(Translated) My Caesar salad looked so industrial. They brought it to me in a bowl with the bacon I didn't want and then changed it to a clear plastic bowl. The roast beef was very good though. But this specific roast beef dish with Caesar salad and fries doesn't seem very well thought out to me. The fries are already salty, the salad is filled with heavy dressing (mayonnaise and garlic) and the roast also salty. It does nothing to balance tastes. A simple green salad would have been nice in my opinion. The service was a little slow for my taste and the customer service not very friendly. We were the only two black people (besides in our simple clothes, not undermined like the others) in the whole restaurant and the attitude of the waitresses did not make us feel out of place. I asked if there were any burgers and she said no while at the same time telling me all the other fast food choices they didn't have. As if I was insulting their restaurant. The first time I was at this restaurant I was with about 20 white people who love this place and had pre-booked. The service was great and the rolls with butter that you bring while you wait for the meal were delicious, all lime like fresh from the oven! On the other hand for the rest of us on my second visit, it was old faded buns. (Original) Ma salade césar avait l'air tellement industrielle. On me l'a apporté dans un bol avec le bacon que je ne voulais pas et ensuite on me l'a changé dans un bol en plastique transparent. Le rôti de boeuf était très bon par contre. Mais ce plat spécifique de rôti de boeuf à la salade césar et aux frites ne me semble pas très bien pensé. Les frites sont déjà salées, la salade est remplie de lourde vinaigrette (mayonnaise et ail) et le rôti aussi salé. Ça ne donne rien pour équilibrer les goûts. Une salade verte simple aurait été bien à mon avis. Le service était un peu lent à mon goût et le service à la clientèle pas très chaleureux. Nous étions les deux seules personnes noires (en plus dans nos habits simples, pas sapées comme les autres) dans tout le restaurant et l'attitude des serveuses ne nous a pas fait senti à notre place. J'ai demandé s'il y avait des burgers et elle m'a répondu non en me disant en même temps tous les autres choix de fast-food qu'ils n'avaient pas. Comme si j'insultais leur restaurant. La première fois que j'ai été à ce restaurant, j'étais avec une vingtaine de personnes blanches qui aiment cet endroit et avaient réservé à l'avance. Le service était super et les petits pains avec beurre qu'on apporte pendant qu'on patiente pour le repas étaient délicieux, tout chaux comme venant tout juste du four! Par contre pour nous autres à ma deuxième visite, c'était de vieux petits pains défraîchis.

As a long time goer I say the following; the food tastes great from their succulent Bang Bang shrimps passing by their filet mignon to their beautiful deserts. My complaints, waiting time sometimes is atrocious (I mean it's not uncommon to have to have to wait 25min+ when the place is less then half full). Give us a free drink when it takes lots of time or something else free like an entré for the whole table, I've been working in the food service industry for quite a time despite my young age and am very savvy about customer service, that's why I'm telling you this it's important to take care of your reputation/image. Another negative point would be serving us beverages with the can in front of us, it doesn't belong with the rest of the higher quality service you give us, it lacks class, fill a beer flute behind counter/away from the table sight and baam! You would instantly gain classiness. Just my thoughts tho, do what you will with it.

We went there for lunch, on a Sunday, to celebrate a family event. Since we were a small group, they put is in a small, closed room at the back, which was nice since the kids were able to run free without disturbing other clients. The place looks good, super clean and well maintained, the server was nice enough and the food was ok at best. A bit of everything, run of the mill "deli type" plates, slightly overpriced in my opinion. What really hurt the experience is that they charge extra for everything... It's unreal. Mayo? Extra buck! Sour cream? Extra 2$ ! Substitute the sauce in a kid's pasta? Extra 3$ !!!! Hot sauce? Yup, they charge extra even for hot sauce. That was a first for me. I was honestly afraid to ask for a couple of extra napkins. This said, I don't think we'll be going back. There are better restaurants in the area.

Nope. We were a big group and they clearly gave us food that was reheated and premade. Rice was hard, chicken was dry, shrimps and sauce for the shrimps was cold... I can believe you can have a good experience here IF they actually care but they basically just wanted to serve us as quickly as possible. I wouldn't go back there especially not with a group.

we went here for dinner a few nights ago and was very pleased. It is tucked away on a nondescript residential street, and from the outside it looks like nothing special. My wife was reluctant to go in. However, this small simple restaurant was clean and inviting inside. The staff was friendly, and the food was very good indeed.

(Original) Je connaissant pas Sherbrooke nous sommes allées pour dîner, le menus n'était pas un menu dîner, beaucoup trop copieux. Des queues de homard c'est pas un dîner selon moi.
