This Restaurant is included in the category of Seafood restaurant.
Very mediocre food with no imagination. Decor is dated and lighting is kept low like the managment is trying to hide something. Service was okay but I hate it when a restaurant changes you for "bottomless" beverage and then never ask if you would like a refill. Not worth the $45.00 price.
The freshly baked biscuits are the best. Overall good food. Great ambiance for a fine dine restaurant.
Dinner
Best server ever!!!! Drinks where excellent. Appetizers were great as well. Food came out quick and cooked perfect. Overall amazing experience.
We went there last week, the food was okay but the service and the atmosphere was amazing. Noora was our server and she was extremely nice and professional!! So 5 starts for that.
Ordered the 7pound sirloin with garlic shrimp and the coleslaw salad. Plus lemonade and an extra lobster mashed potatoes, perhaps i overdid it with the mashed potatoes, but everything was very pleasant. This red lobster is very very good. Awesome service by the way. ???? ✌
Very delicious noodles and nice environment.
I like this restaurant because of it's customer service. Staff really knows how to properly serve its customers. In addition, it's a big restaurant with lots of space and privacy. Food quality is good and prices are reasonable. I like this restaurant more because its close to my place and I love eating here by the window and enjoy the Bay street view
Centrally located in the heart of the city! Great location with very friendly servers! Reservations are recommended as they are usually quite busy! Love their menu and tons of yummy seafood options available!
Good service, a bit expensive but the portiom size is no joke.
Great food for decent prices, great location and great staff. Had my first visit, and my server Greg made it a great one by going above and beyond. Definitely coming back soon!
My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience with the service we had. We had a lovely birthday dinner for him and would definitely go back some other time. Its definitely one of those special occasions kind of dinner. Definitely was filled to no end. A definite recommendation on my list
Service
I really liked the garlic bread they served before our order came but it was too salty. My husband ordered the lobster which was really expensive only to get a tiny quantity of it, again very salty and so was the Cesar salad. The cajun chicken linguini was good. Overall it was way overpriced for what we got, not going back ever.

Excellent service and Excellent shrimp! My girlfriend and I went here for Endless shrimp and we were both happy. It was delish. Our server was really friendly and lovely. Positive experience overall.
Ordered pick up there and the shrimp was really good, the steak was a little dry but overall not bad
Food ok/needs improvement. Service great. Atmosphere great. Crab legs were fine. A little expensive for the quantity given. Scallop was dry and needed improvement. Crab pasta was too salty and needed improvement. Baked potato was good.
food is very good but after some days the thing I really remember is another one.. a very kind madam with over 30 years of work in the same company.. I don’t know her name but loves her job like first one and is able to generate a top customer experience!
Our meal came with a side of biscuits. Their biscuits were so nice and buttery. It was definitely one of my favourite biscuits I've tried. The mussels were a nice treat. I loved eating it with the bread. The sauce used is very savoury and rich in flavour. For my ultimate feast, I felt that it's not really worth it for what you get. For $36, I just had a couple of seafood skewers with a small dish of overcooked lobster. The flavour was just okay. They seasoned the seafood very simply with salt. My experience here was just okay. I would probably find better value for seafood elsewhere.

We could tell that they used fresh ingredients. They are maintaining all the protocols for health and safety. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. They provide quick service and the food taste amazing! Everyone in the family can enjoy the food.
Wonderful service from Barb...She was our server and she was friendly and efficient. She made sure all our needs were taken care of and she has a great sense of humour. As can be expected of most Red Lobster locations; the food was delicious and fresh. Love the location; very centrally located but the atmosphere inside the restaurant is very peaceful and cozy
Excellent service. It was my first time at Red Lobster, I love seafood and was not disappointed. The buns were probably the best I have ever had, fresh and hot, with what I think was garlic butter on top. I could've just kept eating the buns. I had the Admirals feast. And calamari, the breading was light and crispy. It was all cooked perfectly, definitely some of the best I have had. I will be going back.
