came right away nice I lady it was family run I'd guess by interactions between the 3 staff on that day but, it was a Sunday afternoon n no t busy. They were friendly and All in all nice environment.

I ordered 2 pounds of wings with 2 salads and was completely disappointed with the quality of wings. They were greasy and left a burn aftertaste in your mouth. The price was outrageous too, was $46 and change for 2 lbs of wings and some lettuce ..... Seriously? Why did my first food choices have to be closed that day, ugh. Also I did not leave a tip on the debit machine because I'm not sure the food is even worth tipping for yet as a first time buyer not having eaten the food before, placing a take out and the guy gave me a look after I handed it back to him like a tip was expected... I won't be returning for that tip you were looking for either buddy.

Just had a fantastic take out experience here, like Customer Service of the Year material. Phoned in an order, got to specify my preferred time for pick up, asked two or three questions regarding menu items and got a positive response. In store interaction was even better, cracked a couple good zingers with the server. I even asked for a last minute increase to the spice level of my wings and they accommodated without flinching. Wings were spicy, chicken cooked perfectly and the samosas were absolutely excellent. Everything piping out and freshly cooked when I got home. 5 star meal, literally. Affordable, too. Get yourself some Tiger, like now, it's not even a question.

We had the 6 oz steak. Asked for medium well. They cooked it prefect. Veggies are fresh with butter and garlic. We will go back.

Had 1/4 chicken white it was ok tasted and looked like swiss chalet waitress was running between 18 patrons and she was the only server waitress and hostess she did very well I will try it again to see if there is anything to help make this place stand out as of right now there isn't

Great food and even better prices. You will not find another restaurant in town where you can get so much food, for such a low price. Chicken and Ribs are amazing. Fries are fresh cut and delicious. The fish and chips are really good and you get a huge piece of fish! Staff and very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go back!

Spent fifty bucks on rib and baked potato, shrimp fettuccine and Cesar salad. Won't waste my money again. Ribs were so full of fat couldn't eat them and the coleslaw was equivalent to one tablespoon. SAD!

Very clean. Not into TVs but they had lots of them. Service was excellent. Food was quick and hot. We had: Tommy's mushrooms - very good; chicken burger -good; fries were EASILY top ten l've ever had; chicken souvlaki rap - good. Washrooms very clean. Lots of hand sani goop.

Fantastic ribs! I've ordered from them a few times for delivery. I must have caught them on a busy day the first time. My order was mixed up with someone else's. They made it right, and quickly. But my quarter chicken was only half cooked. Since then, I've only ordered wings and ribs. Sometimes their garlic shrimp. Always fantastic, the ribs fall off the bones, and the sauce is tasty.

We ordered take out today. The dinner was so impressive. We ordered the chicken and rib combo. Both were amazing which is pretty good considering until tonight I did not like ribs. I usually share a bit of my dinner with my dogs but not tonight. Pricing was great and service.
