They have excellent customer service and quick to fix any issue a customer has. I ordered the whitefish special and although the fish itself wasn't to my liking the beer batter on the fish was excellent. They where very kind and understanding and gave me an order of the chicken strips which where perfect. The salads were very good as well. So I highly recommend this restaurant.

Screwed up our order and made the wrong pizza, so we waited for ~10 mins for a new pizza. I told the waitress I was worried our bruschetta was going to get soggy while we waited, as the tomatoes would have sat on the bread for ~30 mins by the time the new pizza was made and we got home, assuming it wasn't ready any sooner than when we arrived. She reassured it wasn't going to be an issue, but when we got home it was soggy, as I had suspected. If a restaurant screws up an order, they should do it correctly, rather than let the other food get ruined while they correct their mistake. Saving money on making another bruschetta isn't worth ruining the whole experience in my personal opinion.

My family LOVES this place. We don't live near Sault St. Marie but we drive through it a lot, and we will purposefully alter our route just so we can stop here. It's some of the best pizza we've ever had! I always get get the pierogi pizza and my sister and father get a custom Meat Lover's-esque pizza. awesome

They were very accommodating to my father's requests and they fill the cannoli's per order which is a nice touch. The decor/atmosphere is forgettable and the menu has a few odd items on it, but otherwise this place was great!

We went here for lunch today for the first time. Disappointed to say the least. Extremely slow service. Chicken parm seemed to be reheated and old. Pasta could’ve used a couple more mins to go from half raw to al dente. Fish and chips were horribly over cooked. Couldn’t use a fork for the fries or I would’ve taken someone’s eye out at another table I’m sure. Price should reflect quality......so WAY overpriced First and last time for us

...friends talked about pizza in the Sault. I live in Sudbury and I have a special shop on Lorne Street (that I truly love) and the pie is ridiculously wonderful. Was seated outside on the patio, sun was shining and I was ready to try pizza Sault-style. Both hostess and wait staff were incredibly accommodating, prompt and attentive. The pie arrived, I loved it. Loved it. I was (all) by myself travelling through town for work. I literally ate the whole thing, I didn’t want to leave a slice behind. Sitting here writing down these words describing this particular pizza has me wanting to drive (right now) back to the Sault for another slice.

Hands down the BEST pizza I ever had! If you want real Italian pizza you need to go to Fratelli's. The dough is thin but not too thin and chewy/crispy exactly as it should be. Toppings are fresh and they are generous with them. Service was outstanding as well! Only problem is I don't live here so extremely sad I'll be missing out on this awesome restaurant.

It was nice that they offered outside seating. It’s next to a busy street but it was nice to enjoy the outside temp. The food we ordered tasted well. Though, our lasagne was cold and needed to be brought back into the kitchen to make it oven hot. That was disappointing as one of us couldn’t eat yet. Plus, they brought a basket of bread at the same time as our main meals. We felt like this needed to be brought earlier, to use as appetizer... Prices were good, but we are not sure if we would go here again.

Never have a bad meal. Wife and I have order several different things from the menu and have never been disappointed. Pizza is always a great choice but don't count out the sandwiches. Onion rings have a great taste and fries are seasoned to perfection! Smaller sit down place but always an inviting atmosphere. Staff are excellent and always willing to help.

Fratelli's is second to none in its ability to produce an authentic Italian dining experience. Nick, who is the owner was very kind and courteous; ensuring all guests were happy and enjoying their experience. The pizza is a must have when you attend Fratelli's . Perfect consistency on crust and sauce, not too thick and not too thin.

I am only reviewing their pizza, and what I experienced. The rest of the food might actually be decent or really good- and looking at the amount of reviews praising the rest of the good at Fratelli's I have to say giving this place a one star for just the pizza would be in bad taste. So the pizza. I don't know if it was just an off day, or something but the pizza I got was barely edible- really crunchy, cheap sauce, bland cheese... Honestly it was like someone bought a cheap frozen pizza from No Frills and then just served it. It wasn't the worst thing in the world. But it was absolutely not what I expected from such a well reviewed restaurant. Granted this experience was a few months ago.

We ordered a barbecue and margherita pizza for lunch, and they were both fantastic! I think that we may have been given a cheese pizza instead of margherita (or the style was just different than what I'm used to), but it was great none the less. The crusts were perfect.

