Hands down the best ambiance Brazilian restaurant We have in town. Apparently the chef is Australian but the menu is latin America inspired. You must have saquerinhas, grilled salad and coxinhas! For dessert latin mess is required. Our last visit wasn’t so pleasant as the 2 times prior. Our server will desapear often, leaving us without food or drinks for long period of times. We had a major accident with one of our mains, that didn’t got addressed properly I get it that must be overwhelming coming back full capacity after one year. Still an amazing vibe.

Celebrated our anniversary for the second time in this restaurant. Love the South American soul of this place, everything starting from the music to the dishes. Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, and definitely will celebrate our anniversary next year with them.

Top notch atmosphere, nice staff, amazing food, nice bar. We actually just had dinner elsewhere, I was quite full, then decided to venture into this place. The food re-opened my appetite. Definitely must try their chicken, rooftile fish and Churros. This place is perfection.

Overall a great dining experience. The service was quite slow, but the food was absolutely delicious. Notable dishes were the Argentinian Empanadas, Shrimp a la Parilla, Octupus Toscada and the Fried Chicken. You can tell they use very high quality ingredients. Cocktails are also very good.

Going to start with the good things which is food. Definitely worth the price you’re paying for the AYCE brunch special! The quality is way above average. The bottles of bubbles was also really delicious. From food items I can definitely say that the pancakes, mushroom croquettes and salmon tostada stood out. I’d also say that the fruit ceviche is really worth trying. Unfortunately salmon tostada felt a bit old (the taco wasn’t very fresh). The churros were cold — we ordered the second batch asking for a hot batch and they were still cold. Then I also have to comment on the service — started off amazingly and sadly it really dropped about halfway through the brunch. Out of nowhere we had four servers which cause a lot of miscommunication (with meals delivered to our table that we didn’t order) and waiting for our plates when the food had been on the table for a while getting cold. Otherwise really great experience, I’d be happy to return. Hopefully the service will be more organized :)

We came here for the brunch special. We got there a little early and they seated us right away - we had the choice of the table we wanted to sit at indoors. Our waitstaff were very attentive and came around multiple times to take our order. The food was amazing. I’d recommend the chicken coxinha, dates and eggs Benny. They make good cocktails as well. Will come back to try their dinner!

Great place, excellent servers, great decor Food was delicious. The only exception was the Octopus Tostada. they were tiny, for $21 which is ok if they taste amazing but they were only ok. Everything else was delicious and we would come back.

I have been to MARKED twice now. Once with just my partner and once with a larger group of friends. The food has been amazing both times and the drinks are spectacular. The service, on the other hand, is probably some of the worst I have experienced. The last time I was there was for my partners birthday. We had been there for nearly 20 minutes and some of the other guests at my table even longer, and no one had so much as greeted us. I went to find a server to ask if someone had been assigned to our table. It turns out the server I approached was our server, who very kindly told me that “I had just sat down” and to go back to my table. It was all down hill from there. It took 50 minutes to get our first round of drinks. Our one friend waited over an hour for a beer and when they brought it, it was a completely different kind than what he ordered. When he told our server this, our server said that they don’t have the beer he ordered any more, even though it was on the menu and no one bothered to tell him that when he ordered it. The manager then came over to see what was going on, and when my friend told him about what happened, then manager told him “he should feel lucky that he’s even going to get this beer comped”. The beer he didn’t order. No apology, just pure attitude from the MANAGER. I will say that our server did apologize for the slow service when he brought over our bills and we did get comped free dessert for my partner's birthday (which we had to wait an additional 40 minutes for and at that point, we just wanted to leave), but unfortunately neither of these things made up for our experience. The first time we dined here we thought maybe they were just having an off night (it took 1.5 hours to get our food after ordering). But after this last experience, I can firmly say we will not be returning. It’s a shame because the atmosphere, food and drinks are AMAZING. But they need to get their sh*t together with their service. Absolutely dreadful.

Overall great experience! The service was excellent and both waiters we interacted with were kind. Had beautiful cocktails (forgot to snap photos) and the food was delicious. Fish and steak were great. Particularly loved the ceviche, the toasted corn was a nice texture addition to what I’ve had for ceviche elsewhere. The coconut rice was also super fragrant and tasty. Finished off with a chocolate churro, the chocolate sauce had a nice boozy undertone with a bit of salt that was a lot more enjoyable than the usual flat chocolate flavour. The churros themselves were perfectly crispy. Would recommend!

