Friendly staff and a decent selection of beers. I had the Buffalo cauliflower appetizer and the Mediterranean bowl. Both were great vegitarian options and a nice departure from the typical veggie burger at most establishments.

Was a bit disappointed with the takeout order we had. We had the burger with jalapenos and onion rings, the crispy chicken wrap, poutine, greek salad, and jalapeno poppers. The burger was large and had good toppings, but the party was obviously frozen and not good quality beef (tasted like a grocery store frozen burger). The chicken in the wrap was ok - mostly breading. The poutine fries were good, but rhe gravy was from a pre mix and the cheese curds seemed like mozzarella. Greek salad was mostly lettuce (for an add on charge of >$4). Jalapeno poppers had a decent breading, but seemed to not be filled with cheese, rather a flavoured mayonnaise dip. This would be forgivable if the bill wasn't about $60. Overall I feel like I got value equivalent to that you could get at a fast food chain, and frankly would have preferred a combo from Wendy's. The quality just wasn't here. I remember things being better , so not sure what happened, but I don't think I'll be coming back.

My wife and I got some take out from Bad Dog the other day, my bacon cheeseburger was absolutely fantastic, bacon was nice and crispy and the fries seemed like they were probably fresh cut. We ordered some sweet potato fries on the side and they were to die for! My wife loved her dinner as well! Can’t wait until we get to order from Bad Dog again!

Should have listened to my extinct when I first stepped foot into this establishment. A few servers and people who clearly worked there, simply looked at me and walked by. Sadly, they were not even busy?!?When I was finally seated, same treatment... no menu, service, or even the courtesy of "have you been helped yet?" Nothing. All I heard were servers and possibly the family that owned this pub, complaining and swearing about their day. As I was about to grab my jacket and leave, someone finally asked if I needed a menu. I think it's a rhetorical question. The only reason I decided to stay was because someone suggested this place. The food was subpar and more like a dog's breakfast. The soup was lukewarm and likely from yesterday. As for the burger, it was not very good either. I am truly disappointed and will not go back again. Nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone as I would not want to submit them to such bad service, food, and experience.

Found this little gem on TripAdvisor. Called and we were able to get reservations for our hockey party of 40 people. Service was great, food was quick and delicious. Our entire team said it was delicious and that it was a good choice. I wanted to try everything on the menu. The mushroom soup was the best I have had. The wings looked and smelled amazing. Would highly recommend!

I've ate at Bad Dog twice within the last few months, and both times have been excellent. On warm days the patio is open, and the windows on one wall of the restaurant all open so you really get a good indoor outdoor experience. The menu is varied with plenty of options, and the food is absolutely excellent, and so is the service.

I love this place. Great atmosphere, delicious burgers and nice cold beers. Service is OK. We've been 4 times and 3/4 times the service was simply OK. We were promised a table after 30 minutes once and we waited an hour and still no table. Another time we waited for burgers for just under an hour. The management here makes up for any lack of service. They make sure you leave happy and come back. I wish there were a couple more vegan options. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving a burger or sports bar type food. 4/5 stars.

Had a Awesome Dinner here last night for a Late Fathers-day. Because of covid, they only had outdoor seating available (Patio) on the sidewalk. We didn’t have to wait long for our seats. No reservations, they are on a first come first serve basis right now. Our server was Great! Very friendly and attentive. For appetizers we order the Garlic Bread and cheese and the Spinach Dip all for four to share and sooooooo good! They had a special on their burgers that night for $8! 3 of us ordered burgers and one of us ordered their crispy Chicken Wrap. The burgers were served nice and Hot and Juicy. Everyone was satisfied with our food. For dessert the two ladies in our group shared a Brownie topped with vanilla Ice Cream. First time visiting and we will return

We were very happy with our first experience at your establishment. The service/servers were fantastic. We arrived at 4:30pm, to find most tables being reserved. I asked if there was something special happening and there was not, just really busy. It was a Monday night and there was a special I had. The fish and chips were delicious. My husband had nachos and was very happy. The prices are reasonable. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Never Again! Was served meat, which probably sat on side of grill all day as it was definitely not freshly made. The salad was extremely wilted and they should be ashamed to serve it to a paying customer. Is it a wonder I ended up with food poisoning? If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Shame on you for the bad experience that followed after eating at your location. Not sure why some people are giving this place 5* reviews, the food was not great, nothing special at all. My meal was served with a coffee. We didn't go there to drink alcohol. We were passing buy and sadly chose to eat our lunch there.

