I have had french fries all over the place, but there is literally no better french fry in southern Ontario. Suzie has unparalleled customer service and is extremely sweet. She remembers customer orders season after season and always so friendly. The French fries have the most incredible crunch with the best tasting potato I've ever had. If you are near or in the vicinity you should absolutely make the trip. It is worth every penny. If I am in Simcoe, I am eating at Bev's. I'm not sure if it's the potato, or the oil, or the technique - it doesn't matter - this is hands down the best french fry you'll ever have in your life.

This is probably the best chip truck in Ontario. We are from Toronto, and stop by every visit. They are amazing. I could eat a large container alone (but it's pretty big, so a medium per person is probably a better idea)

Sue is always cheery and ready to serve some of the freshest fries around. She also offers up poutine. It is the best for miles around. This little chip wagon has been one of Simcoe's best kept secret, but no more! Making many Simconians happy for many years now. The only time you might not find Sue here is when the Norfolk County Fair is on in October. But never fear as she will be back! The chip wagon is seasonal which means the winter months missed out on these delectable fries!
