Well worth the drive from wherever you live. We came here from Regina. Had the beet salad, harvest burger with warm potato salad, black n blue burger with fries. Everything was cooked as you’d expect. Tasted amazing. The staff are super personable. Our server owns the coffee shop down the street and was sharing how the local businesses here work together. They serve Harvest food at the coffee shop at lunch and the coffee is served at the Harvest. What a great SK gem! With cocktails and dessert we spent $120 for 2 of us. Our anniversary splurge

Amazing oasis in the prairies! Great atmosphere, super friendly and professional service. The open kitchen concept is really inviting... The menu is both robust and tantalizing. I had the brisket and a side of shrimp. Incredibly delicious. If you are travelling on the Trans-Canada, this restaurant and Shaunavon are a must see/must experience stops! Well worth the detour.

I don’t leave reviews. This Gem in the middle of nowhere is awesome. I had the Sablefish on the special of the day. I never order fish. I’m always the one at the table that get the bone lol. No bones and it was cooked perfectly. Everything I had was great. Even had to get a side of the truffle parmigiana fries because a friend at the table let me try hers and I needed my own serving. The Creme Brûlée was the best. Has expresso and Irish cream. The bomb. Only wish it was bigger I enjoyed it so much. I stop here now and then on route for my work. I will definitely be craving this place whenever I drive by now. Thank you all and your staff for making our meal so enjoyable. It bill was well worth the meal.

Marvelous restaurant. A very pleasant surprise, completely unexpected in this area. Would be worth going out of your way for even in Calgary or Toronto. We were on our way to Grasslands National Park and came upon Shaunavon while in search of a gas station. Very nice lady at the gas station said there were 7 restaurants in town, but one that stood head and shoulders above anything for a long way around. Thank you for the reference ma'am.

While competing in tournament, my baseball team stayed in Shaunavon for a few days. As recommended, we ate here Thurs night and immediately booked another reservation for Saturday. Everyone raved about it. Everything about this place is incredible (food, service, ambience, etc.). I've lived in small town SK my whole life and am so impressed with them pulling this off in its market. I haven't seen anything else like it. Well done!

Years ago, I stopped in Shaunavon for work. I had never been there before, and didn't know anyone in town. After my business was completed, I parked my car and walked around looking for a place to eat. As I crossed a street I heard the crack of thunder and ducked into the Harvest Eatery just as it started to pour. The restaurant was completely empty. I was seated and ordered a French press coffee and the brisket. I sat alone in silence, savouring every bite and listening to the rain crash down around me. I tried to take as small of a forkful as possible each time, trying to make the experience last. It was the single greatest meal of my life. I haven't been back to the Harvest Eatery or to Shaunavon since that day but have never forgotten that meal.

We were driving through town and stopped in, and boy we were glad we did. The food and service was amazing. My husband said it was the best burger he's ever had and the seasoned (herbed) fries were delicious. Everything is homemade and unique. Great flavors, atmosphere and service.

This place was outstanding! What a gem to find in Shaunavon of all places. I was really impressed with their craft beer selection, a rarity for small towns, and the staff's knowledge of the drink menu and the food. We were treated to beach oysters prepared 3 ways, all three ways were delicious and the oysters were huge! The chef came over to explain what inspired their special, I believe a trip to Costa Rica? I was also treated to local trout. It was amazing. I will be back every time I visit family in the area.

Best food you will ever get for the price!!! A burger was $17 but it was the best burger I've ever had, they could have charged $50 for it if they wanted to. The staff was also so amazing, they were so friendly, they went above and beyond the call of duty (and I will say again, especially for the price!!!).

Don’t let the small prairie town of Shaunavon lull you into thinking the dining options will be limited. The Harvest Eatery would amaze in any city on the continent. The head chef trained internationally and then brought his talents back to his hometown where he belonged. This restaurant is worth the drive from wherever you are. I came all the way from Vancouver and I’d come back again!

