Our favorite restaurant is Pai Northern Thai, but it’s a very a busy place to get a table. We tried Kitchen Hub for the first time tonight and were very impressed and happy. I worried that the quality would not be the same as ordering directly from Pai, but it was just as delicious as the restaurant! We will definitely order delivery again. Our go-to Pai faves are Khao Soi, Tom Yum, Pad Thai, and Green Curry. This location also offers pick up if you don’t want to pay delivery fees. However some of the restaurants have specific hours, so call ahead. It’s also conveniently located by Costco.

Really disappointed in my order from two days ago. The chicken pad thai from Northern Pai seemed like it was made a day prior or at the very least microwaved, this is unusual for Pai as i know their food is exceptionally well made at the restaurant downtown. So i was surprised that my last two orders left me not wanting to even bother eating it at least the gaeng panag was as delicious as always but at 16.50 per order of padthai i was left hungry and 32.00 out of pocket. I visited the location downtown today after taking my son to Ripleys and the food was amazing as it is supposed to be. I hope that just because this is a takeput center that the quality doesnt get undrined by quantity like most places.

Foodwise - great. Never been disappointed. Frequently order from Pai and get the Pad Gra Prow and Chef Nuit's Pad Thai - always delicious, fresh and on time. The people working there are friendly, quick and efficient. The last time I attempted to use the online ordering system, I found the user experience to not be so great so I have since resorted to calling my order in which is fine but it would be nice if they had a better online system.

Am visiting from India. And my family and I went to Montana’s Thursday night for dinner. Had a lovely meal and service was great. When I got home I realised my pouch with my money and cards and AirPods wasn’t with me. Along with my cap. My aunt Anne and I called Montana’s the next day asking if they found anything. I even went down to the store to check and asked them if they got anything. The girl at the store said oh let me check I heard some of the employees talking about it. She went, she asked a few people and came back saying nothing is there. After 3 calls and a visit they still said they had nothing. Finally after a couple hours they called back saying they found the pouch and the cap. They were closed at the time but we could pick it up the next morning. Went the next morning. They returned the pouch and the cap. However all my CAD was gone. I had 3 hundred dollar bills, some 10s, some 20s, some 5s and coins that would amount to little less than a hundred. I’m so disappointed. Can’t believe Montanas wouldn’t check their CCTVs or let us speak to the owners to get to the bottom of this. They said they can check their CCTV only within 24hours. But we reported it well within the time and nothing was done.

Mooby's pop up , bad experience for the walk in customers looking to have the experience even for 2 minutes . You prioritized the drivers picking up orders which by the way breaks your 2 customer covid rule when a couple comes in . Poor planning , why offer this experience could have just ordered delivery like everyone else . UPDATE *** Went from 2 stars to 1 , we drove all the way from Brampton payed extra for the special lunch box so we didn't open up our order to check it . Ordered a cow tipper , received brisket . Guys this isn't a basic thing , this is a pop up the expectation is set way higher here we payed alot for this food which is understandable for the experience . Please pay attention to what you are doing guys .

Amazing food with a very unique concept. I have two shops just across the street so any time a new restaurant opens up, I'm definitely open to try it. Little did I know, I would find 5+ restaurants...with more to come.. So far I've tried Kanga (4 pies) and Pai (the Pad Thai and this Rice Dish) I can firmly say the taste is just like the renowned restaurants downtown. They even have Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes. Interested to see what other restaurants they add, as they said they are constantly building their menu and partnering with top-tier spots in the city without having to wait 45+ mins for a seat and/or driving downtown. Easily 5* experience all 3 times I've ordered

Honestly I thought this listing on UberEats was a scam; but, after checking out their website and news articles, they actually seemed like a very exciting innovation. In short, I'm in a bit of shock and awe. I never thought I'd ever be able to have Pai take out delivered to my home. Of all places in the city Pai is one of the best restaurants, and this Kitchen Hub place somehow put their food in my apartment. Also got a free tub of ben and jerry's since its Valentines day, who are you guys?! Overall, even though we ordered from 3 different places, the food was packaged perfectly, and everything was neatly separated. The food quality in general was true to the restaurant it came from. Only criticism is that some smoked meat items from Carbon Bar is a bit dry. If served in the restaurant at this quality I would send it back. But having this quality of food delivered home, its actually fine and I'd order from Carbon Bar again in spite of my criticism. To conclude, you guys at Kitchen Hub are crazy and I'm so glad you're trying to prove this concept in our area. There are a lot of bland food delivery places in this area and we always had to go downtown to get this kind of food. Thanks again, and good job

Omg so happy this is here! I've already picked up once and ordered once! Cherry street bbq is one of my faves since it opened so I'm glad I don't need to go downtown for my brisket fix. PAI is new to me and it's good too. What is especially great is you can treat this like a mobile foodie food court and get a little something from each place of you want to. Helll cheesecake factory cheesecake.. You were a fine and wicked follow up to my brisket!

