Took me over an hour to get a beef dip and a kids meal that was chicken nuggets and french fries. As well when I was seated the waitess just put the menus on the table and kept walking (this for the most part is the same girl every time seating and does this every time I have been there). And then part way through the main waitress says that she is off shift and if I need anything just to ask a different waitress. So basically I no longer had a waitress for the rest of the meal.

Wanted to try out a local spot while we were in the area instead of sticking to the usual chain places so we ended up at the Wagon Wheel. Service was a little slow but was the food ever good. I tried the chicken burger which comes with a huge chunk of crispy battered, REAL chicken. No over processed patties here! Definitely in one of the top best chicken burgers I've had lately. And the poutine. Delicious. Although not your traditional poutine with cheese curds, it was very good with great gravy. Did I mention it was huge? It was. And did I mention the price? About the price you'd pay for a lesser quality fast food chicken burger. The prices are real good at the Wagon Wheel! If we're ever back in this neck of the woods I'd definitely make a point to stop in to have one of those chicken burgers again.

For down home country cooking, there is nothing better - huge portions, friendly staff, and tasty food. From perogies to a roast turkey dinner, it's a wonderful place to take the family. I've tried both, and will be going back - make sure you're hungry. The servings are so generous, I never have room for dessert. One of these days I am going to get to sample their amazing looking pies.

Been a weekly lunch spot for me and a colleague for years and never disappoints! We are always seated and served promptly! The owners are wonderful and know exactly everytime what we get and have gone out of there way many times due to dietary restrictions for my colleague with not even a hesitation. Terrible service. Hair on pickle and in coffee. Waitress was friendly but owner/manager was rude. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Sat us at a dirty table and were ignored for 30 minutes. After finally having table cleaned waited another 30 for menus. Waited 2 hours In total for food in a non-busy restaurant. Very disappointed and upset. Ruined day.

The food doesn't have flavor. It used to be really good. Don't know what changed. Tried a burger, the patty was low grade and tasteless. Tried the beef dip, dry and chewy. They boast homemade pie, the apple pie was obviously store bought.

Food for the most part is good but sour puss waitresses just makes the meal turn for me. Can't you at least pretend to like the patrons. You should always get your drinks before you set a table. It seemed like an imposition to take our order. Come on you can do better than this. The owner saw our cups sitting upward.....she could have grabbed a pot.

I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life but The BBQ Bacon Burger has got to be one of the best I've ever tasted. Tastiest meat on a burger I've ever had hands down. Fries are hot, fresh and loaded with flavour as well. Service is great, our drinks were never empty and the food came out quick. Best part is, the price wont break the bank. Dinner for 2 is less than $40 with an appetizer. I would feel confident bringing business associates for lunch here and I will definitely be coming back in the future

I gave this star 4 stars before cus the food was decent; fresh and home cooked. Everytime I've gone back I can NEVER get a window seat...always reserved yet no one ever sits there. Well...I guess I dont belong to the "elite" wagon wheel cult. I guess this explains the rude service where no eye contacts made and my "male" guest is ONLY asked what he'll be having.

I had a mushroom mozzarella bacon burger that came with wilted lettuce no tomatoes no onion served on a plain bun. It was tasteless and fries were cold and the gravy was warm. I will never eat at this establishment again.

While the food is excellent and the staff that works there friendly and helpful, the owner of this establishment has clearly lost touch with her customers. She was rude to the people at the tables, rude on her responses why a burger takes more than an hour and a half. I have always enjoyed the food at this restaurant, but will never spend money here again after seeing so many repeat instances of this owners complete lack of respect for the customers that keep this establishment open.

I would give 2.5 if I could. Service: The young guy who served us was very friendly and competent. He gets 4 *! Food: We all found that the food was just OK. (The homemade perogies are GREAT tho). Food gets 3*. Hospitality: Here the restaurant earns it's 1*. The person seating us was unfriendly and brusque. (We were told it was the owner?) We were denied where we wanted to sit, being told there was a large reservation coming in (we were there over an hour+....no one came in, restaurant was mostly empty. We saw regulars come in who sat where we had requested without asking or permission and they were not redirected. The hostess did not return to us or give us any further attention, despite the restaurant being almost empty, and doing the check-in with others. Not sure what to make of the treatment. I've been here in past and gotten better service from her. My guests felt poor treatment was either racist or ageist ...I hate to think that's the case, but maybe it's just small town treatment of strangers. Despite good service from young guy, and the owners daughter, the rude treatment by owner is enough to make me choose a different restaurant.

We have eaten here dozens of times and the food is good. Problem is they are not even attempting to keep up with the demand. The level of service is severely lacking with the increased demand of the added population in Warman. Tonight we went there for supper (Friday night) and waited for 15 minutes after being seated before the waitress even acknowledged we were sitting there. She said she'd be with us in a minute, with no apology whatsoever. After 20 minutes of sitting without even a glass of water we got up and left. Classic example of a "home style" diner that can't adapt to the times. If a quality restaurant were to open in Warman it would put them out of business because their service sucks. Then they would complain about people not being "loyal" and the big guys pushing out the little guys.

The food was not bad, not exceptional. However, the service was very slow. We waited almost an hour for our food and with a hungry 6 and 8 year old it was a long wait. The server had said repeatedly it was coming for at least a half hour. Way too long and restaurant was only half full.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!! I can not describe how much I dislike this place. Don’t get me wrong the food is not bad but the service is horrendous, the owners wife takes forever to do anything for you and just goes to her favourite customers. They even double booked our christmas party this year with someone else and so we didn’t get to eat with our family we were at a couple different tables. I think the owner should fire his wife I have been to the restaurant a quite a few time to know she has favourite customers and she gives them their food, before people that were there already. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!
