The Tunnel Pub is a nice little spot to go for a beer and food. The server recommended to me the KÖLSCH beer from Revelstoke BC and it was really good. I ordered a burger and it was delicious; nothing better than a char grilled burger patty. Service was nice and friendly too. Would definitely return.

Food was delicious, ceasar salad was very garlicy but so good. Steak was cooked perfectly and the garlic prawns were flavourful. Service was outstanding. And if you really like chocolate make sure to have the chocolate cake for dessert. You may have to share it because your entree will be filling,

I had the beef dip with garden salad and thousand islands dressing. I could not eat the salad. it was very bad. I told the waitress that I'd pay just to see the chef eat it. don't waste much of your time here.a very big waste of 21 dollars.

Had a lovely dinner there saturday evening. My partner had steak that was done to perfection with his choice rice and some amazing looking vegetables. Sitting between us was a sizzling cast iron pan overflowing with mushrooms to be shared. I thoroughly enjoyed the escargot with gluten-free garlic bread, something that I haven't had in years, after which I had to take home the caesar salad. I was too full ,but thoroughly enjoyed it for lunch on sunday. Our hostess was personable and soon warmed up even more as if we'd known each other for years. She looked after us very well, and we had a delightful evening.

I can barely remember the tunnel as a kid. After driving by the pub for as long as I remembered, we finally pulled in during a day trip to Trail. Caesar salad was nice and green with grated parmaesan and a perfect amount of detoxifying garlic. The accompaniments we ordered left us excited for the main course of dem bones which were tender and meaty. Definitely will pop in for at least appies with rye and cokes on a regular basis.

I made reservation for Valentine's... the meal was sub par.. We both had the same complaints... cold veggies... a dry fish Basa dish.. soupy mashed potatoes...steak was ok on my dish... compared to other restaurants that we have visited in Trail and Castlegar five out of ten in food and presentation.. service six out of ten... I am not a fussy person as much as I expect to get what I pay for

I wouldn't even give it a one star but that's the only way to leave a review...Way over priced for starters, both meals were horrible, neither one of us ate our lunch because of it, We mentioned it to the waitress and all she said was sorry.....would you like me to pack it up for you? Really? I would have eaten at McDonald's. I do not recommend this place as its a complete waste of money.

Prepare yourself for a strong garlic spicy Caesar salad. The wife and kid could not eat it. We were not told ahead of time. Steak was good but nothing to write home about. Quality of meat was good but expected a thicker more flavorful steak from a steakhouse claiming to try to have The best steaks in the kootenays. Double bacon cheesburger was great big patties and a big tasty bun.

9 of us ate there last night. They were very welcoming and our server Char was great! She is very entertaining... we enjoyed some great banter! The food and the service was amazing. Steaks cooked to perfection. The chef/owner even came and checked on us after the first few bites. I highly recommend!

Good solid pub food, fast friendly service at very reasonable price$. I had the open face roast beast samwich with house gravy and got a supersize portion of meat for only $3 more. Very tastey and filling. Just beware the X-treme Ceasar Salad dressing (its not for garlic lightweights as I found out I apparently am one now) . Also, the wasps on the patio were unchecked fighting me for each bite of my food. Tip: An electric wasp swatter for guests is only $5 and would be worth another 1/2 star on this rating to me. Tunnel Pub = Good Food and beer thieving wasps = Bad (*BZZzzaaaPP!!*) Cheers

I never write reviews but felt like I needed to for these guys. Usually I feel when a restaurant has as many options as they do, it’s a red flag that the food isn’t great. Also, I’ll admit, the decor isn’t for everyone but if you can get past that, the steak and mozza sticks are fantastic. The steak was a highlight not to mention the reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

Went to the Tunnel friday nite w family.. It is one of our favorite places.. the waitresses friendly.. we had good meals .. i had a burger and it was good, my girls ordered steak neptune the same.. The service good as it could be as it was busy but we were in no hurry. . Just a little disappointed for the appetizer we ordered salt and pepper chicken wings as a starter…. 3 chicken wings cut into 6 pieces 14.95..totally not worth it..
