Since I’ve tried Pie Guys pizza I don’t order from anywhere else. Pizza takes a while to prepare because it’s so busy but it’s worth it. And they use real bacon on the pizza not bacon flavoured pork crumble. The Mac Turnbull location has a great sports bar but it fills up on Friday and Saturday nights.

It was my first and last time going to this restaurant. We got there and we're seated right away and the waitress took our order for drinks and brought them quickly. We ordered our food. We waited an hour and a half for food that never came. The funny thing is the table next to us came in half an hour after us and ordered they hadn't gotten their food for a half an hour and the waitress went over to that table and offered them appetizers on the house for the wait. We couldn't even get our drinks refilled.

Second time having their wings, after enjoying them on Superbowl Sunday at a friends. 100% recommend you give them a try. Not only fantastic food, but service is top notch too! Erin was super helpful in explaining all of the flavor options available and so pleasant to deal with when picking up! Definitely our new pizza place to visit!!!!!

Pizza was very good and the chicken wings although not anything close to Mossimos or The Barrel, were pretty good. Staff was attentive to service and friendly. Beer was cold and refreshing. I'd go back.

My personal experience at pie guys was very unique, as I am vegetarian. I had heard that the pizza here was great so I wanted to try it out myself. My friend and I both ordered pizza, and started talking to occupy the time. I believe we waited approximately 40 minutes for both pizzas to come out. I got a pizza, and realized that I didn't specify to not have any meat. The amazing waitress understood that it was my fault completely and still offered to get me another pizza for no extra charge which I was very grateful for. The other pizza took less than half the time for the two pizza to come out, which I was a bit suspicious about. Besides the wait time, I would say my experience at the establishment was very nice and I would recommend it for anyone looking to try some well made, authentic pizza.

Bottom line: the pizza is probably my favourite in the Niagara region and the prices are reasonable. Customer service at Pie Guys is in line with the quality of their food but even if they were rude I would still be a regular. The prices aren't exactly low but considering the quality I'm a happy customer.

I can't even right now. I remember when I was in elementary school and it was pizza day. That pizza always hit different for some reason, maybe because it was like having a party in class who knows. But legit I've been looking for that same flavour in pizza for years, sounds silly but it's true lol. I always say "I wish I could get a pizza that tasted like how it use to on pizza day". my boyfriend ordered a couple things through skip the dishes, and its part of the staff's job to READ all of the order before making and sending it out for delivery. even though the rest of responsibility is the courrier's, the staff still needes to give the driver the "OK" that it was completed and all food is accounted for in the bag. Only recieved half our food order, so I sat and ate while my boyfriend was very mad and had no dinner. we recieved our order around 10:05pm which means it shouldnt of been an inconvienence to any staff to make our full order because of their 11pm closing hours. dont order online from this restaurant.

First 2 times I got take out and was great. Eat experience 1- random pieces of meat on my vegetarian pizza (they did take it back & not charge me). Sunday night decided to give it another shot. Margarita pizza came out last of our family order- ordered it without the boccaccini. It was cold, they ran out of basil so brought it out without. Menu says comes with parmesan, asked the waitress, she said no it doesn’t but you have some on your table and leaves. Looked up the menu, yes in fact it should. Mention to waitress who tells me she’ll let the kitchen know it’s supposed to. Wouldn’t they know the menu?? My sons poutine came out cold as well. Cheese not remotely melted. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend

We waited a while for our order, my companion's wings and pizza was delivered but we were told mine, a 4 slice pizza had been "over cooked" and they were redoing a new one. I sat and watched several pizza's come out while he and our son ate. By the time they were done mine still was not out. I told staff I was not impressed and would not be waiting further. They said sorry it should be out soon, offering to box it when done. I was not waiting further as they were done eating, nor paying for a pizza I was not enjoying with my company. I understand things happen but they should have rushed my order, putting it ahead of others as it was their fault. I will not return and will make sure everyone knows.

