East Side Marios never fails to deliver! I went there for lunch and was promptly taken care of by the friendly server. The salad I ordered arrived shortly after and it was perfect! Lunch was finished off with a fresh cup of coffee which was absolutely tasty!

Great atmosphere. There were lots of us and they were able to accomadate us with very little time wasted and no reservation. The food was good, and excess which is almost never a bad thing. The waiting of the table was disorganized at best but to be fair there were lots of us and our server may have been newer. Overall good spot for a hefty meal at a very reasonable price.

I do my fair share of travelling around Ontario , The food is good across most of Ontario, Tastes the same at most locations.... I order out a lot to my hotel room, I've ordered lots from this location and no Hiccups, My most recent order @ Timmins location, Everything was bang on as expected however no Utensils.... I received everything and then some but no fork / knife... This order was Spaghetti/Meat Balls and a salad, I understand certains items could be forgotten but for Utensils? I didnt panic or get upset as i have a well stocked service vehicle... Just an FYI.....Good Food, Fast Delivery..... Accidents Happen..

Food was great, however the service most definitely was not. Was my first time going and we never got refills on drinks, got one bread load to split between the three of us (and never received more), waitress came by about 4 times throughout the entire night and acted as if she couldn't care less. We brought in a cake and had to get up and ask another server to bring it to us from the back, then had to wait 10 more minutes for extra forks to eat with. THEN had to actually approach our server so we could finally pay.

I went for dinner with my son, it was a late Mothers Day/ a late Birthday for him. Slow service, an hour to get our order, I ordered the Steak Pizzaiola & Gorgonzola, minus the steak and cheese, w/ extra veg. and a fry. Did not get the fry. When I asked about it she said it was extra...yes, but I ordered it. Had to tell her forget it. It was steady in there, but not busy. Barely saw the waitress. Brought our bill before asking if we wanted coffee or dessert. yes to the coffee,:) They did get my sons GF meal right. Would I go back or recommend.......NO

Never a disappointment when dining at East Side Mario’s in Timmins! Great service, great food, great staff who offer a beautiful environment, but more importantly a safe one! Following every CoVid safety recommendation! Huge call out to those workers in masks and safety glasses working so hard to make me feel safe while feeling so welcomed. I’d give you 10 stars if it were available. Keep it up-see you all again soon.

The Ceasars salad and hot fresh bread was a hot for my picky daughter. Thank you for the fast service with hot fresh food. I totally recommend the all you can eat Ceasars salad and the hells chicken. Your average east side Mario's! Nice decor, clean restaurant. The unlimited bread and salads and soups are always a great part of the meal! Service is always good! Portions aren't that great though, they are very cheap on sauce, I always have to order extra on my pasta, and considering its a pasta restaurant you would think they sauce portion would be better, I shouldn't have to pay for more lol! Pizzas are always a hit!

Overall good experience. This visit was post covid times. They have got a QR code to register as you walk in. Controls are in place to social distance from other tables and booths. Food was good and all the items were fresh and tasty. They did miss up one of the dietary request from a person on our table but was corrected appropriately and timely.

Very well service of a manager, she is very good in asking for customer’s id as customers are criminals and she is showing pity to criminal, I mean she is very rude. Our server is so hard working that he had no time to pick up used dishes from our table after saying many times and in hard working strategies he forget to make a brownie soft, may be its just because of brownie because when I try to eat my brownie with spoon brownie just smooched my spoon like they met after a long time that spoon stand like a statue on whole brownie. Which server take it back but again as he is hard working he forget to give us other one. And at the end when he finally have a time to take feedback because we didn’t give him tip we complain him about his manager that she was rude to us. Than managers comes to us and explain her rude attitude as she is like this from before its not her fault, and arguing us that server have very less wages and we are not giving tip to server (Sorry! server for this). In meaning service is so bad, and delicious brownie with my spoon’s statue, and rude manager. Thanks