We ordered a bunch of carbon bar, pai chicken wings and cheesecake for dinner yesterday... AMAZING! It's great that we can order multiple things at once and only pay one delivery fee, being able to order this food and cheesecake for dessert is a game changer. The ribs from carbon bar are incredible and the brisket legit melted in my mouth. I definitely recommend, especially if you have a group of people because everyone can get something different and it all comes at the same time fresh

My last few orders from Kitchen Hub has been fantastic! I was very pleased with my orders from Pai and the Carbon Bar. I highly recommend everything on their menu. I just ate the Carbon Bar's fried chicken sandwich 5 mins ago and it was so good that I'm here writing a review. Packaging of the food has been exquisite. From wrapping and packaging used to keep the food fresh and hot upon arrival. The portions has been great! The only picture I can upload now is my finished sandwich and getting ready to eat my dessert. Keep up the great work everyone! UPDATE: It’s been 3 hours, it’s so good that my boyfriend ordered again and now I can add photos and show you the portions. We got mac and cheese too!

We ordered a lot of food and requested no lettuce (as there is a food sensitivity). A sandwich and Burger still arrived with lettuce on it. This is obviously a concern when it comes to dietary restrictions and food allergies. Also, the burger patties from Carbon were dry and grey inside and the mac&cheese was almost flavourless. Aside from that, everything else was great. Loved the ribs, quinoa onion rings, pulled pork, and the Buffalo chicken wrap.

Personally love the concept of this. Has a bunch of popular/ unique restaurants available such as Pai, the Cheese Cake Factory, ect..and the quality still stay the same as the actual restaurant. You and your family/ friends get to try a bunch of different cuisine without leaving the app interface. I think it's very convenient. It's also great that they have great customer service. Very unique concept.

Really disappointed with the quality control, the order of Chicken & Mushroom Alfredo had been pre-made I’m assuming and left on a warmer of some sort as the bottom layer of the pasta was burnt and the Side Sweet Potato Fries basically went to the organic bin as they were almost completely reheated and shrivelled up from sitting to long after being fried up, Scarlet Sunrise Pizza was pretty descent. I dished out almost $60 including tax for burnt pasta and reheated fries????????????.

Ordered the Chef Nuits Chicken Thai on January 31st! Honestly the best Thai cuisine in the area!! The chicken is juicy and well portioned and ingredients are tasteful the coridaner is a wonderful touch and the crunch of cabbage os unexpected but wholly welcomed!!! Gosh they do a fantastic job cant wait to try something else! They blow VillageThai and thai express, Khao Geng out of the competition. ????????

We ordered from PAI and the Carbon Bar from their online order form, but PAI turned out to be closed so we had our order switched to something from Fresh. The Buddha Bowl from the Fresh here is inferior to what we've had in person at a Fresh restaurant before - the tofu just tasted like salt, as did the peanut sauce. Was pretty disappointing, given we were expecting PAI. The chicken burger from Carbon Bar was great though. All in all, love the concept and I like being able to order from different vendors at once, but the website needs to be fixed so it's not possible to order from a closed vendor and the quality control at Fresh could use improvement, too.

Very disappointed with the quality of food after driving over 30 minutes to satisfy my Pai cravings. We ordered the khao soi, and it was so salty I couldn’t even finish it. The quality of the beef was so tough it tasted like it was frozen (not fresh). My partner got the pad Thai and there was barely any chicken in it. Moreover, they forgot to take my payment and I had to call them back. The hallways behind cash counter looked really dirty and dark... not sure what the kitchen actually looks like? What a waste of $60.

