We waited more than 15min at the table before we were brought the menus and water, and in the next 10 minutes where we mentioned wanting to order, we refused (!) To take orders. One of the waitresses said she had finished her shift, the other said it was not her section and that she was waiting for the waitress on her shift to be ready. The first waitress even offered to go down to the bar section to expect better service. We finally ordered a little after 4am, then had to wait another 30 minutes before having our plates. It was a particularly unpleasant experience and it seemed particularly inappropriate for us not to take our orders even when we politely reported wanting to order several times. (Original) Nous sommes allés au Normandin Ste-Foy hier vers 15h30. Les circonstances faisaient en sorte que nous n'avions pas encore dîné. Nous avons attendu plus de 15min à la table avant que l'on nous amène les menus et l'eau, et dans les 10 minutes suivantes où nous avons mentionné vouloir commander, on a refusé (!) de prendre les commandes. L'une des serveuses disait avoir fini son shift, l'autre disait que ce n'était pas sa section et qu'elle attendait que la serveuse qui devait être sur son shift soit prête. La première serveuse nous a même proposé de descendre dans la section bar pour espérer un meilleur service. Nous avons finalement commandé à un peu après 4h, puis avons dû attendre encore plus de 30 minutes avant d'avoir nos assiettes. Ça a été une expérience particulièrement désagréable et ça nous a paru particulièrement inadéquat qu'on ne prenne pas nos commandes même quand nous avons signalé poliment vouloir commander à plusieurs reprises.