This lobster pavilion in Toronto has been visited many times. Today is a lobster course, one is steamed lobster, and the other is grilled lobster. The service charge is 15%. One person can't eat it completely. The steamed lobster has butter inside, so it is very fragrant and the meat is very Fresh and juicy, very fond of, grilled lobster, unique style, the smell of grilled wings, and finally lost to pack home.
Prices are reasonable. The servers were not very knowledgeable about the menu items and allergy. They had to come and go several times & allergy booklet is very clear . I recommend it if you don't have any allergy
The food was great! Lots of different seafood to choose from! The service was good and the waiter was very friendly.
We got the Kung Pao Shrimp and biscuits. It was okay, the sauce tasted like ketchup mainly. So wasn’t great, the portions were huge and the biscuits weren’t bad.
The service was good, food was also good. The only thing preventing me from giving Red Lobster 5 stars is the price. I honestly think there are better, more affordable places to go..but Red Lobster is kinda a staple for big celebrations.
Decent seafood. Flavors are a bit bland but the service was rather good and the sea buiscuits a surprising winner in terms of taste.
For some reason no lighting when I visited. And their card macho as weren't working. Very friendly welcome and a nice IPA on draught. The signature biscuits were nice. Went for a plank combo. The plank was just irritating. Everything cooked well but really salty. The lobster tails were soft but spoilt by the seasoning. First time at a Red Lobster and I'll not rush back.
A great location downtown, close to the Eaton Centre, City Hall, and easily accesible to TTC. We really appreciated such a wonderfully warm and welcoming staff! Jen was terrific taking care of our food allergy concerns, and was so courteous and cordial! It's been a while since we ate at Red Lobster, but we weren't disappointed! So glad we had lunch here...
Amazing Service! Quantity of the food is quite good.
Our server Mia was truly wonderful to our large group birthday party. He was prompt, polite, hilarious and anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them! 6/5 stars for Mia and also the host who doesn’t eat seafood and made our non seafood eating friend feel super comfortable. AND she brought a biscuit with a candle in it for our friends bday. 10/10 will be back for more endless shrimps

Snezana was our server this evening, and it was honestly some of the best customer service we've ever had. The food was delicious and the ambience was just as lovely. We would definitely come here again
I have always loved coming to this location of Red Lobster but my last visit on Valentine’s Day exceeded my expectations. I brought some friends from Montreal and Quebec City and they fell in love with the service and delicious food here. Jorge, our server went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! This was hands down the best service we have ever received. Highly Recommended!
Amazing food! One of the staff called Greg, he was super nice, helpful and recommended Salmon New Orleans which was so delicious!
Always love visiting this spot, one of my favourites, great food, always a warm atmosphere, and brings back great memories. This spot is amazing, highly recommend.
We had amazing experience here. The food was super delicious and the service was on the highest level. Will definitely go here again
Dinner
Food : It was okay. The lobster was cold and not seasoned. The shrimps were a little slimmy. But the sauce was good as always. The bread was nice and fresh. The fires were cold and no salted. Service: sat at the bar by myself. The bartender was nice but slow. My drink was done for 5 mins and I had to tell her. She didn't offer me more bread. No one offered me dessert, just put the bill infront of me. She also didnt ask me how the food wss tasting
Great environment, nice staff. The food is good and little bit pricey.
Feb 2020 What a great way to start the new year. This is without a doubt the BEST Red Lobster. Our server Mike did a wonderful job. The bread was hot and fresh. Our entrees were well prepared and simply delicious. We will definitely return. More reviews below: The best Red Lobster I’ve been at in North America. The service was top notch and something one would expect at a much higher priced restaurant. The food was great. Much better than I thought it was going to be based on other locations. This restaurant was being managed effectively as the results were all in place. Bravo to the General Manager and the staff on a job well done. Could not add too many food pics as it was so good we just kept eating with no thought of more pictures. Feb 17th Another awesome visit to this location. My son and I were so impressed with the quality and service that I brought my wife here to dine after returning from a month long vacation. Can’t say enough about this place. There needs to be a location in Boxgrove which is the east side of Markham. Oct 13th Once again we were wowed with the service and the quality of the food. The shrimp caesars, yes that plural were fantastic!! We were here in the summer but I forgot the review. That was another great visit.
