One of Niagara's best kept secrets. Great accessible location close the water so you can watch the big boats come through the Welland Canal. I have been there to dine and opted for take-out as well. It's a husband & wife tram that run this place and they are making some legit Indian Cuisine. They make everything from scratch so it may take a little longer than your normal restaurant but damn their cooking is worth the wait. Last night we had their curry pizza & curry wings for dinner for a unique twist on a common Canadian family meal. I also snuck in an order of their chilli chicken (appetizer) which they will make to your spice taste and bring to you with fresh naan bread. Their samosa's are of the hook with a spicy chick-pea sauce. I can't say enough about the food and the owners great friendly people. I would love to see these guys market a little more and make a better website for ordering and bring in some more people because I want this place to always be an option for us when we get a craving for Indian.

Honestly I was very disappointed. The food was very expensive, which would have been o.k if the portions and quality justified the cost. We ordered 3 main course items, butter chicken,Chana Masala, Aloo Gobi and 2 apps Samosas and Onion Bahjee with garlic naan for $89. The butter chicken masala was about 1 small chicken breast cut into strange cubes $20. The rice was alright.....the samosas...were small and $5 each. The Aloo gobi was o.k but $16 for a very small amount of cauliflower and potatoes? ???? I liked the onion Bahjee with tamarind dipping sauce$8. The Chana Masala was o.k but not the typical flavourful and rich, almost as though the gravy was watered down. I dont like to leave a negative review, but I feel its important to be honest. The place has potential, if the prices are lowered and a little more love is put into the recipes.

Disclaimer: I've never given a low rating for anything in my life, but I have to be honest. I'm hoping they're normally better, but based on my first experience would NEVER go back nor recommend to anyone. Ordered takeout. I got the price on the phone which was fine, but I expected the food quality and portion to be at least on par with other good Indian restaurants. Well I was honestly shocked by this place. I never expect or even like huge portions because I feel quality and a modest portion is the best way to go, but the portion here was abysmal (a few small morsels of chicken in a container of sauce). For the high price ($18-20) per dish, I was expecting so much more. I actually thought it might of been either a joke or a big mistake. It's not easy to find good Indian food in this region (except for 1). Aside from these issues the place did not seem very professional or welcoming either.

Hands down the best tasting Indian food in the Niagara region. We have eaten-in and taken-out many times and I have never been disappointed with any of the dishes ordered. They prepare everything from scratch. Nothing processed, all fresh. Try the Curry Pizza!! Great Patio view right beside the Welland Canal and Bridge #11 in Allanburg along Lundys Lane.

Fish Pakora was amazing. Butter chicken was the worst I have ever had in my entire life. They forgot the Butter and the chicken wasn’t even cooked in a tandoori! Just tasted like a runny pasta sauce from a jar with some chicken in it. Very disappointing. I have never had bad Indian food before coming here. Which I am shocked because of how highly this place came recommended. Mabey the chef was just off that day but even the naan and rice was very bad which is inexcusable given the high price tag and cheaper and better options found else where in the Region

Didn't get food, but heard a dog barking in the kitchen. No one was there to greet me. Place was empty though the door was open. Strange experience to say the least. I may try again, as I have heard good things, but hearing a huge dog barking the kitchen (?) was a total turn-off.

This place has the most flavourful curry I've ever tasted. Even the restaurants in Brampton or Mississauga cannot compete. It's a bit out of the way but great owners. I always hit it up when I am in St Catharines area. You won't be disappointed.

Food and service here is amazing. I normally find the flavour of curry to be too overpowering. With recommendation from the owner I tied the curry pizza which was amazing. I also shared a couple other vegetarian dishes with my family and loved it all. I highly recommend this place. Order different dishes each time to try - they all have their own unique flavour. I can't wait to go back again. Payment alert: $3.00 service charge for credit card purchases.

Best home cooked food ever! I have had home cooked Indian food and this is just as good I would even say its even better in some regards but I would get slapped for it. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER INDIAN RESTAURANT IN ALL OF ONTARIO!!! Yes better then GTA. They can be slow so don't go when you have a timeline. look its all on one couple to cook the food if they are busy then you wait cause they will never rush what they have going there. The price is great and food amazing. They should move to a better location and make millions but I think its one of those things you can't teach to anyone else. I love a lot of places but I wish I could live there. they even make hand made fresh roti and they keep it coming to the table as needed and not all at once just like in an Indian home. Now if you just said "wait roti that's Jamaican" then you have never had good home Indian food. Just go no matter how far it is its just the best food experience you will ever have. THE BEST I SAID!!!

