A little slow but wow! Arrived round 5:30 for supper 9 in our party. We we attended to rather quickly and our orders were taken within 15 mins. Entrees bread and drinks followed. It took our crew a while to get our meals and though we were hungry it was worth the wait. I had the house lasagna which was delicious. A good 7.5/10 Generous portions and very flavorful as well as being well presented. What helped us be patient for our meals was the excellent service from our waiter. We were kept topped up with bread and water awaiting our meals. Additions were exact as well. Definitely will come back.

We asked to sit on the patio and the host took up there but when we were given our menu's he just threw them on the table and walked away and that was pretty rude. I ordered tomato soup and it was excellent and the chicken and bacon sandwich that was also good, while eating the soup we were given fresh bread which was warm and good

It was close to our hotel the Super8 and close to shopping and other restaurants. It offers a variety of Italian food and decadent desserts. Our server was bilingual and was very helpful. My partner had a pizza and i ordered a pasta special that was spicy just like I like it. Although the restaurant was busy we were not rushed and there seemed to be adequate staff for all custermers.

Was staying at the Times hotel went to Tuscanos for supper...the host was an older gentleman and he proceeded to tell me that we had to wait 15minutes before seating but the place was half empty. He wanted me to consume at the bar first. Poor old man, I think he was the owner, I simply left this crappiest place and went to a place were they served me. Stay away from places who treat their customers in that fashion. I also let the Times hotel know about this situation. I will never go back.

Great place to Eat for Breakfast, supper, been there a few times now when on vacation and their service was great. If you don't mind waiting in line it's worth the wait, if you have reservations all the better. Great service, food came very quickly. I had the pasta arabbiata while my boyfriend had the grilled chicken. Both were delicious, but they definitely overdid it on the amount of sauce. Same for the caesar salad -- there was way too much dressing. Overall, the food was pretty good, cozy atmosphere, and very spacious restaurant. I'm surprised it wasn't busier!

Came here because the reviews looked good. Restaurant was empty when we arrived. We asked for a table outside and was told it would be 10 minutes and the gentleman walked away. After 10 minutes he came back and said okay you can go outside and pick a table.... (again barely anyone there so not sure why the wait) We took a seat and shortly after a few more tables were seated outside. After 20 minutes of the other tables that arrived after us receiving water, bread, and ordering we left. What a joke this place was.

My husband and I stoped here just to use the bathroom, they said we had to buy something. Because it was an emergency we got the cheapest thing on the menu, a cheese pizza to go, and it was so good that I asked to go back for our next date night. Menu items were over priced, waiter and hostess weren't very welcoming. After waiting for 20 minutes (was told 2 minutes or 10 maximum) we were seated and had our drink order taken and bread. We ordered appetizers after another 10 minutes and by then the restaurant was half empty. Waited another 30 minutes for ounme of our parties appetizer and was told the other one was shortly behind and was told there would be a possibility of getting free dessert four the hold up. The final appetizer was delivered directly before our meal and nothing else was said, no apology or dessert or discount was offered. Will not be returning.

Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes accueillis par l’un des deux co-propriétaires pour vivre on l’expérience italienne. Le préposé, fort sympathique, nous explique bien ce que comporterait le choix de nos menus. L’eau est servie dès le début du repas sans demande. Pour nous faire patienter, des petits délicieux pains chauds à coquille dure nous sont servis. Nous avons tous choisi une pizza. De mon côté, la classique est succulente (17,50$ à prix régulier) L’équilibre est parfait entre la sauce tomates, les pepperonis, le fromage mozzarella les champignons, et les poivrons verts. Pour ceux qui ne sont pas les premiers partisans des pizzas à croute mince, vous serez bien servi avec une croute d’épaisseur moyenne supérieure cuite à la perfection. Le préposé nous a offert par lui-même d’apporter nos surplus de pizzas. Accompagné d’une bière rousse en fût Rickard's: le summum! L’établissement est très bien entretenu, les tables sont suffisamment distancées au sein d’une belle ambiance dans un décor chaleureux sans être surchargé, pas trop bruyant. La température des restos est souvent trop élevée, pas au Tuscanos, mais elle ne pourrait absolument pas être plus basse. Un accueil sans faille, nourriture excellente, un service parfait : bref une note parfaite pour le Tuscanos!
