Great little grocery spot in Springhill.

Some things are a bit pricey but if you watch for certain things on sale you can find them. Staff was friendly and efficient. Always seemed to have just the right amount of tills open to avoid LONG lines even when it was busy.

I particularly thought that this was a very nice little grocery store. Everything was laid out in a nice ordial fashion. I was able to find everything I needed and more. I actually liked the meat department because they had a lot of preseason meats on hand. This store was very clean also which was a nice surprise.

Relatively expensive. Sometimes worth to drive to another town to get groceries. Nice staff, always friendly. Sometimes groceries can be over double the price here than they are at other store. Namely bacon, juice, frozen food, pizza

This is where all the local inbreds go for groceries.

Clean store, friendly employees. Don't expect a massive selection as in a Sobeys or Atlantic Superstore. You can get the essentials here but not much else.

You will find all the necessary grocery in the store. At the time of entrance, you have to go inside with a trolley they are doing this to count the number of people inside the store. Single Public washroom for Men/Women is available.

Overpriced.

The small town store has been in the community for a very long time. While prices on some items are not close to bigger brand grocers, it's important to know this is decision that Sobeys makes. That said, they have a lot of in store sales which meet and beat big stores in large towns and cities. It's very much pro small town feeling, which makes all the difference for me.

Only grocery store in town. Prices are higher due to that fact. Good place to go if you need to pick something up or get a small order.

Live close to Springhill so Foodland is the most convenient place to buy groceries. It's clean and the staff are fabulous. They always have their flyer items. But their prices a a bit high. Meat prices are terrible. Check out the price on these cheese slices! Crazy! And has anyone else noticed but they seem to be doing away with all their our compliments products..... what's up with that?

Way over priced for a small town, might as well go to Amherst. Manager is rude, the rest of the employees are very nice though.

Lots of fresh baked goods ....love the cheese bread!Today I noticed a basket of fresh fruit and a sign indicating free for children to take while shopping with their parents. How wonderful and thoughtful is that?

Poor excuse for a grocery store. Can’t say much more than that.

Missy Griggs

This store is SO disappointing. The prices here literally turn my stomach. Everything is ridiculously overpriced, with exception of a few old products they have placed savings stickers on because they are about to expire. I moved to springhill in February and refuse to shop here unless in dire need. It is cheaper to drive to amherst and back and shop their grocery stores. I feel awful for those who don't have that option as they are losing out and getting much less for their dollar, basically being taken advantage of. Todays experience. I went for milk as well as grapes and apples as they were on sale. Milk was more expensive than my usual store by 1.50. They had two bags of grapes that had rotten spots all over them. Their sale apples were complete mush. Like applesauce with skin. I checked the expensive apples as I thought maybe ill just grab two untill i can get to amherst. Well all those were in awful shape as well. Im not paying top dollar for old rotten food. Apples better be fresh for 3.99 a pound. So i decided to fogo the apples. How about an old cantaloupe for $6. Some mushy berries? Gave up on the healthy snack idea and went home with nothing and thoroughly disappointed that this is our only option here in springhill. What a shame to take advantage of the members of the community that rely on this store for necessities of life. This is your community. If you want them to support your business, give some respect to those that make your business possible. Very frustrating.
