This is a great place to look into if you’re too busy with life to cook! The recipes are always healthy yet packed with flavour and you have lots of options! Wednesday’s they are open yo the public first come first serve. I seriously suggest you just check them out!

Picked up a Paneer meal at the Wildflowers market. I had never tried paneer before and I was completely blown away by how delicious it was! Everything was excellent from the perfectly cooked rice to the tastyc yogurt served alongside. I will definitely buy this again!

Went for a popup between salt & pepper meals and seed for taco Tuesday. Everyone was really friendly, food was great, and they had a neat little seating area set up off to the side of the shop. Was definitely a fun time!