Made a reservation for their patio at 5:30PM on a Saturday. I arrived 5 mins late due to all the traffic everywhere and when I arrived the hostess says 'Oh I just called you to check if you were coming. We only hold tables for 10 mins'. She also made sure to tell me that there was a 2hr limit. She wasn't rude but it isn't a nice way to welcome your guests to your restaurant. It was literally the first thing she said to me after I gave her my name. Also note that there were maybe only 3 other patio tables holding guests when we got there. Our waiter was friendly and gave some informative recommendations and my sister and I settled on starting with the ceviche (non spicy)and octopus apps. The octopus tostada was great and the ceviche had great flavour but corn isn't something you usually see in ceviche and I don't feel like it added to the dish much. For our mains we ordered the shrimp and flank steak. The shrimp was soooo good! However our steak was overcooked (We asked for medium rare and got medium). I went back and forth on sending it back but our waiter never checked on us once after we got our food so decided to just forget and deal with it. The steak was tough and chewy. One of the other waiters had asked how our food was earlier in the meal (when we were on apps) when he came by to fill our water but we never saw our own waiter again (4 different servers gave us the dishes we ordered). My sister ordered a non alcoholic beverage and I ordered a yucatan slam that was delicious. We finished our meal at just after 7pm so about 1.5hrs and the patio wasn't full at all though a touch busier. There were still plenty of tables available (yes, even with plenty of space around each table). Overall would rate it 3.5 out of 5. 3 out of 4 dishes of our meal were really good, staff was friendly but I've never been to restaurant where your waiter didn't come to check in on your meal. Also didn't love how the hostess greeted me, it didn't start my meal off to a great start. I'd come back for drinks and apps but it's definitely pricier side considering the cons. The meal came up to $140 including tip.

Brunch was delicious. I particularly enjoyed their eggs benedict (on a savoury homemade biscuit), their papas bravas (so tasty!), the chicken coxinhas and the pancakes (topped with mapple syrup and accompanied with coconut ice-cream). Get ready to pay a fixed price of 75$ + txs (or 85$+txs if you want to add a bubble service) for the brunch, where you can eat all you want from their appetizer and sharing menu. So be sure to go there hungry if you want your money’s worth. Coffee is not included on the brunch (which is kinda disappointing with the price they’re charging), so keep that in mind too. If it wasn’t for the price, I’d probably go there regularly.

We were nearby for dinner and wanted a place to sit, relax, and have a few drinks. Stumbling across MARKED was just what we needed. Their patio setup is great with comfortable lounge sofa seating. Their selection of drinks is one of the largest I have seen and they even have illustrations of each drink on the menu. The churros were also quite yummy.

Really yummy flavours. Loved the ceviches, steak and pancakes. However, staff/service needs improvement. They make you feel like you’re there for a freebie when the unlimited brunch is actually $85. It’s okay for the customer to expect a certain level of service and tact for that price tag. Unlimited brunch doesn’t mean we want to feel like we’re at the holiday inn.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely impeccable. My server went above and beyond, and there was never a moment where I needed anything because the server was so attentive. The brunch was incredible and provided many different options. Each bite was bursting with flavour!

Came here for the all you can eat brunch and we were impressed. The food was great and the service was fantastic. The server was very attentive and understood what we wanted even when our order was very vague. We were a party of 4 and said we wanted to try everything but didn't specify any quantities. He brought out enough food so we could try everything and not be overwhelmed. We will definitely be back.

People make choices in their lives. Some good, others we regret. Making the choice to visit MARKED falls in the good choice list. Order the cocktails. I'm not telling you to do it: fate is. Try the Bird of Paradise or the Mojito for easy drinks on the patio. Pisco sour will brighten your spirits. Our group tried a few apps and loved the ceviche. As for the mains, my fav was the shrimp. Whatever sauce they make with it, I'd buy it by the litre. I felt like they could have given me a cup of it and I would have ordered some fries to dip. Yeah, just try this place out.

Vicky Liu

The atmosphere is fun with the lively decor and music playing in the background. The food had some interesting flavour combinations that I haven't experienced before. In general, found the food to be pretty salty and flavors repetitive for the portions that you kind of get sick of eating the same thing. The service was, by far, the worst part about the experience. We had a server who was super rude. We ordered the Cornish hen and asked what came with it, and the guy actually said "attitude". For the beginning of the entire meal, this man was just unnecessarily over the top with what I think he thought were jokes. They just don't really come across well when you're meeting people for the first time, and in that kind of a setting where you're trying to facilitate a meal for guests. Further along in the evening, he kind of got the idea that we were seriously unhappy with his attitude and toned it down but it was too late at that point. Really ruined the experience specially with it being our first time there.