I honestly don't think I'll ever eat from this place again. I have a severe and ordered two Ceasar salads from here. I specified NO BACON by touching the option as well as putting it in the special instructions box, yet once my order was delivered, it was covered in bacon. I also ordered a chicken Parmigiano, and my chicken was over cooked so much, that it was basically unedited. I didn't even eat one bite. A $50+ meal just down the drain. When I called to complain, I got no answer. Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I didn't even get in the door. Website and signage indicate this restaurant is open until 11 pm. I planned my travel and evening accordingly. Tried to get in as a customer to find out they closed an hour earlier. Are there no franchise rules? I thought this was a dependable brand. Now I have to order some lousy delivery. The food was not that bad I just find it lack in spices but i won't blame them for it as I'm a spice lover, but the behavior of staff was soo rude, even the manager had no sense how to explain things, she came to us to have a look on our Id n was being very rude which disappointed everyone of us in the very beginning, the server was not very cooperative with the services, even after asking several times for getting the dishes off the table. We ordered brownie which came out hard as stone n so we asked the server if he could get another one but nothing happened, though the server at last was concerned of not being tipped and called the manager on our feedback, who was being even more horrible by asking why aren't we tiping the server and started arguing for tip which is something I had never expected. On top of that she said that's how she speaks and it's not her problem, she had been working there for past 20 years and etc etc which was bizarre. Well I'm not really sure if they had a bad day or low sales but that was not the way at all..... the manager of a restaurant giving me a lecture about the low wages and asking for tip after such a bad service. First n worst experience. Thanks

We waited in the parking lot for 35 minutes as that was the time given when we arrived, for them to call and tell us it is going to be another half hour to hour wait, we told them to keep us on the list and they were surprised? We tried to make reservations but were told that was not accepted as per covid. When we first arrived we were told there was seating and then told about the initial 30 minute wait. The host didn't seem to really know what they were doing and proved that by the phone call and the surprised "you want to stay on the list?". The worst part is that the servers really lost out as we truly are great tippers all because of organization. We must have forgotten how to run a business with good customer service during the pandemic

The server was very pleasant and helpful but also very busy. The Italian salad is consistently awesome. The bread was hot and delicious. Tried the double bacon fettuccine carbonera. There was nothing carbonera about the dish. Instead it was a bland salty Alfredo saved only by adding parmesan and pepper. Didn't finish it. Will not order it again.

Just happens to have one of the biggest disappoiment at East Side Mario's in Timmins, a lady that was the waitress happend to be the rudest person I haven't meet in a long time, shouting from one corner to another, continuously and laudly interrupting when we trying place our order, refusing to take the specific order that we want to eat, walking away when we try to talk about our order etc. What can I say!? We were appalled! And to make the experience even more bizarre we told to what apparently was the manager that we decide to not eat in there and the reasons why we were leaving and her answer was "ho sorry for that BUT she has been working a long time working with us" like whaaaattt !?

I used to go to East SideMario's in GTA. Today, I came to Timmins for work purpose and went to have my Dinner at Eas side Marios located at 1120 Riverside Dr. Timmins. The waiter was not treating me professionally. What he did was, he just brought the salad I ordered and left, without giving me any forks. I waited for about 15 minutes and he doesn't comeback. Later he came and I told him that he doesn't gave me the forks, and he laugh instead of apologizing. At the same time I ordered Tettrazini to go and again he brought that order in a bag without any disposable forks. When I tried to talk to him in a humble way still his reaction was pushing me the other way instead of settling things. Being a long standing customer of Eastside Mario, I'm REALLY REALLY disappointed the way I served by the waiter. Obviously, I pay the same CAD like the other customers, no matter what. I think the waitress needs some sort of anger management to work as a waitress. Thanks.

Thinking that this restaurant will be like the one in Fredericton I went there expecting good food and service, god I was wrong , so disappointed , I wanted to walk out . I would have if I wasn’t with my bubble, they lost my business I am not sure I would even go to any other ones in future. They get zero in everything!!! Update!!!! Went back had a great experience, hot food great service enjoyed my time there . My today experience was a 5 start, and that is what I came to expect from my previous experience except my first time at Timmins east side Marrio. Thanks

Terrible service. Dec 12 @ 1547. Waitress extremely rude with her service. Order a Cesar salad Walked away half way me given her my order and decides to bring back salad of her choice because my "5 year old" wanted tomatoes....and then gave attitude when I asked for the Cesar salad.... 2nd. While taking my parents order again! Walked away half way our order. 3rd. Same waitress yelling from the bar side to the kitchen! Yes literally screaming where there is 2 tables eating. 4rd when approached the manager... and was told how rude this waitress was MANAGER SAID "OH YEAH SHE IS BEEN WORKING HERE A LONG TIME, SHE IS ALWAYS BEEN LIKE THAT". Like come on. What kind of manager is that?! Put on your manager pants and talked to this worker. Is my second time being served by this waitress being absolutely rude.
