Yesterday was Papa Vince's 30th anniversary and boy did they treat their customers well! Twelve slice pizzas with one topping for only $4.99! Amazing! The pizza was awesome as usual, the crust not-too-thin and not-too-thick, the sauce authentic and yummy. The staff, although super busy and rushed were calm and friendly as always. Much appreciate and happy anniversary Papa Vince's!

Once you've had a Titanic it's the only sub you will ever want to eat again. We like a little Scorpion Pepper Sauce in ours... It's juicy, hot, meaty and HUGE! Not for the feint of heart. There should be a Titanic eating contest!

19 dollars for a 12 slice pizza 2 pops and dipping sauce. I got pepperoni on the full thing and then 4 toppings on the other half for the same price and they loaded it up so much that I had enough extra toppings to load up the plain pieces my son couldnt eat!!! Only issue I had was the very slim selection of beverages, Only 3 different kinds of pop and no juices or iced tea was available or I would have rated 5 stars

First time and was pleased! Had the party tray pizza, looked great and tasted just the same. Only wish it was a bit more crispy on the bottom, toppings were sliding off and a bit floppy. Will order again.

Terrible pizza. Missing topping and they dont answer the phone when you call back about it. I called 10 times with no answer. Good thing for call display Papa Vince. You clearly need to hire and train new staff. Will never order from or recommend this place again.

Without a doubt the worst steak sub in the area for the price. More lettuce than steak, couldn’t pick out a single mushroom. and for $11.71 barely one full slice of tomato on the entire sub. Called after getting home and eating this sub and was informed each sub has a 1/4 of meat...there’s absolutely no way. If at all, the entire sub weighed in at 1/4 pound, seriously!

Horribly dissapointed! Just ordered $75 worth of pizza and wings after being placed on hold for 20 mins...entire order unetable!!! Two xlarge pizzas completely underbaked with raw dough halfway through and wings overcooked with no meat left. Called and got a fleeting apology and no offer of correcting the order, refund or reimbursement. $75 in garbage and 9 hungry guests. I highly discourage anyone from using this business!!!!

My family has been ordering pizza here every week for several years now. The puffy crust is delightful and their tomato sauce is amazing (their wings and garlic bread are great too!). When we order from Papa Vince Pizza we know EXACTLY how it's going to taste every single time. They are impressively and reliably consistent, unlike any other pizza place I've ordered from. The staff has always been super friendly in our experience, too.

The pizza is great and affordable here,the wait is only roughly 15 minutes but it is so worth it,however they do not have a big parking lot but there is a small lot behind the shop and the roadside infront but the pizza makes up for it all

It used to be good but the prices have steadily gone up and the quality way down. Pizza is like cardboard and has one piece of pepperoni per slice. The wings are tiny and dry. I'm done... there are better options.

The only place I've ordered pizza and it's really good so I don't think I'll be going anywhere else anytime soon. I really like the taste of the dough itself, there's a generous amount of cheese and the prices are really affordable especially compared to other fast food options. The only downside is that they don't open until 4 pm.

I find that papa vince pizza has no consistency in the quality of there subs and pizzas. On some days they get it just right heavy toppings decent presentation other days its burnt , I actually watched them burn my pizza to a dirty pizza pan scrape off the bottom (half the bottom of the pizza still stuck to the pan) they then proceeded to put it in the box cut it and handed it to me i had ordered for pickup waited 20 mins as they had requested headed over at what time they told me it wasnt in the oven yet then twenty minutes later tried to give me a completely destroyed poor excuse for a pizza it was mangled i asked them to make me another then waited yet another half hour for my food thats just one of many very bad experiences iv had with this pizza place

We moved to Thorold a few weeks ago and have been going around and trying all of the pizza places and we can say with confidence that this is one of the best spots we have tried so far. The pizza was amazing with great flavor at a reasonable price. The space to pick up is a little crammed and no parking which makes it a bit difficult but other then that was an overall good experience.

We moved to Thorold 6 months ago and this has quickly become our favourite pizza place. I’m not big on pizza in general, but this pizza is the best I’ve eaten in a long time outside a traditional Italian restaurant. We get the large 3-topping online special about once a month and we have received a consistent product and service every time. We order around 6pm on Fridays and they’ve always answered the phone promptly and politely, gotten our order right, and our pizza is always ready in 20 mins. In addition, it’s been perfectly cooked with the appropriate distribution of ingredients every time. All that for $18 is pretty hard to beat. ????????????????

Literally never answer their phone unless the owner is around.. close early, close their door dash early. The food is decent but not worth any of the hassle trying to order anything. Best bet is showing up so they have no choice but to serve you. Have been coming for years but will not be back.

Best pizza and wings in the region! Whenever I have guests over from out of town they always ask if we’re having Papa Vince’s because they love it so much. The Fat Bastard is also the best steak sub I’ve ever had.

The quality of their food is not like i had before. Craved the steak sub and got it twice this month and was disappointed both times, the fat bastard is not so fat anymore. I called to let them know that there was no onion pepper or mushroom on the sub, turns out there was just very little hidden under the cheese and the response i got was next time i should clarify that i want extra. I expected an apology and a new sub done right which i was not offered until after i got upset that they were not handling this the way i had expected. Last thing i want is food made by someone who doesnt care about whether i like it or not any ways. What upset me most is that i was going to pick up the sub for myself but decided to get pizza and wings for the family and get it delivered 55 dollars later i still dont have what i called them for. I will never order or recommend this place again.

Very good service I called over the phone twice in a 5 min window, they answered first ring each time and had my order ready within 25 mins for pick up, the young man behind the counter was fast and professional, was in and out of the door within 2 minutes. Wings were delicious and nice and saucy, the pizza smelled amazing and tastes great when it's hot and fresh, I'd give them 5 stars on customer service but 4 on the quality of the pizza it was tasty, 2 party trays and wings were more then plenty for 14 people. Just wish they would have used alittle more toppings, a few of my guests mentioned they found the bacon crumble was soft and chewy, and I heard from several people they thought the food was pretty good and we all thought it could use a bit more toppings. It is definitely worth another try, we would recommend trying them out, who knows maybe next time they might be a little heavier with the toppings after all $80 for 2 party trays and the wings isnt cheap, don't be shy or afraid to load up the pizza with a nice layer of toppings Papa Vince!

Ordered a party tray there on Saturday, and I have to say that it was probably the worst pizza our family has ever eaten.....terrible doe, toppings and sauce......two thirds of the tray is going in the garbage......how is it that no pizzaria's in the St. Catharines area can make a good pizza......sorry, but we will never eat there or ever recommend PV to anyone.

Used to come here and it was unreal, ordered a steak sub per usual and got the thinnest “sub” bun I’ve ever had with barely any meat or toppings, called about it and they said “that’s the way they come”... Don’t waste your money.

Says they are open til 11pm. Called at 10:15. No answer. What kind of business does that? We stopped going here a few years ago and decided to give it another try. Pizza had 1 piece of pepperoni on each slice. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