We went in for the first time at their Sarnia location. It was very nice and the servers were very friendly and helpful. I had the turkey burger which takes 20-25min to make because it is freshly made on site. It is well worth the wait it was delicious. It is a smaller location but didn't feel too crowded.

Amazing service and contemporary decor. Many big screens to catch whatever game you're looking for. The food is good so far. I stopped 8f for lunch and had the Southwest Salad with chicken. It was excellent! I almost ordered a burger but figured the salad was healthier, I wasnt disappointed I didn't order a burger. The thing is huge and very filling but you are saddened when it's all gone.

Great location, parking right by the door and a quick corner to a walk along the water. Our server was bright and friendly, educated us on the daily specials, advised how long our order would be. The inside has a comfortable decor, very clean, the wood accents really warm it up. Great menu! Very filling and could not finish the fries. We will definitely return here. Lots to choose from the menu. Good value for the $$, even with a glass of Sangria. Atmosphere was good, a bit noisy so needed to sit very close to hear my partner. Late night hours.

The best downtown patio in Sarnia. This place has the best pub food in Sarnia and also the best location downtown. The patio in the summer is perfect, offering a great open view of the waterfront. Lucked out getting the last unreserved table tonight. 6 dollar burgers on wednesdsy. Burger was fan frickin tastic. Quesadilla was great too. The skillet cookie desert is worth the wait. Service was prompt, friendly and professional. Table spacing was good too. I find smaller places cram tables in too tight but this was good. Prices were below average tonight! Great place. Great food, fast service, was able to quickly park and get a booth during lunch hour. We had the special Poutine Burger with salad and Chicken Fajita Wrap with fries. Burger was delicious, had fresh toppings, and a great salad. Fajita wrap was seasoned to perfection and loaded with chicken and cheese. Great fries too! A bit loud but the open window wall was great. Would recommend for anyone and can be done in a lunch hour.

Absolutely the best restaurant in all of Sarnia. This is quite literally one of the only places I would order from in the town. I came here to visit my girlfriend and I was so impressed with how good the food here is. A must go to if you are in the area. The poutine with beef dip is my personal favorite, but you can hardly go wrong with majority of the options here. The drinks are also phenomenal; I would personally recommend the berry based drinks.

This place’s only real downfall is the size of the restaurant. It does offer both indoor and outdoor seating, though you’d be lucky to snatch an outdoor seating space. This place is always packed and super loud. It’s certainly not somewhere to go if you’re looking for a date night or bringing your children. The restaurant’s location is unique and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The food they offer can vary, though quite pricey. We’ve never had problems with their food and their customer service is rather happy.

This was my first time at Bad Dog and its definitely a nice little place in downtown Sarnia. The inside was nice and our server was very attentive. I could see the patio from where I was sitting and it looked nice as well, with a view of city hall, but it was completely full at the time. There is lots of great pub classics on the menu and we didnt have to wait long for our food to come out. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a casual place to hang out, grab a few drinks, and have some good food.

Just a tip to the owner: it is harder to overcharge people when they are not drunk. So they tried to overcharge me on their special without mentioning anything when the bill came, although 2 waiters took my order and I specifically asked both for their special for take out. When I noticed the price discrepancy they said it is because it is for take out. It was unfair but I didn't want to argue so I paid the extra and left not to ever come back. Also thanks for NOT leaving any utensils or napkins in my take out bag.

Food there is good, staff is usually pretty nice. A little pricey but decent sized portioning. Not a fan of the esit time for food, even when it's not super busy. There is games u can play on provided tablets while u wait though. If u are a pickier eater u must be very specific about seasoning as when ordering wings it seems like there was an excessive amount of the dry rub to the point of it being close to incredable. Manager was nice and corrected without issue but would be good to maybe let people know beforehand. All in all still would recommend for n outing with friend or family but now if ur crunch for time.

Bad dog restaurant in Sarnia is a little expensive not going to lie but it's a very delicious food. the staff is very friendly. I've never had a bad experience I haven't heard of anybody else having a bad experience there and if that's the type of place that you're looking for in a restaurant then definitely give it a try and you probably won't be disappointed if you are I'm sorry that I misled you but hopefully not.

Just in Sarnia for the night and happened upon this lively, happening spot. All the staff are great and very customer service oriented. Had a great spicy stir fry and a nice Malbec. Well, I had pineapple sunset which was okay - it had a weird medicinal taste. Although, wings with pepper parm sauce/seasoning was to die for !!!!!!! Creole Bowl with Shrimp, Chicken and Sausages had a tangy taste, if you less spicy and tangy - you can try it. Classic Beef burger was scrumptious - my friend who ordered it, loved it :)