Nice and big spacious place with good service. Endless shrimp was good with its new Nashville flavour. Regular pub classics like spicy calamari, fish and chips were great.
Delicious food???? and good service!
Was denied a table on Saturday night. It was 6 of us and we were told that there’s no table available. Although we called in about 8 hours earlier to reserve a table and were asked to walk-in as there’s only 10 minutes wait. We saw a big (8 seat) table available with no one on it, also noticed on the other side of the restaurant that there were no physical distance being maintained between the table of 6 people and 4 people. So just couldn’t fathom the fact that we had to walk out for simply no reason at all. HORRIBLE!
Red Lobster is always delicious and a treat with savoury meals to fill up your tummy! Don't pass on the garlic butter biscuits and You have to try their Alotta Pinacoldas! The glass size is enormous and so tasty with coconut flavour. The Lobster & Mussel Bake with linguine can be shared with minimum three people!
This location is great, downtown inside a building close to several hotels. Service was great, the hosts in front seemed a bit overwhelmed at times but the servers are very professional. Of the food, the biscuits first served turned out to be my favorite. Soft and buttery and perfect for absorbing sauce. The ultimate feast had relatively small portions and was a little bland, although we enjoyed the lobster bisque.
Great and friendly server. New menu items! The food was very good. No wait for a table.
Amazing dinner. Crab alfredo and the ultimate feast plus their unlimited garlic bread. The ultimate feast consists of crab legs, breaded shrimp, garlic shrimp, and one lobster tail and choice of one side. We rolled out of there. Dinner was ready quite fast and it was hot. Mike our server is A1, great service. Thanks Mike. Less than $80 with a good tip for Mike. Clean and quiet atmosphere, definitely go there again.
My boyfriend and I went there on a Thursday and we had their special "Dinner for 2" (CAD$42 with everything you see in the photos). Their cheddar biscuit is good, I could eat thousands of this. It does not taste like cheddar, it is more like a very good biscuit. Some people say you can have as many as you want, but I did not check it, so we just ask for one more basket. For the appetizer, we chose the jumbo shrimp cocktail. Is was good, but the shrimp did not have a strong flavor and the dipping sauce had a super strong flavor, so it killed the shrimp, I could only taste the ketchup they use in the dipping sauce. The main dish was good, but it was fatty (the fried shrimp was too oily). They should season better their shrimps so that they will have more taste. Scallops and the lobster were very good because they already have a stronger flavor than shrimp. To finish our meal, the special dish has their Chocolate Wave as a dessert. OMG!! The dessert is amazing! We agreed we were eating the Chocolate Cake from Matilda (the 1996 film). It is so yummy! Overall, it is a good place, but it reminds me of a kind of high-level fast food. At that night, the mood of the place was kind of sad and it seemed that the waiters did not like to work there. They have these stuff to improve, but totally worth the visit.
Obviously great seafood for a reasonable price. Not too busy, really only during weekends you may want to consider booking in advance. Try the surf and turf meal and the occasional unlimited shrimps offers. Popcorn shrimp is a great appetizer and the unlimited biscuits are amazing.
If you have the opportunity to have a meal here, please, don't hesitate. The times I went there the food was fresh and so delicious. It's the perfect choice for sea food lovers.

Service
had it this evening for me and my family. Pure knockout well seasoned everything was amazing from the biscuits to the sides to the steak. The Steaks were perfectly cooked well seasoned.
The worst experience I’ve ever had. The epitome of incompetence. My wedding night: My husband called to place an order at shortly after 8:30 for pick up. When he got there he was told an Uber driver grabbed our food ($170 order) and walked off with it. He was then told they would have to remake the entire order and since they were closing soon, asked him to wait outside in the rain. Disgusting customer service. He had a perfectly Good brand new gift card that they also said wasn’t Working ( yeah right) and in the end only Offered us 25% off of our order. What a slap in the face. This place clearly has no organization or customer service practice. I’m not letting this one go red lobster. You’ll be hearing from me as soon as you open tomorrow. I also have voice messages that were recorded of your sassy staff and bunk apology. Sleep well.
