Legends Tavern is absolute ????. Their wings are the best in St Thomas. They're expensive and the wings are recommended but it's worth it. Having said that they do have deals after certain times of the day it your interested in dinning within their store but your boi has social anxiety and that sounds like a nightmare my dudes. Moral of the story, Legends slaps and their food is the bees knees. Be willing to pay a premium for your food (so to speak) if you wish to enjoy this privilege from the comfort of your home or go to the restaurant yourself and be enveloped by the atmosphere and the... Legendary food ????

BIGGEST, best wings anywhere in the world. We sat near the kitchen and everything coming out looked delicious. This place runs on some pure dedication, the owners are there all hours of the day, do every job in the place, and keep it running like clockwork. a definate place to go and eat if your in St. Thomas.

Great wings and pub grub. They serve some Railway City Brewery beer so its great to see them support local. Would love to see a wider variety of craft beers. Consistent service and food. Never fails. Probably the best patio in town.

There's very little Legendary about Legends. Nachos were disappointing, lacking adequate salsa and sour cream, though for a hefty $2 per micro-container you can add to it. Wings were okay! Seems to be a good place for drinks. Service was EXCELLENT!

I have been here plenty, don’t know why I expect it to ever be anything but bland garbage mixed with horrible waitresses but it is Saint Thomas so I guess I shouldn’t expect better.

Waitress was terrible. She forgot our cutlery after serving our food which took forever. Another table seated after us got their food before us. She forgot to bring sugar for my wife's coffee. And then she didn't bring us the bill! I had to go to the bar to pay because I couldn't find her. The restaurant was not busy, so maybe she went on her break or something. The food was average but the wait was ridiculous for a burger and fish and chips. We won't be going back.

This place has been a family favorite for years. The food is always hot, and the beer always cold. A fantastic beef dip and great sales, but they are known hands down for their chicken wings and fries. Ask for extra crispy for both - incredible! They also have a beautiful patio, lots of parking and clean washrooms. Often, there is live entertainment on the weekends, and a great selection of sports to watch on the multiple tvs.

Great pub style food, chicken ceaser wrap and chicken quesadillas were delicious! Amazing thick and crispy French fries! Our sever was Cameron and she was really great, very polite and attentive. Felt very comfortable with all of the new health and safety precautions - all servers wearing masks, hand sanitizer available and very spaced out seating.

Went in on a Sunday night of labour day long weekend. We were seated outside immediately, super friendly young lady serving. Orders drinks, got them within reasonable time. Ordered wings... on special... well, I'm not sure what type of wings they were.... but they were the smallest wings I've ever seen. One had literally NOTHING on it. My date ordered some kind of fries... they were limp as spaghetti... we ate, paid, gave the server a good tip. Not her fault the food was terrible. Really Terrible. I'll pay more to get more... last trip to Legends for this guy...

I know it's the first day back after a long layoff due to covid, but it wasn't quite that busy today. Seemed to take forever to get service. You had nothing to do and killing time today would have been perfect. The food was tasty, and the glass of water was wet.

Like many of the previous reviews state, the food is consistant and if it fits your palate this is a place for you! They accommodated to a big party when it was packed. It was clean and smelt great, tho we did sit right by the kitchen. Staff checked in and the chicken on the side was plenty????.

Price and quality of food is excellent, though the servers can easily get overwhelmed and forget things like utensils or your bill. It gets quite loud so I suggest going during the week if you're not into that, but overall it was a positive experience!

Fast, fabulous, fresh, famous. These are words that describe the service, food and the location. Legends, located a short ride south of London, Canada, has been at the corner of the main drag (Talbot St. ) and Princess for so many years. Known ss a Sports bar, Legends lives up to that name with multiple screens with many sports showing at the same time. Parking is adequate in a small mall area behind. But go park at the Library one street over east. Free and the walk will do you some good. Kid's menu and family friendly, bring the grandparents and have a three-generation meal. Ask the staff. The menu is typical pub fare. Delicious ... and lots of it, every item that I have eaten has been so. The burgers are great. Bet you can't finish it!! At night, the place gets filled up with the younger crowd and it gets loud and boisterous. Good time to party at Legends. In summary, you can't go wrong with Legends in St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada. Food, sports, family and friends will all love their experience at Legends.

