Not a great experience... the "SUSHI" was mainly rice with a very thin and small slice of fish. I wouldn't recommend it. I am not going again. Try Ikura Sushi in bromont that one is worth it!!!

Rating has changed due to the fact that they some how lost my order, had two waitresses tell me that they would go see what was going on and never returned. When they did comeback, it was with the same plate of nigiri i already had. Customers that came in 30 minutes after me got served before me. Oh Yeah and they gave me 10% discount for the missing food. I had been there for almost an hour and half. Never ever ever going back.

Deeply Delicious I'm completely impressed... Their menu lineup, ambient, service clientele, the bill, the owners gratitude towards his customers...superb! I'm a Montrealer who loves foods particularly international cuisine. My experience with sushi has been a good 20 years, and I must admit...I love Shogun Sushi! My mouth waters in a drenched need for all that's found on their menu. Shogun Sushi's concept is brilliant. Geared in pleasing their clientele is high on their list! Their menu is amazingly huge. It's impossible to eat everything in one week. Cozy spot for families, a date, or an informal business luncheon. Now I need to mention as I do with every head first entry in a restaurant...I normally use the bathroom, and on my occasional moment in theirs, I was a bit let down. Oh don't worry they are up to par on cleanliness...but I'm just a fussy kinda guy! I will always take my family, and friends to Shogun Sushi...no doubts!

Service was good but portions were bad for an all you can eat. Ordered rolls and had very little fish in or on them compared to the pictures in the menu. Wanted to talk to the manager about it and he said he didn't want to talk to me. Really disappointed in the quality of the food

Very satisfying all you can eat menu. Less expensive on diners of week days. You can order on an iPad. Very nice staff and service is quite fast, you get surprised on the first visit! People say this place doesnt serve the best sushis and they might be right, yet their sushis have this little something that keeps me coming back again and again. To me, they are one of the bests in Sherbrooke as I have tried many other places.

Service is great and fast in both french and english, food is good, but the lunch period ends at 3 and dinner starts after, meaning if you get in anytime before 3 you shouldn't order any more food after 3, otherwise you'll be paying for the dinner menu. They do make this very clear to all customers when you come in around that time, however.

Delicious food, amazing presentation, great ambiance and service. The most delicious sake. Located in a rather rough looking strip mall but once inside you feel transported. Really is a hidden gem. A little on the pricey side ($25.95 per person/all you can eat) but well worth it.

Nice place with a nice system (iPad to make you choices and order them). Food is good and there is A LOT of choice (even for those who don't like sushis). However, the app looks like it's in alpha stage (it's been like that since the opening of the restaurant). Most of the description are missing or incomplete, traduction are really poor and the app is sometimes crashing and you have to ask the waitress for a code to get it back on track.

Went an hour and 15 minutes before close and the server said she didn't want to take us because we would probably be her last table and she didn't want to stay. There was 5 other tables in the restaurant sitting and eating. Clearly did not want our business so we left. Very dissappointed.

Rice, lots of rice. Even fish was fresh, it was really hard to try it. Sushi contains micro pieces a top, rolls stuffed with veggies. I would probably can only recommend sashimi and cones, both of them were top notch... I don't think I'll be back the time I'm in town. P.S. I was really looking forward to experience at the location with the same name I got in Quebec city... But it is not even close to it.

Oof, pandemic hit this place hard. The buffet price is for sure what you pay for. Sesame chicken is now a soggy, saucy mess. A lot of the food we receive cold. Hopefully it will turn around again.

The soup was WAY too salty. The sushis were poorly rolled with rice not cooked enough. I'm glad I didn't take the all-you-can-eat buffet as I would have be very disappointed to have paid 25,99$ for sushis such as those. My boyfriend order Mongolian Beef. The meat was chewy, too salty, but somehow tasted good. The food was cold (except for some of the rice at the center of the plate) and he found there were too much garnishes compared to the amount of beef. We won't go again.

It's a place with ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI at a fair price. Not like usual all you can eat, the sushi are made on demand! You have to pay extra for all the sushi you don't eat so be careful not to order to many. There are a bunch of (not really pretty) huge drawings on the wall, but I don't go there because of the wonderfulness of their decoration.

Fun idea. Decent sushi. Pretty staff. Nice restaurant...But there are a few important flaws. The method of ordering is modern, via an ipad. So basically no interaction with waiting. However, you have to rely on images to basically guess your way through the menu. There are no descriptions, no ingredients list, no allergy warnings, let alone nutritional info. So if you want to not know what you're eating, it's worth a visit. It's all you can eat, but be warned, you will be charged for extra for everything you don't. Not sure if I'd return before they better organize their menu options.

VALENTINE DAY! yes there was a line up but we reserved and got our table right away! Amazing salmon sashi! We had Steven as a waiter and omg he is amazing we will got to extra length to get you everything and he is so nice! It's a typical AllYouCanEat sushi joint located in a strip mall. It offers a cool design but don't expect an extraordinary service. There is a complete menu with a wide variety of choices for lunch and dinner. The food is half Taditional-Japanese / half American-fusion. You should find plenty of parking. But it's farely tight for long véhicules of trailers. Restrooms are neat.

The host was nice, and the service was fast. However the food was not the best, the waitresses wasn't sure which kind of sushi we had. Although she offered to take back what we didnt like, there wasn't much left that was eatable. Also, the cooks and the waitresses were screaming at eachother in front of us and there men sleeping on the empty seats next to the bathrooms. The bayhrooms were really dirty and the mens had no paper. For the price we paid i dont believe it was worth it. Finally, we were with kids and they were blasting music with profanity. It was a pretty stange experience.

Very pleasant restaurant, wont rip your limbs off when it comes to pay to bill. Food is very good quality, sushi are really well made. They have a very unique and good ordering system and although some staff dont smile and you wonder if they can even speak, most do. Food wise they are great as stated prior however they are truly inconsistent and get very cheap especially when it come to salmon in particular. Their dishes dont look like images, specially the "cornes" (say it in french). I noticed that when ordering alot they would skimp out in the most fish possible. Their meat also seems at times to have been freezer burnt, but regardless been there multiple times and despite the frustrating dishes at times they deserve a 4 on 5 over all.

Way too expensive for food that didn't taste that good. None of the amazing pictures of food resembled at all what we ate. One of the things we ordered were dumplings, we did not get as many as there were on the picture and it looked completely different. We weren't even sure we ordered it. Would never go back.

Pretty good, service was super quick, all you can eat is affordable and the fish is right on par with what you’d expect from all you can eat. The hot (Chinese-style) dishes left a little something to be desired in terms of flavour but that’s exactly what I would expect where they are an afterthought on the menu, I’m glad I didn’t pay for them specifically but they were still alright. Will be going back, it’s a great place to bring friends and try everything.

I had an extremely bad first experience. My friend and I (whom are students) walked through the door and she told me we could have endless sushi for under $20 so naturally I was excited. The hostess greeted us and asked "two for the endless lunch?" We said yes and she sat us down and handed us the iPad. Right as we were about to order she came over and without warning up she changed to the dinner price then walked away. We didn't realize the massive price difference until after we had ordered. I will go again because it was delicious but make sure we go early so this never happens again.

Lots of choices, the place is pretty clean and the staff is nice, really like the mood. The idea of ordering on an IPad is interesting and cool but you barely say 5 words to the one who serves you... Also: first I would love to know what's in the sushis I'm ordering, just having the name and a picture to try to guess what's in it is annoying, a list of ingredients would be really great. Second I need them to wear nets for their hair it drives me crazy