Went there last night for my friend birthday to have dinner. Everything I ordered came wrong or I don't get what I ordered then I have to wait again then the server apologize but the same thing keep happening then she The server began kissing up to me and offering me stuff on the house as I'd I couldn't afford what I ordered. You know I'm not recommending this place to anyone or going back there I didn't even ate the food because I got turned of. Sigh.
Overall food was OK just disappointed they had no mayo, mustard or pickles for the burger witch I found weird ????
Service was great, but my experience was not. 1. The table my boyfriend and I were seated at, the table was still dirty (had bread crumbs on it), and so did the seating. We had to dust if off ourselves with the napkins the utensils were wrapped in. 2. The drinks menu was limited. Which is okay, but would have rather known what was an option before getting ahead of ourselves. 3. We weren't served all the food we ordered, but was billed for it. Which was adjusted after speaking to the server. 4. There was hair in my shrimp linguini. Manager Ken was a sweetheart, who was kind enough to take that off the bill. To conclude, just was not the greatest experience.
Lobster bisque in terms of color and texture was off nor taste right, extremely salty, other than that everything else was to a tee. My favorite soup failed big time from very very unexpected establishment.
Tried to go for lunch. Covid check in was needlessly awkward. The manager was talking to a Popeyes employee who was interested in a job but didn't have smart serve. Then was told to wait as the hostess scurried about the room to find a table in an almost empty restaurant. Finally she returned to take us to a table only to tell us that the server would be 5-7 minutes. A waiter for that section was clearing a table and the bartender just standing about watching. I guess it was too close to shift change and nobody wanted to start the table for the server coming on. We decided to leave rather than wait. The manager who was still talking to the Popeyes employee seemed disinterested in what was actually happening in the restaurant. Pointing out to her that an SOP should be in place to cover this period of the day she feigned agreement. I am patient if a place and servers are busy but in an empty restaurant with a hostess and manager who have no clue as to what is happening on the floor will not be rewarded with my business. Update: Someone asked me to FB messenger them with a reference number. They couldn't locate this review. I guess they don't have Google. Done with them. No more weekly $100 lunches.
Food was excellent, always a busy place but they are doing a great job with Covid management. Was put on a waitlist but I received a message very quickly that my table was ready. Seafood options are always good. I left very full and satisfied with my meal and the service. If you're not having a pasta based dish, would strongly recommend an appetizer or you'll be hungry again. Portions of the seafood dishes are a little small.
Good seafood. Specially Lobsters are Yummy! ❤ it. I miss going to this place. It was walking by Friday my walk place and I was quite frequent here to indulge my lobster buds. I love their biscuits and miss them soooo badly. I was just fav. Must not miss it. They serve it to you before you start your meal. I am waiting for the day we all can again go back and enjoy the dine in there.
Went here recently and for the $$$ spent the food was so salty like every item I ordered, blah. Also watch your drinks bugs were in my family member glass. 2 stars cause the staff were great thou.
Went to this location for the first time with a friend. Service was really good, staff was extremely sweet. However, the food was a bit pricy and the portions were kinda small, especially for the grilled chicken and shrimp with rice. Overall, I say this place is quite alright.
This is my go to place if I want to eat seafood ! They have never disappointed me. I always order their lobster tail and prawns ! Parking is an issue as it's in core downtown on dundas and bay . You need to park at eaton center or parking spaces near by which might cost you $20 for 5 hours.
This restaurant is located in the Toronto downtown area and is easily accessible through public transport.. if you are a seafood lover then this is definitely the place to go to.. seafood is my favorite type of cuisine but unfortunately I wasnt satisfied with my plate.. i might have not made the best selection but I had ordered the admiral's feast which is a variety of fried seafood (shrimps, scallops, clam, etc...) and I found that they all tasted the same.. I have had better tasting food at other red lobsters I have been to..
Moody environment, nice service, and fresh seafood. They also have the best biscuits in Toronto! The place s quite in general so good for conversations and family dinner!