So this place is walking distance from our home and we had hoped it would be good or at least good enough to go to. It turns out that it is amazing. The pizza is good. The crust is not too thick and not too thin. The chicken wings are great. The onion rings are not that cheap panko garbage, but either are or strongly resemble the beer battered ones that I loved from home. I haven't had a good experience with fried pickle spears before, but theirs were excellent. The garlic cheese bread was delicious. I will be continuing to come here and try new things and I fully anticipate that I will continue to be pleasantly surprised.

I came with a group of 6 for a work luncheon. We ordered 2 pizzas, Irish nachos, and wings (Forty Creek BBQ and medium hot). Our server was very knowledgable and offered great options (which we took and were not disappointed). Pizza toppings were great, dough cooked well and well balanced - truly good 'za! Things also came out in good time.

The only reason we ended up eating at Pie Guys was because my daughter had bought a new vehicle off an independent dealer and he gave her a coupon for "The Pie Guys" on Turnbull Dr. Well, I thank that car dealer because this is one of the best restaurants/bars I have found in St. Catharines. The fries and gravy are amazing and the pizza, oh my gosh! and add wings to that and you're in heaven. The staff are always friendly, inviting and accommodating. These transplanted Toronto people have found their go-to place for great casual dining. May 15th....after giving the Pie Guys such a great review, today I went and got a take out order of "Poutine" I sat and ate it in the car so that it didn't get soggy, but I must say, I would not recommend their Poutine. It cost me $10.15, the potatoes were dry (did not taste like fresh cut what-so-ever) the gravy and cheese curds were tasteless and had I not brought my own vinegar and salt along with me, this would have been a more total waste than I already felt that it was. Sorry Pie Guys, this is not one of your better menu items in my book :( Think twice before ordering "Poutine"

Our go to spot for take out pizza and wings. I am a little late writing this but I want to acknowledge this locations outstanding service. A few weeks ago I ordered a tray and wing deal they told me 45 min pick up. I arrived and the girls working looked concerned when they got back from the kitchen. I ended up speaking with who I believe was the manager. He told me a large table order was put in the same time I called to order and that my order was still yet to be made. Instead of leaving me hanging around until they made it. I was offered free delivery (I'm just outside the town lines) as well as a complimentary side salad and a few add ons to my pie. I wasn't mad at all, as I saw the size of the party that they had inside. Coming from the service industry I was understanding. But I just wanted to give a shout out for going above and beyond. Thanks Pie Guys @ vansickle!

Steak pizza!!! Yummy. Didn't get our servers name but he could teach serving. Charming, attentive and great sense of humour. The quality of the food was first rate. Highly recommend eating there. You'll be glad you did.

It was pretty good. Not perfect but pretty good. Two hiccups. (Very likely only cause the server was new) our drink order was messed up, food took longer then it should have given the place had 2 tables there, and our appetizer did not come out as an appetizer. It came out with the meal, even though we asked for it first, and all ordered full meals. Food is delicious and the patio has a great vibe/atmosphere! Would definitely recommend.

Not really making a great first impression with Skip being an opportunity for people to essentially sample before going to eat in & spend more on apps and drinks at a later date. Minor issues managing tables but overall good food and service. We started witt Caesar Salad ($7,.95) and then had the White Pizza Pie (12 Slice) with Chicken Breast, Red Onions and Fr Sliced Tomatoes ($18.95) and the Prosciutto & Arugula Pie ($21.95). Both amazing. Soft drinks run $2.79. The staff is very patient and attentive.

I live around the corner so been here quite a bit, wings are great so are burgers and steak sub is top quality. The only things I haven't liked are some of their prices and the pizza is largely delivered drowning in grease, I'm not sure how people say it's best pizza they ever had, cause it's definitely not best in town.(but it could be in top 5 if they fixed the grease issue which in turn would fix the pizza being soggy).

Ordered online tonight and arrived when the receipt estimated my order to be ready. The friendly front of the house staff informed me that they missed my order and that they were starting it immediately. It only took an extra 15 minutes but they gave me a 12 slice pizza instead of the 8 slice that I ordered as well as an extra pound of wings. The food was great but the customer service was over the top! Love supporting businesses like this! Thank you!

