A chain restaurant located downtown on Front St and University. This place is great for large groups. Here for Sunday Brunch. Crispy Calamari was lightly battered. Loved it but in the small size for our group of 5. Small Ceasar Salad for 6.50 was a good deal...nice portion. Enough to share for two people or as a main for my small appetite. Had the Beef Brisket MAC & CHEESE as an entree from the appetizer section. It was very rich and creamy. The Sopressata Srambler is an omelette which was pretty delicious. For dessert, the warm Sticky Toffee Pudding was yummy! The caramel sauce was on the real sweet side for me. But it was a real hit with the party!! Loved our table by the window ... bright, airy and spacious. Hostesses were very friendly. Our server not overly friendly or personable but warmed up midway. Overall the food and presentation was good. Keep in mind the portions are on the small side. For more food adventures please follow me on Instagram @hungry.jo

The location is just perfect for crazy busy downtown: it’s on always busy Front st & busy Bay St, BUT the layout of roads worked out nicely for visibility & enjoyment of the restaurant!! The “Pub” food is actually is very good!! The atmosphere is industrial & charming!! The staff is well selected & top-notch trained! Really recommend for a date or party!

Good food and service. Your space needs cleaning. Dust everywhere. Organize and clean your front outside area ASAP! Your outer appearance reflects what's going on inside.

Kelly's Landing is strategically situated directly adjacent to Union Go Station. I had just landed in Toronto after a 4 day bender in Montreal for Halloween weekend. I was reconnecting with some friends from Fairy Creek. I was desperately …

Great location! Right across from union Station. Parking is a bit tricky to find because you cannot park on front nor university. The hostess staff are warming and inviting. We sat at the bar. Our bartender was welcoming and high energy ????. …

Visited for the time today with a group of colleagues from work and I must say I am super impressed! The vibe and setting of the restaurant are amazing, there is an upscale aura with a down to earth energy overall...You can have an anniversary romantic dinner here or pull up the crew for a game. Awesome wine selection and great menu. Food is delicous, nothing but positive reviews of all the dishes we ordered. Great customer service, very warm and friendly.

Working in the downtown core, Kelly's Landing is a place I visit quite often for lunch. I enjoy the food here and haven't had a bad dish yet, it is a little bit more expensive than some of the surrounding options but I do believe you are paying for better quality. The service here very good as well and I do notice, what may seem to be the restaurant manager does come around and asks if everything is ok, I do appreciate it that! Overall my lunch experience has been great and is probably one of the reasons I do keep coming back. To find more tasty eats, follow me and check out my page on Instagram @hungrysimo

Went here for the first time time before the Raptors game, the space is beautiful but was not overly impressed with the food or the service. I had the chicken nann, it was ok but very basic not a whole lot of flavour going on. On the menu it stated a yogurt sauce but I could hardly find any. One of my girlfriends also ordered calamari to start and the waitress missed it completely so we weren't overly impressed by that either. Overall it was just OK, I was expecting a little bit more.

Stopped by with a couple of buddies for a bite and a beer before a game and was not disappointed. Service quick and efficient and the food was delicious. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we stopped by for a post game drink before we headed home.

First time here. Came to grab a bite before the Raps game. Evnue is newly renovated and nicely decorated. Food was alright and menu a bit small for my liking. Food came in reasonable time but flavors were muted. Nothing stood out in my mind. My special vip guest really enjoyed her meal and said the lobster was delicious and not over cooked but the eggs were a bit over done to be Benny. The waitress was pretty nice but could've been a tad more attentive. I don't think I would return as I would probably like to try out a different place next time but maybe would recommend as it still may favorable to some.

Good place to hang out after a long week of work. Friendly staff and food is good as well. Fresh ingredients, cooked well. The calamari we got wasn't done well. Batter was separating from the calamari. Rest of the dishes were good overall

I was in Toronto for three days and went there twice. Very nice place, we were on the patio both days. Location was great, went there before the Jays game. Cocktails were great and food was very good as well. Lots of options on the menu. Our server Amy was amazing, very attentive and very friendly. Would definitely go back again next time I'm in town.

