Fun place for drinks. Good atmosphere, a tad loud, but cool busy walls. Food selection is standard bar fare done great, and drinks are what you'd expect. Weekend brunch is highly recommended. Seating is fairly limited though so be prepared to wait or go at an off time.

Even though this location is usually pretty busy, I've never had to wait more than 10 or so minutes for a table. The food is amazing too. The buffalo chicken poutine is one of my favourites. Wing night is great, but don't sleep on the cauliflower wings. They're a winner.

Awesome place for a pub, the atmosphere had a creative touch. I went for Saturday brunch and ordered the chicken and waffles, the flavours were a perfect savoury sweet. Not the healthiest food I’ve had around town but it was well worth it! My friends ordered the Mac and cheese and poutine, they said it’s good but the Mac and cheese needs a little more zestiness to it. Otherwise high vibes, great service and the food not to bad! We were later told though that the burgers are the best on the menu.

Good place for (not so expensive) cold drinks and pub food. The Philly cheesesteak poutine is my favorite but they also have a nice selection of chicken wings, burgers and their famous mac'n'cheese. They have a nice selection vegan and GF options, too. They're also known for supporting local craft breweries and service has always been good in my experience.

Usually a great place, however I placed an order for a Plant Based patty and it came with meat. Called the restaurant, they checked with the person who packed the order and they said it was plant based. I am 100% sure that this is a meat based patty. No refund or replacement offered.

It's much like the other Leopold's on Broadway, just bigger and newer. There's a lot of stuff inside - spoons, beer coasters, posters, records - nick nacks everywhere. There's dimmer lighting, a few tvs if you have sports watchers in your group. It was very busy so the people were loud but you could still conversate across the table, especially because the place is divided somewhat into an upper and lower level. Lots of beer selection, yummy poutine (skinny fries, beef gravy, large portions) the location is not downtown or on Broadway so there's parking available

August 8th apparently was leopolds birthday and for hours they blasted loud thumping music that we could hear across the street with our windows closed. We asked for them to turn it down and they refused, saying they can legally keep it on till 11pm. Such disrespect for everyone in the surrounding area.

Went here as it has more seating than the other the other Leopolds. It is still small groups only it gets very busy. You need to go early if you want to get a spot for more than 4 people. They have veggie wings which are deep-fried cauliflower. They are amazing and I highly recommend vegetarian or not. In fact, I like them more than the wings.

I’ve been a long time fan of Leopolds, especially the Rosewood location. I went for wings last night and had great service at my table, but the bartender that initially greeted us was not friendly and I was disgusted to witness him extensively rub his face and mouth and then continue to serve food and drinks without washing his hands. I was too uneasy after seeing that to order any actual drinks. Disgusting pre-pandemic and especially not okay now. Will return a night he is not working to order drinks.

The only gripe anyone in our party had was the stools - I'm not sure if the main floor had the same seating as the raised level, but we found the stools fairly uncomfortable. Otherwise, a nice establishment - great atmosphere.

Cool place. Food is tasty, drinks are cold. There is a ton of cool stuff decorating the walls and ceilings so it makes for good conversation starters. Would be a good place for a first date. Bigger than the off Broadway location so there is room to breathe and move. Can still be quite crowded though.

Recently their caesars aren't as good (maybe a new bartender?)... and we've been ignored for like 15 minutes at a time after being seated and once we finished everything a couple of times (maybe new waitresses?) prompting us to leave instead of ordering more drinks or food. Wings are always amazing, but inconsistent with the amount of sauce when compared to their Instagram page. The host guy (not sure of his name) is always super cool ????

Food is delicious as it always is however I got jipped on portion sizes. I ordered two poutines, one cheeseburger deluxe and one regular poutine. As you can see in the photos the container is only about 1/3 to 1/2 full compared to the other. A little disappointing not gonna lie considering all the other times I've ordered from here have been perfect.