Great food. Latin inspired food with delicious cocktails. Great service and ambience as well. Wish i took more pictures of the food. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the desserts are also not an afterthought. Appys and mains ordered: Corn, bacon dates, Brussels sprouts, shrimp, coconut rice, rib eye steak, mushroom appy Desserts: the chocolate cake (layered with mouse and other textures) with ice cream and the churros (apple pie)

So happy to have finally made it back in after all the closures and truly happy that they survived. This place is a stunner! But the food and service don’t fall far behind. Recently in for brunch on the patio and we had a blast. Service was great and the all inclusive brunch menu is perfection. Bottomless menu with a bottle of Prosecco for mimosas made with fresh pressed juice. Juice took a little long but I just figure they’re working out some kinks—and considering I watched her juice them fresh from across the bar, we were not mad about it. Must try: pancakes, mushroom coxinha, pork belly and the Benny’s. Ps. The more typical main dishes are actually small plates so don’t be shy to order multiple options to share.

Good cocktails, food and a very fashionable place! Prices were comparable to other slightly upscale spots in the area. But I really appreciated that the front of house staff went a bit above and beyond to accommodate us even though we missed our reservation. That was super considerate and helpful of them. They constantly communicated very well, and it definitely made our night much smoother. I would totally return and recommend it!

Took out my friend to this amazing AYCE South American place and the food was amazing. Make sure to go for the brunch bubbles!! Matthew was our waiter and his service was top notch. The hospitality and decor exceeded our expectations. Thanks so much for having us, will definitely be back again.

I celebrated my Birthday with friends and we all had an incredible experience. The event planner was very accommodating & the detail that went into the dinner made everything so special. The shared tasting menu was excellent - enough for 8 people. The food was delicious! I can not recommended this place enough.

It’s a beautiful place! Stunning design and definitely a high end restaurant. Music is great and make you feel even more relaxed (latin music). Staff was very nice, some of them were lost but also young. Food was good. It is a pricy place but it looks pricy so you come ready for that :)

We were invited here for brunch, not knowing that’s all they serve, and only have AYCE menu. The food is truly great. The decor is stunning, and everything looks clean. The only downside is that it’s quite pricey AND coffee is not included in brunch which blows my mind , and if you decide to pay extra for coffee, refills are not included.

Here are a few reasons why you should visit this restaurant : * Great ambience * Amazing service * Courteous staff * Easy access from the road * Comfortable seating * Well maintained Dishes ordered * Shrimp A la Parilla This dish was more on the sweeter side. Pineapple glazed with huancaina sauce and the sweetness of the shrimp make an amazing combination. * Yucatan Slam

The ambiance, food, and service was absolutely perfect! My friend and I shared the menu items as they were served tapas style and allowed us to enjoy multiple items without being too full. We were unable to take photos of all the items since we were too busy enjoying them. They also had a great list of wines and an adventurous list of cocktails that I’m keen to try next time.

Came here with a few friends for dinner and wow was the food here amazing!! Not too often do i have South American cuisine but everything we ordered tasted great! Some of the standouts for myself were the cassava fries, the marked ceviche, and the pistachio churro doughnut. I would say the portions were slightly smaller than what we were anticipating for the price, but the taste/presentation + attentive & friendly service really made this a top notch dining experience.

I celebrated my birthday here last nigh, the patio was beautiful and well decorated. I also liked the plates, cutlery set and even glasses. The menu didn’t have many options like most of fancy restaurants though. We ordered dates for appetizer; it’s date that’s covered by bacon and some vegetables, sooo delicious ???????? Also we ordered Mushroom Coxinhas that you can see in the picture, they were okay. My food was Flank Steak, don’t expect any sides like fries, veggies or mashed potatoes though. It comes with some sliced tomatoes and basil that are so tasty. The steak is different than normal one! Also we ordered Shrimp a la Parrila that my partner liked it. Dessert was for my birthday ceremony with chocolate churros that was nice too. Thanks to our service waitress for making a good night for us.

Great service from all staff! Ambience is on point. Loved the food selection we tried most of the starters and loved all of them. Everything was very flavourful! Only downside is the prices are a bit high for the starters given the portions but thats becoming common in most downtown Toronto restaurants so not surprising.

A VIBE. DEFINITELY GO HERE. Service was really good, top notch, let's start there. We had Mike as our server and he really made our experience amazing. We were a table of 3 and went for the AYCE brunch. Well worth the money. I'd recommend always ordering for the table, you get better pics that way. Again, a vibe, both the patio and the indoors. We did patio because... Obviously, patio season is almost over. My fave plates were: steak, potatoes, the DATES, FRENCH TOAST, pork belly. The pancakes were ok, I would have preferred more toppings for three of them. Will be going again for a girls night out sometime soon!

Had an excellent time tonight with great food, gorgeous interior, and pleasant staff. Food was carefully thought out and prepared which was really nice, kitchen knows how to handle seafood. Definitely recommend the ceviche, empanada, and corn ribs!

Top notch atmosphere, nice staff, amazing food. Definitely must try their brunch!