We went and a pleasant young lady took our names and said it would be a ten minute wait. We were sitting in our car directly from where they were taking names. We watched several people approaching and being given tables. When I questioned the gentleman he said there is no list and no reservations. Understandably we were upset and left you have lost a long-standing customer! Seeing the recent reviews of how you are not following COVID procedures maybe the gentleman did us a favour!

I asked around for somewhere good to eat. I was directed here. I was not disappointed, we ordered gnocchi, kids ravoli, and a perogie pizza. There was a bit of a mishap with the pizza and we ended up with two gnocchis. But the server took care of the mistake and got the pizza expressed out. Server was super apologetic and it wasn't really a big deal. But she made it right. The marinara sauce used on the gnocchis and ravoli was superb and this place almost had us licking the plates clean. Pizza was excellent as well and crust was not doey or undercooked. Overall the food and experience was great especially with the server going up and beyond trying to fix a simple issue.

They are an amazing part of the community who even during covid are working at their best so everyone can still order well priced quality food. Absolutely terrible service. Waited 25 minutes with an empty table and did not want to seat a group of 2. They had told us it was about 10 minutes to start and when asking about the empty table we were told it would be another 10 minutes. They were hoping that a group of 6 would have walked in and be able to seat them right away. Not waiting in the growing line of 6 groups. Would not even consider seeing if two groups would join together.

It was fantastic. Our server Taylor was attentive, helpful and super! The food was definitely authentic, and made fresh! Between all of us we had garlic bread, potato skins, spaghetti with meatballs, chicken parmesan, chicken carbonara, Greek salad and a Philly steak and cheese sandwich, plus cannolis and cheese cake! There is not a single complaint or even a suggestion of improvement! We're passing through town and staying at a hotel. We will be making the trip in August again and we will definitely be coming here again! Everything was so good! Also, they're affiliated with the restaurant next door, and another down the street... We might have to stay a few days to try them all!!

I don't know how to start. The food here is tooooo good. The homemade ravioli here is just fantastic, pizza was scrumptious and the other selections of pasta were really good as well. Waited no more than 20 minutes for my food. Polite service and also very clean and they keep good physical distancing in the restaurant between the tables.

We’re on a cross country road trip, so each night we have to pick a place to eat... Fratelli’s was recommended by our hotel, so we gave it a shot. And WOW. First of all, we got in late and ordered 30 mins before close and the girl we talked to was so so nice and answered our tons of questions with the utmost patience, and we ordered for pickup. I had the gnocchi with rose sauce, it was amazing and the portion was huge, plus bread butter and Parmesan on the side! Ya girl can eat pasta and I must admit with sadness I couldn’t finish it. My fiancé had the panzerotti and he loved his as well; he can also eat like a champion and he just barely finished his. We dug in so quick I forgot to take pictures. 10/10, if you’re not sure where to eat... eat here.

This was recommended to us by the people at the KOA. While it appeared to be a pizza place, they had much more with a variety of food. The wait was about 45 minutes but gave us an opportunity to watch as the food came out. We saw some very good looking food being served. I had the fish special which I thought was rather expensive but it sure was good. We also tried the poutine which we really liked. Would recommend this place highly. Our service was very good as well.

Super disappointed with Fratelli’s Kitchen. My boyfriend placed an order for delivery last week. When the pizza arrived, the box was soggy and the pizza was cold. You’d figure that the business would want to fix it and keep their customers happy, but when my boyfriend told the manager about the issue, his response was “Sh*t happens”. We will not be purchasing food from Fratelli’s until management gets better.

First time we've ordered from Fratellis , ordered takeout yesterday , I had the spagetti and meatballs, delicious, and my wife, who is celiac, had the gluten free penne with stir fried vegetables and grilled chicken, which she says is one of the best meals she's ever had, complements to the chef! Due to the covid lockdown, the system they had in place for takeout, was pull up with your vehicle, friendly staff came out and took your name, was done very well. We will definitely return! I had the meat baked lasagna , very little meat an cheese, sauce poured on top none in between the noodles, asked for my bread to be made into garlic bread with cheese , came out as garlic bread, sent it back, by the time I finished eating my lasagna it wasn't back, got up to leave it arrived , was offered more coffee it never came, an I left still hungry , waitress was nice an kind but that's all that this place had going for it... This is a small, well located restaurant owned by the same family as two other Sault St Marie venues. It is licensed. The food here is excellent. Try the pizza or anything else, it's all good. My biggest complaint about Fratelli's is that it is hard to get a table sometimes, especially at lunch. If you get there at 12:30 expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get a table. A place that hard to get in to must be good.

