First item waitress brought to our table was bread buns in a bag and some sesame sticks? What’s that for? The house burger that I ordered was not good. I just want to say that the one at Fast food chains are French delicacies compared with the burned burger patty, made with ground beef and, served with processed cheese from Walmart that I got at this restaurant. My husband ordered poutine with smoked meat, the fries were burned and the sauce cold. My son ordered ribs and shrimp and it was the only decent plate that was served. Very dissatisfied, perhaps reducing the 100 items menu will help the kitchen prepare better meals, because it’s sad to pay $$$ for burned burgers.

Yes, you could find fancier (and pricier) food but sometimes, a "confort restaurant" is what you need. If so, don't look further.

Oh i went for the all you can eat shrimp (it's only on Thursday's) and it was amazing! You get 20 shrimp with salad and rice and then you get 10 shrimp of your choice for as much as you want. The service was amazing!

Without doubt, my worst experience in a restaurant in Sherbrooke, Quebec and Canada !!!!!. First, my family and me arrived 20 minutes before the reservation, and our first bad surprise was that the manager Sebastien he got quiet angry and claimed us that why we arrived before the time, but with some annoyance he asigned a table (there were few availables, the terrace was not full). After that we ordered, we figured out that the relation price/quality is totally disproportionate and the worst is that if yuo want to order some other thing to your dishes, you should to pay for anything, it is incredible (unfortunately I can see that is a common practice in Sherbrooke, addiotional prices for minimal addings, it is so weird). Definitly was our first and last time there.

The main disappointment is the roast ... a slice of cold greyish roast without flavor with a thick layer of dijon. We are far from a roast. It is usually very successful in restaurants and we are served a beautiful piece colorful, juicy and tasty. We ate it not to waste food but when we put the plate back we were told that there was too much to eat to get a discount (if at least the waitress had asked for the current a meal if everything was to our taste ...). We are the only ones to have pointed it out to the waitress. The other people at the table were unanimous about the bad taste of the Caesar salad and the hardness of the shrimp. Plus: The price of the drink is very reasonable and the cheese sticks are good. I hope this disaster is not usual for the restaurant. Je ne suis plus de la région et ma dernière expérience datait de l’ancien emplacement du restaurant. Point 1 : Le service : Serveuse avec très peu de ‘’façons’’ et de qualité de service. Nous devions constamment courir après et souvent nous reprendre par 2 ou 3 fois avant d’avoir ce que l’on demandait. On ne parlera pas de l’absence de remplissage de verre d’eau… Point 2 : La nourriture. Ma conjointe commande le rôti de bœuf et moi le sandwich de rôti…ouf la double déception. Le sandwich dans sa plus simple expression : Pain-viande-Pain (pas de sauce à l’intérieur, pas de légume) …heureusement le pain est tendre . La déception principale est le rôti…une tranche de rôti grisâtre froide sans saveur avec une épaisse couche de dijon. On est loin d’un rôti. C’est habituellement très bien réussi dans les restos et on nous sert une belle pièce coloré, juteuse et gouteuse. Nous l’avons mangé pour ne pas gaspiller de la nourriture mais lorsque l’on a remis l’assiette on nous a dit qu’il y en avait trop de mangé pour avoir un rabais (si au moins la serveuse était venue demandé au courant du repas si tout était à notre goût…). Nous sommes les seuls à l’avoir souligné à la serveuse. Les autres gens de la table étaient unanimes quant au mauvais goût de la salade césar et la dureté des crevettes. Point positif : Le prix de la boisson est très raisonnable et les bâtonnets de fromages sont bons. J’espère que ce désastre n’est pas habituel pour le restaurant. Malheureusement je ne crois pas y retourner puisque c’est un ‘’guess’’ à 80$ que je n’ai pas envie de prendre.

Une fois assis, c'est au bout de 10-12 minutes que notre serveuse vient nous voir et on commande un pichet qui arrivera plusieurs minutes après. Ça s'est amélioré par la suite du côté des délais. Mets commandé : bavette de boeuf pétillante. Ils demandent un extra de 3$ pour le pétillant (total de 29$), alors que c'est inclus dans le prix des autres brasseries (22 à 24$). La cuisson était excellente et il n'y avait aucun nerf dans la viande (très apprécié).

Heureusement, notre serveuse était plutôt sympathique, mais côté nourriture c'était horrible. En entrée des ailes de poulet minuscule et trop cuite. Des pelures de pomme de terre avec du fromage jaune et des bacon bits. Les bâtonnets de fromage etait bon, mais servis avec sauce salsa ???? (ce serait bien de la marinara ou même de la sauce à pizza) Comme repas les crevettes étaient plus petit que les couronnes de crevettes cocktails trop cuite, la brochette de poulet et riz vraiment sec et pas super bon. Un extra pour du fromage dans une salade césar ????? Le prix de l'extra vaut la portion de salade qui est offerte dans l'assiette. Côté nourriture c'est sincèrement de très mauvaise qualité. Pour le reste de la soirée nous avons été vraiment déçu. Le café du McDonald's après a été de qualité supérieure après ce repas.

Sinnon les drinks sont excellents, il y en a pour tous les goûts (Rhum N Coke, Daiquiri fraise ou mangue, Sangria rouge, rose, bleue ou blanche... Bière, etc.). Côté serveuse, on a toujours été bien servit. Il y a seulement une fois que la serveuse a manqué de tact avec une de mes amies en lui disant de ne pas oublier de laisser 15% sur le montant initial de la facture parce qu'elle a payé en deux versements.

A very popular restaurant that we visited both in Oct. and Nov. Great food and service. Would highly recommend it!!

Lobster was over cooked, steak was ordered rare, served medium, rice was hard and dry there was no salad that was supposed to come with the meal. Service was mediocre at best. Not impressed with the price for the quality of service. Definitely a miss.