Great visit on a Friday for lunch, and they found us an amazing spot on the patio. Covid-safe with servers wearing masks and clear plastic dividers between tables where needed. Servers were masked. Service was just a tiny bit slower than I would have liked, but not bad. We ordered the fish tacos which were large and delicious, the server even offered to bring us 4 instead of 3 since we were splitting. Great service! We were also a little disappointed that out preferred dishes were unavailable/sold-out but we didn't find that out until ordering. We still had a great visit anyways and would definitely visit again

The three star for the really poor greeting and lack of attention we received at the entrance. We didn't feel welcomed at all. That being said, our waitress and the chef who prepared our appetizer and desert were great! They really saved the sour greeting with sweet service and great small talk. Thank you for the great experience! The desert was amazing! I highly recommend it!

Large welcoming space with both indoor and outdoor options. The staff is so attentive and pleasant. The steak was a bit lacking in flavour, I expected more. Their dragon fruit lemonade is really good!! I will love to have more of it.

My friends and I meet up here once a month because we absolutely love the atmosphere, service and food! Great place to grab a beer and watch the game after work or to just chill with some friends and have a nice dinner.

I visited Kelly’s on Sat night (12 Feb). The waiter sat us down and told us he’ll be right with us. However the next time he saw us was after 35 minutes! We didn’t even have water on our table!! I literally had to wave at him from the other side of the restaurant and the guy shouted at us saying yeah yeah your water will be right there!! On top of it (and I’m not making this up) he has the audacity to tell us of the place’s 90 minute sitting policy!! I was so done but we’d ordered the food which included nachos (80% of nachos were dry and untouched by any toppings) and a margarita pizza (which was SWEET because of too much balsamic vinegar). I’m never ever coming to this place again! There are far far nicer places to give my business to.

Kelly's is definitely your go to before any event ! World class customer service here. I can never go wrong with any restaurant a part of the landing group. Food was delicious as well which made for an overall amazing experience.

Horrible experience there today. We waited over 30 mins to get our mains. Often felt forgotten by server. There were alot of things not available from the menu and alot of confusion regarding what was available. Had to shout for Bill as it was impossible to get anyone's attention The food visually unappealing. It tasted better than it looked but we eat with our eyes and this definitely didn't look like what I would expect. Then as we were leaving I noticed all the light fixtures were filled with cobwebs. Gives me nightmares about how the kitchen looks and what I just ate. If I noticed them before I would have never eaten there. Would give them zero stars if I could.

Went here for the first time before the Toronto Rock game two weeks ago Saturday. While it was early (5pm), the restaurant was busy. Service was fantastic! Not only was our waitress exceptional, several managers were on the floor and checking in with guests to see how their meals were- this is customer service. Food was very tasty! I paid extra for the landing salad and it was well worth it. Husband had a burger and I had a turkey burger. Both were very flavorful. We split a starter caesar salad which was good as well. Prices are comparable to other Toronto restaurants. $11 Coors light steins on Saturdays was an added bonus for hubby. We will definitely be back!

Delicious valentines dinner with my partner and I. We were worried that reservations would be required but we luckily found space by the fireplace. They offered a wonderful bundle for $100 a couple. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

Kelly’s disappoints. Food is always good and the atmosphere it’s a perfect segue to a live sporting event.

I went when it first opened and the food was amazing! So while downtown I was excited to have the same quality food, the menu changed which was great but definitely not to the same standards, I enjoyed the chicken wings (must have) and the kids really liked the pizza. Somehow from ordering some apps/kids menu, the entry for payment was $160, I gave a thumps up as it asked how was service and it somehow captured my card, so here I am asking the waiter what about tip? He said I already tipped him...how much? When? Still haven't received my actual receipt but that's my fault for leaving without it....Just be careful, you don't even have to hold your card close and make sure you have time! We understand things may take longer but wait time was extreme

The place is very conveniently located near union. Has a lovely ambience and enough space to actually follow social distancing. Loved the food, the presentation and the service.