We haven't had an authentic Indian take-away in some time. After some recommendations, we decided to try Indian Flame and we were not disappointed. We had samosas, onion bhajee, chicken vindaloo, channa masala, with papadoms and naan. Everything was amazing! Spices were perfect, heat was just right, flavours were like a warm hug (Sounds like exaggeration, but it's true) They look closed, but they're not. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

These people are very kind and accommodating! They do serve hamburgers and French fries too. But the chicken tikka masala I had was amazing. It was some of the best I've had in a very long time. The naan was very fresh, and the mango lassi was delicious. It is authentic Indian cuisine.

The food here is fantastic. You can taste the flavour and authenticity, and on top of that it is all homemade. The paneer tikka masala was fantastic and I'd really enjoy trying everything else on the menu. While the restaurant has a weird setup and the wait may take awhile, the quality of the food is worth it. If you sit on the patio, you get a great view of the Welland Canal and might even see a ship go by.

The decor is lacking, but that is so far from the important part. The food is REALLY good. Of all of the Indian places I've gone, this place has the best lamb vindaloo. The staff was also extremely nice and knowledgeable of the food. They also have no issue customizing your order, since they make the food to order.

Was excited to try this place as friends raved about it and reviews were great. We've had Indian food from all over Niagara and I unfortunately have to say, this is my least favourite. The staff is friendly, and the location is cool but the food we had was disappointing. The fish pakora was good, but we had the lunch special which was butter chicken, potatoes with peppers, rice and naan bread. The food didn't seem home made at all. The butter chicken wasn't good and the chicken wasn't tandoori as it's supposed to be. It was just cubed chicken in what seemed to be a jar of ready made red sauce. It wasn't buttery at all and the colour wasn't right. The rice was bland and had hard bits in it. And the naan seemed store bought as well. It's more expensive then our favourite place and you get a less quality food for more money here. Definitely wasn't what I was expecting according to reviews. Maybe they had an off day or something, but we won't be returning. It definitely didn't seem like homemade authentic Indian food made with love.

Honestly overpriced. 20$ for a small bowl of bad chicken. Wasnt impressed. The decor was lacking. Tried to charm the parents (who are tourists) into spending more. Didn't like that. The portions of rice were decent. Its just if you ask for 20$ for a dish then please make the dish nicer and give bigger portions. Ige been to a 16$ per portion in downtown and that was way better. At 20$ a portion I've done fine dining. The price for what you get is unacceptable

I have eaten here many times and the food is always great. The owners are friendly and can make any dish with as much or as little hot spice as you want, no need to be afraid of ordering something new and having it be too hot to eat. I like the "cloud nine" appetizer which is deep fried califlour and samosas are good too. Butter chicken is good and the chicken is always real tender, same with chicken tikka masala. The naan is excellent and so is the rice. My finance loves the real brewed chai tea and the indian desserts are very different and tasty but we seldom have room for them. We have eaten at many indian restaurants and this is one of our favourites. If you like indian food, give this place a try !

Went there today and grabbed some takeout. Honestly I was very skeptical to buy Indian food from them just because all the other Indian restaurants I’ve tried in Niagara Falls have been horrible. However this is a hidden gem. Very good. Will be back. This will now be my go to restaurant. They cooked the tikka masala, roti, and gulabjamun fresh. The food even still remains flavourful even after heated up hours later. Soooo good!

GO here! You must visit, it's a unique Indian spot. We had a great time there with all the delicious food. Their curry pizza is unlike anything I've tasted before. No it's not what you're thinking (tikka chicken, makhani chicken with masala on top of regular pizza), the actual pizza base has masala flavor to it. YUMMY! The owner Rika is passionate about his food and what he serves and also treats customers well. The food has a real homemade taste to it. One thing to also remember, when you order something here, they like to make it from scratch so you get to taste fresh food, so be patient and it'll be worth it.