Went here because we had a coupon. Slow getting pizza, kids grew impatient. Pizza was so,so and wings were boring, tough to chew. Even with coupon still feel we spent to much for low quality food. A one time only visit.

We had to wait quite long for food . Waitress told us take out was crazy that night but a hockey game was on . Our pop drinks didnt end . When the food came , holy smokes , melt in your mouth pizza and wings . Garlic bread was great. Was so worth the money to get a delicious pizza. Will definitely return . LG pizza and 2lbs wings $36.00. You have to try it.

Their drinks were very heavy handed. Only reasoning their even getting one star. Absolutely no service had to walk up to the bar to order food and drinks even with empty glasses on table no one checked on us. The cheese balls were cold in the middle and the food was off I was liquid puking out my butt for three days after eating there. Willl not be back unless I want to get drunk for 10$

Just got a takeout pizza this weekend but I sometimes dine in. Honestly, its my favourite pizza in the city. It's pricey but its worth it to me for the quality and flavour. Very fast service for my takeout order and I was very pleased with everything. Patio out front , comfortable bar atmosphere with booths and sports on the inside. Large dining area away from the bar.

came with a group for our christmas get-together. my meatball sub came cold. i was told it would be fixed. an hour and several inquiries later i cancelled the order. all my friends had finished eating. add to that several requests for refills and a forgotten drink. there was no offer to do anything about it. server kind of laughed and said everyone must be thinking about their christmas party afterward. hope it was better than mine :/

Ordered a personal pizza and a Greek pizza. Food was tasty. The personal pepperoni pizza was a little too greasy but tasted good. The Greek pizza tasted good but they were stingy on the chicken, and the chicken tasted like the costco pre marinated chicken, which can be a good thing or a bad thing depend on the person. Have been to this location a few times. Wednesday date night deal is an amazing value! Enjoyed Brushetta, pizza, wings and deep fried banana cheese cake. No complaints with any of the food. Sometimes music can be a bit loud I side depending where you sit. While this does not put us off just one of those things to think about if you are looking for somewhere quiet. Definitely recommend Pie Guys!

Definitely a great place for pizza the Italian Stallion pizza was amazing. Our waiter stayed on top of our needs the entire time we were there. Great selection of beer on tap. The environment is cozy and worth bringing your family from what I observed. Lastly a decent place to see a band. The Hooligans rock.

Great pizza, great wings, the Irish Nachos were amazing. French onion soup was good. Meatball sub was good for most, but my favourite is still elsewhere. Place gets busy *fast* so if you're coming during a busy time, plan accordingly. Altogether a great place to grab a bite. Nice to sit in and ready.

Excellent food, nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza is a must try. I'm not one for "burn-your-mouth-off" spice, but this is made just right. We've been a few times if we had a desire for pizza and we're passing through, but if we lived in the area it would definitely be my favourite spot for pizza.

The Pie Guy is a great place for pizza pie as well as other pub styled foods. It has several large screened t.v.s where sports are being continually played. Today it was tennis and soccer. They encouraged various sports teams to attend by offering specialty drinks and beers at competitive prices. The ambiance is friendly, the staff are helpful and service good. There are about 4 tables outside with lovely hanging well kept colorful planters. They honour a lunch special coupon found in the Skimp brochure delivered to the door with the mail until 2:00 p.m Monday to Friday They offer 7 lunch specials @ $7.00 or less each. The coupon is for one of these meal. Buy one item get second meal free with purchase of a drink, including coke. Bottomless coke refills too. Ample parking, in front, with several handicap parking spots Located in a family friendly neighborhood and family friendly atmosphere.

The restaurant was kinda out of the way, but i had a giftcard. I had a large pepperoni with bacon and extra cheese. The pizza seemed hard to bite into like it had a thick crust. It tasted better the next day heated in the microwave. If I had another giftcard, i might go back and try it again.