Great location, 3 minutes walk from Union Station. Their was no wait on a Friday night for dinner, which was great. Drinks were decent, but could use more cocktail selection. Also, asked for medium well steak, outside was burnt and inside was very raw (almost blue). They put it back on the grill and turned it hard and over well done. Server also mentioned soup of the day was chicken, but it was actually all vegetarian. Took both off the bill, but still was a bit of a turn off.

I never ever eaten this very stiff chicken sandwich in my life. This chicken is seriously over over cooked. I felt very painful my tooth. Don’t you guys check cooking time or temperature of ingredients?

I was looking for patio and I found one with great views and my server was amazing. The hostess not so friendly. The menu reads yummy but just wasn't. I had a crunchy chicken sandwich (super small portions) that was indeed crunchy but also super dry and I could only eat half of it. The fries looked crispy and delicious but turned out not crisp and again I didn't finish them. $18? I would go back for the patio and service for sure but I left hungry ????

An amazing place with a delicious menu and beautiful patio. Service was fast and friendly. Conveniently located near Union Station and many popular Toronto attractions.

Came here recently and the food went down since covid. Safety protocols are in place. When you arrive, you need to leave your contact info before getting seated. Tables were well distanced and the staff all wore masks. My party and I ordered, but our food took 30+ minutes to arrive. Lunch time in the financial district, I would expect it to come sooner. They got one of my parties dish wrong, so had to go back in to fix it. I ordered the poke bowl, but replaced the tuna with cooked fish. They were accommodating and made the switch no problem. The diah wasn't what I had expected. The rice was pretty horrible... I never had such wet rice before. Not sure if it was just done poorly that day, but I'd recommend getting their quinoa instead.

Went in for a team lunch. The ambience of the place was good. Staffs were friendly and courteous. The food served was fresh and delicious. Don't miss out the deserts. If you can't finish it, you can ask for take away. Also check for their daily specials. Will visit again.

Like most restaurants during covid staffing is an issue. We called ahead to book a party of 12 to see if they could accommodate, they said yes, unfortunately that led to extremely long delays, we were hoping to avoid this by being upfront. The restaurant was good about recovering and showing our patronage mattered.

I am genuinely so impressed. Typically restaurants that have such a strategic location don't necessarily have the best food or service because they rely on their location to get them business. But Kelly's Landing exceeded all my expectations. My server, Stephanie, was nothing short of exceptional. She had great recommendations, was knowledgable about the menu, and was attentive without being overbearing. And the food? Omg. I had the Maple Cider Half Chicken and it was to die for. The flavours were delightful, the portion size was perfect, and I enjoyed every last bite. Really delighted by this experience and hope I am stuck at Union station again in the future so I can come by again.

I have always wanted to go to this restaurant on Front Street because it’s close to my place and seems pretty hip. So, we went to Kelly’s Landing after a reservation and sat indoors on a Saturday night. We had plans to get food and drinks for the night after an outdoor activity. When we reached, we were seated in area which seemed to have been serviced by very less number of servers. I had to get up after the first 15 mins to even ask for waters for our table. The service was extremely slow and we left post our appetizers because the nachos were not good, the staff seemed over-worked and one of the staff members just sort of told us off when we tried getting his attention saying that it’s not like he doesn’t want to serve us, he is just very busy. At one point he also shouted at as across a few tables saying - we’ll get to you when we tried getting his attention. All in all, bad food, bad experience with staff. I’m sure they were just overworked and therefore frustrated. But there’s a way to deal with customers — which wasn’t shown.

I don't give many 3 star reviews but here is why...My meal was delicious, curry chicken, but it was luke warm when served to me, not hot. My wife got the half chicken which is what she usually gets and is usually good, but she only got a quarter chicken with some fatty piece of meat that was disgusting. Clearly the kitchen thought this was ok to serve AND clearly the serving staff thought is was ok also - when we called the manager over, she agreed that she will speak to the kitchen staff to fix it. Regardless, the manager DID take the meal off the bill which was the right thing to do. Our server was also very apologetic which was also the correct thing to do so I still gave her a 20% tip. Not sure if I will go back to that location or not, but I feel the 'Landing' group of restaurants are usually good.