Very disappointed. We ordered a burger which I had and it was pretty good. Fries were not fresh cut. Onion rings very good. My wife had nachos. About 5 minutes before it came I said to my wife "I smell something burning". She said she did as well. The waitress came over and set a plate of nachos in front of my wifellow. The nachos were burnt yet they served it to us. We said they are burnt and the waitress said just the outer layer because it's hard to get the cheese to melt on the inside. We just kind of looked at each other and she said if it bothers you I can get a new one. ....... confused look......... Of course we asked for another. We also ordered a panzorotti to go. I am now eating alone as we are waiting for the new nachos. As a former restaurant owner. I NEVER would have sent burnt offerings out of my kitchen. Secondly, because one of the customers had to wait for thier food while the other ate. The meal that was not satisfactory would have been "on the house" We won't talk about the panzorotti. Decided to pick up some take out on the way home to Fort Frances! We came all the way from St. Catherine’s. We were so impressed with the food, service and price! Honestly have not had this good of pizza in a long time and did not expect it to be in Sault Ste Marie! Will definitely have to take the long drive home again to stop in for some awesome pizza!

A great family restaurant. Quality food, great prices and they are always willing to adapt and improve. They brought in vegan cheese to ensure plant-based customers could enjoy their great pizza. Comfy, clean location with incredible service. Good for lunch or a casual dinner.

My husband and 2 boys stop at Fratellis for pizza twice a year, on our way up to Thunder Bay, and on our way back home, to southern Ontario. We have been doing this for the past 8 years or so , and, food and service always a 5 star! The atmosphere is casual and friendly, food always delicious!

Good portion sizes. Good staff. The reason for 3 stars is because I ordered a vegetarian pizza and came with a piece of chicken on it. A little more care should be given to how food is prepared. When it was brought to the attention of our server, she seemed little concerned and asked if we would like another pizza. When we said no, she gave us 10% discount on the bill.

One of my favourite Italian staples when I come to Sault Ste. Marie. Come here when I’m in town. I love the cheese tortellini- never disappoints. Fresh Italian bread served with. Prices are very affordable and good for the value. Nice service. Can get busy and I’m not sure they do reservations but it’s worth the wait. Owned by Giovanni’s and burger don.

Last month some friends and I drove up to Sault Ste-Marie for the first time and landed at Fratelli's for dinner. There I enjoyed the best spaghetti carbonara I have ever had, and we all thoroughly loved the food. Our server, Ashlyn, was extremely friendly and attentive. I do not see how we could have been given better service. Thank you!

Had the special, roasted salmon with veg and pasta. Really tasty fish and surprised that the mixed veg were actually roasted too. Cleaned my plate, amazing flavors. We'll be back!

First off this restaurant was open during the pandemic with good protocols for social distancing and a short wait time. Secondly, the pizza I got was very filling, delicious and well priced. They are not cheap with the toppings. Overall I am very pleased with Fratelli's and appreciate their service during these tough times.

Stopped here on the way from Agawa Bay to Killarney for lunch. No wait time, clean, friendly staff. I ordered Greek Salad and Sweet Potato Fries, delish! Other orders at.our table included Mediterranean Panini and a customized Panzerotti, everyone was impressed. Last order was od Margherita Pizza which oddly enough had no basil, but that's something we can live with :) great location - lots of parking. Menu online is accurate so check it out !

One of the best pizzas in Sault Ste Marie! There food is all around good! I am thoroughly impressed with their service too. Friendly staff, and a great place to meet for lunch, supper, or takeout. Reasonable prices too.

Pizza was excellent after I put it in the oven for 5 minutes after it arrived. Conversation with management was not to my satisfaction as a customer would expect it would have been. Too bad. Let's move on.