Excellent food and a great selection of cocktails with some modern twists. The restaurant is quite large with a beautiful decor. They currently don't offer their full menu due to just coming back from Covid but I can't wait until the kitchen is fully up and and running to try their full menu

Fantastic service, incredible food, and what an atmosphere! We had a great time at MARKED. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious. We cannot wait to come back!

We came here for Sunday brunch. The restaurant was beautiful and service was friendly. When it started getting busy halfway through, food took longer to come out. We tried everything on the all you can eat brunch menu. Everything came out beautifully plated but we were disappointed in the taste and quality of some of the items. Some dishes were over salted like the pork belly, sausage and fruit ceviche. Steak was kinda tough and chewy. We enjoyed the mushroom coxinha, potatoes, benny and pancakes. It was a fun first experience here and worth a try.

Went there right before the new winter restrictions for COVID… The all you can eat brunch is very good, actually the best option as I personally find their a la carte menu overpriced! Highlights to the teriyaki bacon dates, the manchego eggs bennedict and all the ceviches! Everything on the brunch was tasty and you really experience gourmet dishes in an all you can eat setting! The décor and architecture of the place is beautiful, check the bar area, so nicely decorated! Our server was courteous and attentive and so was everyone we interacted with! Another annoyance is that our table was right by their patio door, and some people simply think doors magically close behind them, so we were feeling cold and asked to move to another table… staff has promptly moved us, but nobody should be seated there during winter, not at the price they charge you! Once again, kudos to staff!

A.J. R.

Their brunch was really good and our server was super nice. The service in general was quite slow though. As for the food, everything tasted really good! Not to mention there are female care products in the washroom!! Ingredients tasted so fresh, I definitely recommend this place.

Andrew G

Food: Apps- Crispy Cassava Fries 8/10, Corn Ribs 8/10 Mains - Charcoal Grilled Cornish Hen 9/10 Drinks: Got a lot of different cocktails and although there was a lot of variety they were all just above decent nothing out of this world. Definitely still worth it though! Vibe: The vibe at marked is great, the interior and bar is beautiful and the outside seating is great too. Definitely worth the visit. Value: Definitely on the pricier end so can’t be a place you visit that often but good for occasions and the like. Service: Service was great. Bonus tip that I LOVED: they give you letters with the cheques that you can send anywhere in the world at no cost.

James Tink

Had the all inclusive bubbles brunch, which is unlimited small plates and a bottle of bubbles for $65 per person. I am blown away by the quality of the food- this is one of the best meals I have eaten in a long time, and for that price?! Unbelievable. This is one of the restaurants that lives up to the hype!! Interior is STUNNING, servers are friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to come back!! This is a new Toronto favourite for sure ????

dudinhadnt

Had the most awesome time at this restaurant. By far some of the best cocktails that I’ve had in Toronto. The décor in every part of the restaurant is phenomenal and the layout, ambiance and finishing touches are on point. And then the food - every dish was incredible and tasted fantastic. We ordered a few of the appetizer starters, the bacon wrapped dates were especially delicious and so were chicken and mushroom coxinhas. For the mains, the shrimp was prepared to absolute perfection. The empanadas and the Biro Biro rice were flavourful and oh so satisfying. I cannot stop raving about this place. Looking forward to checking out their weekend brunch soon! The service was also top notch, every single person who took care of us this evening was welcoming and just such a pleasure to interact with.

Farnaz Mobasser

Solid place. It's small plates but if you order enough, you'll be more than good. Two staples you need to order, Cassava Fries and the Churros with Chocolate. Boom! And the cocktails are spot on. The Matcha Pico, Pisco Sour, and many more. I've heard the brunch is great, would come back for that.

Amy Girouard

We came in for the brunch special. Service was fast and attentive. If you're going to go for the Pancakes or French toast, recommend ordering that at the beginning as it does take a while for it to come out. Other than that, the rest of our order came out really fast. Looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu.

Jason Shen

This place looks so mysterious from the outside that I walked by it so many times without realizing what an amazing restaurant I’ve been missing out this whole time! I came here for the weekend brunch menu and I can’t believe it’s all you can eat! The service was great, servers were attentive, the ambiance & interior design would teleport you to a South American paradise. I tried everything on the menu and my favourites are the pancakes, toast & ceviche. Also, many of their dishes are vegan which is super cool! I’m coming back here again this Sunday for another weekend brunch fiesta ✌????

Ibrahim Malik

We visited MARKED to celebrate our friends 10th wedding anniversary. It was a perfect experience. The cocktails, the food, the service, the decor, the postcards - everything was on point. Can’t wait to return!

Fiona So

Amaaaaaazing drinks!!!! Drinks made with Chartreuse! So surprise and so elevated! I adored my experience! Our server, Vineya (sorry if spelled wrong) made us feel so welcomed! The food... insane! The ambiance so beautiful! I can't wait to visit Toronto again and come back at Marked! I will def recommend your establishment!
