New vegan brunch restaurant downtown sherbrooke. Sweet and savoury breakfast items. They are still changing the menu with new item. Everything on the apple compote waffle was delicious, except the butter cream, but that might be just me. My sister and boyfriend each had the "assiète complète" and everything was good. Slightly too salty and oily for us. I would still recommend you give it a try. The ambiance and style is gorgeous. The staff is really nice. The entire menu is vegan and they have good gluten-free options.

Had a wonderful brunch at SAUG.E! Their selection of Benedict’s and other brunch staples were wonderful! The daikon bacon was especially tasty on the BLT and their “egg” was wonderful! The staff were great as well and accommodated our lack of French very well!
