The best pizza in Canada! From the first to the last bite, just delicious! The waiter was very friendly and courteous and the manager was very very nice (thank you again for the cookies!). :) It was also very interesting to watch how she makes the pizza. The restaurant is very imaginatively decorated, especially the chairs. Too bad that we are from Switzerland, otherwise we would eat well every week here. :D We highly recommend the Both Hands to everyone! You are doing a great job and we wish you all the best. :)

They do pizzas really really well! I wish they had more options besides pizza (such as salad), but the ingredients are top notch and very tasty. The think crust is really lovely. Only giving 4 stars because they burnt the crust on our pizza more than is normal, but the topping combo of goat cheese with prosciutto and roasted red peppers was fabulous so I ate around the burnt parts. Seating is limited so that is worth considering.

Really quaint place. Pizza is tasty and the owners us fabulous to talk to and very personable. The staff are also friendly and helpful. We were there in a hot day and it was a but warm inside. We only discovered later that there us some outdoor seating along the side. Something to keep in mind when you go.

Do not hesitate going here for a good feed. Their hours kinda suck for ppl that do t work 925 and do overtime on long weekends, but I am really just splitting hairs in this point. I love this place. If a traveler asked on where to get pizza in Thunder Bay. I would suggest Both Hands. The ingredients are fresh, and they make your pizza in the wood fired oven in front of you. Definitely worth the price and wait. Fresh dough and nothing beats wood stone oven flavour. If you're looking for a real authentic pizza place. Both Hands is both hands down! Must eat in Thunder Bay.

Well. I went there with my girlfriend and just had to see what all the hype was about and let me tell yah. I thought the pizza was amazing! The service was also quite good. The atmosphere at Both Hands was nice and warm. Could be a little more seating inside but other than that one insignificant issue everything else was spot on! One person could easily demolish the 11" pizza! I will definitely visit this place again. I would also recommend it to any pizza enthusiasts out there in search of good pizza at a great price!!

Staff non responsive! has to request our table be cleared and they only have 5! We ordered, payed and after 28 minutes asked about our pizzas. They forgot to prepare our order. Again no one came in after us. Generally a peace offering is offered when service is this poor! None offered. Staff member only asked if we had already paid. While pizza was ok service failed. Won't be back any time soon. Pay attention to your customers!

Super cozy and friendly restaurant. Highly priced but very good pizzas. I'd recommend making your own rather than their options but only if you want to spend the extra dollar on the toppings. I would recommend to individual or pairs wanting a nice cosy place to sit and chat for a while, but not for ordering out to feed a family.

Lovely place. Their sourdough-crust pizza is very yummy, crunchy and one-of-the-kind; I consider it one of the best I've ever tried (out of countless pizzerias we've visited in 10 provinces, 2 territories and 33 states, and overall 37 countries). I also absolutely love their breads and buy them all the time (rye bread is my favourite); they're delicious and also healthy, what else do you need? Staff is fantastic, too - very kind, humble and generous (my toddler broke one of their beautiful ceramic dishes once and they were super nice about it; we also got their bread for free once - just because it was a little bit flatter than usual. We still loved it!). Oh have I mentioned cookies? Just go and try their cookies, too!

We found this hidden gem in an overnight stay in Thunder Bay. This is an adorable and cozy little restaurant with table service but we took ours out. The pizza is simply delicious!!! Beautiful thin crust made—to-order. Order more than you think because the dough is light as air and you will want more it is so tasty!!

My son and his family was visiting, he and I went to see what this pizza place had to offer. OMG the pizza is a thin sour dough crust with so much flavor, sauce yummy, and the toppings off the chart. We also picked up a bread with fruit and nuts. Still craving for more of it.. Don't miss out. The prices can jump so I would say this isn't going to be your family's Saturday night pizza and a movie place unless you stick to a basic pepperoni pizza.. worth every cent.. you are a true artist . Pepperoni, spinach, tomatoes and pesto for me, and my wife had Edgy Eggplant, with tomato (and supreme blend). We live 250 miles away in Minnesota, a long way go for pizza, but we will do it again, and want to go back soon.

The crust was paper thin, hardly any sauce or toppinps, cheese almost none. I have had this pizza before and it was good but this time not so much. For a $30 pizza you would expect a little more, I should have opened the box before I left, if I did I would not have paid for it.

We went on a Wednesday when they offered 20% off if you put your phones in a bucket for your whole visit. My review is not about the food but the service, I’m thinking that the manager would like to know that I had called for over 20 mins and got no answer, I then went there at 8:45 pm and the door was locked and the closed sign was in the window. When I looked inside the window there was a person in the kitchen making pizza. I realize that you close at 9 pm but I had been calling since 8:25 pm . Pretty disappointed.