Always a great visit! Had the 15 Wings for $20 tonight, which also came with a $5 gift certificate for a future visit, and a ballot entry for a draw to win an autographed Bobby Orr jersey, framed! Wings were superb as always, never had a negative experience with the wings there. They do wings right! My wife had the build your own burger and my 12 year old daughter enjoyed a plate of mussels. Deelish!!

Not sure how they have better than 2.5 stars. You can see the quality is there with the food. So the owner is providing the kitchen staff with all tools necessary. But the end result isn’t what it should be. It’s unfortunate that they aren’t executing the dishes to nearly their potential. Hopefully they weed out the dead weight in the kitchen so the business can be what it’s meant to be. If you’re the owner reading this, order for yourself. You’ll see.

Been going here since the place opened. They have the best wings I've ever had in Canada. I love the atmosphere. The pizza is also good, beer is always cold, food is always hot. Staff is very friendly. Ownership/management is always very hospitable and treats everyone like a life-long friend, whether you've been a regular or a new guest. (EDIT 17 Jan 2020: this complaint is no longer valid, as I've moved 2 blocks away.) My only complaint is location, and that's my fault since I moved to the other side of town and don't have a car. I'm too lazy to walk that far some days.

I've been going there for years, for the wings. Server politeness was week. I said small salad and she insisted I say starter salad. Food just about came off the plate when placed before us. Wings were tough with less than adequate sauce. I keep going there hoping for the experience I've had many times in the years preceding the last 3. The sound system quality is not easy to hear. Probably set up by a person not aware of how to set it up. It's mostly unrecognizable noise. The price is on par with many other places which serve better food. I'm loosing my love for it. I like all the screens. Boston pizza has better food and about the same price. I miss the peanuts. Oar House in London has peanut. The allergy thing is an excuse to save money. 10 years ago I absolutely loved the place. Now I don't. I want the big yummy wings. I want to understand the commentator with the game. Good sound set up means I won't have to yell to be heard. Less yelling makes a more relaxed environment and the game can be heard even better. James

My friends and I occasionally eat here. We enjoy their burger special, fries (best I've EVER had) and Cajun mayo. I also like their Tortilla salad. Majority of servers have been good just a bit slow at refilling your drinks. Otherwise a great place with food that won't disappoint ;)

I ordered wings here a year ago and the waitress was in such a rush to leave our table she refused to take my order for more drinks. I had to constantly go to the bar and ask for drinks to be sent to my table. Wings came with feathers on them (more than one) and when we mentioned it she took it away and came back 10 minutes later with 2 wings. Overall awkward experience. On another occurrence my wife ordered wings brought her the wrong order then she waited 15 minutes for a new plate that she had to quietly eat while everyone else was finished. If you're going for fries and a beer that won't be messed up. Not every occurrence is like this but enough have been where I try to eat anywhere else.

Great place to watch sporting events. Every tv except one was turned to outdoor game of World Junior hockey from Buffalo. Bar crowd cheering or booing in unison makes watching more exciting. Half price nachos on Fridays. Good deal. Good food. Good service.

Best place in St. Thomas to get wings most of the time, except when they are training someone new. They have good patio space in good weather. I wish they would have kept the pool table though. Bathrooms an everything are very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. No one bugs you here it's more of a restaurant then a sports bar, but if sports is what you want they have it and feel free to ask for a specific channel they will get it, as well as free WiFi

I really liked this place. I went on a Friday after a soccer game and first time in this town. I had some wings with 3 different beers. All of them served properly but one had my attention, the cream ale (don't know the name) was "real" creamy people perfect pair for the wings. Only place I know that advertizes 125 wings for $150. But there is a catch, you can't eat them all there. Must take out you 125 wings. By the way, you can have up to 5 different flavors on your 125 wings 125/5 = 25 wings with 1 flavor.

It’s okay .... nachos (small) costs $20 and it lacks on the toppings. However the toppings that are on it give you severe heart burn and extreme water retention due to the massive amounts of salt they pile on. However, my beer was cold but it takes 9 years to get your servers attention when you want your bill or they forgot something you ordered.

Overall very good but you lose one star because of your wing arrogance. You make very bold claims about the quality of your wings calling them "Legendary" and even some of the sauces themselves "Legendary" Although the wings themselves are not bad, they are not at a level where you can start making yourselves out to be kings of the Wingdom I've had some fantastic wings that were notably tastier and also more humbly marketed. Perhaps if you were more modest the wings would have tasted more delicious to me. For now the fifth star remains mine.

