Le serveur était non-chalant, aucun refill d'eau, oubli dans les breuvages et les commandes, mauvaise gestion des priorités (commandes, breuvages, entrées, etc) Ça faisait longtemps qu'on avait pas eu une expérience aussi mauvaise en restaurant.

A short drive from our Hotel Plaza, my daughter and I decided to eat at Pacini after our shopping trip to the Quatre Bourgeois Mall. It was not very busy but the service was slow; slow to greet and seat, slow to order drinks and get them; same goes for taking the order and getting our food. Our server was nice. On the other hand, the food was delicious, the menu offers lots of choices. We had no room left for desserts but they looked divine. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is relaxed, we enjoyed it, thankfully we were not in a hurry. We would go again.

We've been here after 21h because of their 2 for 1 pizza. Then we have discovered they have a bread bar (you dip your bread into one of their butters flavors and toss into the grill). Soit que l'assiette est restée sur le passe à assiette trop longtemps et que la coordination service cuisine n'a pas été bien faite ou qu'elles ont été réchauffé au micro-onde. Je les aie retourné et demandé de les refaire. Quand mon assiette est revenue c'était pareil, mais étant avec ma fille de 4 ans je ne pouvais pas la retourner encore. C'est d'une déception qu'un restaurant italien ne soit pas capable de faire des pâtes à l'assiette avec un minimum de qualité. Dois-je rappeler que la pâte est la base de la cuisine italienne?

So I had a lasagna, with the addition of a table d'hôte, a minestrone soup, a drink and a dessert. Soup: tasty, hot, good portion. Everything is OK. Lasagna: total disappointment. Although the dish was hot, paid for fresh, the portion size was ridiculously small. Beverage: a choice of coffee, tea or soft liquor. No choice of sweet liquor in caffeine and without sugar. Je service était correct. Voyons les points négatifs : Pacini étant a la base un restaurant italien, leur spécialité est pâtes et pizza. D'autres plats complètent la carte. Il n'y a pas de réel menu table d'hôte. Pacini propose plutôt un ajout de soupe, breuvage et dessert a la majorité des plats pour 11 $ pour en faire une table d'hôte. Concept intéressant mais l'exécution n'est pas a la hauteur. J'ai donc pris une lasagne, avec l'ajout de table d'hôte, une soupe minestrone, un breuvage et un dessert. Soupe : savoureuse, chaude, bonne portion. Tout est ok. Lasagne : déception totale. Quoique le plat était chaud, payés fraîches, la taille de la portion était ridiculement petite. Breuvage : un choix de café, thé ou liqueur douce. Aucun choix de liqueur douce dans caféine et sans sucre. Dessert : la carte des desserts propose une grande variété, ou les desserts sont servis dans un pot "masson". Le pot est de moins de 2 cm de diamètre, et environ 4 cm de haut. La taille est tellement petite qu'une cuillère à thé régulière est trop grosse pour entrer dans le pot, le désert est accompagné d'une mini cuillère. Deux bouchées au total Le Prix de plus de 35 $ avant taxes est très dispendieux pour une soupe, petite portion de lasagne, un breuvage et un micro désert. Avec un tel prix, pour si peu, je ne crois pas que je retournerai avant plusieurs années. Dommage.

A short drive from our Hotel Plaza, my daughter and I decided to eat at Pacini after our shopping trip to the Quatre Bourgeois Mall.