I used to love this location until my boyfriend and I went on a day where we had Natasha as our server- and now we only go to the other locations. The restaurant was mostly full but not packed- there were a handful of open tables. We sat at 1 that had room for 4 people and the server Natasha came up to us and told us we had to move to a tiny corner table that had 2 seats but would have no room for the food we wanted to order. When we told her this she was VERY rude about it and told us that’s where we had to sit. We had 1 uncomfortable drink since we didn’t want to order food at such a tiny table and asked for the bill. She took a looong time to bring the bill and kept walking past us and when we asked again she snapped at us to wait when we were just reminding her since she was taking so long. Not sure if she still works there since this was a few months ago I don’t suggest going there while this location employs such rude servers - go to the evergreen or broadway one always super nice people!

Easily my new favourite place in town to go to for a drink. Drinks are at a great price and the Leo's Lager is very smooth with a slight hoppy taste - it's delicious. The food is also very good and reasonable priced, I reccomend the burgers! But by far my favourite thing is the atmosphere and the decor. It's like something straight out of movie.

We had a table of 7 people tonight for my friend’s birthday celebration. Alexa W was our server and she was, bar none, the best server I’ve ever had. Our group ordered so many different things, and several drinks each throughout the evening, and she was attentive, patient, and personable, even with our various requests for different things (no onions on one poutine, dill dip with the bacon, three different kinds of wings, one nachos with chicken and one with no olives, etc etc). She wrote nothing down and everything showed up exactly as we had ordered. She was right on top of keeping our glasses full and even anticipated that several of us needed boxes to pack stuff up. Amazing service, which honestly is fairly hard to come by anymore. I sincerely hope her manager is aware of what an amazing job she does. This is the reason people come back to restaurants.

Fantastic poutine and a good variety of drinks on tap. The night I visited power went out for a while but that's more of a complaint against the city. Limited seating as it is a fairly small establishment so if you plan on going with a larger group I would call ahead. They sell Leopolds branded merchandise which I found quite odd but have come to understand is fairly commonplace. Five stars for the food and drink selection and friendly waitstaff.

Hilarious how short sighted some of these negative reviews are. This is 1st and foremost a Pub. Beyond that, they're food is far and away above what you would consider as "pub food". We've visited a half dozen time or so. Great food and friendly staff.

Have been here a few times, and never had a bad experience, until yesterday when me and my fiance went for wing night. The wings were so skinny, over-done, tasted like they were heat up in a microwave and didn't even looked like there was a pound there. On top of that I had to order a pepsi because to get a special you need to order a drink - I usually drink just water as I am pregnant. We often go to the Hose and Hydrant or Dublin's for wing nights on Thursdays and there isn't such a policy, and the wings at both places are MUCH MUCH BETTER. my wallet got stolen last weekend. I had a photo of my ID and 2 other photo ID’s and at least 3 with other forms / cards with my name on them and we got refused service and told to leave even when I stated I would have a non alcoholic beverage

Cute retro little pub, huge tv's great crew to watch for favourite game! Some unique items on menu, we really enjoyed. Minors allowed until 8pm although we went Saturday at 3pm and felt very "pub" so wouldn't recommend taking the kids they are a buzz kill haha next time we go alone /cheers

Went for lunch and did not disappoint. Had a burger and my partner in crime had the chicken sandwich. Both were good. Service was a bit slow but it was busy so understand. Would go back and like to see how it is when not as busy. Beer selection was on point!

Had a great visit to Leopolds food and service were great..but what made it second to none is, I left something behind that meant the world to me that was thrown out and Hannah literally went digging through the garbage dumpster to find it for me, dried it out and put a beautiful note on it for me...who does that? Can't wait to go back! The food is awesome. staff was nice. I like the pub feel. The only thing I didn't like was I pay for music. I don't want it turned off. If you don't want it in your bar, don't have it on your list. That's not going to stop me from coming there, I just won't buy credits to play music.