One of the few restaurants that I couldn't find anything wrong with. The service was great, the food was great, the ambiance was great, it wasn't too loud, everything was quite clean, it's nice and cozy, and there is enough parking to meet demand. I guess if I had to come up with one thing for this location to improve on, it would be that once the order is taken, have the food be prepared faster. Not a big problem but it was a bit longer than I'd expected.

I eat here at least once a week. It's the most perfect sports bar - and I know my sports bars. The wings are excellent. Dry rub Asian Persuasion and Roman Emperor. Get 'em. Burgers will not let you down. Pizza - especially the Legends Deluxe - is the cheesiest, meatiest.... Steak night is Wednesday. Go there. Ribs, perch, poutine, nachos (with chicken), stuffed potatoes, all the salads. Like I said. I eat there once a week. Good selection of beer and excellent service.

Terrible service. For some unknown reason, my husband and I were ignored by all staff. Today, a Sunday, 3:20-ish. Granted, I was not wearing a dress and made up, but I was not wearing gym clothes, like some patrons. My only infraction to my invisibility would be the fact that I am older and not a fashion plate or model. Age-ism is an issue, it now seems to be infecting St. Thomas. Others of a younger demographic arriving after us were promptly attended to, and seem to have no problem getting a drink and menu. I wouldn't say the restaurant was busy with half or more chair/ tables were empty. Needless to say we left after a half hour. We went to Ruby's in Aylmer and had a great meal and lovely late afternoon. Guess what, we didn't have to wait and they had more patrons to attend to.

The servers were fantastic, really friendly. I ordered the steak, it was terrible unfortunately. The first one was way over cooked so they brought me another one, they did this on their own..I didn't ask, great servers! The second one I took a picture of, supposed to be medium rare, you tell me. She did say that she could put it back on for another minute but at this point I just wanted to get out of there as it was very loud. The Wings though were AWESOME! I will return for them just don't order a steak.

Without a doubt the best wings in St. Thomas. Lots of different flavours to choose from. My preference is the "dry spiced rub". I've tried some sauced wings and "Asian Persuasion" was excellent. My favourite is Louisiana dry rub. 10 wings is plenty for me. Service is excellent. Parking at the rear of the restaurant or on the street west of Princess. Worth the drive from London . Kudos

Food was really good! Unique menu items, very cute patio. The service was lacking a little, the server was very nice when she was around but she wasn't around a whole lot. As well, probably the most uncomfortable patio chairs I've sat in in a long time, I had painful indents all over my thighs when I stood up after lunch. I would like to try sitting inside next time to see how my experience is, but for now I would only give 4 stars.

Not impressed at all! Nachos way over cooked, flatbread way way over done. Chicken wings horribly over cooked. 2 people at our table had fries that tasted like rotten potatoes were used. Complained got $1.50 off a $76 bill. Took cost of side fries off, but not the price of the toppings on the fries. Very disappointed considering the rave reviews they have. Will never return, do not recommend. Gave 1 star as the waitress was good.

Legends is consistent. The wings are amazing, the ribs are tasty, and the beer is cold. It is almost always busy on any given night so plan some wait time into your plan. Most servers are awesome, some struggle with the fast paced and busy restaurant and give B level service. Overall a great place to hang with friends, a team or family.

My Fiancee and I ate there today for lunch. I ordered the vegetarian burger with a side garden salad, and she ordered fish and chips. Everything on my dish tasted great, but my fiancee thought her fish was good and fries were really good, but she did not care for the gravy at all. The coleslaw was a lil bland as well. Our waitress was really great. We eat out a fair bit and my fiancee even commented that she might be the best waitress we've had in awhile; if not ever. All in all we had a great experience and would love to dine there again.

The food is always top notch here...the table service is the best. Overall atmosphere is great....than why only 3 stars?? When we arrived to the hostess station I asked for a booth and was told they were all 'in need of being cleaned' so none where available. There were 3 booths cleaned and ready to go right there in front of us! Maybe I should have questioned it but I shouldn't have to.

