My son forgot his cell phone here and when I called to retrieve it, they asked a number of questions in regard to the make, model, screen wallpaper and even had me call the cell phone..I appreciate the security measures taken. I know my belongings are safe there. The lady I spoke with was very nice and accommodating.. Even offering to stay longer then she needed, if I needed. ????????

Last Friday we went with some friends, we asked Sangria and Mojito, but drinks were so bad prepared.. glasses were inappropriate, also drink tasted like water.. too many icecube. Waitress was not polite... she looks angry.

Absolutely horrendous!!! From the service, to the security, to the management, even up to the ownership, this was an absolutely brutal experience. We had the bottle service, which I will admit was reasonably priced, but that didn't make up for the glaring negligence of the staff. I brought a party of 20+ people for VIP Bottle service. Throughout the evening, the service was so bad that my guests had to order their drinks from the bar. Additionally, other patrons of the bar, who were not in my party continually entered the VIP area, ordering drinks on my tab and harassing my friends. When I approached security to have them removed, he refused. It wasn't until I went and sought out a manager that they were removed. Furthermore, a female member of my group, slipped and fell on broken glass on the dance floor necessitating a trip to the hospital and requiring stitches. Obviously given the drinks ordered on my tab that were not ordered by my party, the injury suffered by the abysmal negligence of the staff that failed to clean up broken glass on a dance floor, and the overall horrible service and experience of my evening, I disputed my excessive bill with first the server, then the manager, and finally the owner. The owner claimed no responsibility for the injury suffered, was outrageously arrogant and even threatened to call the police if I didn't pay my bill in full. He even threatened to charge my credit card without my permission. eventually, after 30+minutes of explaining every facet of the evening's deficiencies in service, accountability, and security, and holding my ground against his outrageous threats, he agreed to reduce my bill 10%, but when they charged my credit card they tacked on a 15% gratuity. GRATUITY?! for that evening? you have to be kidding! worst evening I've ever had!

This is a nice looking restaurant with a great atmosphere, good service and fair prices but the food is just not that great. The prime rib special seems like a great deal but both times I have ordered it (rare) it was really stringy. The pizza that people rave about was okay at best. You can't get just regular pizza like cheese and pepperoni. I will give it another try though.

It was soooo good. The food is so amazing, we all had to taste. Loabter ravioli was to die for, the steak melted in your mouth, the burgers tasted perfect! Love!

Food was tasty, well cooked but uninspired. The wait staff was extremely annoying. We had 3 people come to our table in excess of 18 times to ask us questions and still forgot to bring us an item we asked for. The acoustics are bad and very hard to engage in conversation over the sound level.

Met up with some friends at the home show and decided on the spur of the moment to go for dinner. Chose Tony and Adams partly because of the prime rib roast dinner with all in pricing. Ranges from 6 to 12 oz servings. We were not disappointed as the prime rib was exactly as ordered ie rare for some and medium for others.

Me and my husband decided to try this restaurant while visiting thunder bay and I think it was our worst ever decision. We ordered salmon and I think they just cooked fish and put few spoons of brown sugar and served us. It was sweet salmon. I was feeling sick after eating it. Service was good. But food was disgusting.

I usually go there for the apps but this particular day they have $2 domestic beers which seems like every Friday so for me that's perfect I'll try to make it every Friday now hahaha but all in all the apps are always good and I know they cater to large events they did my work party once great food there too as well at the private bar on that side
