In addition, we had a table d'hote imposed (we could not order the map as we were a group. Both entree was ok, the pizza merge and honey, the dough was very good, but only cheese. On a 10-inch square pizza, I counted 10 small pieces of mergez, which, at the level of the meat, is far from approaching a passable level ... The dessert was still frozen in the center. It was proferol (I think, a ball of dough with custard in it). It seemed to come from Costa and it was not really homemade ... So for 35-40 $ for a person at table d'hote (taxes and service included, no alcohol), there are many places in Sherbrooke that are more pleasant for this budget. (Original) Je suis d'avis comme Alice Gérard. Nous y avions été en groupe de 12 en semaine. Le restaurant était pratiquement désert et pourtant le service était extrèmement long. De plus, nous avions une table d'hote imposée (nous ne pouvions pas commander à la carte vu que nous étions un groupe. Les deux entrée était correctes, la pizza mergez et miel, la pâte était très bonne, mais il n'y avait que du fromage. Sur une pizza carré de 10 pouces, j'ai dénombré 10 petits morceaux de mergez, ce qui, au niveau de la viande, est loin de s'approcher d'un niveau passable... Le dessert était encore gelé au centre. Il s'agissait de profitérol (je crois, une boule de pâte avec une crème anglaise dedans). Ca semblait venir de chez costco et c'était vraiment pas fait maison... Donc pour 35-40$ pour une personne en table d'hote (taxes et service inclu, sans alcool), il y a de très nombreuses place à Sherbrooke qui sont plus agréable pour ce budget.

Excepté le manque d'effectifs en cuisine (un client ne devrait jamais avoir à attendre aussi longtemps ou sentir les contraintes que vit le restaurateur), le pire dans toute cette situation c'est le serveur qui ne s'excuse qu'après plusieurs débats interminables. Il devrait assumer, au nom du restaurant, les problèmes que les clients vivent et non argumenter avec eux. (Il s'agit du serveur à l'accent français) Quel dommage! Car nous allons souvent au cinéma à côté et nous voulions depuis longtemps expérimenter ce restaurant et ses pizzas maison! Mais finalement, que de déceptions et nous ne recommanderons pas ce restaurant. Probablement, tout comme la majorité des clients ce soir-là. (Autres points négatifs : le pain pour nos entrées de tartare était froid et semblait avoir été préparé des heures plus tôt, le beurre était complètement congeler et donc impossible à étendre)