I have been going to Legends for many years and it's always been great. I would of given them a 5 star on service, atmosphere, and food. However the last 3 times we have went our experience has been different. These dates are between July and Aug 2019. All 3 times we have waited for food from 1hr to 1hr 45 min for our food. It wasn't complicated food either it was wings and fries. Today September 2 2019 we got there for 6 pm and it was a larger group 8 of us. We all ordered wings and 1 large order of fries. We waited 1hr and 33 minutes for our food. Wings came out cold and small. My plate was warmer then the wings. It is tough for us to experience this with a restaurant that has been good so long. I hope management sees this and brings the restaurant back to a 5 star rating they have had for so long.

I recently visited St Thomas (very nice little town!) And stopped in for lunch at Legends. They had a fantastic patio right in downtown St Thomas. The food was good, and the staff were excellent. Highly recommend visiting if you're in the area.

For years, I have heard much discussion about Legends famous wings, so while in the area, we decided to stop by and they certainly lived up the hype. The service was prompt, the atmosphere was what you would expect from a typical roundhouse and the food was generally quite reputable. Stand out favourites included the veggie tacos with thick cut fries and their legendary wings slathered in tasty mild sauce. The only drawback was the underwhelming spinach dip which certainly lacked flavour. Overall, Legends offers excellent wings and quality service while delivering a well above average roadhouse experience.

I have never had a bad meal here. All their food is good, the bartenders make the best drinks, and the waitresses are always friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy talking to the customers. I highly recommend coming here for drinks (especially their margaritas!) and some good comfort food. I got their schnitzel on a bun stacked with coleslaw and pickles last time and I absolutely loved it!

Service was slow even though multiple servers were sremingly standing around the whole time we were there. And we were told every one that ordered wings "had to" also purchase an alcoholic beverage to the point that an argument insued!?! Then later found out there is a special for wings and a drink that was never offered to us.. Aweful experience!!!!

It's a bar folks. So, expect bar food. The service was fantastic and the price was great. Monday hamburg special is under $2. Great choices on tap and quiet enough to have a conversation. What else could you want....

We went for a family birthday, tried to make a reservation and was told they don't take reservations. So got there early for a party of 10 plus infant. We did get a table no problem, but they seated us at the high tables and we had a high chair. On the way out I suggested to the manager/host that next time someone asks for a high chair to not seat them at a high table. His response was we can double up the high chairs.........Doubling up would still have that chair well below table height.....

Occasional diners as we are locals and its one of the spots to eat with pretty good food. Service needs work. Last 2 times we've gone we have ordered the same thing. Wings and nachos with no tomatoes. Both times they have come with tomatoes. The first visit our waitress was super embarrassed and explained she put in the order wrong and it was her first shift back after being off a long time. She brought us out a fresh plate of nachos made perfectly and handled it like a total pro. The second visit it was a helper that brought us our food and brought it back once we pointed out the error. The plate she brought back was our original plate of nachos that basically had the top layer removed (most of the tomatoes and also most of the cheese). It looked like a joke and I'm not even sure how it made it out of kitchen. Needless to say we sent the food back and they "graciously" removed it from our bill. As we were eating our wings and trying to enjoy the leafs game (they lost) we got interrupted by a new unintroduced face(not our waitress). Bigger lady with blonde hair and a pink mask. She said "hey you have 10 minutes to finish all your food and drinks because we are clearing all the tables" "Are you not open until 10?" I asked. "Yup but we want to get out at 10 so we are clearing your table at 9:45" I nodded in amazement and looked at my phone....9:32pm. Disappointing.

It’s a really solid Bar/Restaurant. You’ll enjoy the food and the atmosphere if you’re going out to socialize or watch the Game. It’s a solid place, the food is good, the drinks are reasonable and it’s a well rounded establishment. My only gripe is that it takes ages and wins to get your food. I can’t remember a single time I came here and was served my food on less than an hour. So don’t plan on getting your food early on lol.

Nice atmosphere on the patio. One waitress came over with face mask off (hanging off one ear) when we had a question to ask. Two hamburgers ordered for our table....both were mediocre. Buns were soft and mushy, burger lacked spices and flavour. Fries were okay. Cold water was delicious!