Edit: Had to update after my recent experience. We had two SOLID delivery orders from Kitchen Hub before the underwhelming order in my original review (below). Customer service reached out to me almost immediately, were incredibly sweet and apologetic, and really showed a genuine desire to make things right. We just had our fourth order tonight. It arrived quickly, perfectly hot, and absolutely @$%##% delicious! Keep it up, KH - customers for life here! Thank you!!! Ordered from here 2 or 3 times after discovering it a few weeks ago. Thrilled everyone in the family could get something they liked (Pai, Carbon Bar, Concept Burger, etc.), and that the food arrived fast, hot, and as great as if we'd eaten in a restaurant. Wanted to get Pai for my wife this week as her work's been stressful. Noticed there are basically only two restaurants now, though - Pai and Fresh - figure no big deal, maybe they swap restaurants in and out. After getting two dishes from Pai tonight, almost 85 minutes after ordering, and both ice cold, I doubt we'll be back. Just can't trust the next time will be worth the wait (and the money). Real shame. We loved the first two orders and this time was just such a letdown.

You can pick up, or order through any food delivery app. The food is made by on site chefs from some of the top restaurants in the city - the best way to enjoy Pai and Cheesecake Factory without waiting hours in line! My girlfriend and I drove over and the co-owner was there, had a good chat. Great business model, worth supporting!

I ordered from the Pai Etobicoke location using UberEats. Be prepared for subpar versions of your favourite restaurants, with no recourse if the meal isn't to your standards (e.g. Kitchen Hub says take it up with Uber and Uber doesn't have real people to talk to) I ordered 3 dishes (Pad Thai, Pad Gra Pow and Massaman Curry), and they were all missing items and everything was cold. Both the Pad Thai and Pad Gra Pow were supposed to have egg. We asked if they could put the egg on the side due to an allergy (more so for the Pad Gra Pow as it comes with a fried egg on top). The restaurant said they would accomodate this no problem. Neither dish came with the egg on the side. The Massaman curry has the following description: "Braised beef, peanut tamarind curry, potatoes, deep fried crispy shallots, and jasmine rice" It then makes you pick a protein option where beef wasn't listed. We selected Tofu and Veggies because we had to select one. The order arrived with no beef in the dish. Everything was cold, and the curry leaked from its container. I will never order from this place again.

Kitchen Hub is conveniently located (perfect for commuters wanting to pick up awesome food!) and the guest experience was excellent. I loved being able to order a variety of dishes from different restaurants. Can't wait to try other brands!

Ordered from the Carbon Bar off Skip the Dishes. Had the brisket with fries and Mac and cheese. The brisket was great. Good flavor and well prepared, and the coffee BBQ sauce that came with it was pretty good too. It hit the spot! Sides on the other hand were disappointing. Fries were your basic frozen battered kind, similar to what you get at Costco. While I don't hate Costco fries I was kinda hoping for some fresh cut spuds here. However the mac and cheese was the big loser here. Unseasoned and flavourless. Calling it bland would be an understatement. I took two bites and had to toss it as it was basically inedible. Don't know if I experienced a one off, but the execution of that side dish needs work.

I can't say enough about Kitchen Hub. This is the smartest business anyone has ever thought of. Friends and I we're deciding what to order for dinner and we couldn't agree on what type of food to have -- thanks to kitchen hub we could all get what we wanted in one order. SO SMART!! Not only was it super convenient (delivered right to my door) but the food was so tasty and absolutely delicious!!

Recently had a party and had no time to prepare anything. I ordered from kitchen hub last minute. It did not disappoint. All the food was delicious and delivered very well. The best part was placing one order and getting food from several different establishments including desert and snacks. One stop shop convenience, excellent packaging and very well thought out.

I have ordered from the Fresh outlet at this restaurant location twice now and am so very dissatisfied. The fist time I ordered, it was a protein bowl and they forgot the dressing. I figured it was an honest mistake and let it slide. I ordered again last night. This time I ordered a beach bowl. Not only did they forget the dressing again, they actually put in kale and baby bokchoi drenched in soy sauce by mistake and forgot the greens. Of course, any chef would know that the flavours of soya sauce and sundried tomatoes do not complement each other, at all. The meal was awful but given the price and inconvenience of returning back to the restaurant under COVID lockdown, I still forced it down my throat. This is location is a disaster (kitchen hub). This will actually discourage me from visiting any of Fresh’s locations.

We ordered from Pai (khao soi and green curry). Our order was ready early and everything tasted amazing! Not sure about all the complaints. Probably some food travels better than others. Only issue was not much signage, the front of the building which has the civic number is a denture clinic. Anyway very pleased and would order again! Thanks!

Ordered food from Pai here and good as always! They have limited parking (about 4-5 cars) and 5 tables (with 2 chairs each) for outdoor seating. Just bring some cleaning materials if you’d like!