I ordered takeout.. I got the Harvest burger with fries and a side salad.. the burger was cooked awesome and the portion size was excellent... side salad was nice very fresh... just make sure you read the fine print on the french fries... I like them but I didn't realize they came with a seasoning... overall this place is great... I look forward to having a meal in the restaurant next time as the atmosphere and the decor looks terrific

I'm gunna get real with this review because the owner does not seem to get it.... I have quite a few reviews across the continent... - The cook in the open kitchen kept rubbing his face (forehead to chin) with his bare hands and then would go on to prep the the food without washing. Straight up fact... no embellishment or misunderstanding. - The recipes are awesome and I was really looking forward to eating there. The execution was terrible with the burger being the driest I've ever had. You'll need a fork and knife to finish the burger because it ends up a mess all over the plate - The server was attentive and friendly, but the place was so loud I could barely hear what she was saying. - The owner had a douchey vibe at the time while we were in the restaurant and his obnoxious reply below confirms it.

The food was very nice and the waitress gave great service. I ordered the rack of lamb, which was delicious. The problem was that there was little in the way of starch -- just a few loonie-sized dollops of mashed sweet potato. When you spend something north of $40 for an entree, you should at least feel reasonably full at the end of the meal. Dinner rolls, potatoes, or rice could be cheaply added to the meal and would satisfy customers. The waitress, to her credit, brought me a piece of flatbread when I complained. There is one other high-end(ish) restaurant in town that offers excellent food at more reasonable prices. I will be going there on special occasions. Harvest prices their food as though customers should feel privileged to eat there. But, really, Harvest should be privileged to have customers.

I was in Shaaunovan on business and was recommended this restaurant by the hotel staff.Due to Covid they had dinner by reservation only but offered a discount for curbside pick-up or $5 delivery charge.I ordered Beef Brisket Dip with a horse radish aioli gruyere and carmelized onions.One of the best parts was the wood fired ciabatta baguette.It was amazing packed with flavor thanks to a really rich black garlic au jus.It was really a great dinner.I would go back in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work!

As a retired Chef I am rarely surprised or impressed with restaurants these days. But we will be going back soon and often to enjoy this place.

Need a tasty, date night restaurant? Modern vibe. Rustic decor. Small. Friendly. Not too loud but fairly expensive. $22 burgers $9 cocktails. $25-40 mains. Legit chef-style quality. Fantastic. Had the hickory smoked brisket which was great but I was unprepared for how great everything is from top to bottom. The sides, starters, and cocktails were all just as impressive and compliment the entree menu perfectly. Normally I don't hand out 5 star reviews but because this gem is off the beaten path I would like it to succeed and continue to deliver quality to a more remote part of our province. My wife and I cannot wait to eat here again and prefer The Harvest over many highly recommended restaurants in Saskatoon. Absolutely worth the small detour if you are anywhere in the Southwest.

GF and I decided to drive down to Shaunavon during our vacation trip in Cypress as we heard many amazing things about the restaurant. It was well worth the drive! Atmosphere was great and our server Jordan (sp?) was absolutely fantastic. The food and drinks were great and made for an overall incredible dinner date.

Stopped in Shaunavon on our way back to Regina from Cypress and Eastend. Was looking for a place for a late lunch so we waited for them to open at 2- sooo glad we did. Solid selection of wine, spirits, and beer. More importantly.... the food was outstanding. Family of 4; we tried the borscht, Harvest Burger, Beignet Prawns, Salmon & Quinoa Salad, and the Brisket. Every meal had great flavours, large portions and was just overall great. Service was friendly and very efficient. It's been awhile since we've been to a place where everything was this delicious for all of us. I highly recommend trying them out.

Harvest Eatery is amazing. We decided to make the trek to Shaunavon for a date night. The steak was perfectly done and easily one of the best I have ever eaten. We also decided to take advantage of the (GO)URMET shop and brought home ravioli and brisket, both of which were amazing. We can't wait to return.
