The only reason Im giving a 4 and not a 5 was the seasoning of the hamburger in my hot hamburger. It was good but could have been better. Very surprised to see fresh cut carrots on the plate. The fries and gravy were spot on and my wife's quesadillas were the best she'd ever had.

At one time all workers meet there on payday. I feel the new look isn't attractive surroundings don't get the regularly customers. I was there with a friend last week.We had a drink and ordered onion rings.they were still raw.I answered after. That this was always cooked that way.They did suggest re order.I don't think so.Nor to mention several friends will not return. I ts very sad.

First time in today, waiter was excellent, very good people skills, friendly, food was perfect every aspect of the dish i had selected, crispy fried clams, golden crispy fries and sides of good coleslaw, gravy and tartar topped with lemon wedge. Went here awhile ago to celebrate with my family. - Service was terrible. - Food took over an hour to get to our table. - There was cleaning supplies left at the table when we sat down. - Went for the bill and just chalked it up to a covid rush but then waited 40 minutes to pay my bill. If i wasn't with family i wouldve walked out without paying. My family member went and provided feedback elsewhere and they offered to make it right but then ghosted her. TLDR: Go to subway, you'll have a better evening across the car park.

AWFUL. checked into our hotel and recieved a 10% off coupon to this place , so we ended up here.. the decor was nice however the food and service was AWFUL!!!. vegetables looked and tasted as if they were frozen or bought in can ( not fresh ). i got the lsb burger and when i asked for mayo it was an extra charge??? the burger was very dry and my fries were cold , my wife got the 2 piece liver and it was cold barley any flavour ... the service was 2/10 he didnt ask for refills , didnt bother checking to see how our food was .. they need to train there waiters and waitresses abit better .

Overall good experience. Prices were good, food was good, with the exception of the fries, they could have been cooked a lot longer.... but honestly a pretty alright time out with my friends! Didn't catch my servers name but the guy working the closing shift on Sunday March 7, 2021 was good. He was attentive, prompt and even tho he made us aware of the closing time he did so in a way I was feeling rushed. I took a star away simply because as a server currently and a vast hospitality background I do become very attentive of certain things. Ie: plating of dishes, how food is served, cleanliness, etc... But back to the original statement, overall good experience

My wife and I came here for supper and it was really good! The patty is definitely hand made and juicy. We also did the 4 apps for 10$ and we decided it wasn’t worth it, the portion of the apps was tiny. Wait staff was responsive and the TVs were on but not blaring sound. Only downside is that they don’t do fountain pop - just cans.

My wife and I went there for our 25 the wedding anniversary and we're very disappointed with the food. We sent both of our meals back and expected some type of compensation but all we got from the waiter was sorry about that. We had been there once before and everything was great, not sure what happened this time though. Hopefully they will use this review to change their policies.

This is becoming a "go to" place when we are in Saint John! Amazing staff, the food is incredible,(highly recommend the two piece beer battered fish and chips). Nothing negative to say about this restaurant:)!! First visit of 2021 for our fav beer battered fish and chips! Still has great service, great food, and my wife and I feel very safe eating there as staff follow Covid protocols to a "T".

It was the perfect spot to celebrate an early Father's Day ( and late Mother's Day LOL) with my son. The food was delicious, the beer was fresh & crisp, and our server was very friendly and chatty. I had no room for dessert after my BBQ ribs which were, indeed , fall off the bones as described by the waiter and delicious ????. Hubby enjoyed his Fish and Chips and my son gave his Chicken Caesar Wrap a rave review. I would highly recommend this place for friend and family gatherings.

This is a good spot, bit of a hidden gem actually, well priced pub grub and homestyle specials in a very clean and well kept, well staffed spot. It's easy to forget about it over in the north end but always am satisfied when I go. I'd recommend it for a causal lunch or dinner anytime.

Decent local pub. Wings are good but would be nice if they were the larger size. Miss the liver and onions and a more expanded menu but that may be due to Covid. Staff is always super friendly to myself anyways. I have heard from some service is slow but again most likely covid related as I have always had excellent service myself. We must all be a bit understanding.

My wife and I went there at 9:15pm and was told we could have drinks but that it was too late for us to order a meal. My understanding is that if a restaurant is open til 10pm they serve their customers til that time. 45 minutes was plenty of time for us to order eat and leave before 10pm. I will never return there!

What a nice place! Having been a patron of the former restaurant I didn't have high hopes. When I walked in and saw what they had done with the place I quickly changed my tune. The atmosphere is incredible and the food is tasty. The menu offered a modern take on pub food and everything we had was incredible. This place has very quickly made it to my list of restaurants to visit when I'm in Saint John.

Huge shout out to Amber serving tonight! She wasn't even our server and she still delivered outstanding service! She's the real MVP! Ordered the buffalo chicken bites and we were served what looked like two cut up chicken fingers in sauce. Questioned our first server who I've chosen not to name, and he straight up lied to us. I explained that I'd eaten the bites a week ago and they looked different. I also said there looked like there was about half the amount this time. He shrugged it off and said that they were trying out a, "new kind of chicken." I love this place but man this guy left a terrible taste in my mouth. Why lie man? You don't own the place. I Asked when the owners would be in, he said they were away for a few weeks. Asked about a manager and he said there wasn't one in. This guy shouldn't be serving people.

Place was so busy that people turned around at the door, but service was still good we had three or four waiters check on us, menu, drinks, food were prompt and they were extremely busy at that!! Good selection for drinks and menu is pub style but done properly. Love this place, keep up the great service !!!!! And fresh flowers on the table !!! Come on! New fav place, gorgeous decor.

walked in there shortly before 8 p.m. asked if kitchen was still open and they said yes the place was not very warm it was cold to me I ask them to turn up the heat they indicated they weren't sure if they could and after ordering and receiving food they proceeded to sweep the floors around us and then mop the floors around our table the sign said they're open till 10 p.m.