I was so excited to have a neighbourhood pub opening up close to home! Disappointed to say the least. The wine menu is the cheapest of the cheap. I know it's a pub but please Boston Pizza has better wine. The servers are inattentive and one in particular is down right rude. I was in one night with some great friends, ordered a wine, told her I didn't like it and asked for something else. She brought me a different glass of wine and the one I turned away. Told me she was going to charge me for it bc they couldn't pour it back. Pfft. Who does that?! Definitely won't be back.

TO ALL POTENTIAL PATRONS AT LEOPOLD'S IN ROSEWOOD LOOKING TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. PLEASE LISTEN. I will be careful with my words. On December 18 of 2021 at 6:46 pm, I placed an in-person take-out order. The server verbally informed me the total is $36.08, when she handed me the Square credit / debit tap machine to pay for my purchase, I saw her finger press the 20% tip button. When she handed me the machine, the total price was $43.03. When I hesitated to proceed entering my pin, she gave me the paper copy of the transaction. I stated there is a price difference. The server corrected the price and insisted the tap machine was not working properly. A Square machine will not automatically select tipping options itself. The manufacturers do not program this option into their machines for commercial use. If the machine is not working, why was this machine not taken out of use for repair? That would be the logical step for any business with malfunctioning technology. I ALLEGE, NOT ACCUSE there was an attempt to take customer's money dishonestly by this server. I ALLEGE, NOT ACCUSE her action is a quiet attempt of theft. I have her name listed on my receipt as proof and my bank statement will reflect that. I concluded many people use tap pay method and may not truly look at the price or receipt of the bill afterwards. It is not confirmed if this is a first time occurence. To customers intending to visit Leopold's, be wary of your server's actions. This type of behavior will jeopardize Leopold's reputation and profit margins. As for me, I will not going back for food to subject myself to potential corrupt behaviour from server. I tipped her a dollar and I forgive her. I just want to speak truthfully. The management at Leopold's can believe me or not, I have no gain from making up this story and I will not be accepting any attempts at bribery to take this post down. I will not indicate the server's name online either.

Been here 2 times before. First 2 were good I sat at the bar the bartender was a legend. Food was good. But today the waitress wouldn't let me sit where I chose by the window. Sure the table sat 6 and there was only 2 of us but I wanted to sit by the window instead of in the dark corner by the bathrooms. So she rather I leave the establishment then sit at that table i chose lol. Even tho she just finished serving some guys who were clearly her regulars 3 guys at a table for 6. I wonder why she never made them sit at the smaller table when they came in. If where people sat is so important to them then mabye they should sit people when they walk in and turn it into a restaurant instead of a bar. What a joke. Boston pizza here we come.

Food was good and service was great. But every table in the place has the high tables and chairs. I am short and my son is in a wheelchair. If you are taking someone there who has a handicap or is in a wheelchair reserve the one low table in the place. If place is full can see it being a bit noisy. Quite a small space.

Was looking forward to trying Leopolds for the first time. From the time we entered the restaurant we seemed like afterthoughts for the staff who seemed focused on delivery pickups. The food was only fine had the chicken burger, poutine and cauliflower bites) and the service was subpar (didn’t know the menu, didn’t know the drinks available and took forever to return to the table). Don’t waste your time or money here.

Great experience. Not a large place so we sat at the bar waiting for a table which wasn't ready until we were done eating our food. The Bartender was great and attentive though making sure our drinks were full and our food was correct. This made out our dinner perfect.

Came for a date night with mah wife, We were welcomed immediately and sat right after. Thanks for letting us sit inside. It was nice to go to a place with no kids, We don't get to do that often. Jaime was a great server, visited us just the right amount, reccomended food, drinks.. she made us feel welcome but didn't come so often that it was bothersome. Dre was tending the bar and his laugh was infectious from even upstairs through a garage door. Great food, great prices, Jamesons was on special.. can't beat it.
