I've been meaning to try this restaurant for quite some time but it always seemed to be quite busy. Now I know why! Absolutely fantastic food and service. The chicken souvlaki was mouth watering combined with desert made it a great visit. Prices are very reasonable. They also have a take out window for phone in orders. So, if you can't get a seat due to covid-19 reduced seating restrictions, there is no excuse not to try this place! Highly recommended and I will have to go again to try more of the menu.

For dining in Sydney this was very impressive. Top points for quality. A bit pricey but well worth it. We had the special of the day - Chicken with a sauce from green apples and potatoes nicely roasted. Appetizer was the tomato/apple/corn soup. Both were excellent. The variety on the menu was impressive with a surprising number of of vegan options. My only complaint, and it's a small one - no local craft-beer.

Great service, nice lighting and atmosphere, food has always been of good quality and flavour in my experience there. Giving it four stars rather than five because I was hoping with the Mediterranean style that there would be more vegetarian fare & the options are very limited in that regard.

Went here for the first time with my wife, who'd been there before and spoke volumes about how good the food was. I was definitely impressed. I had the Moroccan chicken pizza and can't say enough good things about it. The chicken came in large, tender chunks which covered a lot of the pizza. The vegetables they chose mixed extremely well with the dates and other more exotic ingredients, and the Moroccan spices went very well with the whole thing. My wife had a wrap and she said it was tasty, which came with a hearty portion of lemon potatoes which were quite excellent. She even said they were better than the ones she makes at home. I disagree, but it's a close race, and hers are delicious. For delicious she had the baklava, which was excellent, and I had a lemon-basil tarte that was simply outstanding. It was busy, which apparently is normal, and service suffered a little because of this, but not to a level that was detrimental to our experience.

Ordered the vegan shawarma today. SO DISAPPOINTED they changed it from the original recipe!! It was delicious last year when I had it but the one I got today was nothing like I expected. Too bitter and full of lemon juice?? for my liking. Please get the original recipe back for this vegan who has so little places to eat!! Otherwise I love this place.

Delicious food appetizers and mains. We didnt get to try desert as we were very full. The service was excellent as the waiter was very engaging and had a great sense of humor. The prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food that you get. The restaurant is also very nicely decorated and is a cozy, comfortable place.

If we could give more stars we would. The service was great, it was fast, the food was great with just the right portions. The wine was excellent. I had the Marsala pepercorn penne which was just delicious, and my friend had the spaghetti meatballs which had a little kick to it but just enough. The place is cozy and clean. We would definitely go back and recommend for sure. Thank you.

Wonderful hidden gem that was very unexpected in a small town with great prices!Highlight of the meal was the delectable calamari that is apparently a new menu item. The lightly coated in-house-made batter is fried to a beautiful golden colour and seasoned well with tender calamari. This dish is paired with a creamy tzatziki dip that is a must try! Maple spinach salad had a great dressing and was a very refreshing appetizer. The Santorini fettuccini dish had a delightful white sauce that was not too heavy and had a good array of seafood cooked just right. The Halloumi saganaki dish (flambé cheese) was an exciting presentation, although it did set off the smoke detector. Overall, an excellent Mediterranean style restaurant I highly recommend.

Parking in front is limited.We were seated right away, there ate booths and tables. I ordered a shwarma sammie. The pita was foode service grade and nothing special. Overall it was somewhat bland on the flavor side Service was solid and efficient.

The experience is comparable to going to your friends house to eat. The interior is closer to a house than an actual restaurant. The food was not bad, but it was not my idea of a restaurant. With this in mind I believe it is overpriced, considering dinner at my buddys house is free and this masquerades itself as a good restaurant.

First class service and food. The place is all decked out for Christmas. Shared the Gnocchi app, the had the Seafood Pasta and the Proccutio wrapped Haddock topped with shrimp. All the flavors blended well and the dishes were perfect. Had to have the Baklava dessert. Gerrard was a fantastic host.

Ok, don't know where to start. Im actually from Greece...my family went to eat there thinking that they'll serve authentic dishes. Not even close, I dont know wth did he put on our plates but none of the dishes were good. Tastes like dog food. Sorry but this was the worst restaurant I've been to. If you see this, I Hope you'll get better at cooking instead of ripping off people or hire something that knows what they do.

I sit here at our table of 6 watching everyone in the restaurant get their food except us 80 minutes after we ordered, nobody has checked in to update us or assure us we would be served eventually. It's understandable that delays happen in this industry but from a customer service perspective this has been totally pathetic experience and we will not be returning. There is no shame in turning away business you cannot accommodate, but I'd rather eat mcdonald's than continue to sit here watching the restraunt eat. In the future it would be courteous to let the customers know that you are unable to serve them so they can go about their day rather than create the hostage experience of sunk cost whether or not we should just leave so we can eat. Edit: I should make clear that the situation was eventually rectified, with the server apologizing for failing to check in, and offered a free desert to make up for their error. While it was a painful experience, I feel it was fairly dealt with, and despite the long wait the food was fantastic, I am changing this rating to 3 stars, and we may return for another visit because they dealt with the concerns.

My girlfriend and I went for supper this evening at the olive tree in Sydney, it was our first time there and I have to say what an amazing experience we had. The food was outstanding and to die for and hot from start to finish... the way a meal should be.The service was second to none and can’t say enough about the staff. Kind, courteous, and attentive. Not too often you hear the server thank the chef... but I did tonight. Such a Beautiful spot to enjoy the evening and we most definitely will be eating there more often. I highly recommend trying this little gem.... you won’t be disappointed.

Tried to take my mom their for mothers day it's my fav place. The customer service this time was so bad we didn't even get to eat. My dad went in beginning of may to make reservations they said they only had walkin left so we said OK he said to call 10 min before coming.... so sat came and I called the guy was so rude. No u can't eat here we r booked for the night and lined up down the street. Now they r advertising in Facebook open Sunday.... he never offered or mentioned Sunday? And we'll NC we didn't get to eat we got pizza and went to visit my papa we drove by because it's on the way and we'll look no line up down the street....if u r offering walkin tables only how r they booked for the rest of the night? I own a salon that offers walkin and their is a big difference between walk in service and reservations or appointments. Busy day is great but not if u r rude to Ur customers. Shame on u
