Disappointing experience at Chez Bolduc for me. The staff were not abiding by safety guidelines at all. We regularly saw the kitchen and wait staff taking off their masks, wiping their noses, etc and then touching the food. The food itself was ok, which is why this is a 2 star instead of 1. The smoked meat poutine had a generous amount of cheese curds and meat, and was piping hot. But, it doesn’t make up for the staff behaviour.
