The problem is shawarma places are a dime a dozen. It seems like every time you turn your head there's another one opening and they're all the same boring and bland. I am a truck driver that travels from coast to coast on a regular basis and believe me I know fast food. This place pleasantly surprised me the customer service was good but the food is just incredible you can literally taste the love that goes into preparing every single dish that goes out the door. I don't think I'll go any place else ever again this is my new spot and I recommend it for anybody

I was in this store on Saturday. The guy in the store provided me "the best customer service" Reminds me of the Disney World CSR team. Completely amazing food, presentation and tastes delicious. Gave me free sample of Butter Chicken..Guess his name was Mike or Mick.. Will go there on Saturday after my hockey game..Thanks

One of the Best foods( Pita and Shawarma) my family and I ever ate. Hands down. Excellent customer service and care. They stand behind their delicious food and take extra time to prepare the food. We live at least 100 kilometres away, but anytime kids want to eat Pita or shawarma, this is the place in St.Catherines. It's worth the drive. Not a typical Pita or Shawarma place. They strive and achieve customer satisfaction 110%. Keep up the excellent work. 10 ✨ Stars.

Went to this Shawarma place on Saturday..Great staff, very clean. Usually Shawarma stores are messy but glad to see these guys doing great. Also they gave me sample of Kabob to try ON. Dont know but the tall guy seems to very very friendly and helpful in choosing flavours. Will be coming this Saturday as well.

I have never written a review before, but I couldn’t help but do so today. Today I had chicken shawarma wrap and chicken on the rock, and it was my very first time at pita lite. It was amazing, the staff were so nice and polite. My only regret is that I bought only one pack of chicken on the rock. My wife and daughter couldn’t let go of my plate. I’m definitely returning for more soon.

I have tried both chicken and beef shawarma at this location in Pen Centre. Its best shawarma in town!! They have just open this location and food is always fresh, staff is really helpful. You get full loaded plate and it is totally worth the money you spend. I will for sure be eating at this place more often for mediterranean food in this town????????????

Consistently great food and amazingly priced daily specials (seriously, where else can you get a warm shawarma plate for under $13?) Tried their gyro plate special today and was not disappointed, great portion, flavorful rice and gyro and lots of fresh veggies. I even got a sample of the butter chicken, which has an incredible flavor profile and tender chicken pieces! Give them a shot if you're at the pen center and want something healthy, yet still flavorful.

I am vegetarian and the amount of respect for my choice that the employees showed was amazing ???? …. I would give a 10/10 for customer service and quality food in terms of freshness & presentation … For my vegetarian friends try the famous falafel wrap and tahini (dairy-free) sauce on it …it’s the best and value worth for the money you spend !

No star but option is not available. Took away beef kebab, shawarma and beef kebab. Was not like the posted images on the counter - Kebab on the rice did not have tomato. Kebabs were burnt to black charcoal and went to compost.???? I noticed two persons on the counter and one doing most of job - that's maybe my kebab were left too long on fire

was amazing when the owners made my food. then they hired this young chubby kid who you can tell doesnt want to be there. most disappointing meal i have ever had. ordered chicken shwarma on fries. 1. ran out of chicken (understanding) so i got beef instead. 2. put 4 slivers of beef. literally NO MEAT !!!!!! idk if he was saving the rest of the portion for himself for later. 3. BURNT FRIES! all in all it was atrocious and i will never order as long as i see him working in the front. on the other hand, when the older guys were in the front, was awesome. please fire this guy and put someone who knows what they are doing. no need to have rock hard fries with no meat and very little sauce. i would have just ordered a fry for less than half the price......

Hands down the best place to eat in the mall or surrounding area. Best tasting food for miles, plus customer service is amazing. If you have never tried there food I highly suggest it, you wont regret it. 2 of my favorites are the Butter chicken plate and the Chicken shwarma sandwich or plate. Keep up the good work guys !!!

Went here with my Wife on Thursday, guy serving was great. Sad to say the walk in special "Chicken on the Rocks" is more like a Chicken garnish with watered down sauces on a bed of rice. Shawarma wasn't the best either, 2 stars for the friendly gentleman and Fries were the best part of the meal we ordered.

We really like the food! It was fresh and tasty, and not oily or lacking in flavour. The staff were patient and accommodating because of some food allergies we have. This is now our favourite halal take out in Niagara. I would highly recommend trying it!

Had the chicken shawarma wrap earlier today. The staff were friendly and did an amazing job on my pita. It tasted great and all of the ingredients were fresh! The only thing I would suggest is less salad and more chicken perhaps, but other than that it was fantastic. Keep up the great work!

Best shawarma I've ever had! I tried it for the first time a few weeks back, and it did not disappoint. Amazingly friendly staff also makes this place even more incredible. I would have loved to post a picture, but I ate it too fast because I couldn't wait to dig in. I've had the beef shawarma twice, and now will have to try the chicken the next time I am at the Pen Centre.

Ordered from this place yesterday, and I promise I will not make that mistake again. I had a falafel plater first I must say I was happy that they made thier own falafels and they where not bad. But the rest of my plater was horrible. The rice was hard and cold let me not talk about the one yes one slice of potatoe that was Blane and very oily. The salad was cut in big chuck I saw him put dressing on but when I got home I don't know what happen? Just overall a bad food experience for spending around 15.00 and only eating some salad and 4 falafel balls is really disappointing. I will not eat here again.

Going into the pen for the first time since lockdown, we decided to give this place a try and boy am I glad we did! This has instantly become my new favorite shawarma restaurant. The food is incredible and the staff and so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their business! 5 stars :)

I usually go there during the day for wraps or just samosas which are great. There are a bunch of shawarma places I wouldn’t recommend in St. Catharines but this place is great!!!!We ordered the large beef and chicken shawarma plate and samosas and fries. The quantity in the large plates is crazy I had to split it up into two meals from each plate . Fries were awesome , wife approved ???????? Definitely ordering more from them.