Great patio biggest draw plus appears only popular pub restaurant in town. Food good though rather disappointed that ANY PUB runs out of cider at 7pm on a Saturday. Mind you more than evident this has always been beer country around these parts. Silly on their part. Thankfully our server was charming & friendly, though cannot say same of host staff or other servers/bartenders.

We stay in Port Stanley a few times a year and never miss a meal at Legends Tavern. The staff is incredible, the manager never stops working, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. Daily specials are to die for! I wish they were in Burlington, ON. It would be our local.

It was really good. Not a fun of the creamy buffalo sauce and the blue cheese with the wings (kind of sweet and did not taste like blue cheese). Crispy wings, delicious. The servers and bartenders are not friendly at all and most times they give off a vibe that your inconveniencing them by coming into this poorly run establishment. I thought after all the restrictions and lockdowns they would be more inviting to they’re customers and have better service but yet again disappointed.

We came in on a rainy Saturday afternoon and it was busy. We were seated in a corner booth and our server approached us in a reasonable time and took drink orders but didn't return with our drinks for sometime, my fella saw her outside the building from where we were seated & shortly after we noticed she was back inside and it was still some time before our drinks were delivered. We placed our order & again it was a long wait & in between we finished our drinks and the server did not come back to see if we would like another round. I had mozzarella sticks and they were not very good, the batter wasn't seasoned & the mozzerella wasn't mozzerella, it was some kind of white processed glob cheese, like you would buy at giant tiger & take home to cook & the price tag for a 1/2 dozen of these was $8.99. My fella's wings (no breading) were overcooked, but his boy's (breading) were quite good. The poutine was really good and the youngest's fish and chips were good as well, but the aloof server & mozza sticks were really bad.

went there with my son for the first time and was expecting a decent meal boy was i wrong ordered a club and the lettuce was wilted and discolored i got onion ring they were very bland tasted like froze ones you would buy at the store and were greasy even my beer was warm my son had the legend burger tasteless and very dry with wilted toppings the both meals came to 44.00 and it was terrible wont be back

Legends is a wonderful establishment. It's been the watering hole for my friends and I for years now. The beer is always cold and the food is always delicious! Staff are also super friendly and accurate when taking orders. It's very impressive when 10-15 of us would be there and they would get everyone's orders right the first time. Staff kept masks on at all times, and was courteous. I ordered the fish tacos and they were very tasty, served with soup, salad or come slaw for 13.99. There were some seating spots in the shade and others in the sun. The patio is not very big, so there were people waiting. This is a place I could never visit with my partner, who is autistic and cannot stand the loud music and two different tv monitors, but that doesn't bother me. I am not a spring chicken anymore, so I didn't enjoy the bar seating. Will return but wait for a regular size table. Had to wait a long time for my bill at lunch time, so I guess delays are to be expected, due to the circumstances.

Great lunch deals and tasty hamburgers! The loaded cheese fries are an indulgent treat! Waitresses are always pleasant and patient.

Excellent spot in St. Thomas. Can't comment on the other food as wings are all my husband & I ever order. We've tried them "double dusted" and they were good but we prefer traditional non breaded. I've had "Legends Hot", "Smoky BBQ", "Asian Persuasion" & "Tangy Thai".....they are all good but my personal favourite is the "Legends Hot" sauce. Cozy setting. Lots of TV's if there's a game on. What's not to like.

My brother took me here for my birthday lunch and it was amazing! We all had something different but we were all very happy with our meals! I had the new Honey Chicken Flatbread, so so good!! It is listed as an appetizer but it was plenty for me for lunch. My hubby had the Philly Cheese Sandwich. We have had this once before so he knew it would be delicious and he wasn't disappointed. My brother chose to have wings with the carrots and celery sticks and he was very happy with his meal. Then for dessert I chose the Deep Fried Cheesecake. This is a definite must have. They brought the dish with 3 spoons so that we could all share it. It was definitely big enough to share, but also fantastic if you have enough room left to enjoy it by yourself! There are so many choices on their menu, that it would be very surprising if you couldn't find something to enjoy!! Whether you are going out for a special occasion or just an everyday lunch or dinner or late night snack, Legend's is definitely a place to consider!!

We got seated right away but unfortunately waited 40 plus minutes for our food order (and in this time never saw our wait staff) When we did receive it is was wrong. But we ate it anyways because we didn't want to wait another 40 minutes. We we're very disappointed as we have gone here before and had no issues.
